Increase the quality and size of the bill paper

I am happy that HP Gas is doing wonderful service to the whole country. My only concern is that you could increase the standard of the bill paper. The present bill paper quality is too low and it is too small also. It is even difficult for me to pin it with other bills. I hope that HP Gas agency is not that poor. Hoping for your improvement....

Not providing new HP gas connection

Hi,

I have called to Pratap gas agency, Kothrud, Pune on[protected] & 25432482 for getting new HP - LPG gas connection and the lady who is taking care of gas booking says that they are not giving new gas connections. I am newly married & in need of gas connection. Please find out some way to get out of this problem & let me know when i can get the new connection of HP - LPG gas.

I am living in Hyderabad since more than two years and employee of a Public sector MNC company. since a year i am in touch with local HP LPG gas distributor. always i am getting responce you come after 10 days or a week. When the stock is available they are saying do you have ration-card. Corruption

Lingaraj Distributer of HP Gas in Bhubaneswar of state orissa is involved in curption as far as gas refilling is concerned. The ditributer name is Surendra Kumar Rout & his office is at khandagiri or bhubaneswar. I would like to bring HP gas audit authorizer attention here so that a serious audit should be held here in order to have justice to customers as far gas refiling is concerned....

The attendant asked me Normal or Power - I said normal and then I got down from my car to pay by my debit card. In the meantime, he picked up the power fuel nozzle and filled it up. Non delivery of gas cylinders

People who have one gas connection suffer a lot due to poor service of HP. Always the phone is engaged. Thousands of times i tried calling but always it seems to be engaged. One in a while the ring goes on and none of them is picking up the phone. Very poor service. Lots of neglience....

Its really testing patience that Dealer of HP Gas based at No. 150/1, Hosur Road, Near Check post, Koramangala, Bangalore - 95
having 4 Telephone lines i.e,[protected], 25532319, 25634477, 65583226 but not picking up in any of the lines.
They are troubling consumers by creating shortage and troubling shortage. Such dealers licence should be cancelled.

ill legal usage of Domestic Gas
