Today, I have visited Mane Gas Agency, Near Vartak Nagar, Thane (W) to apply for new gas connection. I have shifted to this place recently and already have a Gas Stove. The agency refused to give me a only gas connection as told me that it is compulsory to purchase Gas Stove from them for Rs. 3,000/-.
This is black mailing; why should I purchase a gas stove if I already have one. This is against consumer interest and agencies like this spoiling the reputation of HP Gas.

Can someone help as now I am thinking to move to Bharat Gas for new connection.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem in Wadala with both HP and Bharat. They are giving a low quality stove at a price which is availabl ein market at 50% of price. I don't know if this is from HP company itself or dealers are making their own rules.

Today i visit the HP Gas dealer in Bhubaneswar (Orissa) i.t. Smuti GAS (Bapuji Nagar) they todl me that now they are not giving the new connection to the Public. but came to know that they are giving new connection to their relative.
Respected Sir this is to imform you that my name is sanjay mishra of REWA (MP) MY GAS CONNECTION WAS FROM VARTIKA GAS AGENCY REWA MP DOC NO 2000087 DATE[protected] CONSUMER NO 601886 DEALER CODE 177200 THIS CONNECTION WAS TRANSFER TO BARODARA GUJRAT .AFTER 10 MONTHS IT WAS AGAIN TRANSFERED TO REWA MP ON THE PAPER DOC NO 2002962 DATE[protected] CONSUMER NO 626324 DEALER CODE 232060THEASE ARE THE DETAILS.When my gas connection was transferred to BARODARA in the gas agency there I have paid RS 950 and got the connection and the paper of my connection. Again when my gas connection was transffered to REWA I went to the VARTIKA GAS AGENCY REWA for connection ONE PERSON SITTING AT THE AGENCY NAMED PUSPENDERA SAID ME TO PAY RS 2040 FOR CONNECTION . I REFUSED AND NOT PAID RS 2040 AND I DIDNOT GOT CONNECTION.SIR WHAT I HAVE TO PAY PLEASE GIVE ME THE REPLY AND IMFORM THE GAS AGENCY OF REWA MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]

Bharat Gas -Shweta Gas Agency — Transfer of Gas Connection

From last couple of days i am visiting Shweta Gas Agency for transfer of my Gas Connection .But every time they asked me to come at 2pm.Even though they have time they replies that they dont have time.It means that their consumer are not valuable for them.
Due to such pathetic approch of Shweta Gas Agency being the distributor of Bharat Gas brand name also get damaged.Kindly do the needful.

    I BOOKED GAS CYLINDER ON 14/01/2008 BUE TILL NOW 01/02/2008 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER, WHILE CONTACTING THE AGENCY WE ARE NOT RECEIVING A PROPER REPLY, THEY ARE TELLING TOMORROW IT WILL COME, AND THEIR ASSURANCE IS FAILED ON THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I CALLED THE GAS AGENCY ON 31/01/2008, THE PERSON WHO ATTENTED IS ASKING US TO CHANGE TO SOME OTHER GAS PROVIDER, AND THAT THEY COULD SUPPLY ONLY WHEN EVER IT IS POSSIBLE

    THIS IS NOT NEW EVERY MONTH IT TAKES 25 DAYS DELIVERY AFTER BOOKING, WE ARE OFFICE GOERS AND WE FACE SERIOUS HARDSHIP OVER THIS PROBLEM.

    HP Gas Cylinder — broken seal and less quantity of gas

    I have recived a gas cylinder which seal was tempered and near about 2 kg gas was less.

    after asking about low gas the delivery man began to argu with us and threading that he will take it back.

      I am having a gas connection from HP from last 1.5 yrs. They issued me a single cylinder at the time of connection by saying that the double cylinder is not allowed and can be applied ater 1 year. This connection I took from Dhamfhere Gas House located at '132-1 Parvathi Payatha, Opp. Sane Guruji Smark, Sinhagad Road Pune-30'. This agency has got a distribution center at Hingne Khurd, Sinhagad Road. As mentioned I have been visiting the distribution center from last 6 months to get the second cylinder. When I visited first in September 2007 thier answer was that the new cyllinder issue process has not been started from HP office itself and will probablybe start before Diwali i.e. November. From that day onwards i have been visiting this office every Saturday. On a2th of Jan 08 when i spoke to their manager he said the booking was open 15 days back but when I had visited this office the ladies sitting in the counter had said that the booking has not yet started. The manager promised me that next time whenever it starts he will be contacting me and noted down mine contact no. and address.

      Now Yesterday i.e. 30 Jan 08 when i visited to book for refilling of the cylinder one i have. For this they said it will take at least 10-12 days and then when i again asked about new cylender they said it has not started yet. And then the next minute i left for Dhamdhere Gas house at Parvathy (the main office) and met the manager. Here I got so angry when he said that the booking was opened 15 days back, that is when i had visited Hingne Khurd office 15 days back and the Manager has said it was open 15 days back. This instance put me in such a bad impression for HP Gas that i had no choice other than going to the Cunsumer Court as soon as possible.

      This is my direct question to HP Gas Agency that do they have any answer for such instances?

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am Saravanan from Rajyog Society, i was deposit amount for two cylinders (for additional).

      My Consumer No. : 628847

      Agent Name : Dhamdere Gas Agency, Dhayari Phata.

      I was booked refill cylinder on[protected], but still they was not given the refill cylinder. Then I have followup on[protected].
      They entered the booking date on[protected] only.

      Last one week, two cylinders are empty, daily me and my family going to Hotel to take Food. Still i am not getting the refill cylinder, if followup daily, but they told today , tomorrow like that.

      Please take necessary action for this.

      This is to inform you that I am credit card holder of HSBC bank A/c no. is [protected]. when I applied for credit card sales persons committed me that I can convert any purchase into EMI’s but not when I went to avail this service through your customer care nos. they not listening always they refer another no. eg. Local customer care to centralize no. & vice versa. I am trying from the first day of purchase but no action has been taken from HSBC.

      I am still ready to clear all outstanding but it should be converted into EMI’s without any interest amount because this is the delay due to your organizational illiteracy.

      What's the latest status of my complain lodged on 5th march,2008 mentioned below?
      THE COMPLAIN WAS:
      I am sorry to inform you that I had been severely insulted by the dealing assistant of H.P (LPG) dealer, Subodh Shriti Road, Katwa, Burdwan, W.B., PIN 713130, when I went there to become a consumer of H.P. gas on 5th March 2008 at 12.30PM. I asked him what are the conditions to take the domestic LPG connection of H.P. He said, if I willing to take connection, I have to purchase a HP woven compulsorily. Then I request, whether it is conditional of each new connection or not. Not giving specific and clear answer of my asking, he become aggressive to me and told that you should ask this question to the MD, of HP and also strongly said ‘I shall not give you the connection’. Now I ask you the fact is true or not. If not, Kindly take necessary examplanary steps against the assistant and also the dealer of Katwa shortly and also make arrangement to give me a chance to be a consumer of HP, LPG. Your arrangement must be accompanied by double cylinder.

      I have a complain towards the transfer of my gas from rajnand gaon to ranchi. I had gone to the dealer o[censored]r branch JIBASIYA GAS with all the necessory documents but they said the manager is not there, he only can do the needfull.
      again i gone there but the manager was not present after 2 hours. then i talked him on phone, he replied that u should come on sunday.
      As a customer o[censored]r company what should I do to get the transfer in time as i am facing too much problem.

      This is to inform you that i have a gas connection of Bharat Gas Service, Gajraula with consumer number 4820. When i booked my number for refilling, which is due for deleivery after 10 days. When I asked to office on telephone he said to me that receive you cylinder from gas go-down on rate 310 Rs with Home deleivery chrages. Agency holder does not give the receipt of amount and said this not available if we required. For home delivery he wants 25 Rs extra.

      Kindly give the actual rate for home deleivery and with out home delivery.

      I am dought on my Gas Regulator becose since last month i am getting a smell of the gas which is harmful to my health as well as my falimy and also it is dangerous.
      I had complained to you dealer on couple of occassion, but i am feeling very bad about the response from a dealer of a reputed company like you. I am having a single cylinder connection.I am a working person and used to travel frequently.I am huge worried about my family as i am having my wife and 6 years old child.

      Whenever i visit at your dealer and told them the same problem no one is attending me and no one is there to listen my problem as well as hear me.
      If any acciedent occurs becose of this carelessness who will be responsible for that?
      I request you kindly look into the matter and solve my serious problem by taking the necessay action.

      I have a complain towards the transfer of my gas from Bibewadi, Pune to Sinhgad Road, Pune. I had gone to the dealer o[censored]r branch Dhamdhere GAS Agency with all the necessory documents but they said Internet required for this. That time light is not there so Internet connection is not found.
      Again i gone there but the same reason they give me, net connection is not available.
      This happens about 5-6 time but till date my trasfer of Gas connection is pending.
      As a customer o[censored]r company what should I do to get the transfer in time as i am facing too much problem. It seems that the Agency of HP gas is not Co-operating to the people.
      I am a customer of HP gas agency for the last 7 nears. I am a family working women and there is no one at home to attend to the the gas on getting it. I have requested them to kindly provide me with a gas at7:00 p.m. but the answer given to me is not only rude but degrding for any working women. Not only the owner of the gas agency but also the rudest people around. Can HP the he delivery men. TheAundh gas agency has one of the rudest guys around. If HP GAS head quarters can't help us in this who can?

        HP Gas

        this is regarding the Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking
        I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but till today it hasn’t deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I also made many visits to the Gas agency to know about the status and for getting my GAS cylinder but I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

        Today, when my subsequent attempts to contact them on phone failed, I went to the agency but he clearly said that deliveries are being made for booking up to 15 Dec and I still need to wait for minimum 4 or 5 days. Also I would like to tell you that I took last delivery on my account in August 2007.

I booked a new gas connection in the month of January 2007 in the name of Dr.Nadeem Ahmed Qureshi R/O 11-4-651/A-312 Express Apartment Lakdikapul Hyd.Unfortunately the booking number was misplaced by me,several times i visited the agency but instead of assisting me they are telling me to get the Booking receipt number that i cant provide it so kindly i request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to issue gas cylinder conection with my agency situated at Vijaynagar colony Hyderabad. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to check their ststus of new booking connection/ book gas cylinder online.

            Contact Telephone Nos always kept on hold

            It has always been a nightmare to book the consumer refill Cylinder from the Distributor M/s Devidayal Enterprises , Sector 8 , Rohini, Delhi-85. You keep on dialing the Telephone nos. 27940639 or 27940104 or [protected] printed on the consumer copy of theCash Memo and it will be your fortunate day if the line is available after 3 to 4 hours. You will always get BUSY tone on all the three numbers and even after visiting the distributor personally...

            This is Sunil Kumar From Hubli (Karnataka State) As We hav Given Cilender Request To Ganesh Gas Agency Past 25 days But its still Not Deleverd to Us We got transfar our Gas Coneaction To Ganesh Gas Agency Old Hubli Hubli We Got 1st Cilender on 19/12/2007 as On today we havn't Recive 2nd one as we given Requst on 7/1/2008....sir as i am requsting to u Please take serious action aganest this, this is not for only one But all Here faceing the Same problem here.....             My customer no. is 727345. I informed the your dealer Pawan Gas Services, Usmanpura, Aurangabad for renewal of gas cylinder on 4/9/08 but till date I have not got the cyliner despite continuous follow up.

            Please treat this as my complaint against the dealer and take necessary action so that I can immediately get the cylinder. Please treat this as urgent.

              The noida hp gas dealer narinder gas agency at sec-37 is totally unprofessional with no one to pick the phone for refill even at 12 in the afternoon and there is always discrepency inthe weight of the cylinder they bring which clearly looks lesser in weight and they are not willing to weigh and show in front of the customer. The guys take extra money Rs300 for a Rs292.58 cylinder and abuse us when asked to return the remaining money. HP guys in noida look like real goons. Housewives taking the delivery of cylinder during the day are so helpless on this. Will HP bother to take a note? Is there any online booking system?

              The numbers given by the Narendra Gas are always busy and no body picks them up. If somebody in HP gas may provide me its latest contacy numbers since all the avaialbe numbers are giveing the msg that these number does not exist or busy tone. Trying to contact since last two months without any success.

              Plz help.
              no one even delivers the cylinder unless u call d delivery guy many times. totally unprofessional
              I have observed same problems.
              - nobody picks up the phone (booking has become very difficult)
              - cylinder weight is less

              I am trying to book a cylinder for past 15 days but no success.

              The story is the same for almost all the gas egencies. The problem mentioned is connected to trhe black- marketing of cylnders . An honest and efficient gas dealer is a contradiction in terms.
              Even I faced similar problems...nobody picks the call or its continuously busy...I am trying to book a cylinder from the past 15 days...

              I have also faced the similar problem many times. To book a cylinder you need to call for several hours continuously to reach them, it works everytime :). They don't bother to listen you, they just take the consumer number and put the phone even when you are willing to say something. I booked my cylinder last week and gave application for address change on the same day. It has been 10 days I booked and yet to get cylinder. When I called up yesterday they said there is no booking on my name. This time they were having software update last week and due to that they don't have any past record for booking...very careless :(. I booked my cylinder yesterday again and was promised to deliver it by today 1.30pm. Now they are denying today's delivery. They were very rude in talking. Can anyone guide me a path which can lead to the cancellation of their license? Any suggestion is more then welcome!!

              The services of Narender Gas Agency is pathatic, office worker of agency have no idea who to deal with customers. Always talk in tone, have no manner who to talk. They always give you many option to do this and that but not take any resposibilite to do work, I booked my new connection, I went to office 5 times to summit doc's told me come tomarrow, tomarrow alway. Till the date I got my connection i visited office more than 15 times, Now for booking cylinder time alway told visit office for booking, we don't take order on phone, bring booklet, Go there, come tomarrow, now not office time, we have closed today's booking, come between this time, this type question, why, , , ???

              Complaint against Narendra Gas Agency in Noida, (Shop No 15, Goswari Complex Sector 37) UP- Inadvertent delays in delivery
              My consumer number is 629983. I stay in Sadarpur Calony, sector 45, Noida. My dealer of HP Gas is Narendra Gas Agency, Sector-37, Noida - 201301.
              Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 11 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 22 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 1 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
              I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 30 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up.And, if they pick, they either don't talk properly or make false promises.When I called Agency gas to 17 october booking to the gas, they said we are not booking on phon, going on agency get booking
              then i go on agency and gas booked on 28 october when i'm going 28 October for takeing cylinder they said: Get booking from phon will then.
              Booking by phone on 9 November is a lot of adversity. Our family is big 6 member in our family and we have only one connection
              It's sheer wastage of my time and resources. It seems as if I made a mistake taking HP gas connection and now paying for that.

              The customers are suffering. But the agency is not bothering, I think there is nobody to supervise the staff for the smooth and convenient operations and there is somebody, aiming only on profit.

              Today i bought petrol from HP manimala outlet by 50 rupees in a rate of 67.22/litter.the price of petrol on[protected] in kottayam is 66.67 like.the price of petrol reduced on[protected] mid night.

                Good evening. I have booked gas online whene will I get the no infofmation from Distrubuter.
                I booked gas for home delivery on 27.06.2008 but till today on 14.07.2008 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today delivered.                 I am very surprised and upset at the suddenly implimented changes by my Hp dealer, Ideal enterprises Bangalore.
                I called the agency, to book for a refill. It took me 45mins to get them on phone and then I was candidly informed that they have discontinued telephone booking for a refill. I am not a computer savvy person and find tele booking much practical and convenient.
                This new rule has made life difficult for me. I think on line booking is a great option to have. i am an old lady and do not use computer. Why make my life difficult by stopping phone booking?

                I Sonu Gupta booked my refill on 2nd Dec. and received delivery on 11th Dec. 2009(after 9 days). And now on 29th Dec. when I went for booking next refill they said "you need to come after 3 days means on 2nd Jan. 2010 as the last delivery date is 11th Dec. 2009". So the gap between 2 refills increased to 1 month because of late delivery which should be 21 days.

                It is always busy. In case the gas is booked at 1260 the distributors deny

                    Dear sir/madam

                    I am unfortunate person and also unfortunate family which moved from a lovely souther city like Chikmagalur, Karnataka state to such a god forsaken place like kolkata and that too I took a transfer of HP gas to a dealer called SAINIK COOKING GAS NEAR BEHALA CHOWRASTA, tel:[protected]/6222.

                    Complaints:

                    Improper supply of refills after booking the gas, your online booking service is useless and it is of no use in city like kolkata.
                    I have to spend my valuable time in repeated follow up to get the refills. The tip taken by the delivery person is also very high Rs.30 compared to Rs. 10 in bangalore. This tip is taken after taking his own sweet time to deliver.

                    If cylinder is required urgently then we need to carry the cylinder all along the way to the dealer and place Rs. 100 or whatever otherwise its just not possible to get the refills.

                    Next big idiocracy is the SAINIK cooking gas people just does not attend the phone from 10AM to 5PM as simple as that. Any time you try it comes engaged.

                    Please take some stringent action against such dealers who are in the name of some service are harassing people like us. I am not used with all such hardships like carrying cylinder and bribing in my hometown. We are totally unhappy with HP gas and its dealers in kolkata.

                    Request to do the needfull.

                    For last one month I am not getting the refill and in great trouble . When I visited their place it was closed and somebody told that it is closed permanently.

                    In such circumtances I need urgent help from HP . My consumer no. is 616448 . Please advice me the alternate refill agency immediately.

                      I am having an HP Gas connection consumer No. 624752, of Badal Gas Agency, Vashi, near Gaon Devi Temple. and had booked the gas cyclinder on 3 or 4/1/08 but till date i.e. 29/1/08 the cyclinder has not been delivered. This has been the case for the past many months and wehn we call up at their office, either the phones are all dead, or it keeps on ringing and no one answers or after sometime it is engage. Then if I manage to get to talk to them then they say there is short supply of cyclinders and it will take a day or two but still after two three days its not delivered. But to be very frank, I travel by the same route where the agency is and I find almost alternate day there is a lorry full of cyclinders unloading at the premises, so I really fail to undertand where the real problem is.

                      This is my sincere request to the HP Gas Authorities to look into this matter and solve the problem. Also one more thing, as our gas cyclinder comes to exhaust, I find that 10 days before our gas burner all becomes very black and our utensils also becomes all black. A gas mechanic from Badal gas had come and cleaned, but it was of no use, as its the same case every month when the cyclinder is on the very of exhaustion.

                      So the authories may kindly look into the matter and do the needul.

                      My Consumebr Number is 619467. We have booked the cylinder from HP Gas Agency located in HBR Layout, Hennur on 30th April 2008. The agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 3 days. Now it is almost 18 days and we have not yet received the cylinder. This is inspite of repeated phone calls to remind them.

                      The sales agents at the agency are rude and un-cooperative. Also we have booked for an additional cylinder which we have not yet received.

                        I am Scientist with Dabur at Sahibabad, livining in Rajendra Nagar Sahibabd ,Ghaziabad (u.p.) and having your connection for home LPG gas with your distributor M/s Panwar Gas Agencies , Shop No. 10 Sector-14 GDA Market , Raj Nagar and his code is 6325100 Ghaziabad , my consumer code no.616268.
                        We generally found the gas with 15-20 days after booking of the gas with the answer that there is short supply of gas in the market.
                        Gas cylinder is supplying by them in short by weight most of the time and some times there is water inside the cylinder to adjust the weight. I am continously trying[protected] to contact his number[protected] & 2825032 to complain regarding the short by weight but number are lying busy.

                        this is regarding the Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking
                        I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but till today it hasn’t deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I also made many visits to the Gas agency to know about the status and for getting my GAS cylinder but I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

                        Today, when my subsequent attempts to contact them on phone failed, I went to the agency but he clearly said that deliveries are being made for booking up to 15 Dec and I still need to wait for minimum 4 or 5 days. Also I would like to tell you that I took last delivery on my account in August 2007.

I am fed up of the rude behaviour of the said agency. Staff treats very badly. Currently I have sent my servent for giving application to change delivery time of gas cylinder at my home. But staff through away application & used very hard words. Rude behaviour of the said agency is famous in the vicinity as well.

                          Hindustan Petroleum — Non delivery+rude behaviour

                          The dealer in Hosur(Tamil Nadu) makes funny rules & even misbehaves. He says booking will happen only after completing 25 days from last delivery and to make things worse he will take on an average 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery boy demands extra buck for delivery - doesnt return balance.

                          In case HP is ok with this image - very fine. In my opinion the dealer should be heavily penalized

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          Since 17-September' 07 I am using HP LPG cooking gas. My Consumer No. is "609297". I have got gas connection from Mauri LPG Gas Office, Dealer Code:394819,located at 12/37, Samiran Roy Road, Asansol-713301. I am fed up of the kind of service of the said agency. Till date the dealer haven't delivered any refilled cylinder to me. On 2-January' 08 I have to carry the empty cylnder to the agency, then I was supplied a refilled cylinder, which I brought home at my own cost. Next, abooking was done on 20-January' 08, for which till date there is no delivery. But many customers who have booked after my booking, are being supplied with the refilled ones. The reason is best known to them.
                          Wnenever a booking is done over phone, the agency people tell that the booking is made, what they actually do is that they write in a paper and the entry is done latter on.
                          Regardin delivery, whenever I approached the agency, they give variety of excuses. Two of the famous are either my resident couldn't be identified, where as at the time of becoming consumerone of the person from the agency named Sibnath came at my resident for making the setup of the Oven & cylinder wchich could identify my resident easily. Every one in this world who needs to reach my resident, could identify the resident, except this agency. They have not made a single call to me for finding out my resident, when my contact no. is with them even. The another execuse is that the delivery man Raju is not well. Where as the person is roaming about in good health & jolly mood. My question is, If the delivery man is realy not well, then what would happen he never becomes well ? and for how long the person is ill.
                          Request you to take strict action in the shape of closing this agency.

                          I am a goverement servent & a regular customer of hidustan petrolium for lpg gas as well as for the petrol & oil. I had my leagal LPG gas connection for my house kitchen from Pradip gas Agencies, Annabhau Sathe chauk, Subhash Road Beed.
                          Sir, the said agency is not giving the cylender delivary at home & I need to bring tha cylender from their stock godown which is at jalana road Near reliance petrol pump & is near about 10 km away from the city. So, I asked & requested so many times the said agency for the additional one extra cylender leagally on my present connection by barring the companie's charges. But Mr anand Salave in the agency speaks arrogantally and told me Hindustan petrolium is not giving any kind of extra cylender If you need an extra cylender on the connection, deciline our gas connection and go for Bharat gas or Inden gas.
                          Pradip Gas agency in distruct & taluka Beed, Maharashtra, is not careing the name, service & reputation of the company.

                          I am the consumer of HP Domestic Gas in M/s Smruti Gas, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751009.The consumer no is 658841.on 15.01.2009, I booked for a reffil in the above agency vide booking no 8185.On 29.01.2009 the agency sent the reffil cylinder through their auto rickshaw.But the person who had brought the cylinder charged Rs.365.00.As we know the rate of LPG Gas has reduced from last midnight i.e., Rs 25.00 per cylinder.So I refused to give Rs.365.00.After that the person went away instead of giving the reffil cylindr to us.

                          Therefore I would request you to kindly suitable steps for the above.

                          i am requesting the dealer for the past 3Years.

                          later i used to query him, the Manager said that now the second/ addl. cylinder is not provided, before the price hike he used to sasy that after the hike of price of the cylinder it will be supply in March or April.

                          I think this is a never ending problem, i am fed up with the dealer.

                          This is going to continue for the years to come.

                          I want to know why the dealer is not maintaining a waiting list so that he can allot the connections based on waiting list.

The on duty female executive answer me very rudely and totally behaved arrogantly with rough language to my call and on the same day when i called up again on evening time to inform her that i still not yet receive the cylinder which she earlier promised to me that the cylinder will be delivered till by the evening and she started blamming on the delivery person name Mr. Murugan who is working with Dasmesh Gas Service as a delivery person and the same person always use to deliver the cylinder to my residence and fully aware of my residence address and she repeated the same while speaking on the phone very rudely with irrespective manners and mentioning that my residence address is not correct to deliver the cylinder which has been already made correction on the same day of lunch time by calling on their same number[protected]. Here with this Information we customer's came to know about the pathetic services of the staff and delay of the delivery of Gas Cylinder. Hence forth i would like to you inform you please ensure us to give proper services with an respective manner which should be highly appreciated by the valuable customer's and i believe that as soon as possible i will receive the gas cylinder and I hope i will soon receive a good response from your concern department.

                              I would like to inform that my consumer ID No. of HP LPG Gas is 500375 & the account is with Kalka Ji Gas Service, Nalagarh Road, Pinjore (Distt. Panchkula) - Haryana. I have booked the gas on 2nd Jan'08 & Till now I have not received the gas. For this I have contacted the Gas Agency (kalka Ji) several times but they don't give satisfactory answer. I even contacted Mr.Rajeev Bhargava (His No. is[protected] of H.P. Gas (who looks after this area) & he assured me that I will get the gas, but till now I have not received. When I called Kalka Ji 2 days before, the lady told me that they have cleared the gas booking till 6th Jan'08 & How can they miss me, when I have booked the gas on 2nd Jan'08 & I have that in writing from them. How can the gas re-fill is taking so long. Pls. look into the matter. I have no gas at my house now.............Cooking is a problem.

                                I am very furstated from that Raj Flame Gas service i.e. their is no response in their telephone i made call about 20 to 30 calls per day but their is no response, they didn't pick our phone and their time of service is very short they came at about 12.30am and close for booking about 3.30pm in about three hours how many coustmer they handle in a day. Their behaviour with constmer are very rude. we all are facing this problem in about three months. If they booked any gas no. their is delay in supply of cylinder. my consumer no.                                 I HAVE BOOKED THE HP GAS REF.NO. 253566 FOR REFIL AND AFTER FEW DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A SMS STATING THAT YOU WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 48 HOURS VIDE CASH MEMO NO. 122981 BUT SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. ONCE THE CASH MEMO IS READY THEN WHY THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED.

                                  THis is one of worst experience ever. Book a Gas cylinder and you can rest assured that you wait for one week for delivery of the GAS.
                                  They receive the Call first day and take another day to Book, third day they will say the the vehicle has gone for service, 4th day person is on leave, Fifth day the person is so overloaded with work that he cannot make it. hence, comes Saturday and Sunday.
                                  Eight day after visiting the Gas station and making much hue and cry and Gas is delivered at 6pm with great difficulty.

                                  This is the usual customer service we get From AMARDEEP GAS AGENCY MYSORE - they treat customer like SCUM
                                  Sincere, suggestion it is better being with out gas than to get such customer service.

                                    i want to complain about vijay gas ageny, located at maheshwari garden, matunga, i booked my gas cylinder on 5/2/2008 on gas book provided by hp company, then also they had not send cylinder, after few when we went to enquire about cylinder they gave me another date 18/3/2008.telling that "ab woh jane do aur ye naya date lo" now my both cylinders are empty.this happening to 3rd time.so please take action against them.girls who are sitting to take booking don't diciency to talk to people.

                                    HP Cooking Gas — Rude behaviour & non responsiveness of the Gas Agency

                                    Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 621578 and the dealers name & tel no is Sawhney Gas Delhi, tel no is 22526366/[protected]/[protected].I had called the mentioned numbers but no one answered my call when my son went there for manual booking, On enquiring about the Nos. the owner communicated that the numebr had been changed & gave him the same old numbers. One of the employee named Mr. Joshi misbehaved with him.I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone.

                                    Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. I would like to bring to your notice that this is not the first complaint against Ms. Sawhney Gas agency Delhi. the agency does not provide the refilling within 24 hours as mentioned at thier invoice (the pledge). i want an action against this agency as they are fooling their customers and harassing them.

                                    HP Domestic Cooking Gas Cylinder — Cylinder not delivered even after 25 days of booking.

                                    I am a consumer of HP Gas at Aundh Gas Company, NCL Shopping Center, Pashan Road, Pune -08. My consumer ID is 631455.
                                    I had booked for refill of cylinder request on 25th March, Booking Ref No. 6821. But not yet received the delivery of cylinder till date i.e. 9th May i.e. even after42 days even after calling multiple times. CAlling on this Aundh Gas company also, is not so easy...after efforts of hours together anyhow could manage to speak to person at this Gas Company and reminded of my booking reference, but every time got reply, cylinder will be surely provided, but in actual I have not yet received the same. The same remains the situation for every refill booking and then I use to go personally and carry cyliner on my two wheeler. Being a lady it becomes at times in-convenient. But, I am compelled to do that due to non-cooperation from this Aundh Gas Agency.
                                    Currently, I am not well, and could not manage to carry cylinder on two wheeler on my own hence, I have been requesting them on regular basis since last Friday, but no luck.

                                    Hence, logging this complaint, with a hope to receive cylinder atleast now. Please do the needful.

                                    HP COOKING GAS — not responding to phone calls for booking

                                    Latest cylinder which we have received was consumed nearly 15days before than normal, would liek to post a compliant over phone and no one is attending the calls for more than two weeks. daily i am trying atleast for 3times.

                                    Added to that more everytime it takes more than 20days to get a new cylinder, we dont have any other options other than going directly to the HP office, which needs a day leave for me.

                                    Will the HP management will attend my call.
