i am a consumer of HP GAS( ASHANVIT ENTERPRISES, OLD-318, NEW-400, JAWAHAR MARG, OPP. SHANI MANDIR, INDORE-452004) since 15 years, i am facing a problem, i am not getting booking slip instantly, whenever i go for booking gas, they pressurize us to purchase their personal products, instead of booking gas. please do the needful for us

I am a customer of H.P. domestic Gas. The distributor is M/S Zargar Gas Agency, Khanyar, Srinagar Kashmir ph no.

In the name of home delivery, a truck full of cylinders used to come in our locality approx. after every 15 days till October, 2008. However, from November, 2008 the the truck discontinues to visit our locality. In Srinagar there is no facility to book the gas on phone.

I requested the agency to let me know the way of getting my cylinders re-filled obviously in absence of their visit in our locality. I was provided a mobile no. [protected] and advised to contact him on phone. The mobile number was provided to me on 17th of December, 2008. Since then I have been calling on the mobile number and no body is picking the phone.

I called the agency back and requested them to provide some alternative. But they just handed over the same mobile number again with the advise to contact him.

Should i wait till the person who have been provided the mobile and the responsibility to listen to the complaints of the consumers, pick up the phone.?

Or

There is some other alternative also.

These people of Shakthi Enterprises hardly pick up Telephone and take bookings. Once after a long struggle after booking cylinder they hardly deliver they keep on delaying stating load didn't reach.
Day by day there service is becoming very worse and they hardly bother to serve the customers.
Please look into this matter and take action against such dealers who can't provide proper service.

Dear Sir,

I am HP Gas customer from last one year { Consumer No. 622132 }, I want to change my address in HP gas record so i submited application to your auth. DSA/Dist Marudhar Gas, 7th Pal Road Jodhpur .
He stamped and write on my CTA Form that " CTA out Triveni Gas ", Auth. Code Blank and no address change in pass book after that his rep. told that auth. code will sms on your mobile then write that and submit to Triveni Gas, Pratap nagar, jodhpur for other transaction .

Kindly help me to out this and resolve my problem as soon as possiable.

and I came to know from the dealer that I have to purchase an Oven from the dealer if I wanted a new gas connection.
I am an Ex-serviceman and entiled to purchase oven at a subsidy rate from the Military CSD Canteen.I do not understand why I should purchase an oven from the dealer at almost double rate than CSD Canteen. Please mail me so that I can produce the mail while I take the new connection. I am sure there must NOT be any compulsion. With regards from, B S Mukhopadhyay

We have applied for Additional Cylinder on 14.01.2008 DBC no 1030

Till today after 9 months we are unable to get the cylinder. Every time we enquire we get promise of one month later. Today we were informed by agency that if it was an new connection we will get it within 2 days. Is it due to add-on sale of stove?? I'm unable to understand this kind of difference in old and new connection. After govt. declaring in news to release the connections there is question mark on proper implementation.

Awaiting early action and favorable reply.

I am a consumer of HP Gas and have a connection at Ashok HP Gas agency Distributer, Om Gali Saraipali Dist Mahasamund (C.G.). My consumer No is 603713 since my place of work has changed from Saraipali to Raipur. I applied for a change of Connection from Saraipali to Raipur (Viplav Gas Agency, Infront of Police Ground, Raipur). The Transfer voucher has been given from Ashok Gas Agency Saraipali. The Same has been shown to Viplav Gas Agency for necessary action but till date[protected] the connection has not been transferred due to which i facing day to day hardships. kidly look into the matter and take necessary action immediately.

I booked gas for home delivery on 11.10.08 but till today 20.12.2008 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor Code is 19642700, M/s. I HAVE BOOKED ONE CYLENDER FOR ME ON 06/12/2008 THE BOOKING NUMBER IS 1304 ALLOTED BY THEM.I HAVE VISITED FIVE TIMES IN BETWEENS, EVERY TIME THEY TOLD BY TOMORROW IT WILL BE DELIVERED.BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT ANY CYLENDER.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 609697.THE DISTRIDUTOR IS RAGHUBAR GAS AGENCY KANPUR 208007 KANPUR (U.P).THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE CYLENDER EVEN AFTER 13DAYS WHILE SOME PEOPLE IS SELLING HPCL CYLENDER IN THE GALI STREET AND GETTING 30 TO 40 EXTRA.ANY ONE CAN SAY HOW THIS PEOPLE GOT CYLENDER AND FROM WHERE.

I have earlier registered for spare cylinder way back in 2006 with shatigas distributors located at rajpalya, bangalore. later I am moved to Andhra pradesh in september 2007, till then I was not alloted any spare cylinder. Thereafter again I moved to Bangalore whitefield during July2008 and got my connection transfered to Sri Ganesh Gas Agency, Kadgudi.. and i requested for registering of spare cylinder, but they refused to register because the registrations are closed. Hence what shall I do ... I am despirate for spare cylinder... Help me. My connection no.617051.

Pls tell me what's the process of hp gas and tell me how much money requirment to take the new gas connection becouse your distributor charged lot of money. i have traying to take a new connection from last 2 year's but your distributor not give me any connection but if i pay more money he will give me a new connection. pls help me

I have booked my Gas on 28th Nov. It's been more than 2 weeks now and the Gas is not delivered. Moreover I take cyl only once in 4 months.

Initially he says that it is not billed.
When I scold him he says that by tomorrow he will delivery. What is going on here, I am not understanding this.

Why don't HP guys take action on these guys who spoil the name of HP for their profit...

I have taken the gas connection in September 2007. but since then i have not booked for recharge of cylinder till October 2008. So my Gas connection was de activated.

I have given an application for reactivation for which they have verified and given the certificate for activation on[protected] since then i am waiting for reactivation

whom should i report for the delay in reactivation of the gas connection

AT FIRST THEIR RESPONSE WAS IN A RUDE MANNER.
BOTH OF TEM SAID THAT THEY ARE AWAITING FOR SAV FORMS IT IS ALSO NOT AVL. WITH THE HP GAS COMPANY ALSO.

PLEASE TELL ME FOR HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY GAS CONNECTION, IS'NT IT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER?

WHERE SHOULD I GO AND ARRANGE THE GAS CYLINDER.
BY THIS ATTITUDE OF THE GAS COMPANIES THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK ARE SUPPLIED AND SEVERAL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN THIS WAY.

Hi,

I got my HP Gas connection Terminated/Transferred via
Termination Voucher Number: 5917590 from Gurgaon to BHEL Hyderabad. My Consumer Number is: 616999.

Issues:

1. The Connection is not transferred even more than a month has passed.
2. There have been consistently intended delays from the HP BHEL HYD dealers.
3. There has been no follow ups from the dealer side and in fact they have a never called me or answered my query properly whenever I tried to reach them.
4. There phone Number:[protected]/23025134 only rings many a time and nobody picks up.
5. When I reach them today they again tried neglecting me and the Manager in charge told me to come again as they are short of some necessary documents for the papers (sheer negligence).
6. The complaint book was not given when I asked for the same.

I urge the concerned authorities to enquire the matter and save me from further harassments.

Club HP Petrol Pump in Hinjewadi Pune cheating in delivery of petrol.

Attendant will not clear to make zero but will press zero to indicate required petrol & show that zero as a reset.

The effect of this is that he will continue from the reading of previous delivery.He indicates a false reset by pressing zero on the key pad as this does not reset the actual reading.

He will then again continue from previous reading as he has show a zero reading my pressing zero on the keypad for auto fill amount this is not a reset.Which he cancels again by pressing the cross and continues from previous reading thereby cheating.
