Dear Sir,
I have sent number of complaint letters to the HP Gas concerning authorities regarding delay in alotting new connection.
It has already been a month back when i applied for a new connection ( Internet registration No: 51445, Distributor: Noble Traders code:[protected]. No one from HP gas turned up till now. I have no option left for cooking. Pls do the needfull at the earlieast.

    dear sir,
    I A.H.Poonawala having a consumer number 618814 is suffering a severe problem in receiving a cylinder on time.the staff of over here at shiv shanti gas agency does not reply properly on phone. my gas was booked on 21.05.2010 and still its not delivered .the rude behavior of staff troubles us a lot.whenever we call the staff is llike that the cylinder will come within a week.the service provided here is worst.
    I kindly request to look in to the matter as early as possible.

      Our LPG Distributor not taking the booking of refilling on the cylinder, and even after the booking they ask for the reminder and said reminder can be done on phone but there phone is always busy and the reason is they lift the receiver of the phone beside the phone and they are not deliver the cylinder on time.

      they never take the complaint seriously regarding delivary of cylinder. i have not recieved the cylinder since one month. this happens every time. I have told to our dealer of Amravati Gas Company Mr. Ramdasbhai Shroff about this but invain.
      so i request you to look about this.
      Our LPG Distributor is no refilling the gas on the time they used sell in the Black market to the hotel merchant, costumer gets problem distributors takes a long time to deliver from the booking date, they takes 10 to 15 days from booking date,

        The distributor's list has been displayed without any sensce that one cannot find his distributor's name, address, telphone no. It takes atleast half an hour to check the list, which is quite a time consuming & confusing process. so display atleast alphabetically so the complainer could trace out his distributor's detail immediately.

        i want new LPG connection from HP Gas, but the dealer in Adityapur(share-Panjab-chowk), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand is insisting on taking the connection with stove which he claimed that it is neccessary & from the company's order.is it neccessary to take stove while taking new LPG connection.i donot think so.

        date 10/11/2008 I asked at bathera gas agency for the new gas connection and he told me that deposite 4500 Rs. and you will gate new connection in 5 days only.
        I do the same at a time and now its 02/12/2008 but the person didnt give me connection and today I asked to him but nobody giving me proper response for the same.

        now I gate the new connection from other company but I diddnt gating money from Bathera agency.
        can I go in consumer court against him.
        plz. do the needful.

          It is to inform you that I am a consumer of HP Gas having Reg. no: 619508. From last two week I have called at HP Gas
          Ratna Agencies;
          Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072
          Tel: 23157716, 23058363, Numbers are busy or nobody picking the calls when ever ring is there. I have tried atleast 100 times per day and unable to book my gas cylinder.

          Kindly do the needful.

            ibooked a gas refil on jan 25,2008and the booking number is 7748.The dealer issued me a delivery slip on feb 10,2008 numbered 7748.They are not providing home delivery and charging Rs.303 without home delivery.I aproched the godowen and gas was not provided to me. on the next dayI again aproached the godowen and they are celereting basant and not agree to issue me the refil Then I called the dealer office no[protected]and not responded then I called Mr.Tarsem an employ of the dealer on the no [protected] he talked me rudly .plz provide me the remedy

            HPCL- Domestic Gas — Very Bad Services

            How well can you defined a service of HP Gas, just judge by reading below mail? I had booked a refill on 12-01-09 and till date i'm writing this on 29-01-09, no delivery has been made, what more can u expect, if on calling HP local dealer, response is negative and saying 2-3 days more. What will I do after my second cylinder goes empty. Can HP book two cylinders at a time? Then they are not taking any bookings after 22 days from the date of delivery of cylinder. Is that the way

              Dear Sir,

              I am a HP LPG consumer from last 8 years. I use to have a single HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY, A.P. (Dealer Code 957933, Consumer No.22474). Few years back i.e. in OCT 2002 we have shifted with complete family to RAJASTHAN. In order to continue my HP LPG connection in RAJASTHAN I took TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from my RAJAHMUNDRY Dealer (Code: 957933). But as a matter of fact I didn't require to reapply my connection in RAJASTHAN. And now we are again back in RAJAHMUNDRY and I want to get my HP LPG connection renewal to continue with HP LPG connection.

              In this regard I have already communicated twice in wiriting by post letter dt.[protected] &[protected]. I have even sent my Original Transfer Certificate as asked by MR. SRIDHAR (HP Sales Executive, Rajahmundry PH: (M[protected]. But surprisingly I have not received any communication in this regard. I am fed up with all these paper formalities, as I am not demanding for new connection. I am requesting to renewal and let me continue with my HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY.

              Please kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is already 2 1/2 Months passed, which is a good enough time to do any type of proceedings.

              Looking forward for your kind cooperation in this regard

              HP LPG — Misbehaviour of Executive

              Dear Team,

              I Mohd Faizan Abbasi is having connection of your company for almost last 5 years. On 4th Jan 2009 a letter from your company was delivered to my rented house stating that if we want connection check than this can bo done @Rs 40 chargable
              On 6th of Jan 2009 An executive named Manoj came to home and said we just have to check the connection whether this is ok or not after checking he just gave a bill of Rs Rs 231/- and said that You will have to pay the following amount. I was in the office when my wife was alone and when she asked why we will pay if you have not asked or taken any permission for the same then he behaved very rudely and gave threat that you have to pay the bill otherwise you will be facing problems in delivery and will not get any service from HP thereafter
              I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like yours and I hope you will take necessory action for these types of services

                I have to inform you that we are facing a big problem with my HP GAS Distributor. Every time they delay to replace full cylinder due to worst service and it is regular happening with HP. When we booked the cylinder they will give us wating number and assaured us that we will get the cylinder within 8-10 days. So I make them reminded after 8-10 days. After that whenever I contact to the agency they either told me that they have already cleared the waiting list and will get cylinder within a day or two. But I am hearing this for the last 10 days. My family is facing a great trouble because of the worst service and very casual attitude.
                I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me what can I do.

                When i tried contacting the agency, they were unavailable on the phone and not ready to speak in person.

                HP Domestic Gas — Non-delivery of domestic gas

                I had booked a domestic gas cylinder of HP on 14th March 2008 with M/s Sainik Cooking Gas. My then consumer number was 607039. After 20 days i was told that my new supplier would be M/s Swamiji Enterprise and i was given the consumer number 620193. I had re-booked a cooking gas cylinder of HP with Swamiji Enterprise on 5th April 2008. As of till date on 11th April i haven't received the Gas cylinder nor have i been informed about the whereabouts of it what so ever.

EVEN WE COMPLAIN IT IN M/S CALCUTTA FLAME, NO ACTION IS TAKEN AS THEY SAY IT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS C F14631 AND SV NO & DATE IS[protected].05.03. I AM A RETIRED PERSON AND MY SONS STAY MOSTLY OUT OF STATE, PREVIOUSLY THEY USE TO CHARGE RUPEES 20 ABOVE THE RATE FOR A REFILL BUT NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR RUPEES 350. THE ACTUAL BILL THEY PROVIDE IS RUPEES 300.52 PAISE. I TRIED TO COMPLAIN THE COMPANY BUT NO NUMBERS ARE PROVIDE IN THE DOMESTIC GAS CONSUMER CARD.

                  I AM UNABLE TO GET DOMESTIC LPG CYLINDER HOME DELIVERY FROM M/S ROOPA GAS AGENCY BHOPAL FOR WHICH I TRY ON TELEPHONE BUT THIS IS ALWAYS KEPT ON CRADLE AND REMAIN ENGAGED. AFTER LONG TIME I COULD REGISTER BOOKING FOR TWO DOMESTIC CONNECTIONS AT SR.5505 AND 5506. GOD KNOWS WHEN I WILL GET CYLINDER AS TWO WEEKS PASSED FOR THEIR ASSURANCE TO SEND CYLINDER. AT PRESENT THERE IS CHAOS AT BHOPAL FOR SUPPLY OF CYLINDERS AS PEOPLE USE LPG CYLINDERS TO RUN VEHICLES AND STAFF OF DEALERS DRAIN OUT THE GAS FOR CARS AND SEND UNDERWEIGHT CYLINDERS. RECENTLY ON 13TH JAN THE FELLOW SUPPLIED ONE CYLINDER. PRIMA FACIE IT APPEARED LIGHTER IN WEIGHT ALTHOUGH DIFFICULT TO PROVE BUT IT ENDED ON 28TH EVENING IN JUST 14 DAYS FOR TWO PERSONS KITCHEN.                   I m having a same proble. i have been trying since long but Roopa Gas (BHOPAL) no[protected] is always busy. i m so fed up with it. Please take action.
                  YES... I AGREE WITH THIS COMPLAINT... HERE IN BANGALORE ALSO SAME THING & DELIVERY BOYS INVOLVED IN THIS DEAL. THEY USE TO SUPPLY CYLINDERS TO SMALL AND MEDIUM HOTEL OUTLETS AND CAR OWNERS ETC., AND PROVIDING UNDER WEIGHT CYLINDERS TO CONSUMERS. IN SOME OTHER CASE DIRECT GAS AGENCY PEOPLE ALSO INVOLVED THIS SCAM. THERE IS NO VALUE FOR OUR COMPLAINT, IF WE GIVE COMPLAINT WITH AGENCY.THEREFORE I KINDLY REQUEST WITH HP TO TAKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT IN SERIOUS MODE AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO CONSUMERS.

                  sir. i have tried contineously last three months & many time request to transfer my connection to ROOPA GAS AGENCY BHOPAL for my sister Mrs meera bai rajani.which is documents are completed. but they dont give me response & not accepting my request & also force to return..& always they saying that sattionery not available.."I want to know what kind of this stationery" for that they cant understand our Value of time. today i tried again but agin they said come on 10th septumber...& before this they called to come on 27th..now i cant understand is this right behaviour to costumers for Roopa Gas...afterall i am Reputed Businesman & how much time i'll spend on this kind of little process. thanx please help.

                    I have a serious concern about Soundarya Gas Agency which is located in Dasarahalli, Magadi Main road and iam staying near Byadarahalli, bharat nagar which is 10kms from this place.

                    Their service is so pathetic that they always hung up the call before we could clarify any details about the cylinder booking. We had transered our connection from Mathikere area to this area, To finish the transfering itself it took about 2-3 weeks. finally they informed us that they'll not deliver the cylinder to our door steps because their agency do not come under our area but their godown is near our area. infact there are many houses in our layout who are getting cylinders from the same agency. We were forced to catch an auto(this auto person agreed to take the cylinder only if we pay him one and a half that too around 10 in the morning) and go to the Godown to get the cylinder. second time for booking the cylinder they asked us to call after 25 days. so we call them on the 25th day, they are asking us to call on the 30th day then later it ended up in 40th day. I lodged a complaint with HP customer service which is an automated service, i got a complaint number but so far i haven't received any call from customer service either.

                    There are rumours that many gas agencies are selling the Cylinders to hotels and resorts for double rates inturn delaying the cylinder to the exact owner.I seriously don't know how to handle such people. Expecting a positive response from you.Thank you

                      I booked gas for home delivery on 12.01.2008 but till today 06.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, no[protected]. he always says it will be delivered after 10 to 15 days. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. due to your record on net it showes that it is Success 5078 when i told him that i complaint against you then he told u can do what u want my all 2 cylenders are nil so plz try to delever it as quick as possible and take a hard action to the distributor. There is always long delays after booking for the gas cylinder - even if told on telephone at the time of booking, that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days - it is never done even for 10-12 days. Even their service mechanics have visited our place for leakage of gas, not been able to repair the leakage and everytime charged us Rs.25.                         I had booked a gas on 16/1/08 and till date not received Gas. My Customer No. 608371 and dealer is "TATINI SALES CORPORATION, AMHERST ST. KOL-9". On repeated calls and visit of my wife they are only giving commitment but all in vain. I am 67 years old and my wife is 64 years. an any body do something so that I get my gas cylinder in time.
                        i have not recd my refill cylinder inspite of booking on 9/01/2008 till date.i have repeatedly went ot there office and contact on phone but i recd reply as today i will get it.

                        this is happening from last 15-20 days.

                          I Anis Md. Chougle, Residing in Kausa, Mumbra, Thane. My consumer no. is 612057 and my agency name is M/s. AKSHAYA GAS SERVICE. I have booked personally gas on 21st of Jan.2008 and she was told that your gas will came with 3 or 4 days, but I am yet to receive delivery from them. Everyday I am being told that 2 or 3 days you will receive your cylinder. I face this problem quite often with this Agency. Each and every time after booking I have to call for reminders several times. I visited the above HP agency on 03rd of Feb.2008 and was told that it will be delivered tomorrow morning. In the morning 04th of Feb.2008, I waited up to 12.00 clocks, however no one turned up. So I tried calling the agency, the telephone lines were busy continuously. I visited the agency office to be told that no delivery was possible today for which no reasons were specified and was told that the cylinder would be delivered tomorrow. On calling the cell no. [protected] to given on the notice board for booking refill complaints, it came out to be the proprietor’s number who also could not give a satisfactory reply. This is not the first time the agency people are doing this. This happens every time a cylinder is booked.

                          As per our information this agency people are deliberately delay gas cylinder delivered to the consumer, If you concerned this delaying he say’s the gas vehicle is coming after 15 days! But he should supply gas cylinder in black to other site.

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and promptly take the necessary action against M/s. AKSHAYA GAS SERVICE agency.

                          I Vikaram Raja Ram., Residing in 51, Eilyas colony khajarana. My consumer no. is 611989 and my agency name is M/s. HP GAS ABHISHIK. I have booked personally gas on 1.12.2009st of DEC.2009 and she was told that your gas will came with 3 or 4 days, but I am yet to receive delivery from them.                             We have gas connection from HP with two cylinders. The booking has been done on 20th January'08 over phone no. 22269428 and still now we have not received any gas cylinder. I contact dealer but they told me after 24th February they will try to provided cylinder. Now I am helpless, please do the needful and obliged. The dealer is Loknath Cooking Gas, Baranagar, Kolkata - 700 036 in North Kolkata.

                            Recently I relocated from delhi to kolkata due to transfer of service location. In delhi, there was Indane gas ( 2 cyllinder) connection. After transfer, I pursue same gas connection at Kolkata.

                            I have faced problem there. The distributor forced to buy 3 another product : 1 lighter (which was already bought from delhi), 1 safety garment from fireplace & sliding wheel below the gas cyllinder (new).
                            They have forced to buy the product of approximate Rs. 600/- and did the very bad behaviour.

                            Is there any rights to force me to buy the mentioned prodcts. Is it not, then how can I compain against the Indane dealer, Jhangra bazar, Kolkata-59.

But every time the delivery boy who provide the cylinder and fits the gas, he asks for commission. I dont belive in this commisions. In delhi it never used to happned that they asked but here they says we have to give. I have a connection in kolkata rajarhat.

                              Hindustan Petroleum — Deliveries stopped and shortage of LPG gas cylinders

                              Am a resident of Katraj, Pune and take my LPG gas cyliders from shivshanti gas agency at Dhankawdi. This agency of yours is badly messed up from last 3-4 months. Have two cylinders at home - both empty. Delivery from the distributor has been totally stopped since last few months.We have to visit your agency office thrice atleast if we want a cylinder...once to place an order, then to make the receipt and then to pick up the cylinder. Everytime people in hundreds wait in queue since morning 6'o clock. Receipts are issued only 100 and till 11.00am in the morning. Again we have to be there next day at 6'o clock in the filthiest place in the area to pick up the cyliders and stand there in queue for 4-5 hrs at times. At times the vehicle does not come. In such a case come again next day at 6.00am. What kind of service is this? You will see old people standing in queue for hrs together for a cylinder. Fights in the queue and with the the HP staff is regular scene. Neither are the staff very courteous. At times they open the office at 9.30 or even late when customers are waiting since 6.00 am for them...
                              People in the area also speak about the cylinders being sold in Black at twice the rates...
                              A working person cannot afford to come three four times at your office in a week and that too at 6.00 am.
                              And the distributor shamelessly displays all the rules of home delivery outside the office asking the 2 cylinder holders not to stand in the queue...
                              This one is messed up and we will definitely take it a legal way if these issues are not sorted out on priority. Actions against the distributor has to be taken...

                              Delay in refill booking which was booked on 10/3, 13/3, 16/3 & 18/3 its' canceled again & again without a fake reason.The reason is, we took 9 cylinder in the previous years thats why Mr.Sashi Kalayadav said that we have to take 9 cylinder in this year also when the cylinders distributing is increasing 9 to 11 knowing by the delivery slip from the distributors.But he just deny it.When I told him that one member increase in my house, he said that you have to prove it that the member increase your house with his/her Ration Card.Is its a RULE ?
                              One thing I want to know that some of months in a year they take Rs. 75/- from the customers for the Gas leakage checking.We cannot see anybody to came for checking the Gas leakage .If That is also a rule, then Why it didn't point out in the gas order book ?

LATER ON 03.12.2014 I RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO MY PHONE "YOUR GAS CYLINDER DELIVERED ON 03.12.2014 WITH RECEIPT NO 111389" BUT TILL TODAY(15.12.2014) NOT RECEIVED. I SUBMITTED AADHAR CARD TO GAS AGENCY. PREVIOUS TWO TIMES SUFFERED SAME. PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO GAS DEALER AND INFORM TO BEST SERVICE TO CONSUMERS.WAITING TO YOUR REPLY

                                At the outset I am thankful to you for entertaining my feedback in the past and due to your prompt activeness,intervention and probably strict directions ,the gas Agency delivered refill within two days as and when I brought the matter into your kind notice.It is a matter of pleasure that gas delivery is a frequent and routine nature as long as your company or customers exist.But it is regretted to state that my gas Agency is least bothered about problems faced by helpless customers which is evident from the fact that I booked cylender on 01.12.2007 against which delivery was effected on 03.01.2008 i.e.after a gap of more than a month.After that booking was made on 25.01.2008 but delivery is still awaited though a considerable period of more than 10 days is already lapsed.Personal talk with proprietor,manager,deliveryman also did not yield me cylinder.In the winter season when we cannot pull on a cylinder for more than 20-22 days.we are unable to find out the ways for cooking food.Now the available options are either my family remain empty stomach or arrange a cylinder by paying Rs 700-800.Sir you being associated with esteemed organisation kindly advice me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in .as to which option should be exercised by me out of above two or any other remedy is available consumer no-612790,m/s Dev gas agency ,Sikar Rajasthan

                                HP Gas — Delay of 3 weeks in Delivery of Cylinder

                                My consumer no.is 605867 and I had booked a HP Gas cylinder on 12/01/08 after we had run out of gas.We have only one cylinder connection and repeated requests for additional cylinder had been rejected in past. We were promised of delivery in a week's time on booking but as of today it is 3rd week on and still no sign of delivery of gas.
                                Further the agent's telephone no. is constantly engaged and rarely when the line gets through the person is very rude, does not listen just says today, tomorrow, next week and hangs the phone.

                                We have booked Gas cylinder with out local dealer ie. Soham Gas Service, Thane Maharashtra (Distributor code - 195910), but even after 3 weeks it has not been delivered. We are following up till date, however each time we are told that the Gas will be delivered tomorrow, and that never happens.
                                The distributor should be held responsible for that and appropriate action should be taken.

                                I am so fed up with these guys. they just delay the deklivery by over a month or so. Some should teach them a lesson. may be file a complaint in consumer court for harrassing the consumers. The phone is always busy. How to reach these guys?????????????????????

                                hpgas — delay in delivery of gas even after lapse of one month.

                                My self bearing consumer no.608723, was booked for refiling of gas vide no.842 dtd.06.06.2009 with distributors (code no.960290, )Asian Gas Service, Phulbani. It is strange to note that the till today I have not reeived the gas whereas the persons had booked their gas refiling already received.
                                I have book gas through the 24x7 booking on telephone one month before, after this i have given three calls for the delivery but till now it is not yet delivered. During this period i have spent Rs. 1200/- for 2 cylinders. The phone number of the delivery centre is so hopless that after dailling hundred of times if lucky will be able to talk to the person sitting there who is not at all coperative
                                i am neetu i resideat # 607, B Anu Appts , Near hope farms, whitefield area of bangalore. my gas agency is sri ganesh gas agency , i have not recvieved my refill yet, booked on 11th sept was promised by agency tht they would deliver it by 13th sept, have not recevd yet. inspite of repeated phone calls they donot do the needfull, i had a similar complaint in the month of july , and i got the delivery of time in aug , but the problem reoccurs in sept. pls resolve this issue at the earliest as it is very difficult to followup on the delivery and the entire cycle of delivery goes for a six, if we donot get the gas as per the committed date. pls do the needful .

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am a resident of Civil Lines, Nagpur.
                                I have a londged a booking for gas cylinder.
                                It has been placed on 8 th Dec '09 and till todays date i.e 3rd Jan '10 the delivery is not done.
                                Also people near by HP Gas Office are careless in recording the requriments of the people and the behaviour towards customers is rude.
                                The telephonic booking is also not respondent well.
                                Kindly look in the matter. And I hope there would be no greivences later on..

                                  Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking Or misbehave with my servant, non pick up of phone numbers

                                  I booked gas for home delivery on last month but till today 04.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative they will not pick up the phone when my servant go and request for gas cylinder the way of talking ,behaviour and attitude is so rude , I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.                                       I, Deepak Sharma senior manager in bank having connection no. 606866 with M/s Dev Gas Sikar .M/s Dev Gas is regularly using malpractice and harassing for their vested interest.
                                      This time cylinder supplied to me is underweight .The cylinder is seal packed and is lying at my residence. Please manage to check it at company’s supervision and intimate me the date and time of checking on my cell no [protected] so that I can remain available. We will not allow only M/s Dev Gas or in my absence.
