Dear Sir,

I had applied for a HP double gas cylinder last month[protected] at M/s.

Raje Bhavanishankar Enterprise, Shop No. 1, Mahadev Niwas, Plot No.

22, Sector 5, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai-400 705, Tel. No.[protected].

At the time of my booking, I was at waiting list 134. After repeated enquiry from the agent, I came to know that my status of my claim has not changed since then.

Please suggest me the procedure for filing complaint, as I had faced immense problem when my single

cylinder got exhausted last month.My Consumer No. is 626056.

you are right.same thing is happening with many people.Govt authorized official should take immediate action to punish those people who is responsible for this.
HP GAS waste service it is of Sanpada, they never pick up phone for booking and there are womens sitting in the office and the whole chatting with somebody in phone.

    Dear Sir,
    I have booked Refill Gas Cylinder before one month. But still I am not getting it after continuous follow up. Amrapali Gas Agency[protected], Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, they are just telling that today they will give the Cylinder. I have called them 100 time on phone but they are not taking it seriously. As a customer I am very dis-satisfied. This is serious customer complaint. Pl. look into this matter & give me Gas cylinder immediately.

    Dear Sirs,

    I have booked my Gas Refill on 29th March 2009 over computer Booking Tel No 1716. My Booking No. is 33 and my Consumer No. 614989 but I have not received the Refill yet.

    When I approached to the Distributor they are saying that no booking is taken in the above Tel. No 1716. I cant follow their reply . please look into the matter and enable me to send the Gas refill to avoid inconvenience in my daily lifewhile cooking the food for my Family.They asked me to call in their Tel No.40084596.

    My question is then Booking Tel no. 1716 which is given in your website is vegue?

      I have booked for gas cylinder on 25th July 2008, and the HP GAS agent has not delivered the cylinder till today ( 22nd September). We have called and and also gone to their office and requested many times and they always say that they will deliver it on that day or next. But we haven't got our gas even after 58 days of booking.

      I am aged about 77 years and mywife is about 70 years. We both are senior citizens and are unable to go always to their office. I would like to complain against our agent to avail gas on time in future.

      We have also heard that they are delivering gases at other areas where they are giving Rs.50 additional for cylinder. They also deliver cooking gas to auto and taxi drivers. I do not have proof of these, but this is the usual things happening here.

      In addition to this, delivery guy never gives us a receipt when we get gas. They also take a delivery charge of about Rs.10/- eventhough we are just 0.5 km away from the gas agency's office. Dealer's name and location is:

      HP GAS/LPG — Non booking of LPG

      Our dealer sri sai krishna gas agency at Gachi Bowli, Hyderabad has put his phones down and never lifted during the last four months. previously also the same story.eachtime I have to make visit to his shop and there are complaints of simialar type from everybody.Kindly help the public from this notorious blackmarket seller.Now suggest me a way out to register my gas booking without visiting his place personally

        Hi,

        This is to inform the Consumer Court about the Greviances faced by the HP Gas Consumers in the Location ALWAL, Secunderabad, 500010.

        We have a single connection with HP and my family consists of 5 members.

        Someone please tell me how is possible that one cyclinder of 15kgs can last for a month and a half.

        We can only book a cyclinder after 23 days of the delievery of a cyclinder and after booking it it takes another 20 days to get one.

        They wont give me a new connection which would atleast help me have a double connection.

        This is a problem with more than a thousand people out here and the HP agency people respond very rudely when we try to talk and they hardly respond on the phones.

        Someone please look into the problem and help the Customers out here ... This is a serious problem.

          Dear Sir,
          It is very much regret-some to say that the delaer of HP Gas at BURLA, SAMBALPUR, ORISSA (Dealer- M/s Raghunath Choudhury) although taking full amount (i.e. Rs.367.31 at present) for a LPGas Cylinder of 14.2 KG (Nett), denying delivery of Cylinder at door step. Consumers here are compelled to take delivery of Gas Cylinder from his Shop/Stock-yard, otherwise Consumers are denied of Gas in stock. Although places are within the Notified Area (NAC), i.e. within 8 Kms. radious of NAC, delivery of Gas is denied. MCL is giant PSU having its Corporate office and township within this NAC. But Consumers from this township are denied of Home delivery of LPG and a monopoly practice by the dealer concerned for this non-delivery, even dealer is taking full money and we know that this full amount is inclusive of home delivery charges. The very cause of this practice is, use of middle-man for extra earning from sell of LPG thru them and black marketing or mis-utilisation of Domestic Gas in commercial purpose like selling of Gas Cylinderto Hostel, Restaurant, Hotels etc. of this localities.

          Proof of these activities can be had from the consumers of Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. and some of others.Even we book LPG for months, if we will not visit the dealership we can not get LPG at our door step. It is evident from the booking register of the dealership and Supply Register if any or from the Consumers Gas book(Pass Book). If Authority is keen to protect the consumers and repair the puncture of Countries Money (subsidy) to black whole, then it have take stern action against the dealer after a thorough enquiry of the grievance. People of this place are very innocent, peace loving and love to keep-away from any conflicts, of which this dealer is taking advantage. So this is the time to wake up and act.

          HP gas 14.2kg — use of 14.2 kg gas for commercial purpose

          Dear sir,
          in our residetntial building at cbd belapur .

          one of the family using 14.2 kg gas (8 to 10 gaes) for commercial purpose .

          so please take action againt as it is harmful to all the family staying in tha building and for neighbourer also .

          I am Tarun Jotani.I am mailing regarding a complain of my cousin.His name is Mukeshbhai B. Surani.
          When he made the booking, the dealer charged him Rs. 1800 for cylinder and Rs. 100 for regulator. In the column of Cylinder Nos he wrote one cylinder. But recently he came to know that in the year 1999 generally the dealer was charging Rs. 900 for one cylinder.So I came to know that he charged me for two cylinders but in the column of cylinder no. he wrote only one cylinder.I already talked to him regarding this.He told me that I will get an another cylinder but for that i have to pay another charge which is equal to the current deposit.
          His details of booking of LPG Gas is - Consumer name - Mukeshbhai Balubhai Surani, his Doc. no. - 1000123, Consumer no. - 605542 and his Dealer code is 955100. His date of booking is[protected].

            Respected Sir,

            Consumer Numer: 614632 with
            Rukmani Gas Agency at Kalveerampalayam,
            Coimbatore-641046.

            Even though the company pledges to provide refills within 24 hours, they never, ever deliver the gas cylinder in less than 10 days time.

            I booked for refill of cylinder on 22nd Aug. 2008. They gave me the booking Number as 148206. Till today i.e. nearly a month they have not supplied the gas cylinder.

            On enquiry, their usual statement is " when we came your house was locked. This statement is far from truth because, my wife who is physically ill and bedridden is always at home with a lady attendent.

            We both are Senior citizens, aged 65 and 69 years.

            We need uninterrupted gas supply because outside eatables/meals does not suit us.

            Kindly do something in the matter to save our agony.

            hp gas domestic connection — delay in delivery of cylinder

            we have Hp gas connection Consumer no. 142 address 190 Adarsh Nagar, Alwar, with Mohan Gas Agency, Lajpat Nagar Alwar. we booked our cylender on 28.09.2008 but we receive our cylender on 10.11.2008 after a long verbal dual.
            This not first time it happens regularly. Most of the consumers make complained against the said dealer but no action is being taken against him

            Dear Sir,
            I am consumer of HP Gas since last 20 years. My customer ID is 640120. Since last 6 month there is regular delay in gas cylinder supply.
            They take more than 25 Days to supply Cylinder after booking. Generally, i consume 1 cylinder in 24 days, for remaining days i have to depend on other sources.
            We complaint several time regarding this issue in the agency situated in Pancheel Park, Shahdra. but people over there explained it as a company policy.
            You are requested to help me out in this matter.

                I am a lecturer in UIT Burdwan University, residing at Amtala Sukantapally, Saraitikar rd., po - rajbati pin 713104 Burdwan, W-B.My hp gas connection is at Manirmath burdwan which is in burdwan municipality .Since my residence is not under this municipality but under Belkash Gram panchayat, burdwan, They refuse to deliver the cylinder at our tresidence as well if they deliver they charge Rs 30/- extra on each delivery. our local hp distributer "kaluaneswari gas distributre", burdwan is also not aloowing us to transfer the said there but can give us new connection with all the package ie oven etc...We are in great trouble so please take required step at your earnest.

                DHAMDHERE gas Agency (HP) charges an extra 10/- for the delivery.

                  It is requesting that i am the consumer of the HP gas No.626224 from the 06 yrs and I have only single cylinder, it is problem to carrier of my family and I am applied for additional cylinder on 24.05.07 to Swastik Agency, Keshwapur, Hubli-580020. There is no reply from the agency so far. Kindly arrange to provide additional cylinder please.

                  Hindustan Petroleum Gas — inordinate delay in delivery of cylinder and apathetic attitude of the sales officer

                  Sir, my consumer no.is603505 and my dealer is Sanika enterprises, baripada, orissa.I am not getting delivery of cylinder even one month after booking.When we approached the sales officer Mr.Kujur for help he is supporting the dealer as if he is a partner in the business. Inspite of having two cylinders i am purchasing cylinders in black market and sales officer is telling that it is prevelent throught India.
                  Please take necessary steps for early delivery.

                  Sir,
                  I am from Sambalpur, Orissa having consumer number 605796 like lodges the following compliant against poor service in supplying of refilling gas cylinders by your dealer in my area. That before some months company has terminated dealership of one dealer named 'SAMALESWARI GAS' and deputed other dealer named 'TARINI GAS' to serve gas to the consumers. In the total town only one dealer is serving (to his own consumer and to the consumer of SAMLESWARI GAS). As a result of which consumers are facing many difficulties to get refilled cylinders. Dealer Tarini Gas is neither taking booking over tele phone nor supplying at home delivery. I am facing so many difficulties to get refilled cylinders in time though my job is a touring job. I have to go to Tarini Gas which is 5 kms distance from my residence for booking of a refilling cylinder and then have to inquire several times about availability of the same. On the day of delivery I have to stand in line for at least 2-3 hours to get refilled cylinders. I want to ask you sir is it the procedure of customer service of your company or is it rules provided by govt. of India. Hope you will take a quick action to deliver refilled cylinders on getting information over phone from the consumers to their door.

                  Hindustan Petroleum — Non supply of Gas Cylinder at home

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to inform you that I have an LPG gas connection of Hindustan Petrilium. My dealer is Veshno Gas Service, Baraut (Baghpat) U. P. . My dealer does not supply gas cylender at my home. My age is more than 60years and I have been retired from my service. I am not in the condition to bring the gas cylinder from the dealers Godown to my home. My dealers's contact no. is [protected] and he does not pick his mobile. So I am facing a lot of problem due to non availability of Gas cylender.

                    I booked a gas refile cylender for home delivery on 02.09.08 but till today your distributor/Agency Lingaraj Gas unable supply this. Today is 18.09.2008 . Whenever I make a phone call to their office, They says Just our representative going to deliver your gas.                     I am happy that HP Gas is doing wonderful service to the whole country. My only concern is that you could increase the standard of the bill paper. The present bill paper quality is too low and it is too small also. It is even difficult for me to pin it with other bills. I hope that HP Gas agency is not that poor. Hoping for your improvement.

                    HP Gas — DEAY IN SERVICES

                    After several reminders the delivery of gas is not done.
                    We have got fed up of such services
                    My gas no. 701483 from Ram Krishna Gas Service oppsite Petrol Pump Indira Lucknow. Telephone number of gas agency is[protected].

                    1. Gas sylinder book after 21 days
                    2. Gas sylinder delevired after booking about 4-5 days
                    3. In a month only sylinder
                    4. Not sufficient gas to use in a month

                    Kindly look the matter and resolver my problem.
                    I am a consumer of HP GAS(Alwal-Hyderabad) my consumer is 515733, I am facing delivery problem by the dealer since ten days they are telling that today we will deliver, but even know delivery is not taken place.

                      MY CONSUMER No. is 608757.
                      The address of my gas agency is: Bijapur Gas Company, H.P Gas dealers, Lingad Road, Bijapur. Dealer Code:965760
                      I take one cylinder per month. The problem which I am facing is that the distributors are taking more money while delivering the cylinder than what is prescribed on the bill. The reason which they gave was that the extra money is charged for the delivery only.(for ex. in the bill the total amount to be paid was:Rs.352.98 but they charged me with Rs.360.)
                      My question to you is that Do you take extra charge for delivery outside the bill? Don't we pay for delivery in the bill itself?
                      Please help me and if you find the dealers guilty then please take necessary action soon.

                      HP Gas — Charging More than the Rates

                      Hello Consumer court,
                      this is sandeep from Dharampur, district solan himachal pradesh, india. Sir, Im consuming the HP Gas from the Garg Gas Service Kasauli. Sir, they are charging 320 rupees from everybody where the actual price is less than. sir, instead of 320 we are not getting any receipt and most of the cylender are being sold in black to the restaurant and hotels. sir, we are facing a huge trouble. I hope there will a positive response from consumer court.

                          My parents staying at Rayagada (Orissa, India). My father at age of 68 years old and retired govt. servant and mother is at 61 years old. In Rayagada at present no HP Gas distributor is avilable. Nearby Koraput & Gunput two towns are there and respective towns HP Gas distributors are supplying Gas for Rayagada town (district headquarter). The name of Koraput HP Gas distributor is Muthyalamma Gas Agency, Post Office Road, Koraput, Orissa. For the last few months Rayagada people not getting HP Gas regularly/timely/properly. Maximum people have to purchase HP Gas on black market (i.e. more price) and also HP Gas distributor not deliverying DOOR DELIVERY. Yesterday i.e. 17.09.2008 my father to get HP Gas, he wait in the que at 4.30AM and got at 2.30PM, who was at the age of 68 years. Today India / World reached where, but still Rayagada people (sr. citizen of India) have to face this much problem. I hope this email put some reflect and will find some solution so that my parents/people of Rayagada will not face those type of problem in future.

                          I am Vishal Jaiswal residing at Chaitanya nagar, Pune since the last two years.

                          I am facing the following problems. I was earlier availing the booking services from Shiv Shanti Gas Agency, 32/1/1 Sree mangal Society, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043. Ph: 24378060. My Consumer No is 622470. I had booked my cylinder in the month of November 2008 (on 22/11/08).

                          However, upon repeated reminders, I did not get the same even till Dec'08. In the month of January, I was told that my consumer no. has been transferred to Kiran Agencies (Adhoc), 20/1 Punyai Complex, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043.Ph: 24373233 and that too, without my consent or without informing me.

                          I again booked my gas on 17/01/09 at Kiran Agencies but till date they have not sent the cylinder to my residence. Each day, they say that it shall be sent today but to no avail.

                          Is there anyone to listen to my grievances or am i suposed to just suffer like this for no fault of mine.I expect the HP authorities to at least take a note of this incident and to book the guilty for causing harrassment.

                            I have called to Pratap gas agency, Kothrud, Pune on[protected] & 25432482 for getting new HP - LPG gas connection and the lady who is taking care of gas booking says that they are not giving new gas connections. I am newly married & in need of gas connection. Please find out some way to get out of this problem & let me know when i can get the new connection of HP - LPG gas.

                            yes the respose to cunsumers is very rude. Our connection is very old and we have applied for additional cylinder on 14.01.2008 but till date we are unable to have correct status.

                              I am living in Hyderabad since more than two years and employee of a Public sector MNC company. since a year i am in touch with local HP LPG gas distributor. always i am getting responce you come after 10 days or a week. When the stock is available they are saying do you have ration-card. I do not have ration-card. but i have other document like election ID, PAN-CARD and other supporting document. but they are not accepting it and sometimes misguding to go some other office. but the result is same - I badly need a connection. please help me in this connection.

                                Lingaraj Distributer of HP Gas in Bhubaneswar of state orissa is involved in curption as far as gas refilling is concerned. The ditributer name is Surendra Kumar Rout & his office is at khandagiri or bhubaneswar. I would like to bring HP gas audit authorizer attention here so that a serious audit should be held here in order to have justice to customers as far gas refiling is concerned.

                                  How customer is being treated at HP Gas Agency:
                                  Today at around 10.30AM I went to Chauhan Gas Agency, Sector-7 Palam New Delhi for booking a gas cylender. When I simply asked when I will receive the refill booking clerk replied day after tomorrow. I said is there shortage of gas then other Salesman rudely asked me that "do you work on Sunday" I was bet shocked the way he asked me and when I said yeah we work 24 X 7 then to my surprise this is "Govt. Office" we don't work on Sundays and
                                  stared at me.
                                  This is what Govt. is taking care of customer. How one can think that govt. caan compete with private sector...and then when govt think of privatization these very people start crying where will we go and govt is not taking care etc. etc.
                                  Govt. should shack these type of employees or should close these type of agencies.

                                  Today on 25th March 2011 at 12.15 PM I went to HP Jaydev Gas Agency today to shift my gas connection to my area (hanspal, Bhubaneswar) where I have recently shifted. It is nearly 18KM distnace from Jayadev Gas Agency. When I reach there and requested for paper work of shifting they (both dealer and his staff) told me that you need to make a written from the dealer available in your area. I said I am not aware who is the dealer in my area but as a dealer you must have information about the dealer. They simply told me that they are not aware of the dealer in that area and adviced me to contact in customer care. Also one of the lady staff insist me to talk to channel manager and adviced me to took the number from their board. The number was [protected]. I made a call to that number and wanted to know the dealer name in my area. I go the same answer "I do not have idea. You have to find it". That time I got surpirsed, being a so reputed organisation like Hindustan petrolium how come they are so irresponsible ? Nobody has idea who is the dealer in that area where as it is just 18 KM away and in the same city. After talking the jaydev Gas Agency owner he suggest me to talk to Smruti Gas Agency. Then I started to find out Smrut Gas Agency number. But having no luck I tried to contact customer care office which is situation Alokbharti Building, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar. I tried to contact on[protected], somebody(he refused to tell his name) picked up the phone I requested him to provide Smruti Gas Agency phone number. He said call back after 1 hour. I simply asked him will it take 1 hour to find out the number. He said I am not sitting ideally here I am very busy so you call me after 1 hour. Then I told him this is customer care and you suppose to provide right information to the customers rather you ignore. You must have computer and the list of Agencies having their address and contact number so it will take 2-3 minute to give the information so please kindly look into computer and let me know. Then he started behaving rudly. He told me I said it will take 1 hour means you call me after 1 hour. I can give information before that time. Then I asked his name. He tole me why you asking my name I said I will complain about you in HP. He said I can not tell my name and cut off the phone. It was 12.25Pm after that I repeatdly tried to call on that number but it was going busy. I tried span of every 1/2 an hour and it was busy. After waiting 1 and 1/2 an hour in Jayadev Gas Agency I left that place without finding any solution.

                                  I returned to my office. Now it is 2.45 PM and I am trying to register a complain in web. Again now I tried to contact in that number still it is busy.

                                  Is this what HP providing service to the customer? I request to officials in HP to take strong action against the person who behaved like that. Also I request to provide proper service in all areas. Bhubaneswar is not a small town now. it is next computer hub and now it is the reputed education center. Hanspal is just 3KM away from Rasulgarh but it is strange that there are no dealer available in that area. Rasulgarh is the most famous area in bhubaneswar but it is sad that being a reputed organisation it has not filling centere/dealer in that area.

                                  Now I am thinking to switch my connection to any other company.

                                    I booked gas for home delivery on14.09.07 but till today 03.10.07 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor name is Vighnaharta Gas service Bhandup(East). I have only single gas and my son is only 2 year old. I am facing lots of problem. I request them for the double gas but they refuse my request. When 1st time I ring them for booking my gas they didn’t entered my consumer no. in PC. And next day they told me you have not booked your gas and the behaviour of the distributor's staff is very rude.

                                    HP Gas — Non delivery of gas , misbehaviour by employee over telephone

                                    I had booked the gas on 15.09.2008 from Premier gas agency Chandigarh (Distributor code No.[protected] and was informed that, the same would be delivered within a week. Till date the same has not been delivered. The telephone at the agency is always found busy. On 25.09.08 I was informed that the gas cylinder has been despatched, on being told that the delivery boy had come in the morning, but did not deliver the gas, I was informed that there were two delivery boys and the gas would be delivered, however the gas did not arrive. Today on enquiring from the agency about the status of delivery of gas, the employee got angry and started shouting over the phone and abusing for no reason whatsoever. It is a shame that the dealers of a fortune 500 company behave in such a way.

                                    I have gas connection vide No.666989 from Mohan Gas Agency, J.D.Road, Garh Road, Meerut. They are very irregular with delivery of cylinder. I booked for gas on 23.01.09 but till today (26.02.09) they have not delivered.I requested them to deliver so many times, They says tommorow will come. So many tommorows had come, they did not come for delivery.
                                    I came to know they are supplying the cylinder whose ever giving extra amount per clinder without any periority (Making selling-Block) .

                                    So please ask your dealer to supply at earliest and take action against the agency.

                                      Dear Sirs, I had booked a HPCL LPG Connection on 27/09/08 with M/s. ANJANI GAS SERVICE

                                      TEL NO: 222322/ 222122. I had paid Rs.3500/- toward the booking. However, I have not received the connection till today. I have been following it up regularly with the agent but no proper response. Futher, the agency is insisting me to take the Stove along with the Gas connection. They are it is mandatory to take the stove along with GAS connection. Otherwise the GAS connection will not be provied. But on checking with HP, I understand that there is no compulson to take stove with the new connection. I feel that the agency is insisting for their benefits only and may be delaying my GAS connection.

                                      I would therefore request you to kindly take necessary action so that I can get the GAS connection at the earliest.
