I am 74 years old man, residing at 752/sec15/a (fbd). My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer no- 614221, whose dealer is sikka enterprises, old faridabad Ph. No[protected]. This Dealer of HP is worst in Customer care and their supply of refilled cylinder is abnormally delayed. Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Being an old man, it is very difficult for me to withstand such malpractice of such an ytility service. I hope you will take care of this and do the needful at the earliest.

HP LPG — Delay in refilling gas supply

We booked the gas for refilling at M/s BISHT Gas Agency, Haldwani 15 days back. He promissed for supply with in 3 days. But till today we have not received.
Since we have only one connection ie., HP alone we face lot of problem in day today activities.

This is not the first case we are suffering. During every refilling we face this problem. Kindly do the needful immediately.
I am 77 years old widow, residing at 107(91A) Netaji Subhas Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal-712258. This Dealer of HP is worst in Customer care and their supply of refilled cylinder is abnormally delayed. Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Being an old widow, it is very difficult for me to withstand such malpractice of such an ytility service. I hope you will take care of this and and do the needful at the earliest.

I sincerely hope that your regular consumers should not be put to such harrasment and look forward to your immediate co-operation in getting this supply effected to me without further delay.

Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the Delay in refill booking cylinder.I book my cylinder on Mondat dated 12 january, 2009 to the Vaishali Office on Phone Number[protected].
Now it salmost 3 weeks over that I still not received my cylinder. I also reminded 2-3 times on tha same number but after that still its not delivered yet.
It seems that the agency is doing black of the LPG cylinder on behalf of the HP LPG consumers.This is really ridicules.
When I was in Noida I used to get my HP cylinder within 2 days which shows the good commitment of the noida agency. I am surprised that why HP has given agency to such people who are spoiling the HP image.
Also last time when the boy same to deliver the cylinder he did not carry the weighing machine and surprised to me that there was no seal on the cylinder. Now I have the option to keep the cylinder or else I would have returned back. But again if I would have returned it back I have to wait for another 3 weeks. So these HP agency people are doing the things in their own ways.

In our location , we always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. Our Area Agent is supplying the cylinder after 2 months(from the date action &
of booking) but here they are supplying HP Cylinders on black , when we need we are getting HP Cylinder on black basis after paying Rs.850 /- . How it is possible, if there is shortage of cylinder for booking peoples, how we are getting on black basis. So you are requested to take earliest oblige

HP — Worst Delivery and misbehave with customer

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We stay in Ambarnath since last 4 years. And availing LPG from Bhaat gas agency. Every time we have to wait almost for 15 days to get the gas cylinder delivery. on top of that their deliver person never carry weighing equipment with them. after 15 days also for not receiving we have to do follow up. Is this a real prob there of shortage, we would like to know.
Before that we spent more than 25 years in Ulhasnagar. never faced such prob. very next day we used to receive the cylinder on booking or sometimes on the same day also. Why there is such vast difference? Please explain.

I am Babita Mitra from Asansol West Bengal. iam a lpg cooking gas consumer of hp(consumer no. 602936). my distributor is mauri lpg gas office (distributor code-394810, ph.no[protected]. the distributor never delivery cylinders at time. And also delay to delivery about 15 to 20 days.and I also have double cylinder but they don't refill both cylinders at one time. the distributor and his staffs are misbehaves with customer.And they also forced to buy cylinder in blacking. that's cost 500 rupees . please take care of this and do the needful at the earliest.

my dealer of HP gas Balaghat (M.P.) Superior Sales Services, says about transfer case only minimum 90 days old connection is transferable while i resign my company and submit my HP LPG connection to old dealer and submit as a proof re leaving order of my company and old dealer transfer paper of LPG after that HP dealer says I am not able to get my connection. Pls tell me can I get my connection or not?

    DEAR SIR/MADAM

    I HAVE A HP GAS CONNECTION WITH DOUBLE CYLINDER WITH SRI SAI KRISHNA GAS AGENCY 1-73/D/5, JANARDHANA HILLS, SY NO 50, OPP TELECOM NAGAR, GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD-32.
    I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 08.08.08 DIRECTLY. TODAY THE DATE WAS 19.08.08. ALREADY IT WAS 11 DAYS COMPLETED. TWO DAYS BACK OUR REFIL WAS COMPLETED.
    HE WONT LIFT THE PHONE. EVEN HE WONT GIVE REPLY WHEN I GO AND MEET HIM DIRECTLY. HE WAS SELLING THE CYLINDERS IN BLOCK. TILL NOW THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON HIM. BUT NO ONE ARE TAKING ACTION ON HIM. HE IS SUFFFERING ALL THE PEOPLE LIKE THIS ONLY.

      I booked gas for home delivery one month ago, but till today 06.10.2008 Gas Cylinder is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative & Gas Agency, they didn't pick up phone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

        I am not getting HP gas supply from Gas agency at Pinjore Haryana. Those people have banged there phone and now its festival time HP gas is not available for domestic consumers but are supplied at sweetshops and restaurants at Rs 500 per gas cylinder and there visibility is open, even Pinjore police is also not doing anything as all o[censored]s know that police is not for common man it is only for VIPs. In advt's they say consumption of LPG cylinders is only for domestic use but they themselves make it available to commercial players. These people even refill commercial gas cylinder from domestic LPG as all o[censored]s know commercial gas is available for Rs1149 per cylinder (19 Kg)and domestic for Rs 340(14kg). What shall we do all are corrupt from top to bottom. They are just [censored]inng As*****s.

          I am approaching your dealer KOVAI GAS Agency[protected] for applying a new domestic LPG connection along with my residence proof doccuments. But the dealer insist me to buy hot plate(i.e. Gas stove or Pressure cooker), otherwise he is not interest to book the LPG connection. I told him clearly i need a LPG connection only because i am having good quality LPG stove. Also i noticed that the cost of the product is too high while comparing with other retail outlets. Also I am noticing in his office notice board in which they cleared wrote as Hot plate / other cooking items are not madatory if a customer applying for an LPG connection. Hence i make a complaint to HP consumer zone on 15/09/08 and its ref. no is 08008369.
          On 16/09/08 i had a reply from HP consumer zone as
          Discussed with complainant and explained details. Customer advised to contact the Distributor with required documents for registration of New LPG connection. Distributor also instructed to take registration and to carry out mandatory inspection before release of NC.
          Evne after their advice the respective dealer delaying the site inspection and i request him to do the inspection 3 times. Besides i send 2 times remider to HP consumer zone on 22/09/08.
          Finally the dealer visit and carried out mandatory inspection on27/09/08 at that time bot o[censored]s (myself & my wife are not in the house) and hecne i request my neihbour to show my kitchen for the inspection But the dealer unnecessarily enter the service room and fond notice a single burner stove placed in the cubboard and an LPG cyclider (which was getting from my neighbour) in the my bed room)and took a photograph thro cell phone w/o my representative's permission. After then he reported to HP consumer cell as found one commercial cylinder with stove in my premises which is using for my cooking purcpose. The HP officals immediately pu on hold the registration for New connection.
          Fro the above it is clear that if any consumer failes to purchase stove from the dealer than the dealer beahves like this for an india paying an income tax of Rs65000/- per annum since last 5 years.

          Hence I request your advice for proceeding furhter to get a new LPG domestic connection.

          Distribut refused to issue LPG Gas cylender said that we are using the service after a very long time.
          Complaint nubmer 08000344 submitted from HP web site.
          Next day distributor called and said that I want to see the document of connection.
          I send him a e-mail with attached copy of original document S.No 1250355
          When we called distributor he said that he is not computer litreate and some needs to come to his store and show the document.
          My wife contacted him at his office. The distributor said that he wanted to make sure that you are still living at the same addresss. My wife said that when you send the cylinder ask your delivery person to varify if we are staying there or not.
          Distributor said that HE IS NOT GOING TO RELEASE THE CYLENDER. DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO. AKSED MY WIFE TO GET OUT OF HIS OFFICE.
          ANOTEHR COMPALINT NUMBER 08000493 IS MADE AT HP WEB SITE AND ACTION STILL AWAITED.

          Really they eat your patience. After booking they never deliver at our house. we have to arrange and pick up the cylinder from there godown. Inspite of various complains no actions are taken due to which theagency is never bothered and take deicions and do what they want to do.

          Anyway this is india and which corruption is on priority basis and service is at the end after all

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am maheshSudam Dharrao applied for new gas connection through web on[protected] when contacted to the above mentioned distributor regarding the status of the connection on 22 Dec 2009 at first instance he refused to talk as i have registered through web not with them,and after some talk he denied the connection due to non availability,when confirmed about the days required for the new stock he put off the phone. Please do the needfull.
          Feel that hp gas company doesn't care about their customers. Don't you guys think that gas company's to have 24x7 customer care service???

          Just think about your cylinder/regulator is getting leaked on Sunday and these so called dealers do not respond to your calls, what should the customer and it's family do?

          is there any one listening over there..., is there something called as customer service???


          It's high time you guys must answer these query on priority, before it's too late.

            I have booked the HP gas on 25/09/2008, and they told me that i will receive it after a week. Today is 4th Oct and I am still struggling to get a gas cylinder. It seems there is a shortage of HP gas. However blackmarketing is going on wherein you have to pay Rs. 200/- extra. I am frusted, first of all GAS agency's number is always busy. They just have one number for booking. People dont know how to speak to the customer and is really disgusting.

              Employee working in HP Gas (BHEL) branch tracks the customer number and book the cylinder on behalf of customer and get it delivered to his house for selling it at high rate. When the customer is in need of refilling the gas and attempting to book by phone, customer gets the response back with the date which is not the actual receipt of his/her prior cyclinder and then getting it postponed for delivery, which will keep the customer to purchase the food for entire family including kids from outside for 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, when it gets delivered, Delivery guy is rejecting to give a bill for the delivery for record purpose. Moreover, branch is rejecting to accept the form for filing the 2nd cyl, which is again unacceptable.

                I want a new HP gas Connection in Pune. And recently i have purchased a resale flat whose electricity Bill is in the name of previous owner, I have only agreement copy and the last electricity bill with me. When i enquired with GAS Agency they asked for Electricity Bill on my name. Could anybody please suggest ?
                Pl. give the detail of getting a new connection in kolkata(north), west bengal.

                  My consumer number for LPG supply is 614919 with Universal Gas Agencies, Taliparamba, Kannur Dist, Kerala State, Tel :[protected].
                  My problem, rather thousands of other consumers' too, is that it takes more than 45 days to get the gas after booking for the same. Often they do not attend the phone at all. They have innumerous consumer connections and don't have enough vehicles for the supply of the gas. In the recent past so many agitations by organizations like DYFI and Youth Congress have taken place but to no avail. Majority of the consumers like me think that the agency should be handed over to someone else who has the ability and infrastructure to cope up with the demand.

                  I have booked for one refill of LPG gas cylinder on 15/05/2009 with your dealer M/s MHP GAS SERVICE, 220, G T Road (S) Howrah -711102.

                  On 08/06/2009, when my mother visited the dealer mention above and enquired about status of delivery, they informed that you will get the refill cylinder within a day or two.

                  On 10/06/2009, when myself visited the office of the above dealer they informed that my refill cylinder has been delivered on 08/06/2009.when i told them that i have not received the cylinder, they abuse me and said that as the cylinder has been delivered to your address, we can do nothing .And let the delivery man come back to office then only we canlook in to the matter or you can do as you wish.Then my father, an old man paid a visit to the above dealer they inform to write a latter to them then they will lookin to the matter .

                  As informed by them, I have emailed on latter to them, but till time i have not received any reply and/or refilled cylinder. my both cylinder was empty.

                  So i requested to please look in to the matter ank take the necessary steps.

But always their telephone used to say the dialled number is busy so.wait for sometime,this is the answer for whole days. what there doing? is a million doller?                       Recently I applied for a new gas connection at HP Cooking Gas service center operated by Trimurti Gas Services in Mulund East.

                      When I contacted them for the connection, the dealer informed us that its mandatory to buy accesories including Stove as per the HP scheme. We purchased the accesories only to realise that the charges for Stove were much more than MRP. MRP is Rs 1515 however bill was prepared for Rs 1850/- and market price for Surya 2 burner is much lower than MRP itself. The other accessories were also charged at exorbitant prices along with the gas connection. When contacted delaer refused to entertain.

                      A big company like Hindustan Petroleum should look into the affairs of such corrupt dealers and take corrective action.

                        I am a consumer of M[s/ Kumaran Gas Agency, Pondicherry. My Policy No: 615400, Agency Phone No:[protected].

                        I wish to state that due to official tranfer I could not use the HP Gas cyclinder allotted to me for the period of nine months. On my turn to Pondicherry I booked a gas cycliner. The agent informed that the supply is blocked by HP authority and requested me to produce the original of 1. Ration card, 2. Voter ID, 3. Security deposit receipt and with a covering letter explaining the reason. As desired by the agency, I have produced all orginal documets and gave photocopies of those documents. I was informed that my request will be forwarded to HP company and receiving approval from HP authority, only gas cyclinder will be supplied. Now it more than fifteen days. still I am not provided with a cylciner. When I asked the managerof M/s. Kumaran Agency, Pondicherry, he informed that no approval has been received.
                        I therefore request you sir, kindly to do the needful at an early date and instruct the agency M/s, Kumaran gas agency, Pondicherry to effect the supply of gas cyclinder at an earlyt date.

                          i am from thrissur.
                          due to wrong working our agency suspemded by the hindustan petrolium corporation and civilsupplies authorities and my connection changed from Trichur gas agency, West fort, thrissur to Vishnu gas agency, Pudukad. At that time HP Officers and District collector anounced in papers there is no need to pay transporting charges which coustomers shifted from trichur gas agency to vishnu gas agency and anounced we will appoint or arrange a new agency. Now Vishnu gas agency started charging transporting charge from us and we have to pay additional Rs. 20 for a cylinder due to HP and also taking more than one Month for refilling on your bill there is a sentence " We pledge to provide refill within 24 hours"

When every i am going to book new cylinder, very time booking phone number[protected],[protected],[protected] "still busy" the message playing. I try four hours from moring 8:45 Am to 1:00 Pm on 29/09/08. I am unable to book the cylinder. This happend last 8 months, Privies it was not happend. I ask delivery boy they says nathing change phone number. But cylinder boot very big pazeel. if i telling worng please call this numbers. This is very inconvance for customres

                                  1. Agency is refusing to book gas before 30 days from the date of previous delivery. Need to know the correct rule. With previous dealer we were booking next gas after 20 days of delivery.
                                  2. Most of the time either phone is engaged or ringing, phone will be unattended.
                                  If attended also, Answer is not clear and immediately disconnected.
                                  3.One day person sitting on customer call will tell gas will be delivered today or tomorrow and after two days some body else sitting on the same seat will tell, gas will be delivered in two- three days.
                                  I request you to address my above problem immediately or suggest me some other agency in Benerghatta Road, Near IIM, Bangalore where I could migrate for better service, if they could provide.

                                  I am chandra from pune, I had taken a new HP domestic gas connection and it got finished 5 days back, since then
                                  1- I am calling to agency and they say that it cannot be delivered before 20days
                                  2- most of the time phone are busy and if the ring goes nobody pics the phone if it is picked they answer very rudely.
                                  3- some time the man who pics the phone says i will be delivered next days but while calling next day somebody else sitting on the same chair would says it will take more tha15days to deliver the gas.
                                  4- its going to be 5days we are unable to cook the food at home since we dont have another cylinder.

                                  I am M.Raju from Hyderabad, Nacharam. My agent Name is Ravi Prasad HP Gas agent. Revently I shifted from secunderabad to Nacharma On July'10 and I received Gas on Aug'10 last Ist week and I again booked On Sep 2nd week. They told after 15 days will come. Again I reminder after 15 days i, e Sep 28th. They are told again after 15 days will come. I went office and asked about above.They are telling, at the time power supply failed at the time of booking.
                                  They are counting from 28th Sep'10. How they are working above

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am Mr. Aboobacker M. A., Mandayipurath house, Madavana 680 666, Eriyad, Kodungallur, Thrissur Dt., Kerala.
                                  I am a gas consumer of Indane gas and its agency in our town at kodungallur is SREE VINAYAKA INDANE SERVICES. My consumer No. is 6775. Whenever, we are telephoning to the agency for booking gas, they never pick the telephone. Atlast, myself will go their office and booking gas. But they will not deliver in time which Govt. propose limit time. Some times we are receiving gas once in two months. Now, we have booked gas more than 1.5 months. Still not received. Today I called but never take telephone. Tomorrow I have to go personally their office to enquire about that. So, there are lot of problems and complaints in my village people. But they are not reacted thats the problem and in the mean time I heared that the agency is giving gas to somebody without any booking.
                                  So, please do the action against the agency and make arrangements to deliver gas in time to the customers.

                                    i am radha rani mondal, 16-B/37 shanti puram bodla agra - U.P . sir my complaint is this that i have two cilender's and i booked my gas according to their rules and they maintain the that when u get a cilender after 21 days u can book other gas and we followed their rule but after that they are not following their rule and at this time our both cilenders are empty and we booked our gas before 13 days with following their 21 days rule and after all of that we are not getting any cillender from them and then we called them they told thats its not possible to send u the gas cilender now sir u told us that how we make our food.the boss of the gas agency is also not taking action after our call and they always deduct 2 or 3 kg gas.the num they are giving us for book the gas and on that num the ringing but they recieve the call hour and hour. please sir do some action on that its my humble request

                                    i am Manjunath from Bangalore. our gas agency name Venkateswara gas agency Jalahalli. my consumer no.is 640976.(HP GAS) in every time delay to delivery cylinder. supplier give near hotels & homes immediately. our gas refilling records as per system 12 April 2011 still we are not receiving cylinder

                                      I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION WITH HP GAS. THE DEALER IS MAHALAXMI GAS SERVICE GEETANJALI TOWER JAIPUR. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 500312. WHENEVER I WANT TO DO BOOKING ON PHONE[protected] THERE IS ALWAYS NO RESPONCE. I HAVE TO DRIVE 5KMS FOR BOOKING. I M A BUSY DOCTOR & I HAVE ALWAYS LACK OF TIME. I ALSO BOOKED ON PHONE NO. 12665 BEFORE 10 DAYS & MY BOOKING NO. WAS 35 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER TILL TODAY(27MAY2008).
