Hi,

I am working in a M/s Andhra Bank at MANDYA BRANCH. I am using HP gas by PRAKASH Agency MANDYA.Usually I Book the cylinder over the phone. They use to deliver properly. When I booked this time on 4th of sept, they said your waiting list no is 101. Within a 4 or 5 days you will receive your cylinder. When yesterday[protected] I rang up and asked, they said we have billed today so evening you will get it; but they did't deliver. Then Today I asked the staus
They are telling we can't do the door delivery come and take the delivery personally. I don't think this is fare I can't go from Bank and collect the cylinder. Plz do the needfull.

    The attendant asked me Normal or Power - I said normal and then I got down from my car to pay by my debit card. In the meantime, he picked up the power fuel nozzle and filled it up. When it was completed, I saw the number of litres were not matching. Then he said that he had filled the Power petrol.

    I argued with him and his manager, but to no avail - the attendant admitted that I had said Normal, but since the Normal is over, so he filled Power petrol. This was not true as the next unit was delivering Normal fuel.

    I asked him to refund the extra money - All the manager said was that we will take good care next time.

    HP should take away the agencies from such dealers. But, I would not be surprised if HP and the dealer are hand in glove with this racket.

      People who have one gas connection suffer a lot due to poor service of HP. Always the phone is engaged. Thousands of times i tried calling but always it seems to be engaged. One in a while the ring goes on and none of them is picking up the phone. Very poor service. Lots of neglience.

      I am a serving soldier working in the Army. My old aged parents are staying alone in Dehra Dun Uttarakhand.I have a gas connection of HP gas through Saklani Gas Service, New Road DehraDun.My consumer No is 674075.The phone no of the distributer is[protected]/2710555.
      Invariably the gas cylinder is not supplied in time and takes 16 to 20 days.Since there is no body to collect the cylinder from the godown being staying alone, they are at the mercy of the distributer.Even now the gas cylinder booked on 05 Aug 08 vide booking No 667 has not yet been supplied.
      you are requested to note the issue and issue strict guidelines to avoide such delay and stop blackmarket of the gas cylinders.
      I booked gas on29.01.2009 but till today 13.02.2009 not deliver. Whenever i go to agency to take delivery, he says tomorrow you must be take gascylender. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I personaly go to agency to take delivery from last three days at 6 am to collect my delivery but, at 9.30 am manager says the truck of clenders not come and you take delivery next day.       I booked gas on 28.03.09 but till today 14.05.09 not deliver. Whenever I go to agency to take delivery, he says tomorrow you must be take gascylender.       I M a business man in Moradabad i have a HP gas connection i booked a gas on 26th of October till today that is 5th of december i have not received gas. when i call a gas dealer he promise to me that he give tommorrow but they not delivered. my consumer number is 19456 my name is Mr Asrar Ahmed Khan from moradabad...
      my gas distributor name is Navjeevan Gas... so please take a action against him.
      After every booking they delivered gas after one month... i m sorry to say that HP gas service is very bad...

        Hi,

        Its really testing patience that Dealer of HP Gas based at No. 150/1, Hosur Road, Near Check post, Koramangala, Bangalore - 95
        having 4 Telephone lines i.e,[protected], 25532319, 25634477, 65583226 but not picking up in any of the lines.
        They are troubling consumers by creating shortage and troubling shortage. Such dealers licence should be cancelled.
        As this is a service industry harsh actions should be taken for creating such problems to customers.

        HP Gas — HP gas dealer phone receiver is not working

        I am staying in Hastsal vikaspuri DDA LIG, flat no.509.just 2 months before i have taken gas connection from HP GAS, d- block, vikaspuri, D.K.agency.At the time of application filling their behviour was so bad but even i ignored that time.Now since last 2 days i m trying contact number of D.K, Agency but busy all time showing.i tried in night even to check that number is in service or nt but couldnt justified.so i went in today morning 22-10-08 but to see all these i was blank, i saw both phone receiver was kept out from telephone set.after asking about this they told me that u r unlucky that u r nt getting my number.

        HP — Not picking phone

        tried so many times the numbers 23000622 and 23006044 from 10AM to 8PM. Nobudy pics the phone.
        Let me know the numbers on which we can book the refill cylinder.
        Hi all,

        I stay at Hastsal, House no 463, group 1 and I agree to what you have said above. I also had nightmares dealing with the dealership specially while getting new connection. This agency does not have phone number engrossed (mentioned on their ink stamp) on their dealership card.

        To start with, the attitude of sales staff at counter does not seem right. Twice I had to book the connection by visiting the place because the number was busy al through the day. Whenever I visited most of times the telephone keeps ringing and the lady at counter is busy chit chatting with other staff member.

        Not to ignore, the work culture is that slow, sometimes, I feel like pulling my hair. And that also does not seem right... For any simple work the staff consumes a lot of time and after all (if they decide to answer - lucky you are to get a straight answer!!!) they answer you with such a look that you dare ask a different question.. I am not too angry or getting biased because of it but actually the staff is dead slow in their response.

        Welcome to the “Jungle Raj” where you have made the biggest mistake if you have decided to deal with DK enterprises (Sorry HP and other HP responsible dealership’s).

        These are all my personal observation which might be right for all other cases also so if any one needs clarification he/she can mail it to me at [protected]@gmail.com.

        I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
        I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.

        Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.
        COMPLAINT AGAINIST HP SERVICE CENTRE OKHALA NEW DELHI

        i wanna complain aganist the hp service centre okhla new delhi. i got a tape drive with my prolaint hp server and since from the begning my tape drive dint work at all. then i came to hp service certre okhla and they told they will replace it within 5 days. after 5 days i called them up. they told we have orderd part for ur device and that dint came yet it will take next 5 days . then after 5 days i called them then they the part we orderd for the tape drive is wrong part we have to order it once again. they told me to call after weeks time. i called them after a week one other manager piked the phone and tome that i mlooking into the matter i will call u back after half an hour and give status. neither i reciver any call from that person . now they r not piking my phone. please help to sort out this issue. as i m not the resisedent of delhi i m am staying in a hotel ant it costs me huge amount.
        y the hell the cylinder dealers of HP were not reciving the call. if they are not interseted to work their licence has to be cancelled

            Dear Sir,
            I am consumer of your H.P. gas services my consumer number is 623721 in pune city maharashtra state. I have booked my gas on 22/07/2008 on my residential address but I yet to receive this gas when I called the agency regarding this problem they haven’t answer my phone. When I meet them in there office they said we are not giving home delivery to your side. This agency has such big area, which they are not able to provide services properly. I hope my problem will be soul very soon.

            I am from Taliparamba, kannur dist. kerala, a consumer of HP gas. I fully agree with the comments because I am experiencing the same problems.
            The people at the gas agency do not attend the phone while calling them..The phone is most of the time giving a engaged tone. If it rings no one attends to it. As a result we cant know when the delivery will be made. We cant also book the next cylinder over phone.
            At some time or other delivery vehicle passes along the road at a distance away from home. No home delivery is made.Even for this delivery at the road made at some time they please, they charge extra from the consumer although it is within 5 kms.If we are not at the road when the vehicle passes through, we will miss it and the gas.Prior information about their coming for delivery is not given, either.

              My consumer No. is 641505. Despite Services rendered by Lalit Agency located at Sec-14, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, the leakage is continuing. Last service taken in end July & begining April, 2008. Charges borne by me RS. 80 & 580 respectively.               Dear Sir/madam,
              I Jaywant Killekar having HP gas connection and my consumer no. is 613433. In Kalyan west centre.
              On 2nd Oct, 2009 I called HP gas servicemen for leakage of gas. He has checked and suggested to change burner and valve and as per his suggestion we replaced those parts.
              But on 15th Oct, 2009 we had the same problem again, so we called him up again to check it. That time he said there was no problem in connection. He has suggested us to change the rubber tube and as per his suggestion we changed it again. For these two complaints Mr. Pancharam came to us.
              On 22th Oct, 2009 we had same problem again and at that time another person named Mr. Omprakash came to us to check that and he guided us properly and he found the correct problem in gas leakage. He said that there were no need to change the burner and valve instead of that the only stove rod was supposed to be replaced. The rod was leak (connecting thread was damaged which caused leakage). This was replaced by Mr.Omprakash and we do appreciate him and his work.
              I want to know why that first person could not found this problem. He came twice to check and couldn’t find whereas another guy Mr. Omprakash came only once and got the correct problem.
              My question is Why Hp has not having proper person to give services. In those days if some incident had happened who would have been responsible for that. In my family my wife and my 6 years old son is there, so please take care that such incident should not happen again which will lead to financial as well as individual loss.

                Respected sir,

                In a village named Gollala Mamidad, Pedapudi Mandal, East Godavari District.

                A hotel near Bus Stand in Gollala Mamidada, main road, auto parking center, this man is using domestic gas for commercial purpose, in this village to get a domestic cylinder for house purpose takes nearly 10 to 15 days, but for that hotel man it takes one day, i request you to inestigate and prevent ill legal usage. this hotel starts morning 4 am to 10 am .

                  My Consumer Card is more than 25 years old. And ofcourse with this, you can make out in what condition it would be today. I went to Maharashtra Gas Depot at IIT for renewal of the same. But i regret to inform you that distributors of such a well know company HPCL are carrying out illegal activities of which HP would not be even aware of...

                  For your information, i should tell you, they are issuing consumer cards (naming it as new) by applying whitener on the existing consumer card of other people who has either cancelled or transferred their gas. This is a very illegal thing happening and i feel you should put an immediate halt to this.

                  Issuing a fresh consumer card and Subscription voucher with old details should never be a problem to HP as people have chances of losing them because of some or other reason as all are not at same level. When pancard and passport can be re-issued on loss/damage then issuing consumer card and Subscription voucher should not be a big deal.

                  Hope you will take helping decision on this.

                  Mr.Bodda.Apparao, Nagulapalli (village), U.Kothapalli Mandalam, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. S.India, was a consumer of H.P.gas and he died in October 1989. I am his son B S Prasannakumar and want to utilise this facility but unable to trace the consumer number and the dealer/agent's name and address, though I am in possession of the cylinder and the regulator. Would you please help me to get the consumer number and the agent's name and address.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My Consumer No. is 633215.

                    This is our 5th complaint about ur gas services. Our Gas Dealer is Soham Gas Services. We are not getting gas delivery after one week.

                    Operators are not giving us proper answers. It is like that we are begging on them. Nobody is picking up the phones not more than 2 hrs. Always it is ringing or ring tone is coming engaged.

                    If we are not satisfied with their services, then why delivery boys are asking us to give Diwali Bakshish, Holi Bakshish, Ganpati Bakshish? Is this a way to talk with customers?

                    We know there are some delivery boys whose communication is very polite. But others are very horrible. They don't know how to talk with senior citizens? We are very much fed up of this.

                    Every day operators are giving answers that there is a shortage of gas. Is it true? Then why u print that we can get gas within 24 hrs. after ur booking.?

                      Need Duplicate Consumer Book

                      Dear Sir
                      I am living in Valparai My Gas connection No. is 600730 Gas Agency is Sri Ram Gas Agency.
                      My HP Gas Bond and Consumer Book is lost in a theft in my business centre. I have complaint to Local Gas Agency to get duplicate Consumer Book and Bond. They are not given the both. Now they are not giving cylinder also to my home.

SIMPLY THEY ARE TELLING SOME REASONS. THEY ARE SELLING CYLINDER FOR RS- 450/-. THEY ASKED RS. 450/- I DID NOT GIVE THE ABOVE SAID AMOUNT . I AM NOT ONLY THE PERSON FACYING PROBLEM .                       We customer are facing lot of problem even after booking the gas cylinder a month before. I have booked the cylinder 20 days before i.e on 30.07.2008 and till date i didnt yet got delivery. I called your franchies, but they keep on giving excuses, that we dont have cylinders in stock, and if you need it urgently, go to the godwan, which is located in Balkum, in Thane, nearly 5 Kms from my home. As i am working i Andheri and i get an weekly off on sundays and on those day your godwans are closed. I have One and half year old child, and for my wife, will it be possible to carry a 15 kgs cylinder holding in one and my child in the other hand. This is not only mine problem but many of such people like me must be facing such problems. I also like to bring to your notice the cylinders are been supplied to the nearby godwans in our areas. If both the cylinders gets empty than please, i request you to suggest us, that what we should do.
                      The distrubutors simply denies for delivery and think he has got the rights and power to do anything what he wants.

                      i booked cylinder on 14.02.09 till date i didnt recived it.whenever i call up the Balaji HP Gas office,
                      they say u personally come and take the cylinder as there is shortage of cylinder.

                      Really it is not only one person feeling.Thousands of people were there like this. In what way HP giving best service to the customer no one knows. You know just to make booking over phone it is a miracle if we get the line.So my suggestion is unnessary wasting lot of consumers time and giving pain to the consumers, why cann't either HP or other source to implent by SMS or by mail, so that it will be easy to every one and giving return confirmation and expected date of delivery by the supplier. There is a will there is a way.

                      Hope they can think of it and implement at the earliest.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        As per your much advertised publicity, every delivery boy of HP Gas is to carry a weighing scale for the benefit of the customers.

                        Unfortunately, no delivery boy is carrying weighing machine to satisfy the customer that the Gas cylinder supplied is the exact quantity and no pilferage has been done.

                        In my case, I feel that the gas cylinder supplied to me had been tampered with. This fact was intimated to the gas agency M/s Ganga Enterprises but no action had been taken by them till date. It appears that they are in hand in glove with the delivery boys and asked me to weigh the gas from my own source as they do not have any weighing machine.

                        This sad state of affairs I am bringing to your information/ notice so that the remedial action can be taken to avoid malpractices at the agency level and also from unscrupulous delivery boys.

                        Hope you will take immediate action.

                          HP Gas promoting corruption

                          We have registered for new Gas connection with Sandeepthi gas agency, Hyderabad. After 11 months we got a call for a connection but they forced me to take a new burner also. We did not agree to buy a burner, Sandeepthi Gas has refused to give us connection.

                          When We complained to HP Gas, Hyderabad office, they didn’t take any action on Sandeepthi gas and said us that we are using a borrowed connection of other person so...

                          Dear Lord(s),

                          This is to inform you that ;- I am a consumer of HP gas and my consumer no is 3229 the agency is "RAVI PRASAD GAS AGENCIES - NACHARAM - HYDERABAD".

                          Past 4 years I am consumer of HP and same agency, I have booked my additional cylinder in the year of 13/09/2005 (4 years) back registration ref:6556874. They have given a waiting list of 74 and till date we have not received the allotment. It is totally unjustified because, every time they delay atleast 5 to 10 on issuing the refill. A family with single cylinder how they can adjust or run the family. If it is one or two days it is adjustable how can we for 5 to 10 days? apart from the above we belong to Tamil nadu and Residant at Andra Pradesh we doesn't get ration cards to get kerosine, etc facilities too. Even the language also a problem for us to lead with.

                          It is sure that HP has issued several new connections as well as additional cylinders in special quotas. What about the noramal person like we to do with? is our condition is going to be same as far as long. when HP is not satisfying its existing consumer then what is the meaning on having new consumers.

                          A waiting list can be for 1 year or 2 years how can be for 4 years that to for a minimum need of a man to cook? Every time when we aproch our agents they give irresponsible answers as well as they even wont allow us to meet their owners.

                            I was continously trying hundreds of times to book the Gas with Ratna Agency. But all my efforts are in vain. They have provided us four number in which two numbers never work. Other two numbers ring but no one responded to that at any point of time. This agency service is very bad.                                 I had booked the gas on 17-Nov-2009, and I was told that gas wil be deliverd after 5 days. Today, that is after 5 days when I called, then they are bookign the gas and saying the they wil deliver after 5 days. The propriator is a female, she is not able to handle their staff effectively, Before some byd burn up the shop I request to cancel the dealorship to som ebody who can handle her staff properly so that the can do the custoemr service properly. They did not give the booking number when I called first time. This is another biggest problem with them.

                                  Stop booking of cylinder and not giving second cylinder

                                  I am a regular HP gas consumer. I am staying in Jahangirpuri and the dealer is Smriti Gas service a few days ago we had gone to our gas agency on 12.11.2010 for Appling of new cylinder there was a requirement of some documents like residence proof, receipt slip of first cylinder. All required documents we had submitted but receipt of first cylinder has lost so could not submitted that slip but owner of this agency said to us that make a affidavit for the same and after that you will get new second cylinder. But he has written on our gas book that documents are missing. We have submitted all documents that required by gas agency owner alongwith affidavit but there is not any response till today.

                                  From then, our cylinder is not booking by internet booking when we went to gas agency for asking reason, why internet booking is not booking our gas but he is began to say that bring that person whose name the gas is booked for sign verification, our gas is in the name of our father Shri. Anand singh so we presented our father in the gas agency to talk to owner of this agency for solve this problem and verification purpose also. But when my father arrived with my younger sister in gas agency they saw there was owner of this agency abusing to others and he was talking very badly to other and me also there HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arrogant, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person, Is this type of work right with clients? He was not giving any kind of information to me and other also he don’t know with this behavior we all clients have to bear too much trouble. he should not do this type of work with clients because by us he do business its his ought to client if he cannot provide gas to client and not taking responsibility of supply cylinder to client at time so he should leave this agency and give to another person who is handle well

                                  Sir We are facing a big problem because of big family and having single cylinder and non booking of refilling. I am requesting you to solve our both problems. Kindly reply me on my email, my email address is given blow.

                                    My gas agency name is Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sangavi, Pimpri-Chincwad, Pune. Whenever they deliver gas at home, the delivery guy never give the recipt and ask for extra Rs. 10/-. I reported the matter to the Gas Agency but they took no action against the delivery guy.
