I have a HP LPG Connection. My Consumer No. is 612542 booked gas on 12.01.2008. It was told to me that the cylinder will be delivered to me within 10 days. However, 33 days have gone by but I have not received the supply. I have been continuously following up with the Agency (Shiv Shanti Gas Agency Pune-43.Ph. no.24378060,[protected] but to no avail. Yesterday, they told me to collect a cylinder from the agency buyhand , still they will not given the cylinder .
Last ONE MONTHS BOOKING + 21 DAYS BOOKING PERIOD ( as per the hp rules & regulation) = 54 DAYS overd still i will not recieved a cylinder.
Please , take a nessary action against this agency & try to solve the problem as early as possible.

As per policy, LPG refill should be delivered to a consumer having single cylinder on the same day of demand registered for. However, M/s.Soham Gas Service, Kolbad, Thane is not aware of this policy as it is our experience that whenever we registered our demand for refill, we told that the refill will be delivered after 2-3 days. Sometimes we get LPG refill after four days which is very inconvenience to office goers like us. Inadequate supply of LPG refill from Oil Company as against the demand placed, is the main reason of delay in delivering refill to a consumer having single cylinder as stated by the dealer. Please confirm.

    I am a user of HP Gas for domstic purpose with my connection no. 659731 dated 23.04.98. Sir, My dealer M/s God Gift Gas, Shop no. 2, D-930, 60 Feet Road, Chawala Colony, Ballabgarh, Faridabad (Hr.) is a registered delar of supply of HP Gas, but sory to inform you that the said delar is unable to make the delivery of cylinder in proper time. I have noted that there is a difference between the date I order the gas and the date on which the order is written as taken and the date of delivery written in the bill and the date at which the gas is delivered. Sir, Behaviour of Delar is very very poor. Sir, The time of working hours in mentioned in office of the said agency is 8 am to 8 pm. but office is open 10:15 am and close 5:00 pm and recived of cylinder from godwan (Store) is timing 6:00 am to 9:00 am.     My HP Consumer No. 624418 (Dealer Name : Jayhsree Gas Service, Shanti Nagar, Mira Rd (E))
    Lately the delivery of Gas Cylinders has been erratic, once you do a booking it takes 21 days for me to get a refill. Sorry to say this is just not acceptable. Today (14.02.2008) both my HP Gas Cylinder have got over. Please take stringent action against the Delaer, why should the consumer suffer so much. The Dealer also sells the cylinders in black. We have seen it with our own eyes.

    HP Gas — Lately delivering of gas cylinder

    As we are HP GAS consumers & we booked gas cylinder on march 13/2009 & we haven`t get till up to now i.e april 15/2009. And when we called to the local hp gas office they are just postponing & telling it will be come on today or tomorrow .So please kindly take actions & send the cylinder as early as possible.

      Sir/Madam,

      I booked a HP Gas Cylinder on 08-02-08 but to my dismay the same is not installed as yet when I enquired about the reason after several reminders, they informed me that they deliver only between 1100 AM to 5 pM. As we both are working, it is not possible for us to received the Gas cylinder between the abovesaid hours. Today, my wife took leave from office to receive the refill the gas cylinder but nobody turned up. When I contacted the agency they give me very curt reply that it will be installed tomorrow. Is this the attitude of the agency?

      Please look into the matter & expedite.

      I have booked gas cylinder on 21st November 2007 (Reg. No.4201) at Channapatna (Ph:[protected]), Bangalore Rural, Karnataka after 20 days of delivery of supply as per the terms & conditions. I am sorry to inform you that till today your agency has not supplied gas ( more than 40 days completed) at my place. Not only myself other customers are unhappy with the poor service rendered by HP Gas. This creates doubt among the customers whether your agency at Channapatna has involved illegal supply. You may kindly look into the matter and necessary instructions may please be given to your Agency. Hope you will treat this matter as urgent.

      This is to draw your attention that, from last 15 days dialing dealers number for refill booking, but not able to get through, this has happened in past also, In South delhi Agency phones rceivers are not kept on the phones, When requested them, reply was how many call we can attend,

      If this is attitude or this kind of response is very disappointing from HP GAS,
      Pls look into the matter and instruct ACORDINGLY
      I was not satisfied with service provided by HP Gas dealer. My HP GAs dealer is Ganga Enterprises, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi-110 032.

      Vinay Gas Enterprises - Distributors for HP Gas, in Lingarajpuram, Bangalore is one of the worst distributors foro HP gas. Their phone lines are perpetually engaged and never deliver gas on time. My gas cyclinder is empty and I have been trying to lodge a refill order for the last 7 days, but I am just unable to get through to their numbers !

      They are so bad that they have internal arrangements with some customers from whom they take extra money and ensure that they get their refills in time.

      My consumer No is 625814. Please have some senior official look into this. I want a call back on this immediately on my mobile number : [protected], for delivery of gas.

        I am a Senior Citizen. My son, Srikanth Parthasarathy is now in the USA on official assigment.

        For the past 15 days I have been trying to get 'Sreenithi Gas Agencies' on the phone for booking a gas cylinder. The phone NEVER works. It's either engaged or out of order. (I don't know how they are serving the public).

        Today the delivery man came with a cylinder and I asked him to test the cylinder. When he connected it, there was a hissing sound. When I asked him the reason, he said it might be because of the pressure and that it'll settle on its own.

        When my daughter-in-law came in the evening and started the gas, there was an awful smell. The cylinder was leaking. She then changed the cylinder to the other full HP cylinder that we had (we have two cylinders), and which, to our horror, turned out to be leaking as well.

        We immediately disconnected it and took both the cylinders out of the house and to the street in front of our apartment building.

        Since then, we have been seeking help from all concerned with HP, but to no avail. We first tried both the numbers of the aforementioned Sreenithi Gas Agencies,[protected] and[protected] but as always they just wouldn't respond. Then we tried calling the 'HP 24 HOUR HELPLINE'-12665, but apparently their 24 hours don't include the not-so-ungodly-hour of 8 in the evening. My daughter-in-law then tried finding out any HP number (Corporate Office, Mumbai, Delhi, you name it) that we could contact, from the Internet. We tried the HP Gas Leakage number provided on the Internet- 8535846. We were greeted with the 'This telephone number does not exist' melody. We couldn't get through to anyone. Not knowing what to do, we ended up speaking to a person from Coimbatore who apparently used to work for HP Gas Leakage but didn't any more, as their contract had expired. (Phone:[protected]). Meanwhile, my daughter-in-law's brother and his wife were also frantically looking for HP numbers that we could call. And the HP people in hyderabad proved much more helpful, and suggested that we try calling the telephone exchange in Chennai and try to get the numbers.

        As a last resort, we rushed to the E4 (Abhiramapuram) Police Station, as we didn't know how else to handle such an emergency. The policemen there first tried calling Sreenithi Gas Agencies and unable to get any response, then contacted the police station in Jam Bazaar, a market in the vicinity of PILLAYAR KOIL STREET, where the office of Sreenithi Gas Agencies is located, and asked them to go personally to their office and get the contact number of anyone responsible, from the agency. Didn't happen as the Office was closed and noone in sight anywhere near it.

        The police people then tried contacting the HP helpline in vain.

        Finally they called the Fire Brigade and asked them for help. The person there suggested that a constable goes with us and tries to get the cylinder valve adjusted a little bit using a ball point pen. The constable complied, but the leakage didn't stop at all.

        Finally the Fire Brigade, with their crew of 10 and all their fire fighting equipment landed in front of our apartment building TAKING COGNIZANCE OF THE EMERGENCY SITUATION FACING THE ENTIRE COLONY, DUE TO TWO FAULTY AND DEADLY CYLINDERS SUPPLIED BY HP.

        Hats off to the Fire Brigade team for having realized their reponsibility and having arrived on the scene when it counted, something we can hardly say for anyone from HP.

        The fire fighting team, after struggling with both the cylinders, closed them temporarily somehow and asked us to get them replaced ASAP in the morning, since the leakage couldn't be arrested completely. They advised us to let the cylinders remain ouside at a safe distance. The entire colony collected there to watch the TAMAASHA.

        The two cylinders, as we speak, are kept outside of our apartment building, awaiting replacement by the callous HP team.

        My contention in the whole circus is summarized a follows:

        1. The complete and astounding apathy that HP has shown in the incident, that certainly required emergency measures, inspite of the statutory requirement of being there for its customers when an emergency situation arises due to its own products (14 kilos of Liquified and very very dangerous Butane in this case).

        2. Gross negligence on the part of HP in a grave situation that could have been resolved by the intervention of just 'ONE' HP technician.

        3. Everyone's efforts, not just mine and my family's but also the E4 police Department's , and the Alwarpet Fire Fighting and Rescue team's - could have been saved, had the sole party responsible here, done what it was supposed to do. Goes to show what kind of value HP places on it's customers' lives.

        This is to inform you that We are the user of HP Gas. We are using HP Gas for our business i.e. “Bikanervala”, a leading Outlet at Noida (U.P). We are getting the supply of Gas from M/s Fauji Gas Service, Sector 41, Aggahpur Village, Noida ( A distributor of Hinduistan Petrolium Ltd.). From last few days we are suffering from the insufficient gas in cylinders. Actually We are getting water inside instead of getting accurate gas. Some of the cylinders have broken pin inside. Here, I am mentioning the Batch No. and SR No. of some of the cylinders :

        We have paid Rs.3850/- on 17.04.2008 towards new connection at Lakshmi Vaishnavi Enterprises, Shop No:1&2, Ground floor, Aditya Castle, Krishnaveni Nagar, Malkajigiri, Moulaali, Hyderabad, till now they have not provided the conection nor they are not responding when we ask them.

        Please kindly cooperate and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get 'SathyaTulasi Agencies, Tarnaka' on the phone for booking a gas cylinder. It's out of order for last three weeks. They changes the numbers so frequently i is becoming difficult to get those numbers
        I am facing the same issue and wanted to launch a complaint. I am residing in Pune. We have HP cylinder in which the valve pin is broken and the gas is leaking. We have currently pushed the safety cover for now.

        I have tried all numbers provided on consumer copy first 12665 (does not exist) [protected] (does not exist) then numbers published on HP site for Pune i.e. 26213104, 26213105, 26213020 all are engaged. There is no number which is working for one who wants to contact in emergency. Finally if something bursts one would have to call fire brigade. Thankfully it works 24X7..

        I booked a refill in the 2nd wweek of December 2014. Its now time for the working one to get over. Unfortunately the extra refill is leaking since 3 days. Tried calling all possible no and I now realize that it is a common concern.
        Pl some one take nonote and help. My gas agency is thethe worst

          Dear Sir,
          I have sent number of complaint letters to the HP Gas concerning authorities regarding delay in alotting new connection.
          It has already been a month back when i applied for a new connection ( Internet registration No: 51445, Distributor: Noble Traders code:[protected]. No one from HP gas turned up till now. I have no option left for cooking. Pls do the needfull at the earlieast.
          Looking forward to hear soon from you.

            dear sir,
            I A.H.Poonawala having a consumer number 618814 is suffering a severe problem in receiving a cylinder on time.the staff of over here at shiv shanti gas agency does not reply properly on phone. my gas was booked on 21.05.2010 and still its not delivered .the rude behavior of staff troubles us a lot.whenever we call the staff is llike that the cylinder will come within a week.the service provided here is worst.
            I kindly request to look in to the matter as early as possible.

              Our LPG Distributor not taking the booking of refilling on the cylinder, and even after the booking they ask for the reminder and said reminder can be done on phone but there phone is always busy and the reason is they lift the receiver of the phone beside the phone and they are not deliver the cylinder on time.

              they never take the complaint seriously regarding delivary of cylinder. i have not recieved the cylinder since one month. this happens every time. I have told to our dealer of Amravati Gas Company Mr. Ramdasbhai Shroff about this but invain.
              so i request you to look about this.
              Our LPG Distributor is no refilling the gas on the time they used sell in the Black market to the hotel merchant, costumer gets problem distributors takes a long time to deliver from the booking date, they takes 10 to 15 days from booking date,

                The distributor's list has been displayed without any sensce that one cannot find his distributor's name, address, telphone no. It takes atleast half an hour to check the list, which is quite a time consuming & confusing process. so display atleast alphabetically so the complainer could trace out his distributor's detail immediately.

                i want new LPG connection from HP Gas, but the dealer in Adityapur(share-Panjab-chowk), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand is insisting on taking the connection with stove which he claimed that it is neccessary & from the company's order.is it neccessary to take stove while taking new LPG connection.i donot think so.

                now I gate the new connection from other company but I diddnt gating money from Bathera agency.
                can I go in consumer court against him.

                    ibooked a gas refil on jan 25,2008and the booking number is 7748.The dealer issued me a delivery slip on feb 10,2008 numbered 7748.They are not providing home delivery and charging Rs.303 without home delivery.I aproched the godowen and gas was not provided to me. on the next dayI again aproached the godowen and they are celereting basant and not agree to issue me the refil Then I called the dealer office no[protected]and not responded then I called Mr.Tarsem an employ of the dealer on the no [protected] he talked me rudly .plz provide me the remedy

                    HPCL- Domestic Gas — Very Bad Services

                    How well can you defined a service of HP Gas, just judge by reading below mail? I had booked a refill on 12-01-09 and till date i'm writing this on 29-01-09, no delivery has been made, what more can u expect, if on calling HP local dealer, response is negative and saying 2-3 days more. What will I do after my second cylinder goes empty. Can HP book two cylinders at a time? Then they are not taking any bookings after 22 days from the date of delivery of cylinder. Is that the way

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a HP LPG consumer from last 8 years. I use to have a single HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY, A.P. (Dealer Code 957933, Consumer No.22474). Few years back i.e. in OCT 2002 we have shifted with complete family to RAJASTHAN. In order to continue my HP LPG connection in RAJASTHAN I took TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from my RAJAHMUNDRY Dealer (Code: 957933). But as a matter of fact I didn't require to reapply my connection in RAJASTHAN. And now we are again back in RAJAHMUNDRY and I want to get my HP LPG connection renewal to continue with HP LPG connection.

                      In this regard I have already communicated twice in wiriting by post letter dt.[protected] &[protected]. I have even sent my Original Transfer Certificate as asked by MR. SRIDHAR (HP Sales Executive, Rajahmundry PH: (M[protected]. But surprisingly I have not received any communication in this regard. I am fed up with all these paper formalities, as I am not demanding for new connection. I am requesting to renewal and let me continue with my HP LPG connection in RAJAHMUNDRY.

                      Please kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is already 2 1/2 Months passed, which is a good enough time to do any type of proceedings.

                      HP LPG — Misbehaviour of Executive

                      Dear Team,

                      I Mohd Faizan Abbasi is having connection of your company for almost last 5 years. On 4th Jan 2009 a letter from your company was delivered to my rented house stating that if we want connection check than this can bo done @Rs 40 chargable
                      On 6th of Jan 2009 An executive named Manoj came to home and said we just have to check the connection whether this is ok or not after checking he just gave a bill of Rs Rs 231/- and said that You will have to pay the following amount. I was in the office when my wife was alone and when she asked why we will pay if you have not asked or taken any permission for the same then he behaved very rudely and gave threat that you have to pay the bill otherwise you will be facing problems in delivery and will not get any service from HP thereafter
                      I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed company like yours and I hope you will take necessory action for these types of services

                        I have to inform you that we are facing a big problem with my HP GAS Distributor. Every time they delay to replace full cylinder due to worst service and it is regular happening with HP. When we booked the cylinder they will give us wating number and assaured us that we will get the cylinder within 8-10 days. So I make them reminded after 8-10 days. After that whenever I contact to the agency they either told me that they have already cleared the waiting list and will get cylinder within a day or two. But I am hearing this for the last 10 days. My family is facing a great trouble because of the worst service and very casual attitude.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me what can I do.

                        HP Domestic Gas — Non-delivery of domestic gas

                        I had booked a domestic gas cylinder of HP on 14th March 2008 with M/s Sainik Cooking Gas. My then consumer number was 607039. After 20 days i was told that my new supplier would be M/s Swamiji Enterprise and i was given the consumer number 620193. I had re-booked a cooking gas cylinder of HP with Swamiji Enterprise on 5th April 2008. As of till date on 11th April i haven't received the Gas cylinder nor have i been informed about the whereabouts of it what so ever.

                            I have a serious concern about Soundarya Gas Agency which is located in Dasarahalli, Magadi Main road and iam staying near Byadarahalli, bharat nagar which is 10kms from this place.

                            Their service is so pathetic that they always hung up the call before we could clarify any details about the cylinder booking. We had transered our connection from Mathikere area to this area, To finish the transfering itself it took about 2-3 weeks. finally they informed us that they'll not deliver the cylinder to our door steps because their agency do not come under our area but their godown is near our area. infact there are many houses in our layout who are getting cylinders from the same agency. We were forced to catch an auto(this auto person agreed to take the cylinder only if we pay him one and a half that too around 10 in the morning) and go to the Godown to get the cylinder. second time for booking the cylinder they asked us to call after 25 days. so we call them on the 25th day, they are asking us to call on the 30th day then later it ended up in 40th day. I lodged a complaint with HP customer service which is an automated service, i got a complaint number but so far i haven't received any call from customer service either.

                            There are rumours that many gas agencies are selling the Cylinders to hotels and resorts for double rates inturn delaying the cylinder to the exact owner.I seriously don't know how to handle such people. Expecting a positive response from you.Thank you

                              I am registered with Noble Traders, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, for supply of gas cylinder (Consumer No. 696435. There is always long delays after booking for the gas cylinder - even if told on telephone at the time of booking, that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days - it is never done even for 10-12 days. Even their service mechanics have visited our place for leakage of gas, not been able to repair the leakage and everytime charged us Rs.25.                                 I had booked a gas on 16/1/08 and till date not received Gas. My Customer No. 608371 and dealer is "TATINI SALES CORPORATION, AMHERST ST. KOL-9". On repeated calls and visit of my wife they are only giving commitment but all in vain. I am 67 years old and my wife is 64 years. an any body do something so that I get my gas cylinder in time.
                                i have not recd my refill cylinder inspite of booking on 9/01/2008 till date.i have repeatedly went ot there office and contact on phone but i recd reply as today i will get it.

                                this is happening from last 15-20 days.

                                  I Anis Md. Chougle, Residing in Kausa, Mumbra, Thane. My consumer no. is 612057 and my agency name is M/s. AKSHAYA GAS SERVICE. I have booked personally gas on 21st of Jan.2008 and she was told that your gas will came with 3 or 4 days, but I am yet to receive delivery from them. Everyday I am being told that 2 or 3 days you will receive your cylinder. I face this problem quite often with this Agency. Each and every time after booking I have to call for reminders several times. I visited the above HP agency on 03rd of Feb.2008 and was told that it will be delivered tomorrow morning. In the morning 04th of Feb.2008, I waited up to 12.00 clocks, however no one turned up. So I tried calling the agency, the telephone lines were busy continuously. I visited the agency office to be told that no delivery was possible today for which no reasons were specified and was told that the cylinder would be delivered tomorrow. On calling the cell no. [protected] to given on the notice board for booking refill complaints, it came out to be the proprietor’s number who also could not give a satisfactory reply. This is not the first time the agency people are doing this. This happens every time a cylinder is booked.

                                  As per our information this agency people are deliberately delay gas cylinder delivered to the consumer, If you concerned this delaying he say’s the gas vehicle is coming after 15 days! But he should supply gas cylinder in black to other site.

Everyday I am being told that 2 or 3 days you will receive your cylinder. I face this problem quite often with this Agency. Each and every time after booking I have to call for reminders several times. I visited the above HP agency on 03rd of Feb.2009 and was told that it will be delivered tomorrow morning. In the morning 04th of Feb.2009, I waited up to 12.00 clocks, however no one turned up. So I tried calling the agency, the telephone lines were busy continuously. I visited the agency office to be told that no delivery was possible today for which no reasons were specified and was told that the cylinder would be delivered tomorrow. it came out to be the proprietor’s number who also could not give a satisfactory reply. This is not the first time the agency people are doing this. This happens every time a cylinder is booked.

                                  As per our information this agency people are deliberately delay gas cylinder delivered to the consumer, If you concerned this delaying he say’s the gas vehicle is coming after 15 days! But he should supply gas cylinder in black to other site.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and promptly take the necessary action against M/s. HP GAS ABISHEK agency.

                                    We have gas connection from HP with two cylinders. The booking has been done on 20th January'08 over phone no. 22269428 and still now we have not received any gas cylinder. I contact dealer but they told me after 24th February they will try to provided cylinder. Now I am helpless, please do the needful and obliged. The dealer is Loknath Cooking Gas, Baranagar, Kolkata - 700 036 in North Kolkata.

                                    Recently I relocated from delhi to kolkata due to transfer of service location. In delhi, there was Indane gas ( 2 cyllinder) connection. After transfer, I pursue same gas connection at Kolkata.

                                    I have faced problem there. The distributor forced to buy 3 another product : 1 lighter (which was already bought from delhi), 1 safety garment from fireplace & sliding wheel below the gas cyllinder (new).
                                    They have forced to buy the product of approximate Rs. 600/- and did the very bad behaviour.

                                    Is there any rights to force me to buy the mentioned prodcts. Is it not, then how can I compain against the Indane dealer, Jhangra bazar, Kolkata-59.

                                    I have transferred from delhi to kolkata, rajarhat. My gas connection also got transferred. But every time the delivery boy who provide the cylinder and fits the gas, he asks for commission. I dont belive in this commisions. In delhi it never used to happned that they asked but here they says we have to give. I have a connection in kolkata rajarhat.

                                      Hindustan Petroleum — Deliveries stopped and shortage of LPG gas cylinders

                                      Am a resident of Katraj, Pune and take my LPG gas cyliders from shivshanti gas agency at Dhankawdi. This agency of yours is badly messed up from last 3-4 months. Have two cylinders at home - both empty. Delivery from the distributor has been totally stopped since last few months.We have to visit your agency office thrice atleast if we want a cylinder...once to place an order, then to make the receipt and then to pick up the cylinder. Everytime people in hundreds wait in queue since morning 6'o clock. Receipts are issued only 100 and till 11.00am in the morning. Again we have to be there next day at 6'o clock in the filthiest place in the area to pick up the cyliders and stand there in queue for 4-5 hrs at times. At times the vehicle does not come. In such a case come again next day at 6.00am. What kind of service is this? You will see old people standing in queue for hrs together for a cylinder. Fights in the queue and with the the HP staff is regular scene. Neither are the staff very courteous. At times they open the office at 9.30 or even late when customers are waiting since 6.00 am for them...
                                      People in the area also speak about the cylinders being sold in Black at twice the rates...
                                      A working person cannot afford to come three four times at your office in a week and that too at 6.00 am.
                                      And the distributor shamelessly displays all the rules of home delivery outside the office asking the 2 cylinder holders not to stand in the queue...
                                      This one is messed up and we will definitely take it a legal way if these issues are not sorted out on priority. Actions against the distributor has to be taken...

                                      im a frequent user of gas .bt when ever i went ther i always return with same answer . there is no stock .

                                      once i hav asked i had booked it since 7 days bt they always told me that its due to companies stock problem .

My consumer number is 610746. gas booking date is 18.09.2009. but till date gas not supplied by agency. lot of time requesting for sending gas cylinder but no action.I am a lady and i can not go always gas godown for taking gas. so please consider my request and please arrange reach gas cylinder on proper time.                                       Delay in refill booking which was booked on 10/3, 13/3, 16/3 & 18/3 its' canceled again & again without a fake reason.The reason is, we took 9 cylinder in the previous years thats why Mr.Sashi Kalayadav said that we have to take 9 cylinder in this year also when the cylinders distributing is increasing 9 to 11 knowing by the delivery slip from the distributors.But he just deny it.When I told him that one member increase in my house, he said that you have to prove it that the member increase your house with his/her Ration Card.Is its a RULE ?
                                      One thing I want to know that some of months in a year they take Rs. 75/- from the customers for the Gas leakage checking.We cannot see anybody to came for checking the Gas leakage .If That is also a rule, then Why it didn't point out in the gas order book ?
