Hindustan Petroleum — delay in supply of lpg cylinders

HP supplier Kankaria gas agency, New Sanghvi. Pune. is not supplying lpg cylinders. They always complain of shortage in supply. Our consumer no is 620849 ,booking has benn done on 22 of aug 07. We have not received cylinder as yet. Booking period being 21days after earlier supply, ir becomes very difficult for a big family of 5 persons. pl take action.

Indane Gas Booking & Supply

I am having problem with the above Gas agency for last 04 Month
they dont pickup Phones for Booking, one has to go personally for booking then again have to visit to complaint that Cylinder has not reached even after 15 to 20 days.
Cylinder comes less in weight ranging from 1/2 kg to 3 kg.

Pls do need full urgent basis because this is very serious matter and this problem creat harashment
So, pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

This is in reference on the above mention connection number at Pawar Gas Agency, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, every time when I booking the LPG your nominated delar saying that Cylinder will be deliver 10 -12 days, after 10 days when I call them I have not received the cylinder till date then your agent saying that not booked any cylinder against your your name/consumer number then I book the fresh booking. i.e. I book by LPG by phone on[protected] and call them on[protected] for latest status of my booking/delivery of LPG, they saying that not booked any Cylinder against your consumer number then your booked the fresh booking vide booking no. 241 dt.[protected] and saying that 6 - 7 days deliver you cylinder but till date I have not received the cylinder. My both cylinder is empty. Every time of same problem. Please take action against your agent for stop the black market the LPG.

LPG DOMESTIC CYLINDER — Non supply even after 22 days of booking

The internet booking was done on 17th April 2009 but the same has not yet been delivered in spite of telephonic reminders. The mobiles ring but then disconnected by the supplier. The telephones are almost off the hppk always. It is only luck to connect to them and that too of no use.

My consumer no s 705125. I hv got my last delivery of cylinder on[protected]. And ur dealer ask me to book my next cylinder after 21 days so i booked my nxt cylinder on[protected] booking no 3196. But inspite of contacting them several no of times and even personly visting there office 5 times i hv not got my delivery and they r asking me to wait for 10 days more to get delivery. I request u to take needed action against the dealer.

Booking on [protected] is not working. Nobody cares to update the software.THIS INCREASES CHANCES OF IRREGULAR PRACTICES IN LPG SUPPLY.

    I am working at renown research Institute in pune since september 2004. we got gas connection of HP at Aundh gas company's NCL, Pashan Road branch. nearly two year back we made booking for an extra cylinder on same connection. That time that lady just made an entry in the register. when we ask is there any receipt or number, she simply said no. as they took our address, we thought may be thats only the procedure. after waiting for one year when we inquired, we have been told that no extra connections are available for now. for a while We were out of country. after returning back I inquired again and they asked me to show the consumer card and said that we make entry on consumer card. I told the lady in the office of Aundh gas company that you never made any entry in the card despite of asking by us. I told her that entry has been made only in your register then she was asking me the number of register. those ladies working in that office are extremely stubborn and always talk very rudely. she simply said that i will not check the register now and i will not allow you too. I asked her when it will be possible for her to check the register she said she don't know. then I asked her to book it again and give me the new waiting number but she refused to do so.I felt something fishy but I was not knowing what to do. the people even the delivary men are also very bad behaving. I was feeling angry and helpless. I wonder if this complaint will be attended by someone and will stop these bad mouthed ladies' arrogance and insulting behaviour.

    sir i have a hp gas connection in west bengal. i have requested and given written application to ur distributor for double cylider.i have purchased the ne connection on june 2007.Application received on 28.05.10.They have done the inspection on 22.06.10.i am surprised that i am not getting double connection.Please reply am i taken fraud connection from fraud company/ or fraud distributor?Below mentioned distributor name and my consumer no, please help me for better solution from ur side.I am also sending a notice from consumer court to distributor.

      1. The HP Gas cylinder I received last month started leaking heavily. On examination, I complained to the local distributor with no response.I then tried the Emergency cell at[protected] who did not care to attend and further gave me wrong information as to the working hours of the emergency cell and the dealer as well. Finally, the next day, I called up the HP Regional Manager, Hyd. who kindly arranged for a mechanic to visit and rectify.
      The problem was a defective washer beneath the regulator. Obviously it was not replaced by the refilling station.
      This could have cost a life!
      The attitude of the Emergency cell is deplorable, more so in the face of the many accidents that have been taking place recently.
      KINDLY ENSURE THAT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IS PAID in future.

      2. The bill I received today for supply of a cylinder does not contain 1) Last refill date, 2) Due date for rubber tube change, and 3) Last mandatory inspection date. These particular MUST BE FILLEDUP since carelessness could cost lives.
      I do hope you take suitable actions to avoid such lapses.

        Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. — delay in refil supply

        Sir,
        My LPG connection No 703643 with HP Corporation lTd and dealer M/S S.K.Enterprise, Pradhan Marg, Near Dana Pani Restaurant, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The dealer sells supply through un-authorised sources and we suffer.I am residing 8 KM from the dealer but no body bothered. The dealer do not supply refil in time. I had approached several times to local Sales Officer Mr Vimal Sharma. I feel he is... Now I had booked gass on 12th March but suppky is still not made till 16.00 Hrs today.

        Hindustaan Petroleum Co. Lmt. — Unavailability of gas cylinder

        We have applied for 2 gas cylinders. 2 cylinders are not enough for supporting 5 members in our family for one month. 1 cylinder is used up in 20-22 days. And the gas suppliers say that you can apply for the new cylinder only after 21 days. If we apply after 21 days the cylinder reaches after 10-12 days. Since for 2 cylinder holders there is unavailability of kerosene. It's very difficult for us to spend the 10-12 days without gas. Either the request for the new cylinder should be applied after 15 days or the delivery of the gas cylinder should be immediate within 1-2 days.
        We have raised this concern in the office(Amrapaali gas Agency) for so many times but the issue is never resolved and the problem we are still facing.

        Respected Sir/Madam.
        I want to make a complaint against the agency manager of HP Gas of my area, whose behavior is so rude, even he don't know how to talk with a customer. I think he is mentally disturb, and he don't know how to do his job and take responsibility.
        Details of the agency.

        Name of the agency: Smriti Gas Services LPG Distributor.

        Matter of complaints.
        1) He never ever make deliveries of cylinders on time.
        2) He use abusive language with customers.
        3) He compel to the customers to purchase some unusable things with new connection and at the time of delivery of second cylinder he gave me cooking wear, which is not useful for me because in my home no one know the use this thing and he charge Rs 250 for that and to hide his claim he said that this is policy of HP Gas.
        Sorry, for using these hard words for him, but it was necessary to use these word to describe his misconducts. Please your value able attention on these important matters from the point of view of a customer. I hope you will shortly take an action against him and will resolve our problems.

          I mohammed hanif shaikh, a resident of town silvassa, state Dadra & Nagar Haveli .We have just only one LP gas agency from HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM & the agency running in our town is AMRUT GAS AGENCY almost handling the whole town unevenly, as there is no other gas agency from companies like BHARAT GAS or RELIANCE.So not only me but so many people like me are suffering from the problem o[censored]ntimely gas supply.
          specially i want to disclouse a fact that we dont have any helpline or online booking service as specified in the consumer pass book.
          we are supplied the gas cylinder refill through tempos in different areas unevenly, causing unconvinience, everytime as the tempo come in our area we face a war like situation.A huge Que stands and influential peoples are served first.
          My family & many people like me face problem from this & dont get the refill cylinder in time & hence we have to cook food on the kerosene stove.
          kerosene is also obtained by struggling here & there.
          so i please request the officers that will be reading this mail please take a strict action against the defaulter agency and hely us in getting the timely service therby helping the public as a whole

          Sir,
          Gas regulator of our gas connection got out of order some days ago.
          To get it replaced.I approached your registered concerned dealer in Srinagar (JAY KAY
          Gas Co. Unit 1) Presently at Bagh-e-Ali Mardan who refused to replace it without pur-
          chasing of gas pipe for which they demanded its cost as Rs200/=. If it is mandatory to get
          this gas pipe while exchanging the defective regulator for its customers .It may kindly
          be cleared at an earliest so that we get this regulator replaced without any difficulty

            Dear Sir,

            I have been the customer of HP past more than 3 yrs. I am working with Sun pharmaceutical industries limited. I had become the customer from maharastra.
            In July 2007, I was transfered to vadodara and the same was regularised in vadodara office. I had already received the gas from vadodara office. Now, recently when I was asking for booking gas cylinder, the lady is asking for Ration Card or Affidafid.
            I tell her i providing with discussing with advocate, but she force on the format available at branch and timing is 10:00 to 05:00 PM. My job in private company and presently i've not leave and time is too odd.
            They do not register the request for refilling without papers. I want to know about the logic of ration card, if i've already provide the transfer letter, company letter for address proof, as it is transfer case, why ration card is required and as supportive following supportive also to be provide to HP gas like address proof (license), identity card of election commission.
            I just want to know, what all is going. Why should I need to deposit the documents now. It's just frustrating when we hear such things. Please clarify.

            HP Gas — POOR DELIVERY AS WELL AS BAD RESPONSE

            In June 2007 I was transfered to Chennai and the same was regularised in Chennai offfice. I had already received the gas from Chennai office. Nowrecently when I was asking for refilling my empty gas cylinders, the person are asking for Ration Card or NOC from Civil supplies.

            I just want to know, what all is going on in your department. Why should I need to deposit the documents now. It's just frustrating when we hear such things. Please clarify.

            HP Gas — Asking for Empty cylinder while refill

            Dear Sir,

            We have a booking office at place called Modasa, Dist. Sabarkantha & they have appointed a delivery point place called Dhansura. Now while booking for refill of the cylinder, man at delivery point asking for empty cylinder. (Instead of while delivery)

            Because of that, we have to pay transportation cost for twice (once for empty cylinder & again while taking delivery), Please advice me what I need to do.

            Also I would like to that up to how much kilometer they have to provide home delivery or from where can I access the contract agreement copy for distributor.

            As we are coming from the interior village we are facing tremendous issue of transportation.

            I am living in Surat . I have Indian gas( ujjawal gas service 26 lb apartment ringroad Surat botal within 4 years, today i try for botol refilling, manager want rashan card of Surat, but have rashan card from Baroda, so i need information how i transfer rashan card from Baroda to Surat. Is it possible .
            I really agree that the services are really poor. I don't think its showing even a single sign of developing nation with such bad firms.. I was calling HP gas for the past one week and the no. was busy all the time.. Today I called at 9 am in the morning and the person spoke very rudely like he's the king of the nation... All such people must be suspended from such firms.. Thats the one of the major reason our country is really going down because of absurd people like them.. Once they say, you will get your gas withing 2 days.. then they say in 5 days and so on.. if you'll ask the stoker going in the streets and that too of HP gas.. they will be ready to give you gas in black anytime you want.. but if you want to get it legal.. they will never ever give you on time.. I am not going to write the gas agency's location because there are hell lot no. of such govt. firms in India and writing here will not work out as per my knowledge... its just a site so that you can expel your frustration but you will not get any solutions as many of my friends has already tried doing it here.. BUT NO SOLUTIONS...

              Regulator not fitting to cylinder

              Dear Sir,
              My consumer Number is 641393.
              I purchased my 2nd cylinder on 18th June 08.Today my previous cylinder got exhausted.So we changed the cylinder but the regulator was not fitting cylinder.If we would open the knob gas odour could be noticed.
              We have removed the regulator and kept the cylinder aside.
              Requesting you to send your engineer to rectify the problem as i have no other gas cylinder.

              Dear Sir/madam

              I am staying in Pimpri-chinchwad Mahanagar palika area of Pune ( Maharashtra).The HP gas cylender rate is 343/- Rs where as the Bharat gas cylender rates are lesser than HP. ( Rs 336)

              Why there is diff.??

              I got the receipt of Rs 343/- from the gas dealer
              (Kankariya Gas agency in New sangavi, Pimpri chinchwad --New sangavi)

                Dear Sir,

                I am a resident of Indore(M.P) and I had a gas connectionfor last 3 yrs in Hatpipliya(Dist. Dewas), M.P. Now I have been employed at Indore (M.P) lat year in June. Now I wanted my Gas connection to be transferred at my new residence. In this regard I went to the H.P Gas sveral times, Hatpipliya but they are not responding regarding this.
                Because of this I am facing a lot of difficulties.Infact I have submitted all the documents last year only but still I am not getting any respone.
                I am feeling myself helpless in this regard. Please see into this matter and help me as soon as possible

                Dear Sir,

                I am a resident o[censored]daipur, Rajasthan and I am having a Gas Connection from HP Gas, Batheda Gas Udaipur for last 8 months. Now I have been employed at JK Tyre Kankroli, Rajsamand (Rajasthan) few months back. Now I wanted my Gas connection to be transferred at my new residence. In this regard I went to the dealer M/s. Batheda Gas but they are telling that the Gas connection can only be transferred after a period of one year.
                Subsequently I approached the nearest Bharat Gas dealer (no HP Gas supply in Kankroli), Dwarkesh Gas in Kankroli for new connection but they are telling that they can only allot a new connection on the basis of transfer of existing connection from Udaipur to Kankroli.
                I am feeling myself helpless in this regard. Pl. let me know whether there is any such rule and if then pl. suggest me a way to get resolved my problem.

                We have booked a Domestic Gas Cylinder on 29-3-08 our booking no: 12666 and customer no:624 816 already 20 days over they are not delivering the cylinder and also they are not lifting the phone which is very bad when we have gone to their office they are abusing, misbehaving with the customer and not responding properly.Every time they are booking cylinders after 20 days we want to know is this Govt rule or they playing with us. Every time they are delivering the gas Cylinder after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking. so please explain this delay. Last time we have received with seal broken cylinder with 2.5 kg shortage when we complained to M/s Maruti Gas Agency its Rep.Mr.Dastagiri Khan he promised to exchange but after 10 days after going round several times to his office Then only he exchanged. his delivery boys do not have weighing scale with auto and when we ask they are abusing to us so please take action and we request you to cancell his licence.kindly do the needful

                Yes I agree... HP gas distributor is doing this type of rubbish business.. In Akola district one HP gas dealer is also doing the blackmailing, e.g sometimes selling tea which is cumpulsary to buy otherwise no gas cylinder will be provided. .and also there is no home delivery system.. compulsary to book 15 days earlier to get the cylinder .If I am assured the problem will be resolved then i will lodge a complaint..

                I am a customer since last 12 years(approx). The Serial No. and date of the receipt towards security deposit for Gas Cylender has been mentioned in the Passbook issued by the Dealer. Now, I have shifted my home to another place in kolkata and very need of transfer my cooking gas connection to my nearby distributor. When I gone to existing distributor, he asked the old receipts issued 12 years back which might be mis-placed somewhere.                 I booked gas for home delivery on 25.06.2008 but till today on 04.08.2008 not deliver. Thier phone is mostly noreply, and when they put my call then they says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening .My Gas disttibutor's name is GEETA GAS, STATION ROAD, PALI-MARWAR (306401).                 Myself is Subramanya E.H residing at shimoga city, Karnataka.
                Today I went to the HP Gas Dealer in our city namely M/s.Bhandari Gas Agency, shimoga to book for new gas connection. But There concerned staff/incharge of M/s.Bhandari gas Agency has told that right now we are not taking any booking for New Connection and already we have already booked 1000 of Application for NC.We only book for new connection after old booking execution done.

                And I enquired them to when shall I come to book for NC, they answered that booking will be open only when the existing booking will be delivered and even we have no direction from the HP Authorities to take booking for New connection at right now.

                So hearing this kind of answer, I am feeling myself helpless in this regard & I dont know what do.
                Please suggest me is there any such rule ? and when shall i book for New connection?

                I am pushpak phadke residing at Ahemdnagar. My grand monther Shrimati Rajani Mahadev Joshi having a HP gas connection at Ahmednagar Centre Gas Agency, Navi Peth, Ahmednagar. As my grand mother is going to shift to pune at my home for her medical treatment. So we transfer her gas connection from Ahmednagar Centre Gas Agency to Pune. Mr. Deshmukh the owner of Ahmednagar Centre gas also give us the transfer letter. But after we come to pune by mistake the letter get misplace from us. So we visit to Mr. Deshmukh & told him the problem.
                But Mr. Deshmukh is not responding us properly. We request him to give us duplicate copy of the same or suggest the way to get our gas connection. But Mr. Deshmukh used rough language with us & also deny to help us.

                Sir, my grand mother is suffering from joint pain problem and Mr. Deshmukh is humilating for the gas connection issue.

                We made enquiry about the same at Janavi Gas at Pune. They told us that we need to make an afitabet for the same. After that we can get the gas connection at pune. The same thing we told to Mr. Deshmukh but this time also he does not behave properly with us & tell us to go.

                Sir, We request you very heartly to please look into the matter & suggest us the way to get our gas connection.

                Myself is Jagadeesha.M residing at Pillangiri village, SHIMOGA Taluk, Karnataka.

                We have a Gas connection under the name of my father V.Manikyam, from Nagaralli HP Gas Distributor, SHIMOGA.

                It is very difficult for us to carry the cylinder from Shimoga to Pillangiri. [12 kms distance]

                Only dealer Bhandari Gas Agency, Shimoga supplies Gas cylinder to our village PILLANGIRI. I went and requested many times with Bhandary Gas distributor for changing connection from Nagaralli Gas to Bhandrai Gas. So that we can getthe cylinder from our village itself.

                They are not giving proper response. Every time they are telling "It is not possible for change of connection and we are not giving new connection for another 6 months. You take Gas from whereever you are currently taking". we became helpless, we need to travel 12kms go get our cylinder

                So hearing this kind of answer, I am feeling myself helpless in this regard & I dont know what do.

                Please suggest me how can I get my gas connection transferred to Bhandari Gas Agency from Nagaralli Gas in Shimoga. If I get new connection also it is ok for me.

                  HP LPG — no delivery

                  I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Gandhi Nagar Basti UP. The dealer is Ratnakar Gas agency, Opp.panday school Basti. I have 2 cylinders.
                  1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas.
                  2They will not book.
                  3) After some how I tried to get book they will take 10-14 days to supply the cylinder. So the total days becomes 21+10 to 34.
                  4) By then your next cylinder is also empty. How long a cylinder can go for a family of 5 members? In my house it goes 20-23 days.
                  So how one can adjust with shortage of LPG gas. To fullfill the gap of shorage either stove or borrow from a helpful neigher if I am lucky or try to get from Black Market.

                  Non delivary LPG cylinder after 20ys from date of booking
                  I booked gas for home delivery on 18.10.2008 but till today 25.11.08 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today or tomorrow must be delivered.                       I have been using HP Gas and from a past few months the supply has been irregular. There is a two to three days delay every month which is causing a lot of inconvenience to us. Please let me know the exact duration as to when the customer can book the domestic cylinder and how many days can the supplier postpone after booking. Kindly help

                        Sub : - Noise pollution from CNG station and Hotel Vitthal Kamath @ HPCL Premises Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

                        Respected Sir;

                        Hindustan Petroleum Company is running CNG station @ Vastrapur, Ahmedabad near Mansi Complex, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad 380.015 since December 2005. The machinery is kept just 10 feet away from buildings of our society: ‘ Balaji Avenue, Gulab-Park Co-op Housing Society ’, Judge Bungalow Road, Vastrapur, A’bad – 380015 where we are staying since 1995 i.e. 12 years.

                        HPCL has no permission from AMC to run petrol pump or CNG Station

                        The CNG machinery is making too much noise thereby making it difficult to live for members of society especially students and old age parents in our houses. The members are facing Mental Torturing. School and College students are in depression as they can not study calmly. Parents aged more than 70 years are tired of the situations.

                        The machinery is being operated from 8.00 to 23.00 and more everyday.

                        Recently Hotel has started its business in this premises which has Chimney and Heavy capacity Air Conditioners kept just 10 feet away from our residential flats.

                        The complaint regarding this illegal activity is given by the Chairman, Balaji Avenue, Gulab Park Co Op H. Society, Vastrapur to:

                        1.Hon’ble Chief Minister, Gujarat State[protected], [protected] May 2008)

                        2.Shri Amit Shah, Hon’ble Minister of our election ward[protected], [protected], [protected]

                        AUDA vide his letter dated[protected] informed this society that they have not given permission for CNG station. They only permitted for petrol pump.

                        The officials of GPCB contacted society members recently in 2nd week of May 2008.

                        On calling by officer from Collector office, written complaint was given by society at Vastrapur Panchayat office.

                        Shri Amit Shah Hon’ble minister has instructed Collector, Ahmedabad to appoint neutral person to solve our complaints vide his letter No. Ra/K/M/Gruh.N.Aa/Email-24 dated[protected].

                        Shri Amit Shah Hon’ble minister has instructed AUDA to look into the matter to solve our complaints vide his letter dated[protected].

                        Now AUDA instructs us to contact GPCB as they have given permission to HPCl.

                        On 11th February, 2007 there was fire due to illegal storage of oil tins in wash area of petrol pump. Shri Rajesh Bhatt, Chief fire Officer of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation rushed to the Petrol Pump and controlled the fire. He was surprised with CNG station erected near residential buildings.

                        Now a days Hotel Vitthal Kamath, Vishal Mega Mart and Coffee Shop in this premises have installed Heavy Capacity Air Conditioners & CHIMNEY adding more Noise Problem. The Air Conditioners are running from 18 to 20 Hrs. daily.

                        30 months have passed after representation to various offices but there is no result.

                        We hope you will be able to free us from this unbearable situation and help our children to study, will help us to LIVE IN OUR HOUSES CALMLY.

                          I've been observing for the last 15 days that almost all the HP petrol pumps are selling only "SPEED" petrol. They have stopped selling basic unleaded petrol which is 3-4 rupees cheaper than their SPEED petrol.

                          Thus all customers are asked to pay extra 3-4 rupees since they have no option but to fuel in with Speed petrol only.

                            am consumer of HP gas for past over 22 years at Nagpur with consumer No 115330. Recently I shifted my residence and requested my dealer - NGDA, Anjuman Complex, Sadar, Nagpur to shift my gas connection to the dealer servicing the area of my new residence. Accordingly, I was advised to contact Sunita Gas Agency, Das Number Puliya, Kamptee road, Nagpur. I also received SMS from HP giving following details -
                            " You have been Auth Code No 7GQNUF2. Your account No 11471100 has been closed with us" on 09/06/2008. We have been running from pillar to post since then for getting the gas supply at our new adress but to no avail. Sunita Gas Agency asked us to get some documents along with the regulator, which when produced, they refused to accept the same sayng that our new house location does not fall under their service area. On contacting my previous dealer, they say they have nothing to do with us. We are runnung without gas and there appears to be no solution.
                            PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY GAS SUPPLY RESTORED AST MY NEW RE$SIDENCE> ISHALL BE EVER SO GREATFUL FOR THE SAME

                            I am consumer of HP gas for past over 4 years at Mumbai with consumer No 633069 Recently I shifted my residence and requested my dealer – plot no.207, sant mirabai apt, sant nagar, mavelpada road, virar-east shift my gas connection to the dealer servicing the area of my new residence. Accordingly, I was advised to contact vasai bazaar Gas Service, vartak chawl, virar-west I also received SMS from HP giving following details -

                              HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM LTD — non trf of gas connection

                              i have make request for trf of my gas connection from Rishra - HP dealer to Howrah dealer on 27.4.2011. After passing more than 27 days the howrah dealer are unable to trf my connection in his jurisdication due to non linking of their software problem. i am suffering a lot with non receicept of Gas.

                                THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD VISTED YOUR DISTRIBUTOR SERVER TIME, FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS BUT AFTER THE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR HAD UPATED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR (SEHNA MADAM ) COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME ON DATED 28/05/2008. AND ON 11/06/2008 I BOOKED A CYLINDER, THEN THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE MAN WILL COME FOR INSEPECTION, ON 16/06/08 THE PERSON VISTED AND CHANGED THE PIPE AND TOLD US TO PAY 180/- RS, FOR PIPE WE PAID . BUT AFTER THE INSPECTION BY YOUR DISTRIBUTOR 'S EMPLOYEE "D.B BISHNOI " THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS, IT WAS DELIVERED TO SOME ONE ELSE ON 20/06/2008, AFTER THIS I MADE A CALL TO AGENCY THAT WHAT HAPPEND OF MY BOOKING, A LADY REPILED THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU ON 20/06/2008, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD THE CYLINDER .AFTER A LONG ARUGMENT WITH THE LADY, MAN THEY BOTH REPILED ME THAT THE ADDRESS AS NOT BEEN UPDATAED IN OUR SYSTEM, SO YOU WILL NOT GET THE CYLINDER.                                   Hi,

                                  I'm a customer for HP gas for the past 7 years. Right now i'm staying in Adimaly(Idukki Dist), Kerala. My complaint is that the dealer in this area is not distributing the cylinders for the people having the connection. They are selling it in black market for extra amount. We, all the people of adimali and the nearby areas are suffering due to this. We have even tried booking for the cylinder even before 2 month and still noone is getting the cylinders. The dealer here is filling the gas to big cylinders used in hotels and also selling it in black market. Request for a detailed enquiry on this. If possible cancel the dealership of the person and put in place a new dealer.

                                    I usually fill the tank in the HP petrol station located at Wakad, from last few months he is not supplying the Turbojet Diesel,
                                    I prefer to fill the Turbojet rather than filling the ordinary Diesel. I am sure the Petrol station owner is selling the Turbojet to some other petrol station or some specific transporter vendors. As this Petrol station is outside the octroi limit we get Turbojet with the difference of 1 Rs. per liter.
                                    When I ask the pump in charge about the stock of Turbojet he had denied to give me this information. I am 100% sure there are some malpractices about the Turbojet Diesel.
                                    I would request the HP official to look into the matter.

                                      Hello,

                                      Today we had a home delievery of LPG cylinder which was expired, it had a number "B-06". Which means the cylinder was expired in the second quarter of 2006. I argued with the the person who delieverd the cylinder but he was not ready to listen. In fact, he was saying that the cylinder is good to use for 5 years even after expiry. What to do? why the agencies circulate the expired cylinders in the market? who will be responsible for the accidents by the cylinders?

                                      Please help in replacing the cylinder with a safe one.
