cylinder Booting Phone number Busy

Dir Sir,

I have HP gas connection last 5 years, I have one cylinder connection. When every i am going to book new cylinder, very time booking phone number[protected],[protected],[protected] "still busy" the message playing. I try four hours from moring 8:45 Am to 1:00 Pm on 29/09/08. I am unable to book the cylinder. This happend last 8 months, Privies it was not happend. I ask delivery boy they says nathing...

Non acceptance of request for additional cylinder

Dear Sir,
I have been trying to get an additional gas cylinder from my existing vendor M/S MHP GAS SERVICE, 220 GT ROAD, Shibpur Howrah-711102 for last three years. But whenever I call them up or visit their office for registration of additional cylinder, invariably they turn down my request and ask me to contact later. this is going on for last 3 years, but I am yet to get an additional cylinder, I don't know what to do now....

Single Cylinder. Delivery also late.

We have a single cyclinder and I have been using HP gas for more than 5 years. when I requested they are not providing additional cylinder. Additionally whenever I book a cylinder they minimum a week to deliver. For people with single cylinder it is very difficult to cope up the problems.
Solution: 1. Additional Cylinder OR 2. One day delivery.

I have booked for gas cylinder on 25th July 2008, and the HP GAS agent has not delivered the cylinder till today ( 22nd September). Gas Cylinder not delivered for since the past one month after booking.

Hi,

This is to inform the Consumer Court about the Greviances faced by the HP Gas Consumers in the Location ALWAL, Secunderabad, 500010.

We have a single connection with HP and my family consists of 5 members.

Someone please tell me how is possible that one cyclinder of 15kgs can last for a month and a half.

We can only book a cyclinder after 23 days of the delievery of a cyclinder...

Even though the company pledges to provide refills within 24 hours, they never, ever deliver the gas cylinder in less than 10 days time.
