Club HP Petrol Pump in Hinjewadi Pune cheating in delivery of petrol.

Attendant will not clear to make zero but will press zero to indicate required petrol & show that zero as a reset.

The effect of this is that he will continue from the reading of previous delivery.He indicates a false reset by pressing zero on the key pad as this does not reset the actual reading.

He will then again continue from previous reading as he has show a zero reading my pressing zero on the keypad for auto fill amount this is not a reset.Which he cancels again by pressing the cross and continues from previous reading thereby cheating.

I applied for a voter card in shiduled time declaired by Election comission of Delhi Govt.But I don't get my voter card in the current election 2008.How can I get my voter card and what necessory steps takes by you for this matter?       Hi, This is Rizwan From OLPAD, Tal. Olpad, Dist. Surat, Gujarat, India.

      Olpad has Hp Gas Bottle Distributer who Selling a Bottle at Wrong way, and Customers are not getting a delievery at right time.

      Also thier behaviour is very bad, means like they challenge to Customer that Do as u (customer) like, we dont care ...

      Please focus on this complain or Change your distributer from Olpad Town.

        The telephone number[protected] provided by the LPG Gas Distributor (Trilok Enterprise, K.u.Road, Hanumakonda, Warangal dt, Andhra Pradesh, India)for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.By chance if I go personally for booking, they are not accepting booking before one month after delivery of previous cyclinder. After booking they are taking 10 days for supply.Overall time for Cylinder delivery is 45 days to 60 days.

        Here you can book a cylinder refill and file a complaint against the dealer in case of any issues. The refill booking will be tracked and the dealer cannot refuse to take the booking. Also, the complaint goes to HP Headquarters and the dealer will be forced to address the issue. You will also be included in the loop in all communications. Jago Bharat! Let's make these people work!

          Was made to buy a gas stove with a new HP cylinder connection for Rs.4765/-. The original price was Rs.2375/- without the the gas stove.

          If I did not buy the gas stove then they would not give me a new connection.

          I want a new gas connection for gas gyser. however the gas agecny situated in aurangabad maharashtra state are not reponding to my enquiries. Also the gas agencies are not giving the details estimate for new gas connection.Gas agencies are telling around Rs.5000/- for new gas connetion excluding the gas gyser.

          i baught a new connection on 3rd nov. and after used i found the smell was coming of LPG near stoves. than i complained for exchanging about stoves but they did not exchange . they said to me that thare are no GARANTY on stoves actually that is WARENTY. SO i want to know that is it true?

            I have been giving calls to Dadar Wadala branch for last 20 days, Contact No.[protected], but the people out are their are not picking up the calls & answering to the calls, even though if they pick without answering they bang the phone. I tried today at least for 30 minutes. they cut the phone atleast 2 times but i still rang again & again at 5.20 p.m. the person lifter the call & took the number. That means please are not interested to give the services to the customers.
            We are nott getting delivery on time even though we give several reminders to them.
            We expect certain self adherence from the agency.
            Hope we receive proper feedback from you atleast.

              In our location ( Falcon gas agency- Navsari) we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery. They are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 21 days. After next 21 days when we book our gas it normally takes 50 days or more to receive a gas. Very poor service! Very very poor service, (whereas the other gas supplier - indane is providing very good service ) I am planning to cancel connection, and try forPNG connection. Hp - petroleum / gas customer care executive should intervenue / take immediate action to solve these kind problems. Otherwise there is much possibilities of losing huge customers.

                my self prem singh
                date 10/11/2008 I asked at bathera gas agency for the new gas connection and he told me that deposite 4500 Rs. and you will gate new connection in 5 days only.
                I do the same at a time and now its 02/12/2008 but the person didnt give me connection and today I asked to him but nobody giving me proper response for the same.

                now I gate the new connection from other company but I diddnt gating money from Bathera agency.
                can I go in consumer court against him.
                plz. do the needful.

                  Sir, I the undersigned Somik Basu was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators at Shinde Petroleum in Bavdhan, Pune.
                  This latest incident happened on the 2nd of December, 2008. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 550/- of petrol. The operator stopped at Rs. 150/- and demanded payment, on pointing out that the requested amount of petrol was not filled, he said it was a mistake and again filled for Rs. 200/-. Then he went ahead and promptly reset the meter. Again I pointed it out. At this point the operator demanded me to prove it. I started the car and showed him the indicator. At this point one of his colleges joined him in argument. After much alteration and waste of time, they simply asked me to complain to whoever I liked and they would take care of it. I overheard them bragging that it happens in this particular pump and complaints are ‘taken care of’.
                  This is the third time such an incident has happened with me personally at this pump. On further enquiry with my co-workers and friends in that vicinity, I found that this was a common practice at this pump and complaints are of no avail. As this is the only pump servicing a large area, citizens have no choice but to go to this pump.
                  Such kind of service and fraudulent behavior in pumps baring your company name only serves the purpose of tarnishing the company name and alienate customers from visiting HP pumps when given a choice. I personally have heeded to advices of my friends and stopped visiting HP pumps in other parts of the city where there is a choice.
                  Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.

                  Sir, I undersigned Mr.Subodh p patil is regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps from last many years.I am proud as your customer, but the following incidence really forced me to think.
                  I have filled petrol for amount Rs-500/- at above said petrol pump vide receipt No.29557 Dtd 22/3/08 at around 17hrs.After filling after start up of my vehicle it is observed from fuel indication that operator have not filled petrol of Rs-500/-, He has hardly filled petrol of Rs-100/ to 150/- in my car, immediately I called that operator and asked about that .Initially he not agree for that but after some hot discussion he has agreed that he has filled petrol of rupees 400/-only.I am sorry to say that my petrol indication not showing petrol of that amount.After quarrel at about ½ an hour I launched my complaint in complaint register book.After this operator asked me to take Rs-100/- back but I refused to do so, since he deceived me for amount Rs 300/ to Rs350/-.
                  I came to know that operator name is Mr.Rohit.Then I requested for owners or Manager contact Nos so that I can contact them but they refused to give me their contact numbers too.Mr SHELAR NEAR SHOPKEEPER IS WITNESS FOR THIS INCIDENCE
                  Please treat it as official complaint and take action.

                  It is better to have installed petrol filling machines in which auto facilities are available for setting amount before filling.Such machines can help to avoid such incidences it also prevent operators to take undue advantages of manual filling machines

                  HP — Petrol Bunk

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  I like to complain about the operation of petrol bunks at Devika Petrol Pump Bhopal. On 2nd April 2008 I went for filling the petrol pump of Rs 100 in my scooter. But we were able to drive only 15Km and the petrol got exhausted. I pulled the scooter nearly 2 kms and reached that petrol pump. When we discussed the Manager about the bunk he refused saying that this is not the issue and he cannot look into the issue since we don’t have any bill.
                  My question and complaint to the officials is according to them:
                  I am the defaulter in all the cases
                  1. If I say that I didn’t checked the meter then I m the defaulter.
                  2. If I see the meter there is zero and than there is no possibility of being cheated.
                  3. Why didn’t I asked for the bill, is this not there responsibility to give me the bill
                  In any case we are the defaulters get cheated by these people every day and. there is no solution to daily cheating.
                  I have filled by hp petrol pump Dt. 06-04-08 amount Rs-100/- at anupam petrol pump, kankankaria road in ahmedabad.380008. & I am going on only 5 Km. & my byke will be stop i look the my petrol tank so petrol will be nathin. so i giving for next petrol pump & only 20 Rs. petrol & i will be come at my home.

                  So i will go for next day & say You will be chiting with me so said you will be not fulled with this pump.

                  I will go for 4 times & ther no resposbile man will at the present & other worker with no answer for me.

                  I not interet will be compalin for HP Petrol pump but i will go for my family at night & my byke in brake down.

                  Today morning i filled petrol of Rs 1000 at Bavdhan Petrol pump.The operator showed me the 0 starting number and he stared filling petrol.By about 500Rs i could see the indicator.Then one of his colleagues came n asked me for card to swipe.so i gave him and he came back n started telling me that by mistake he swiped first for Rs 100 and then Rs 900.In all this chaos that they purposefully created i didnt see whether they filled petrol worth Rs 1000 as they stared filling petrol for others waiting in line.I do feel cheated by these people and especially being a girl i think they purposefully try to distract us by telling about problems in swiping.

                  HPCL Petrol — Cheating at HPCL Petrol Pump.

                  I would really feel proud if this complain would result into some action.
                  This is the third time i have been cheated at HPCL Petrol Pump. These people are so cleaver, that some how they manage to fool people. Today i paid Rs.200/- and got the fuel of Rs.150/- only at HPCL Petrol pump,Opposite GPO,Indore.
                  Cant describe the incidence but yes, this has happened and happens with lot many consumers.
                  Being a Gal, i couldnt create a scene.But,
                  I request the INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

                  In a Petrol Pump at Navi Peth, the guys always fill petrol which is 1 paisa less i.e. if I pay 500 Rs. he would fill it for 499.99 upon inquiry he told me that there is a fault in the machine.                   aur haan ek baat aur unke yahan hamesha 'air-machine' kharab rehti hai, jab bhi air dalne ko kaho to unke worker machine kharab hai ya worker nahi hain ka bahana bana dete hain...kabhi bhi bike me air nahi dalte hain...

                  Shinde Petroleum (HP) in Bavdhan is Fraud, avoid at all costs.

                  I have had numerous arguments with the staff there relating to:

                  1) Filling insufficient petrol (1st time).
                  2) Allowing a "Gau-ka-aadmi" to cut the Queue ahead of normal customers because apparently they cause trouble if they are not instantly provided with service.
                  IF that is actually true, I would like to know what kind of shoddy, meek and unsupervised joint are you running here ? Ever heard of the police ?

                  I'm tired of arguing with these dumb, illiterate, tobacco chewing . I've switched to the B.P on F.C road where the service, manners, quality and quantity are all good.

                  I fully support this complaint.
                  Regarding the Less Pertol quantity filling

                  I am staying in madipakkam-Chennai117, There we have the HP petrol bunk near Kamachi hospital and CTS office and near the flyover of tambaram-velachery. In that Bunk, the workers are filling less amount of petrol. i have seen lots of time and fight with the also. one worker is chatting with customers unsessary. on that time another worker press the reset button.. at that time its shows completed. so we are getting the less amount of petrol.
                  please make the necessary step for that. We were looking forward for the issues
                  This is common practice in petrol bunk everywhere. It happen me 3 times in the past at same petrol bunk. Today also same thing got repeated at same petrol bunk. Last 3 occasions I thought the operator did not heard me clearly and that is the reason miscommunication happened. Today to avoid such miscommunication I personally got down from the car and went close to the operator and asked him to fill 500/- Rs petrol. As usual today also petrol reading meter stopped at 100/- When I questioned for why 100/-? He started filling remaining 400/- Rs petrol.
                  All four occasions I notice different people, it look like common practice among all operators to cheat customers.
                  Henceforth I have decided not to visit that petrol station anymore.
                  I would like request concern authority to look into this matter seriously

                  True. It looks like a common modus operandi to loot and cheat customers. There has been 3 to 4 times where first time they fillup the fuel of less amount and then say that they did not hear and fills up again the remaining petrol. Can anyone find out the trick behind this?

                  Today - 04/05/2011, I went to fillup petrol worth of Rs.200. I confirmed on the meter too. But, to my surprise the petrol was acutally of Rs.150. I came to know this when my bike went on resever after a mere 10km ride.

                  I would request HP authorities to look into this.

                  HE DID THAT WHEN THE TANK WAS FULLAND THE LOCK OPENED AND ASKED HIM TO TAKE OUT THE NOZZLE BUT INSTEAD OF DOING SO HE AGAIN STARTED FILLING THE PETROL IN MY CAR THE MATTER WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE MANAGER WHO INCIDENTLY WAS SITTING NEAR BY, HE EVEN TOLD ME PRTROL HAS TO BE FILLED AT OUR CHICE AND NOT AT THE CHICE OF THE CUSTOMERS THE TANK EVEN OVER FOWED WHEN I INSISTED THAT YOU CANT DO THAT THE MANAGER ABUSED AND USED UNPARLIAMENTRY LANGUAGE AND TRIED TO THRASH ME BUT HE WAS STOPPED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS.
                  THEN AFTER FEW SECONDS I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE AND ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT BOOK THEY CATEGORICALLY REFUSED TO GIVE THAT.
                  THEN I TRIED TO CONTACT H.P.COMPLAINT OFFICER AT JAMMU( Contact No[protected] FOR REGISTERING MY COMPLANT ON PHONE I WAS KEPT ON HOLDBY THEM FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES AND LATERON THE PHONE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED.

                  Today i went to HP - DEEP FUEL CENTRE VIKAS MARG EXT, KARKARDOOMA, DELHI - 110 092 to fill petrol in my bike.
                  I asked the guy to fill in petrol for Rs500.He was standing in front of me blocking the meter.So i bend over to check the reading as he didn't asked me to check it before he starts filling.
                  There was one old man standing around asking him to pay him back his Rs30 which this guy said he don't have the change and asked me if i have change.It was all to distract me though the old man real.
                  Well he stopped the meter at Rs100 and then i asked him that i told you 500 not 100.
                  So as i thought he did the same old trick.He pressed 400 on the pad and started filling again still blocking the meter but i didnt missed the reading the meter started from the 100 where he left it earlier and stopped at 400.And then i asked him angrly what is it.He said nothing and fill in again and acted like as if he stopped to lift the pipe a little up.
                  I asked his name - "Ashok"

                  I don't know whether any action will be taken against them or I will loose my hand on these guys.
                  But i wan't to know what we should do at that time.How to complain it right then.

                  Yesterday I went to HP petrol pump at nagar road Pune. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 200/- .
                  He asked me to fill RS.230 / - So 3 liter (round) completed .They diverting me by keeping me busy in this type of conversation while the fuel is being filled.
                  I asked them to fill only RS 200 /- . The operator showed me the 0 starting number and he stared filling petrol . When I went out around 4-5 KM I realize that they have not filled a petrol or filled less petrol. My petrol indicator is not progress a bit.Please look into it seriously as already petrol prices is raising and on top of this fraud.

                  HP — Petrol Cheating

                  HP petrol pump people in hinjewadi immediately after the hinjewadi bridge cheated me this friday, 21/10/2011. I had asked for a full tank fill. That guy distracted me telling that he dont accept cards, do i have money for full tank, go to the atm there etc etc, by the time the other guy started filling without showing me the zero mark. I just went 5 kms and the fuel gauge started showing one block less than full tank. This normallt happens after 80 -90 kms. That guy cheated me 10ltrs of petrol. How to get my money back.
                  I would request HP authorities to look into this.

                  I have been cheated by following petrol pump today. I paid 1000 through credit card and they stopped filling up the petrol after 200 RS, then started again and stopped at 800 and said they reset the meter after filling up of 200 RS which I am sure they did not since I was just in front of the machine.

                  HP should cancel their dealership.

                  Today I went to HP petrol pump Tingare ngar, Pune. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 200/- petrol & accordingly the meter was adjusted but later one of the petrol pump attendee diverted my attention by asking me money meanwhile the person who was filling the petrol stopped @ 123.53 & informed me that he had filled full of Rs 200.

                  Later when fought for the same he filled the complete petrol without taking any money from me, which clearly means that he was @ fault.

                  This has become a regular practice at this particular filling centre especially with ladies they try to divert our attention & make fraud money out of it.

                  So pls treat this issue on priority & if possible pls cancell their liscence.

                  if not the day is not far enough where the local people to burn the filling station.

                  Sir, I the undersigned Rajendra Purohit was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators at Marwar Petroleum ( Prop. Aayub Khan Mobile No [protected]) in Jodhpur. This latest incident happened on the 7th of February, 2013. I had asked the operator to fill Rs. 100/- of petrol. The operator stopped at Rs. 100/- and demanded payment, on pointing out that the requested amount of petrol was not filled, and again set meter at Rs.100 . he said it was complete. Then he went ahead and promptly reset the meter. Again I pointed it out. At this point the operator demanded me to prove it. I started the vehicle and showed him the indicator. At this point one of his colleges joined him in argument. After much alteration and waste of time, they simply asked me to complain to whoever I liked and they would take care of it. I overheard them bragging that it happens in this particular pump and complaints are ‘taken care of’.

                  This is the third time such an incident has happened with me personally at this pump. On further enquiry with my co-workers and friends in that vicinity, I found that this was a common practice at this pump and complaints are of no avail. As this is the only pump servicing a large area, citizens have no choice but to go to this pump.

                  Such kind of service and fraudulent behavior in pumps baring your company name only serves the purpose of tarnishing the company name and alienate customers from visiting HP pumps when given a choice. I personally have heeded to advices of my friends and stopped visiting HP pumps in other parts of the city where there is a choice.

                  Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.

                  Sir, I was regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol on my bike on dt. 23.04.2013, around 11 am. ( from HDFC Credit Card)
                  This latest incident happened on the 23rd April 2013. i request to sales person fill petrol of rs. 400/- but he stop at Rs. 100/- only i was saying again 400/- then he filled Rs. 300/-. he said first 100+next 300 = 400/- but actual petrol filled of rs.300 only, i was reply but he said i was filled total 400 rs. petrol. at that time no authorized person available there. then i was going next five days & meet to the owner but he was not accepted & say to go. i was requested to check transaction history that day & time i have paid amount by credit card, but he said system not available to check such transaction i was newly start & saying u take care of next time. is it possible or not to check transaction history at the petrol pump.

                  please take some action, 100 rs. is not a jok or 2-3 rs. . 100 rs. is a big amount for me.

                  Shinde Petroleum (HP) in Bavdhan is Fraud, really avoid at all costs.

                  Regualar Complaints;-

                  1) Filling insufficient petrol (1st time).
                  2) Allowing a "Gau-ka-aadmi" to cut the Queue ahead of normal customers
                  because apparently they cause trouble if they are not instantly provided
                  with service.
                  3) Always you will find the fuel pipe of Machine on meter that you cant see the meter .
                  4) Meter will Start from any reading expect zero, while you are busy with giving cash or card.
                  5) Late Service.
                  6) Union ..like workers are tottaly "Gali ka gunda ".
                  IF that is actually true, I would like to know what kind of shoddy, meek
                  and unsupervised joint are you running here ? Ever heard of the police ?

                  I want to report a case of cheating at HP petrol pump located in Hinjewadi. On Friday I asked the guy to fuel in for Rs.1000. Another person & asked me for my credit card, while i was signing the receipt, the other person tried to change the meter to Rs.1000. I caught him red handed aking him what he was doing. He said that lights are gone to meter stopped, which was a big lie because the car behind me was still being fueled in. As I caught him, he fuel in the remaining Rs.250. I told him that I knew what he was doing & I going to register a complaint against the pump, so he quickly agreed & apologized. This is really bad, when we are paying the full amount, we should get correct amount of fuel. I dont understand why is their so much need to cheat. This is really horrible & I am going to complain ahead as well, as this was not the 1st time this happened.

                  Today we went to fill petrol in my bike to HP Petrol bunk near Gachibowli flyover, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I asked him to fill petrol of 200 rs. he filled only 199.03 rs. When i was paying 200 rs why he filled only 199 for me. will he return my amount of 1 rs back to me?
                  This happens every time when we go for petrol bunk.


                  When i asked him about this he is replying in rude manner. If from every customer you are taking .75 paisa then daily you are earning more than 50000 freely from customers.

                  What is this? Is this controlled?

                  Today we went to fill the pertol to HP near Gachibowli flyover, Gachibowli hyderabad. When i asked himt o fill for 200Rs. he filled for only 199.30 . I asked him why this is so. he replied in rude way.

                  I f from every customer you are taking 50 paise
                  then in 1 day you are earning more than 50000 freely.
                  This is the new cheating. Happens every time when ever we go to HP pertol bunk.

                  I asked operator to fill for rs 300, he started with 0 and stopped at 102 and asked me how much I want to fill .. I told 300 . He continued up to 200 Rs and said I filled for 100 first and now 200 .. so total is 300 Rs . I showed him tank indicator is not upto mark as I always fill for same amount I am aware where my tank indicator should be .. But he did not listen tome and started argument . Later his colleague joined him and said you will get less petrol as prices are high .. This is such a stupidity .. Some action need to be taken against this petrol pump .

                    We have been repeatedly facing the problem of nondelivery of gas saying that the house is locked but in fact, our house is not locked at all. This incident happened with us in the month of August, we booked on august 20th and gas was delivered on multiple calls and huge fights with dealers on October 12th. Currently also the same is repeated. We have booked in October and we do not have a cylinder till date.

                    I think the authorities have to take some serious action with respect to this reluctant behaviours of the gas dealers.

                    We will be forced to enter the consumer court on failure of any reaction from the authorities with respect to this.

On 23rd of this month i requested for gas delivery, but i unable to get gas cylinder yet, i visited your branch opposite of K.U, road, dist Warangal several time, and your employes every day tell me that they will send the gas to day.                       it is almost immpossible to get 1716/22274438 line for booking gas. sms requisition is also denied.Moreover nobody cares to reply the customer care no. Even the number of the distributor (ANUKSHAN, Santoshpur) is inacessible.
                      In all it is horrifying, it is a nightmare to get a booking for HPgas.

                        I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Arcot632503. The dealer is Murthy Gas agency, Arcot632503. I have 2 cylinders.
                        1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, we have to visit the dealer to book the gas.
                        2) They check the previous refilling date. If it is less than 21 days, they will not book.
                        3) After they book they will take 10-18 days to supply the cylinder. So the total days becomes 21+10 to 18.
                        4) By then your next cylinder is also empty. How long a cylinder can go for a family of 5 members? In my house it goes 20-23 days.

                          I got a HP gas connection from Rajasthan of the Year - 2000 in my name. Recently I get tranfered my services from Rajasthan to Kerala. Presently I am residing at Trivandrum. I haven approched with M/s super gas services, trivandrum with all documents to get the connection in my name. However Mr.Alex of the M/s. Super gas services refuses to issue the gas connection and abused and try to attack with his gundas. The matter should look very seriously and take necessary actions

                              My Gas dealer is Omkar gas Sservices, Thane
                              I have booked the gas on 28/11/2008.
                              I was informed that an inspector will come to verify the Cooking rage & athn we will provide You the gas in next 12 days.Accordingly Inpector from the agency came to our house at about 1.00pm today. he verified the cooking range.Thereafter the deleberaly Broke our 2 Buttons of Cooking range& he than changed the burner & than gave a bill of Rs.670.00 in hand of my mother, how was then at home.
                              Note - We have never complianed about any problem of our cooking range.secondly before changing the Gas Burner the inpector has not taken consent of my mother.
                              Futher it may be noted that my mother is patient & she is going to operated on 3/11/2008.
                              futher your inspector didnot reviled his name nor your gas agency has
                              given us his name.
                              We reque- st you to take action against this unauthorised Breakage & replacement & the cost claimed for the same.

                                Last week I got a new hp gas connection at tamilnadu, Madurai. My area hp gas dealer was informing to me. I went to the dealer's office. And he said that to me, you have purchase any one above to 2800 rs, after u have new connection. I was fighting 2days. But not use. Finally I was purchased electric cooker.

                                    I booked a Gas Cylinder on 12th Nov 2008 vide booking via Phone to GEKAY Gas Agency, new siddhapudur, Coimbatore (Tamilnadu.) (Distributor tin no: 961180. Code 2505).

                                    Our Gas connection No: 617528, last 18 Th Nov gas agency billed
                                    But the delivery man come for delivery on 20 th Nov that the time our door locked. The next day I spoken to our side delivery man, he says next Saturday’s 22 nov.But not received the gas cylinder. Again i conduct the gas agency he says your bill already cancels. Kindly tell me, how many times gas delivery man to delivery to houses. The gas agency people not had given proper answer.

                                    It is submitted that the Gas Cylinder has not been delivered till today.

                                      It is submitted that I have provided a HP Gas connection by M/s. Jyoti Gas Service, 19, Raghu Complex, Scheme No. 10 Alwar (Rajasthan) in the name of Mudit Jain Deewan Ji Ka Bagh, Alwar vide Consumer number 510364 on dated 16.06.2007.

                                      Now I need another refill cylinder because of single cylinder complete within one month and Gas Agency M/s. Jyoti Gas Service take a lot time to provide gas as its takes minimum 39 days as they are make booking after 21 days and after 18 days of booking agency make delivery. So I am in urgent need second gas cylinder. For example I have booked my refill on 08.11.2008, but till date 19.11.2008 delivery not made by the agency.

                                      You are requested to please take necessary action with M/s. Jyoti Gas Service, 19, Raghu Complex, Scheme No. 10 Alwar – Rajasthan ( Agency code No.[protected]Telephone No. of Agency 0144 – 2700679, 2347103) and arrange for provide 2nd cylinder as early as possible.

                                      HP Gas — not getting gas cylinder

                                      I booked gas for home delivery on09/11/09 but till today 03/02/10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 13030300

                                      i know gas lot is comming regularly but they having black marketing here ..............please help us ...............
                                      I, Deshpande Jyoti Jayant, Samarth Nagar, Aurangabad.Maharashtra. (Consumer No. 436553.) the consumer of HP Gas, M/s. Shraddha Gas Services, Pranav Plaza, Aurangpura, Aurangabad. since last many years.

                                      I am in the need of additional second cylinder of the same, but yet not get it due to non availability and agency's insistence of consumer goods with additional cylinder.

                                      just a day before yesterday i inquired about the additional cylinder to the manager, sitting on chair, told the price of additional Rupees 2700/- When I asked him about the Deposit Charges of Additional Cylinder he, after too much time told that original deposit of additional cylinder is Rupees 1800/- but you will get some gift, ( i.e. Tea powder and other useless goods which are not needed me.)So the Price of Additional Cylinder is Rupees 2700/-.

                                      Guide help me and order to the concerned, and solve my this problem to release me the Additional Cylinder at an earliest with original deposit price, which is your official.
