It is to make a regrous complaint against the HP Gas distributor in Faridabad i.e. M/s. Sumit Enreprises, Shop No.188, Main Market, Sector-7A, Faridabad[protected]/2)240555.
There is no system of booking viz delivery of the gas cylinders as well as the Front Desk People treat in worst kind of behaviour.

We would request you to address this issue with proper department/divion and kindly let us know the way out of this to teach them a lesson and to get value for our money as well as the human respect that one expect from other.

i totally agree with this
HP Gas M/s Sumit are exhibited their own on the consumers
it is up to their will whether they will issue cylinder (consumer having two cylinder one official n other un-official) instead to adhering one strick rule. if they please their staff they get un-official too. i have seen them near Carmel convent school while they were transfering illegal gas transfer to their personal culinder.

There is no system of booking viz delivery of gas cylinders as well as
the Front Desk People treat in wors kind of behaviour.

    I had to book gas cylinder but all my attempts(about 100) through out the day on 03.01.2008 to book the cylinder on telephone proved futile & I had to personally go to the agency on 04.01.2008 to book the cylinder. The deliveryman Mr. Rajesh came on 11.01.2008 only & all the cylinders he was carrying were found to be under weight & seals broken/ tempered. On questioning he said we are receiving cylinders in this condition only. He further added that the seals gets broken in the company itself when they wash the cylinders with hot water. The agency's tel nos. & even company's complaint nos. 22013996 etc were also could not be contacted for dialing hours together. The delivery man was also not carrying the counter foil meant for depositing back to the agency on which customers signatures were required. Later on it is told by another delivery man that he might have taken the cylinders earlier from the agency & deposited the counterfoil in token of having delivered the cylinder with fake signatures. These cylinders are then being used with other commercial establishments in league with the delivery man before these are supplied to the customers. The booking of the cylinder on telephone is an uphill task,the company's complaint Nos. & customer service mobile no. are not approachable. Even the company's mobile no. as written on the back of the delivery slip is a nine digit number which itself shows the service approach of the company.
    I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening.
    The H.P. gas agency is Devi Dayal Gas Agency, Sector 8 Rohini, Delhi 110085. My Consumer No. is 600324.

    Dear Sir/ Madam
    I am facing problem with your dealer Bharti Madhyavarti Sahakari Grahak Bhandar for refilling of cylinder. The people at there Rajivgandhi Nagar out late are not delivering the cylinder within comeeted period. If we ask about delivery people are answering in very rash language. If we said them about complaint they strait saying this agency's woner is MR. PATANGRAO KADAM (MINISTER OF MAHARASHTRA GOVT.) so no one will do any thing against us. what ever you want to do you can.

      i live at panchkula(haryana).i have booked refile on 5th january2008.on booking they always say that u have to wait for 1week as there is shortage of gas.is it true?if so,then there must be a solution/public notice to book there gas in advance....

      Dear Sir,

      I have registered HP cooking Gas from M/s. Rajarajan Gas Distruibutors, Pondicherry vide my Registration Numbers 649378.

      With great difficulty I get the phone connection of this agency(Phone No.[protected],2246166 & 2242268) and the response is like they will deliver the gas the same day evening or the next day or within 1 hour all false commitments, even after the booking is done before 15 days or more.

      This experience I have all the time I book my cylinder with this agency.

      Hence , I request you to kindly take necessary action by having an enquiry and give the agency to more capable agent.

      Looking forward for a speedy action in this regard.

      yes, i agree with your complaint. i have also experienced the same.
      yes! they couldn't response over the phone also. Always they said one week will take but after 15 days, if i call them they said the same again. I always go directly to refill the gas cylinder.
      Please help us - to save our time.
      I fully agree with the above complaint. Presently I am undergoing the same turture.

        This is to inform you that I am a consumer of HP Gas. My consumer number is 600125, the name of the distributor is D.K. Enterprises, Shop No.22, first floor, DDA market, D Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-58.
        Sir I want to say that I have booked gas one week ago but I have not received yet. When I make a call to gas agency they replied that i don't have a enough gas so it will take about a forthnight.

        I got the connection from Aparajita Bharat Gas in Bhubaneshwar after running to the office for a lot of times. It took them 3 weeks as they had numerous pending connections. Also they told me that they will give the connection immediately if I buy the stove from them only else it may take a month to proceed. So I had to take the stove also and the bill came 3000/- Rs for a single gas connection. If one visits the office, they can see the office members sleeping on the chair and they have an improper way of behaviour to their customers. One has to run after them continuously to get the work done. I wanted to book a gas through phone. I called them, but no one picked up. After 2 minutes when I dialed again, the no. went busy. Same problem was with the other no. also. So I had to go to their office, there I could see the members taking rest, dozing off. Finally I booked the gas and they said that the gas will get delivered within 7 days. But at that moment one person came and inquired about the gas that he had booked 2 weeks ago. These fellows didnt listen and said that they will get them delivered on Monday. The fellows sitting over there are very lazy and donot have a proper customer delight.

        I booked one gas cylinder with my supplier M/S LINGARAJ GAS SERVICES khandagiri BHUBANESWAR on 07.01.08 for home delivery.On 14.01.08 when i enquired about non supply , I was informed that this is due to short supply and
        the delivery will be made within a day or two.Again on 18Th Jan when enquired, was told that the delivery man had returned back the cylinder wit remark of house lock, hence the booking was cancelled where as my house was not at all locked from 14Th Jan till date only for arrival of the cylinder

        An immediate attention is requested

        Vijay Gas service (Meshwari udyan, Matunga (E) when we book gas through phone, first of all they dont pick up the phone in once you have keep redial for 3 to 4 times and after a minute you try again you will fine its busy, suppose in case if any one pickup the phone they behave like us that we are a stupid people (speaking Rudely), i had booked gas on 12 days before and still i had not received the gas.

        Request you please banned this Agency because of this Agency HP gas getting worst reputation, hope this you take seriously.

          HP Gas Station — Gas station employees tricking people

          I am from Pune. Recently I have been noticing the petrol bunk employees tricking people. This happens when we go to the bunk and ask for say Rs. 100/- petrol. He fills up the gas for the other customer say for Rs.50/-, comes to you and engages you in an irrelavant talk, while he acts as if he reset the meter by in reality he does not. So the meter starts from 50 and goes upto 100.

          This has been very common now a days....

          My consumer No. is 612050, I never receive gas cylender even after 15 days passed after booking with my agency Prayagraj gas, Dattatrayanagar, Nagpur-440 024, India and this is a frequent problem nor they response on phone, this is routine problem and I alway have to make vigrous follow up . Other suppliers like IOL, Bharat Gas though are of far distance from my residnece, they give quick but this HPCL-Pragraj do not give quickly, request please see.

          I am Prakash from Velachery, Chennai, I have been using your service since 2002 My service No. 3301027, Doc. No. 1006477 & Consumer No. 621507, Dealer code 959470 - M/s Javid Gas Agency, 13/3, Brindavan St., Chennai - 33.

          Couple of days before i am about to book Gas through my above mentioned dealer for which they adamentely refused to book the same and demanding us to produce Ration Card immediately to take the booking. My Native is Madurai, from 1998 to 2002 we were at Minnasota & Coloumbus Indiana Polis - USA for my onsight project for TCS. We came to India by 2002 and setteled in Velachery, we never hold the Ration Card. For being an Indian Citizen, as an identity, we hold Voters ID Card, Driving License, Property Endorsement and Employee ID Card (Cognizant Technologies - were i am now working presently). So, far we don't have an need to get the Ration Card. The same incident happened in the last Year, We personally went to our dealer and produced our details they have also accepted and continued their service so far.

          Now they are demanding the ration card and refusing all of a sudden to supply the Gas which looks strange and arrogant. Putting the blame on the Government and refusing to supply the Gas shows the power of the dealership. Nobody is binded to anybody. Every where there is an option of producing the identity, here they are not willing to take any other option and forcing us to go and get the letter from Civil Supply. If this is an Government Order, Why they have not intimated to us prior? All the dealers will trouble the Customers like this Every Year? What is the Intention of this torture? If you want to clarify the identity, Why they can't accept the Voters ID Card / Property Tax Card? (Voters ID / Property Tax Card also issued by the Government).

          I am registering this complaint to seek an remedy from you without any delay. Kindly consider our request and instruct your dealer to register the booking and supply the Gas. We are not in a position (to travel 12 + 12 Kms) to go just like that from Velachery to West Mambalam to resolve the issue for every year.

          Kindly look into this matter and do the needful and oblige.

              I have Purchase Aqua guard compact on 7/11/2007. Machine is in Under Warranty. From 02/01/08 it is not working. I logged a complaint on customer care (Complaint no. is 801384). Customer care committed service provides with in 24 working hours, but my service is pending from last 7days.

              I have also made many calls for complaint which was not needed. This has been happening for the last 4 days and I have a great Problem of pure drinking water.

              Hence I request the corporation to take appropriate action against the Service Provider to save the image of the mega corporation
              and retain the clout of the customers

                iam coustmer of hp gas since last 2 years. i recently got my gas booked on 25 december , they say it will take 10 days..... and this is not first time they are saying it .                   Dear sir,
                  I have HP gas connection from 5 years.
                  HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. I have experience not from a city but from a various cities since my transfer is done. Everywhere the person's not tolerated any things. Sometimes they told us refilling booking can done by phone sometimes they called at office for booking. Kindly provide web site for change...

                  Juhu Gas distributer For HP GAS always have a patent reply on booking refills "you will get after one week " and the staff at the booking is uncivilized which gives a feeling of typical rude Govt. officers, where the company HP GAS claims delivery of refills within 24 hours on the web site, secondly Iwanted to register my self for on line refill booking where the web page of jihaanhpcl.co.in/booking/complaints is not opening opyions of city,ditributors, district to complete the form .
