Respected sir
I am gas connection at nokha (Bikaner) dist. There is a gas agency name is "Raj Gas Service". Person those are alloted this agency is not doing work there. Some other has been hijack this agency & not giving gas those who are not have any approch.

I have to buy a new gas connection, I m working in Jalandhar Punjab, I have confirm from PAUL GAS, Near BOP Jalandhar. He convey me that there is requirement of Rasan Card for new gas connection.

I need suggestion from your side. that i m leaving on rend in jalandhar from last 3 month with my family . I m doing private job in Delhi and based in jalalndhar for automation project and i m not having any gas connection, I have to purchase new connection
1. Pan card
2. Driving license o[censored]ttarakhand state.
3. Rent agreement of Punjab Govt.
4. Letter head from Company that i m leaving on rent.

Kindly suggest can i purchase new gas connection and when ? what are the formalities.?

    Sir,
    I stay in joint family. Gas connection is on the name of my father since last 30 years.Last year my father expired due to illness. I would like to know about procedure for transferring the connection on my name. I stay at Nagpur, hence I would like to know the entire procedure about name transfer.

    HP — Service is poor in Transfer of LPG

    Dear Sir,
    I am in a privet job in construction industries and I used to have been transfered after two /three years years.Now I have been transfered from Ludhiana( Punjab) To Palvoncha (A.P), I took transfer voucher for my LPG gas connection and contacted local gas agency to give the gas connection.But I am frustated to listen his reply. He told that no gas cylinder stock is with him and it will take 2-3 month to give my connectin.He is even not receiving my T.V for processing the same.
    My question is as follows
    1.Can any body continue with his normal routeen without any gas connection/coking the food
    2. Is there human face regarding above problem of Gas Marketig companeies.
    3.Guide me the procedure so that I can get my connection as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a frusterated consumer of Hindustan Petrolium, My complaint Ref
    No is 09011177 dated[protected]. Internet Booking No. 65661 dated
    [protected], But summery is it is not deliver yet. After complaining
    mr. Dilip and Mr prakash Both use to reply consumer to confirm
    delivery. Even either they would have wrong information or they are
    working like a Swarna Enterprises Agent.
    Sir, Swarna Enterprises use to check cylinder number, mention in Blue
    book and At the time of Delivery they require same empty cilynder, Now
    Distributor is saying that We canot deliver LPG, Do whatever you want.

        Hello,

        Myself Jigar Sanghavi would like to complain regarding the forcible selling of items like GAS Stove, Tea leaves etc by the Authorised vendor of HP in Thane (Mane Gas Agency) without which a new connection will not be issued by them. I had applied for a new connection few months back, One month after being in the waiting list, I got the new connection. I had no other option but to purchase the stove at a very high price. Please advice, as I am planning to cancel this connection and apply for a fresh connection at some other gas agency.

        Hindustan Petroleum — Delay in supply of gas

        Since 30 days from booking LPG cylinder, the HP
        dealer is not suppling gas .It is very bad on the part of the agency.The response of office employees of dealer is totally irresponsible towards custmers.
        The office phones always busy and they will not response properly to the custmers . The agency telepnone numbers are 24537778/24530501/24330210.
        I am having LPG connection with single cylinder. Every time I have been facing problem after booking to get fresh cyclider from Gas Agency at Samlkot due to I am unable to book till complete the stock in existing cylinder, because of I don't have spare cylinder. So that after booking cylinder, delivery is becomming late, it may come 10 or 15 days. Till that time my family has to eat Hotel food due to non-availability of Gas.

        Hence, I approached the Gas Agency to apply spare cylinder but he is not accepting to take application he is telling no more cylinders are issuing anybody. That's why we are not taking applications from consumers. Its very bad. Hence, I request you to strictly advise by the concerned authorities against Gas Agency Dealer to receive applications and prior to give as per serial number.

        As well as, whenever we book the cylinder they have to give on priority basis. But the agency authorities are selling /issuing the cylinders in block market to unauthorised/unrecorded persons, first priority giving to them only after so many days they are issuing actual gas consumers.

        Therefore, I request you to kindly arrange to depute authroised persons from Regional Centre, Visakhapatnam and observe their allotment of gas cylinders and take urgent action for streamline the gas supply to the right people.

        I am awaiting for your favourable action.

        I booked a cooking gas on 17.12.08.But i am yet to receive the gas till today.When i contacted the dealer today(05.01.09)I was requested to make a fresh booking today though I was not enlightened on what happened to my booking on 17.12.08.In this connection I am to add I have left a standing request with your dealer to deliver gas to me on any saturday because on other days of the week my residence remains under lock and key.Please take necessary action so that I may get supply without delay.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        I am deploring the service of the “ Priyan Gas Agency” at Pondicherry. I have booked for a cylinder on the 13th of January 2009 and it was told me by the agency that the gas cylinder will be delivered before one week. Till the 22nd of January 2009, I have not received any delivery. Then I have contacted the gas agency at 4.00 pm. The Female employee incharge told me by phone that the gas cylinder has been delivered to me on the 17th of January 2009. With the great surprise, I have replied by phone any gas cylinder not arrived to my house on this day.
        Then I requested the lady employee to verify the bill. At once, she told me that the cylinder will be issued this evening (22.01.09) at 6.00pm.

        On the 23rd of January 2009 at 11.30 am when I have again contacted by phone the gas agency, the Female employee told me that there is no supply at present, and she gave me the Cell No. [protected] of the delivery boy and advised me to contact him for further details.

        Sir, is it correct this kind of answer?

        Hence I have contacted the delivery boy named Mr. KILLY. He said the cylinder will arrive soon and the gas will be issued to me in the evening of the same day at 6.00 pm. At last, the cylinder is delivered to me on the 24th of January 2009 at 4.15 pm without issuing the bill. Is it Correct?


        At 4.30 pm, I informed the gas agency about this matter.
        So, I request you to kindly take the necessary action in favour of “ Priyan Gas Agency ”.
        I was suffering without the gas from 13th January to 24th January 2009. I am not able to buy Kerosene (ration card) because I am holder of 2 cylinders in the same gas company but only one cylinder is available for more than 3 years onwards.

        Aged and ill patient (BP + diabet + paralysed person) I need your cooperation to find a good solution to get every 20 days one gas cylinder as you mentioned in the TV program (Podigai).

          My consumer no. 621812. I have given a request for 2nd cylender to kankaria gas agencie (Navi saghavi) in May 2008 but whenver i go to enquire i am given the same answer that you need to wait 2 more months still so many waiting.I don't understant why so much delay in giving 2nd cylender.

            M/s HP Gas,
            Sir,
            I am Sanjeevaiah.N, having HP gas connection, HP gas consumer No.641598, with Madhu Gas Agencies, HP gas dealers, 6-1-96/6 Padmarao Nagar, Secundeerabad 25, Phone 27507708 and complained to emergency phone No.[protected] at 7 am informing leakage of LP gas from regulator after inserting it to the cylinder. The person manned the phone attended after 30 minutes and advised to keep the cylinder outside the house keeping the cap. He did not give proper reply when the technician will attend the complaint. He told that emergency means after burning the people or exploding the cylinder. Agin I tried to contact at 10.00 pm but no body lifted the phone. so far no body attended. Earlier I have complained with the dealer on 2nd August 2008 and no body attended. I get it repaired through private agency. The private technician detected that cycle tube is used to connect the cylindeer and stove which is supplied by the dealer and reported it is dangerous. Then private technician attended and replaced with suraksha pipe.
            Your customer care service is hopeless and it seems that your staff will attend after happening serious accidents and will not take preventive steps. I express my dis satisfaction in this regard for nil service.

            HP Gas dealership — Repair of burners for leaks

            Hi,

            I had complained to the HP dealer in the month of January 2009 regarding flame emerging out of the knobs of the burner. No mechanic was sent. I again complained to them when I went for booking the gas on 04th April 2009.

            I specifically told the clerk on counter that since I have just one cylinder, he could send me the mechanic along with the guy who would deliver the gas cylinder. He stated that the mechanic could do the work without the gas cylinder.

            The mechanic arrived in about three to four hours. Again I reitereated that I had no go gas cylinder coz I had only one cylinder, he asked whether I could get from my neighbours which was not possible.

            I told him my complaint and told him that he could return after the gas cylinder's delivery was done. But he confirmed that he could check and repair without the cylinder. I again asked him whether I need to change the burners (Surya Ratna with ISI mark) since I had the burners for the past 10 years and whether they provided any? He said that they didn't supply any. I told him I was ready to purchase new one but he said he could repair this burner. So I consented. He charged me Rs 345 and replaced some parts and put in some new parts.

            I again asked whether he needs to check when the delivery of the gas was done. He refused saying the work was already done. During the day one of my neighbours offered one of her extra cylinders to me.
            After connecting the same I could start cooking. But alas this time the flame that emerged from the knob was so large that I was frightened to use it.

            My question is :

            1. How much of a mechanic are these so called company mechanics in HP uniform?
            2. If anything untowards happened who is responsible for this?
            3. Are these safety measures?
            4. Does it take so long to get a second cylinder that is more than 6 months just because we don't know how to bribe?

            I really would want answers for the above!!!

            Gas Servicing number where complain was given on July 11, 2017 before noon:[protected].

            I did a complain to the Baranagar Gas Service at 11:58 AM today, i.e., on July 11, 2017. I requested to send an expert immediately who can check the cause of Gas leakage and to bring a good quality connecting pipe so that if required that can be used. Over telephone the person on the other side committed to come and check the fault during afternoon hours. I repeatedly requested that you please send your person as otherwise I will be in serious problem. But at the end of the day I write with an anxiety that no one came to provide me the emergency service which may cause a serious problem by leakage. Can I expect the emergency service immediately?

              Dear HPTeam,
              I am from Pondicherry.I am a consumer of HPGas and my Service Provider is Kumaran Gas Agencies, Pondicherry. I own a single cylinder connection.For the past two years I am requesting them for additional cylinder. Whenever I ask for additional cylinder, they reply that it will provided another few months (Normally Jan, June and ...). But still now I am not able to get additional cylinder.

              Could you please reply on this

                Very very poor service .I am TAPAN KR BASAK ([protected]) my coad is 609816.I am hospitalized for 2 week then my daughter booking the gas 11july 1 to 2.50 pm your dealer MAHANTI ENTER PRIES & my booking no-390. After 2 week ( 26july ) we are call[protected] then your employ Biswajit Roy received the call and told your call is not bonking .He just told i am logging your call urgent basic.Again we call 28.7.2011, 29.7.2011, 30.7.2011 again your employ Biswajit Roy told we send your hp gas urgent basic.Till today we are not received your urgent basic gas .

                And it is just not this mouth every mouth we are harass .
                So plz told me what is your action ?

                  Hi, I am working with TVS Electronics LTD. got company transper from Delhi to Orissa. Now I am in Orissa & want to transper my HP Gas connection from Delhi to Orissa. I have send all needful documents to my brother in delhi. HP GAS Sarita Vihar poeple is not helping me or my brother. I week back my brother went to Sarita Vihar HP GAS Agency with all papers. They told him that PAN Card Xerox copy is not clear, come with a clear ID Proof. Now today when he went with the clear copy of the ID proof. They are asking for relatioship proof with me. I have also send my signed authorisation letter too. That he is my brother & kindly help him. But they are nowhere listening & there behave is more than a central police / govt people/authorities.

                    I am a resident of Indore (M.P), few days back i received a letter from your side stating that i can apply for one more gas cylinder and fet it from our nearest dealer i.e.
                    MANGLIA KITCHEN SERVICES
                    R -9 -10, METRO TOWERS,

                    P.U 4 Schno 54,
                    INDORE
                    But when i went to the dealer he asked me to buy a 5 kg rice bag n said its necessary otherwise he wont give that new connection to me and said its as per companies rules.
                    forcefully i have to buy that bag worth Rs. 278 /- which was not worth it.
                    i dont think HPCL has started any such offer under which you have to buy a rice bag to get a new connection.
                    i just need your reply and if that dealer is wrong so please take strict action against him, because he is taking undue advantage of peoples needs.

                      Dear sir,

                      My A/C no is [protected].
                      I would like to informed you that i have not received each statement regularly.Also there is no information given me through e-mail or sms on mobile or by phone to me that my checque no. 530192 is return for Jun-08 payment otherwise i will pay my due amount on next day after getting information.Fee levied for cash payment Rs. 100.i donot know because i have not received statement regularly.
                      my suggestion is to give important message for charges must be mention in front side of statement.

                      so in Aug-08 statement service tax mention Rs.12.36, interest charge Rs.45.25 Also fee levied for cash payment Rs. 100.
                      I have paid my purchase amount regularly and will be done in future but not paid extra surcharges so please cooperate with customer for reversing extra charges.

                        I take a Connection from Mr. Santosh Sahoo who is a HP sub delar in Bhadreswar, Cuttack.I take from the Gas 2 yaers before but he doesn't give me the paper for registration a New Connection.He always tod your paper work is in process. I always purchase gas from Balck in out side or from him and he take mora mony like 100 rupees extra charges.

                        Please hep me out and give me my paper work please.

                          We leave in Bhandup(w) mumbai - 400078.

                          We have two cylinders booked from hindustan petrolium gas but the fact is we never get two cylinders. When we book the cylinder and try to book for the second cylinders they always say you can only book after 20 days of booking. And even after booking for second cylinder after 20 days we never get it even within 10 days. Hence every month we are facing problem of cylinder shortage as these guys never make delivery on time. If this is the case there is no use of paying extra for having two cylinders. Their officials never take our complain also. Why should i pay extra for second cylinder? We should get the two cylinder in one month and thereafter if we have to book after 20 days its ok as we wont face problem of shortage.

                          Gas lekage seen in the cylinder. My consumer No.607392. The dealer was informed about the problem on 7th December 2009 with several attempts. No reply from the dealer. Repeated calls were made, and the assurance got from the dealer that the issue will be taken on 8th December 2009. Till this time nobody is turned up. The number what is dialed for informing the complaint is[protected] ; Manjunatha Gas agency at Bangalore.I am very much concern as I am at Pune and my family at Bangalore. By writing my issue may open the eyes of HPCL.

                            I am not been able to contact the maharashtra gas depot (gas agency), powai on the phone 25781282/[protected]/25790133. When my parent went physicaly to that agency they asked them to email the request for gas cilender booking. My parents are not internet or computer users. so how can they email the request for gas cilender booking? Please clearify this. And the person sitting there have no manners to talk to consumers. Still we booked a gas cilender as we needed but it is not delivered yet.

                            Yes, the Maharashtra Gas Depot in not serving the purpose. The should be some desciplinary action. I totally agree with the above lodged complaints.

                            I ordered for a new connection from Hp dealer powai. I am facing similar problems. Its been 2 weeks now and I still dont have the connection. Nobody picks up the phone.. or even if they do they just hang up. if you go personally to their offcie in powai plaza the staff is either rude or indifferent that you feel like whacking each one of them. I have been to their office continously for the past one week and they have been saying "tommorow". This is how they get rid of with customers. I heard bharat gas services better.People if you are reading this blog avoid HP especially the one in Powai like the plague.
                            Very poor Service of HP gas Refilling. Nobody picks up the Phone. It`s really Big Headache. Please somebody of Higher Authority is reading this, Please take some Action.

                            This is Libin Varghese from Powai, Mumbai. We are trying to book gas on phone but no one is answering the call then kindly tell us why you people write the number on the slip for booking when you cannot take the call. The amount Gas has increased but what about the facility to customer, after all it is a government organisation which is useless they just know to increase amount but no facility.                               Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I have a gas connection with HP GAS Ltd. in New Delhi for last 3 years with SHKTI TRADERS 268/10 JOSHI ROAD KAROL BAGH NEW DELHI- 110005 ( Distributer Code No - 956160). For last one year have been facing a unique problem that without booking for a cylinder the delivery boy brings the cylinder and askes us for the empty cylinder. When we tell him that we do not have empty cylinder becuse our extra cylinder is still unused. Then he takes our cylinder and gives it to another person of our locality and when we book our cylinder then the booking officer of our agency tells us that your cylinder has already been issued few days ago. We have complained about this issue verbely to our agency so many times but all in vain.

                              I hope you must find a better, effective, and quick solution in this regard.

                                1. Aundh gas co's phone[protected] is never available. If available at all, no one responds.
                                2. Aundh Gas Co (AGC) makes late deliveries, as late as 15 days
                                3. AGC does not accept orders for duplicate cylinders till next 12 days after DELIVERY of the first cylinder.
                                4. AGC does not oblige by cash-and-carry delivery even when they have not been able to make home delivery after 15 days

                                    I haveI booked a cyllinder with KANKARIYA GAS AGENCY At Sanghvi Pune on 13 Nov 2008 but till today agency has not delivered to it me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. On phone, they never answer properly. Also they told me that you can do what ever you can.

                                    I want to complaint in HP against this agency. CAn anyone provide me HP's email address.

                                        the staff at hp petrol pump in c v raman nagar is cheating customers in many ways. there are many ways in which they are cheating people. some of the ways, i am describing here. (1) they dont start from zero (2) they use 2-3 people to divert the attention of people (3) most of the time they dont hear "full tank", and either fill for Rs.50/- or Rs.100/- and most of the times, cheat people there. (4) sometimes eventhough your tank capcity is for Rs.400/-, they miraculously put petrol for Rs.500/-!!!.
