Every time we are calling for booking the Ph. either engage or if ringing no body there to pick up. It is a serious issue authority must have to take action.

i would like to complain regarding HP gas agency which is situated at Bandra (e), namely NINAD GAS agency, they dont received the calls 3/4 of the time call be busy and when it rings no one answers, this thing is creating a lot of problem to us. Ninad gas agency has got 2 to 3 contact nos but still they dont reply i m trying since last one week but no repsonse.

There is an urgent need for a better request management system. The agency details are as follows.

Stop booking of cylinder and not giving second cylinder

I am a regular HP gas consumer. I am staying in Jahangirpuri and the dealer is Smriti Gas service a few days ago we had gone to our gas agency on 12.11.2010 for Appling of new cylinder there was a requirement of some documents like residence proof, receipt slip of first cylinder. All required documents we had submitted but receipt of first cylinder has lost so could not submitted that slip but owner of this agency said to us that make a affidavit for the same and after that you will get new second cylinder. But he has written on our gas book that documents are missing. We have submitted all documents that required by gas agency owner alongwith affidavit but there is not any response till today.

From then, our cylinder is not booking by internet booking when we went to gas agency for asking reason, why internet booking is not booking our gas but he is began to say that bring that person whose name the gas is booked for sign verification, our gas is in the name of our father Shri. Anand singh so we presented our father in the gas agency to talk to owner of this agency for solve this problem and verification purpose also. But when my father arrived with my younger sister in gas agency they saw there was owner of this agency abusing to others and he was talking very badly to other and me also there HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arrogant, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person, Is this type of work right with clients? He was not giving any kind of information to me and other also he don’t know with this behavior we all clients have to bear too much trouble. he should not do this type of work with clients because by us he do business its his ought to client if he cannot provide gas to client and not taking responsibility of supply cylinder to client at time so he should leave this agency and give to another person who is handle well

Sir We are facing a big problem because of big family and having single cylinder and non booking of refilling. I am requesting you to solve our both problems. Kindly reply me on my email, my email address is given blow.

It is to inform that I was booked for consumer hp gas on dated 08/01/2011 by telephone to our nearest dealer KALINGA GAS, MEHENDIPEER, CHANDINICHOWK, CUTTACK( for HP Gas).But till date the agency did not delivered the gas as my repeated request to them by phone.Today I again call the agency and request them please delivered the gas as I have no consumer gas for cooking. But in spite of my repeated request the agency replayed me that on dated18/01/2011, i will get gas supply, but at the time of booking he had told that on 17th jan, he will supply gas, in this way the representative of that gas agency dis connect the phone and ignore my problem repeatedly.As I am a private employee and I have no time for arranged alternative.

Hence my kind request may please be guided me and made instruction for avoiding such types of delay

my cosumer number is 607481 at SLV Hp Gas Agencies, Now at gottigere ( previously at Kothanur ) banneragatta Road, Bangalore Karnatals - their Tel Nos are [protected] - 11 12 . The delivary boy demand Rs.50 to 60 extra than the bill amount from the ladies and not properly behaving with them. When this has been questioned they say this is the legitimate service charges to them . this happened 0n 28.10.10 when the delivery boy supplied the gas to us in private autorickshaw. Our previous supplier was M/s Shakthi Gas agency with which v were very happy and the delivery boys were also well behaved. Even the supply of gas cylinder was also in time. We re not happy with present SLV gas Agency regarding their supply method and is now quite far away from our residence (Gottigere ) and very frequently telehones of that area gets out of order which causes lot of problems for booking the cylinder. More over the behaviour of recent delivery boy is also not appreciable one and demand of extra service charges is also very hign . In the light of above matter our gas connection may kindly shifted back to M/S shakti Gas agency Jayanagar bangalore- 560 011 ( Our previous supplier )

To transfer the connection in the name of legal heir / within the family, after death of consumer, please submit the following to your distributor
An application with details
Documents giving proof of relationship,
Death Certificate
Original SV / Affidavit for loss of SV

The deposit will remain the same as in the original SV.

(ii) Due to Marriage:
Please submit the following to your distributor
An application with details
Documents giving proof of marriage (marriage certificate)
Original SV / Affidavit for loss of SV

The deposit will remain the same as in the original SV.

(iii) On account of old age:
In case of Transfer of connection on account of old age, the deposit will remain the same, provided such transfers are within the family as explained in (i) above.

(iv) SV in name of “A” but equipment / SV in possession of “B”:
In case of change of name of gas connection in favor of any person not related to the original consumer an affidavit on non-judicial Stamp Paper of applicable value as per format has to be made.
Original SV and equipment should be in possession of the other person and
The original consumer also has to be present at the time of processing documents for name change.
In this case the current rate of deposit (or deposit in SV, which ever is higher) will be applicable. The format of affidavit is also available with Customer Service Cell.

Just wanted to know if this is a right procedure to pay additional amount and was not even provided a receipt for the extra payment made, even though I personally took the efforts of preparing a affidavit and submitting it to the dealer.

This is in reference on the above mention connection number at Pawar Gas Agency, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, every time when I booking the LPG your nominated delar saying that Cylinder will be deliver 10 -12 days, after 10 days when I call them I have not received the cylinder till date then your agent saying that not booked any cylinder against your your name/consumer number then I book the fresh booking. i.e. I book by LPG by phone on[protected] and call them on[protected] for latest status of my booking/delivery of LPG, they saying that not booked any Cylinder against your consumer number then your booked the fresh booking vide booking no. 241 dt.[protected] and saying that 6 - 7 days deliver you cylinder but till date I have not received the cylinder. My both cylinder is empty. Every time of same problem. Please take action against your agent for stop the black market the LPG.

Hindustaan Petroleum Co. Lmt. — Unavailability of gas cylinder

We have applied for 2 gas cylinders. 2 cylinders are not enough for supporting 5 members in our family for one month. 1 cylinder is used up in 20-22 days. And the gas suppliers say that you can apply for the new cylinder only after 21 days. If we apply after 21 days the cylinder reaches after 10-12 days. Since for 2 cylinder holders there is unavailability of kerosene. It's very difficult for us to spend the 10-12 days without gas. Either the request for the new cylinder should be applied after 15 days or the delivery of the gas cylinder should be immediate within 1-2 days.
We have raised this concern in the office(Amrapaali gas Agency) for so many times but the issue is never resolved and the problem we are still facing.

We have a booking office at place called Modasa, Dist. Sabarkantha & they have appointed a delivery point place called Dhansura. Now while booking for refill of the cylinder, man at delivery point asking for empty cylinder. (Instead of while delivery)

Because of that, we have to pay transportation cost for twice (once for empty cylinder & again while taking delivery), Please advice me what I need to do.

Also I would like to that up to how much kilometer they have to provide home delivery or from where can I access the contract agreement copy for distributor.

I really agree that the services are really poor. I don't think its showing even a single sign of developing nation with such bad firms.. I was calling HP gas for the past one week and the no. was busy all the time.. Today I called at 9 am in the morning and the person spoke very rudely like he's the king of the nation... All such people must be suspended from such firms.. Thats the one of the major reason our country is really going down because of absurd people like them.. Once they say, you will get your gas withing 2 days.. then they say in 5 days and so on.. if you'll ask the stoker going in the streets and that too of HP gas.. they will be ready to give you gas in black anytime you want.. but if you want to get it legal.. they will never ever give you on time.. I am not going to write the gas agency's location because there are hell lot no. of such govt. firms in India and writing here will not work out as per my knowledge... its just a site so that you can expel your frustration but you will not get any solutions as many of my friends has already tried doing it here.. Batheda Gas but they are telling that the Gas connection can only be transferred after a period of one year.
Subsequently I approached the nearest Bharat Gas dealer (no HP Gas supply in Kankroli), Dwarkesh Gas in Kankroli for new connection but they are telling that they can only allot a new connection on the basis of transfer of existing connection from Udaipur to Kankroli.

I Was submitted my all transfercopy of my connection last month second week.I am still waiting for my gas connection. every three days i was enquiry but they are telling they not getting conformation from my above rajasthan Dealer.
last one month i am facing lot of problems about same.

I am feeling myself helpless in this regard. Pl. let me know whether there is any such rule and if then pl. suggest me a way to get resolved my problem

We have booked a Domestic Gas Cylinder on 29-3-08 our booking no: 12666 and customer no:624 816 already 20 days over they are not delivering the cylinder and also they are not lifting the phone which is very bad when we have gone to their office they are abusing, misbehaving with the customer and not responding properly.Every time they are booking cylinders after 20 days we want to know is this Govt rule or they playing with us. Every time they are delivering the gas Cylinder after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking. so please explain this delay. Last time we have received with seal broken cylinder with 2.5 kg shortage when we complained to M/s Maruti Gas Agency its Rep.Mr.Dastagiri Khan he promised to exchange but after 10 days after going round several times to his office Then only he exchanged. his delivery boys do not have weighing scale with auto and when we ask they are abusing to us so please take action and we request you to cancell his licence.kindly do the needful

Yes I agree... HP gas distributor is doing this type of rubbish business.. In Akola district one HP gas dealer is also doing the blackmailing, e.g sometimes selling tea which is cumpulsary to buy otherwise no gas cylinder will be provided. .and also there is no home delivery system.. compulsary to book 15 days earlier to get the cylinder .If I am assured the problem will be resolved then i will lodge a complaint..

I am a customer since last 12 years(approx). The Serial No. and date of the receipt towards security deposit for Gas Cylender has been mentioned in the Passbook issued by the Dealer. Now, I have shifted my home to another place in kolkata and very need of transfer my cooking gas connection to my nearby distributor. When I gone to existing distributor, he asked the old receipts issued 12 years back which might be mis-placed somewhere. Please advise, the procedure to get the transfer of my cooking gas connection at the earliest.

I booked gas for home delivery on 25.06.2008 but till today on 04.08.2008 not deliver. Thier phone is mostly noreply, and when they put my call then they says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening .My Gas disttibutor's name is GEETA GAS, STATION ROAD, PALI-MARWAR (306401). My consumer no. 600109 and s.v.no. 430709.please sir/madam reply me when i got Cylender and pleasure make me sure that this problem will not happend in future. thanks.

Myself Hitendra Gorana from udaipur( Rajsathan) get married in chattisgrahh( Durg). where my wife has one gas connection, whic has been tranafered to Udiapur ( rajasthan). in udaipur HP gas office " M/s Aravali Gas Distributor" say they didn't have form no 3 and 4 for transfer.
so, sir please advice me how to get these form and from where.

Myself is Subramanya E.H residing at shimoga city, Karnataka.
Today I went to the HP Gas Dealer in our city namely M/s.Bhandari Gas Agency, shimoga to book for new gas connection. But There concerned staff/incharge of M/s.Bhandari gas Agency has told that right now we are not taking any booking for New Connection and already we have already booked 1000 of Application for NC.We only book for new connection after old booking execution done.

And I enquired them to when shall I come to book for NC, they answered that booking will be open only when the existing booking will be delivered and even we have no direction from the HP Authorities to take booking for New connection at right now.

So hearing this kind of answer, I am feeling myself helpless in this regard & I dont know what do.
Please suggest me is there any such rule ? and when shall i book for New connection?

Dear Sir,

I am pushpak phadke residing at Ahemdnagar. My grand monther Shrimati Rajani Mahadev Joshi having a HP gas connection at Ahmednagar Centre Gas Agency, Navi Peth, Ahmednagar. As my grand mother is going to shift to pune at my home for her medical treatment. So we transfer her gas connection from Ahmednagar Centre Gas Agency to Pune. Mr. Deshmukh the owner of Ahmednagar Centre gas also give us the transfer letter. But after we come to pune by mistake the letter get misplace from us. So we visit to Mr. Deshmukh & told him the problem.
But Mr. Deshmukh is not responding us properly. We request him to give us duplicate copy of the same or suggest the way to get our gas connection. But Mr. Deshmukh used rough language with us & also deny to help us.

Sir, my grand mother is suffering from joint pain problem and Mr. Deshmukh is humilating for the gas connection issue.

We made enquiry about the same at Janavi Gas at Pune. They told us that we need to make an afitabet for the same. After that we can get the gas connection at pune. The same thing we told to Mr. Deshmukh but this time also he does not behave properly with us & tell us to go.

Sir, We request you very heartly to please look into the matter & suggest us the way to get our gas connection.

Myself is Jagadeesha.M residing at Pillangiri village, SHIMOGA Taluk, Karnataka.

We have a Gas connection under the name of my father V.Manikyam, from Nagaralli HP Gas Distributor, SHIMOGA.

It is very difficult for us to carry the cylinder from Shimoga to Pillangiri. [12 kms distance]

Only dealer Bhandari Gas Agency, Shimoga supplies Gas cylinder to our village PILLANGIRI. I went and requested many times with Bhandary Gas distributor for changing connection from Nagaralli Gas to Bhandrai Gas. So that we can getthe cylinder from our village itself.

They are not giving proper response. Every time they are telling "It is not possible for change of connection and we are not giving new connection for another 6 months. You take Gas from whereever you are currently taking". we became helpless, we need to travel 12kms go get our cylinder

So hearing this kind of answer, I am feeling myself helpless in this regard & I dont know what do.

Please suggest me how can I get my gas connection transferred to Bhandari Gas Agency from Nagaralli Gas in Shimoga. If I get new connection also it is ok for me.

Hathway Set top box card is not working

Hi, I have a problem with set top box Card.Its showing Insert the Card when the Card is Already inserted.I removed and re-inserted it but again its showing insert the card.
