this is amit, i am a resident of kalina, mumbai. I want to take a new HP gas connection but when enquired from HP gas dealers they are telling that along with the gas I have to take their chulha also as it comes in HP gas package but as I have my own chulha also which is working perfectly fine, then in that case why should i purchase their chulha. THis is totaly unfare act. And i think this is not legaly right. kindly do the need ful

I, Mr. Deshmukh Ebrahim, aged 61 bearing consumer no. 609139, being a senior citizen am facing constant harassment from the Laxmi Gas Service, Kurla. I ts been 8 yrs since I have moved to a new address. Also the Laxmi gas has been delivering the cylinders at my new address all these years. But surprisingly, since last two months ie; November 2007 my cylinders are being delivered at my older address. Even after several complaints the delivery was made at my new address after a delay of two weeks. This month I booked my gas on 1st of January and was assured about the delivery within 12 days of the booking.Its 14 days now and no sign of the delivery. After contacting them through telephone, which is always ringing without any answer , I was surprised that the officer asked the delivery to be made on my old address. This indicates clear mismanagement from the concerned offices and shows a sorry state of the company. HP being a major player since so many years needs to take action against these agencies at soonest. I hope you understand my situation and help me out of this.
I am Reshma Sawant i m stay in virar (E) my consumer no. 635447. From the past 5-6 months, there supply of Gas cylinders. I have 2 cylinder done the booking for over 20 to 30 days and the cylinder has still not come to my place. On going to that place, I was told that my Gas agent, this ajent give two phone no. for booking but anytime 24 hrs both lines are continues busy.
Your serevice people is telling that you will get it today.& when i called to your office they telling that we have no time to talk pls come and talkI told that pls give your managers no can I talk to him they telling me that we have no nos of manager.they telling me to vist to our office and talk to the respective person.kindly do the need ful.

pl. do something solution because this problem is every month facing.

I Ravi Samala consumer no. 619566, has a similar experience as Mr. Mayank's, the person who came form the company sounded more like an extortionist then the company person, if the company is organising a survey, the expenses should be boren by the company. As I take a good care of the necessary gas regulator, pipe & the stove, & get it serviced & maintained regurlarly, so Y should I pay unecessary to the company for what I do it my self regurlarly. The person from the company thretened that he will not provide me with further cylinders if I dont give him the 40 Rs.
I Just want to tell the company to make their services proper by providing us the cyliner on time & not make us wait for it for ever, or else we have to buy it by paying extra money when in urgent necessarity.

Pls take some action into this.

gas cylinder — Late delivery or nt service as home delivery

Respected sir we r frm orissa, i was allready send u a mail but i cant get any reasuable responce so i need a contact no: or fex no: of hp gas head office delhi. I thought tht sir u will help me to solv my problem..thnx
Hi, I am Sangita and stay at Bhandup (E), I am user of HP Gas Cylinder. But since last 6 months we are facing shortage of gas cylinders. even after booking cylinder does not get for 10-15 days which is very inconvenient for user of HP. OUr Gas Agency Name is Vighnaharta Gas Services, Bhandup (E), There is always shortage of Gas cylinders. Sometimes We have to pay extra money to get the gas cylinder. I would like to request to the Authorised Person of HP that if there is really shortage of Gas Cylinders all over in Mumbai, then declare it by media.So that we able to know that there is shortage. But if there is proper supply from HP and problem creates in between then please look into the matter and help for convenience of customers,
I have already complained for the same problem before one month but there is no change situation. So please look into the matter and do the needful for customers.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am Consumer No 614699, booked witrh Maharashtra Gas in Powai. I have in last two months booked Gas after much hassles. There is no one answering your Mobile no[protected] nor are the SMS effective . the agency is finding it difficult to take orders. This is quite recent as no such response was faced by the consumer. The orders were booked as usual. But now it takes a month to get a cylinder. I am told that the local godown has burnt down and the supply comes from Aligarh. But what about the local gas dealer he can enlarge his storage.

I am Miss Neeta Kantilal Gala bearing consumer no. 651819, resendenter of kurla (S.G. Barve marg) really troubled with my gas service provider Laxmi Gas Service. I have booked my gas on 26th of june, n within 10 days i even got the confirmation msg, but even after 2 days since msg has been sent gas did'nt arrived, n then to i got a delivery msg saying that ur gas has been delivered. I have personally visited Laxmi Gas office 10 times after this, but no 1 is there to take action. On last friday that is 27th july i saw 2 delevery boys selling gas cylinders in black. it has been a month n 4 days since my booking, but i have still not got my gas delivery done. Like me n Mr. Deshmukh Ebrahim there r many customers who r facing same problem, from the same provider, Since many months.
I request u to look into the matter and take a strong action against this dealer. Awaiting for immediate reply on urgent bss.

    i have given compliant before 2 days that i have not received the gas cylinder yet i have booked cylinder on 24/11/2007 no 613949 through jayshree gas services mira road, thane, maharastra. phone also they have not picking. i have personally going their to complaint their . i think i did wrong for taking hp connection . at marriage season your company always giving problem
    No or late delivery of gas cylinder by HP GAS

    My consumer no. is 516892 and agency name is Anil Gas Agency, Kutchhehri Adda, Dharmshala, Kangra (HP) . Last delivery date of gas cylinder is 12.10.2007. In the last 2 months (Nov-Dec'2007), I registered my request for booking 2 times on dated: 22.11.2007 & 16.12.2007. So far I have not been able to get my empty cylinders replaced. When I contacted on sunday, Dec 23, 2007, I was told that the Gas has already been delivered on 23.11.2007. I informed the agency that it has not been done so and where the cylinder was delivered by the vender, I don't know. I have been following daily to remind him and I am being promised that it will be delivered today/tomorrow. This is unacceptable. These people do not realize the importance of service to customers and do not perform their duty seriously and in turn, customer only suffers.
    Now, I want to transfer my Gas connection to Indane Gas, Kotwali Bazar, Dharmshala (HP).

    HP Gas Cylinder — Delay in delevery after continous folloup

    have HP Gas connection and my consumer no is 611422, I am living in Greater Noida. I booked Gas Cylinder on phone on 29.08.2008 and Booking No was 9546, but till[protected], morning I have not received the delivery of cylinder at my home.     jayshree hp gas services — no supply of cylinder on time

    Hi i am jayshree staying at mira road everytime time whenever i am booking gas the delivery is not given on time then again i have to give the booking as i am working and i have small child i need the cylinder at the earliest so kindly i[censored] can do the needful will be grateful.
    My consumer no. is 626265.
    I booked Gas on 16th Oct 2008 with booking number 4405 at Aundh NCL Branch.
    Still today I have not received cylinder after continuous follow-up.
    For proper delivery I given details of my & cylinder availability to office as well as to delivery boy. But Delevery boy only giving me excusses & promisses.
    Delivery before this booking is also delayed by 18 days after booking i.e. also given expierd cylinder. That expiered cylinder is also replced after 5 days.
    How can we manage minimum booking intervals?
    Now days like DIWALI how can we planned our outings in such cases though we are taking care of your constraints.
    Please look into it.
    At Aundh branch there are no online booking facility on phone as well through internet. Office phone is always engaged. Office personnel not picking up their mobiles & directly giving us Delivery Boys numbers for further follow-up.
    And also if we are not found at home you cancelled booking.
    Always at maximum time i collect Gas Cylinder myself from station on my transport.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a consumer (608746) of AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 for last 12-13 years.

    For last one year, we are facing lots of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 8th and 9th January’2009 and they told that you will received within 2 days but as of now it is more than 10 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

    Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside. They are talking very hardly do the customer for every month like this happening.

    Kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

    gas cylinder supply service — late delivery and booking problem

    We have booking problem .Whenever we booked our gas they usually deliever it after 10 to15 day late. They count 20days for booking from the date of delievery instead of counting from the date of booking.

      My H.P.gas dealer is Sawhney Gas Agency,A-51, East Krishan Nagar, Delhi & my consumer no. is 614052. No response on his two phones. I went & bookedpersonally on 20/11/2007 and again I reminded personally on 25/11/2007, 08/12/2007,10/12/2007 & 12/12/2007. but sofar i have not been supplied the cylinder. Pl. do needful.

The gas agency is not responding. Next, I am booked online on 24.03.11 booking no. is 200321. We are suffering from 20days. The gas agency is not delivered my cylinder today onwards also. Please taken seriously action on the gas agency. The matter is so many times repeatedly.

        Dealer- Jalaram gas agency , Rajpipla, Gujrat.

        My Consumer No.-610188.
        I have transferred the gas connection from Silvassa to Rajpipla. I have been issued the gas cylinder after paying Rs.1329 but pass book is not issued yet. I visited the agency frequently in last one year but every time I got reply that the unit head Mr. Bharatbhai Manglora is not available in office.Due to this I am not getting new cylinder for last nine months. So I have to dependent on other illegle sources of cylinder which is very costly. This is really a worst quality of service I have seen in my life.I don't know when I will get new cylinder from HP.

        HP Gas — Non Issuance of LPG Cylinder

        Hi,

        I have shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I had a HP Gas connection in Hyderabad. I made a proper gas transfer procedure and got a TV (Transfer Voucher) from my earlier dealer.

        Now, I am settled down here in HSR Layout, Bangalore and trying to get my gas connection from Maruthi Gas Services. However, they are denying it as reason being some dispute going on in HPCL Gas. I talked with SO (Sales officer) also and he advised me to wait till this get over. I am waiting for this thing to over from last 2 weeks and still not getting any further guideance.

          Sir,
          I am vijay living at Arvi-dist-wardha-maharastra(India).my complaint is related with Lathiwala HP gas distribution agency
          LAthiwal gas agency is doing blackmarketing of cylinder.
          as per rule after 21 days of registration of HP cylinder request ,it should be delivered to customer . but many time peoples from gas agency harass the people and they do blackmarketing.
          Even though Kerosine is disributedby unauhorized persom by 20-25 Rs./lit.
          for new gas connection we applied before an year,but they said that your waiting list isnot cleared and the people who applied late but very known to Mr. Lathiwala got the cylinder.
          Due to lathiwalas palitical and money power nobody takes the action

          HP Cylinder — phone numbers never are free

          Dear,
          This is reference with Sanjana Gas Agency, Chinchbhawan, Nagpur.
          Agency claims to have phone number[protected]. I tried this number today 69 times, My mobile battery got on toss else I would have again dialed.
          Astonishing fact is that after redialing so far within a time span of an hour approximately, I always got the number busy and busy.
          It is not first time. I bet you try this number and challenge i[censored] get the number free.
          I expect the agency to increase telephone lines so that no customer gets un attended.
          Notmally customers need to rush to agency office for booking purpose.

          i have purchased a bran new Videocon DTH+DVD three months ago from GIft India Shop, goli bar chowk, nagpur. It has gone defective two times in three months out of which it was dead for one month due to defect and there is no proper response from the Shop keeper and this product only has warranty for six month . plz tell me what should i do and what is its solution. if in warranty period this is the case how could it function after warranty . kindly tell me what i should do

            I am a customer HP Dealer Trimuthi Gas Service located in Mulund area since Nov-2006.In January i shifted residence from Mulund to THane & the same i have informed the Dealer but he said for transferring the gas connecftion to other area Six months should be completed from gas coonection date.So i again contacted him In the month of July-2007 now he is saying that at least 3 times u must have taken the Cylinder before cylinder. He is asking me to surrend3er old connection and get a new conncetion where i am residng now.He is literally harrassing me.I am in urgent need of gas cylinder.Please help me.

            Hi There,
            I am a HP domistic Gas consumer and our Gas Distributer is RAVI GAS SERVICE JALESAR DIST> ETAH UP.
            as i made a complain previously on the same site, but till today i have'nt receive any response excepting the mail from Mr.Onkar from HPCL as per his word to his subordinate "A complaint recd against our Jaleshar LPG dealer is attached in the mail. Pl look into it" and warning from the distributar side for not supply of gas in future. and still distributer suppling the gas in black market also at high cost.
            Kindly take strict and useful step to protect your HPCL coustmer
            from the same problam again and again. because this is not first time.it happens in every winter and marriage season.

            I am a consumer of hpcl lpg cooking gas no 610521. I am belongs to pune, my dealer is Jay Gas of Vadgaonsehri,Pune.
            Last 15 days I am trying to book for a cylinder on their tel no[protected] / 27031084. But all time it is observed that either telephone are engaged or not responding if i luckly got the line.
            I am fedup with this. I think i have to go personally taking leave from my office to book a gas cylinder. Why such type of dealer you are entertaining.

            I very urgently need a new gas connection and i have been approaching the HP Outlet near Safilguda Railway Station, Hyderabad-500047 and repeatedly they say that i have to come next time. i keep going every week but there is no clear cut reply from the dealer please.

            Kindly let me know if new connections are being accepted now, i understand indane are accepting but i am not happy with the service provided by the dealer near my house.

            I am a permanent resident in the colony and i would like to have a connection from HP and discontinue with indane. Why ? becoz after the death of my father, i am not able to transfer the gas connection to my name and the dealer is neither supplying me the gas nor advising the action to be taken.

            Kindly help me out by giving me a new connection of HP at the earliest please.

            1.On 07-01-10 thursday i had been to SRI VIGNESWARA GAS AGENCY[protected].
            2.the manager/officer in charge of distributor was so kind, gentle and supportive.
            3.he explained the importance of gas stoves and cookers, and their role in reducing the gas consumption
            4. also explained the national savings while we start using the newer ones.
            i admired his exposition and ability to convince the customers on the science behind it.
            5.when i politely told him that i have a gas stove and cooker of my own, he agreed and told me to wait for a call from his office for new connection within a month.
            6.i am an senior citizen and living at the new campus [while my wife and children are at madurai] and do little cooking on my own.
            7.so, i request you to get me the gas connection at the earliest
            8.contrary to the messages pulished in the lat press on the distributors insistence for the purchase of stove orcooker or others, i noticed a distributor with softness and ethics in his marketting
            9.i again request you to communicate this message to the distributor and in your web site so that deserving people will get motivated and common people will appreciate the system better.

              We will get the Gas Booking after One and half month .Moreover our Distributor do black and distribute only 20 or 30 cycliender daily we will get into line at 5.30 AM and after standing in line at 11.00 am they said no cycliender is there .They make very much harrasment to users .Two guy one Mr Satish and Girraj Abuses the people and said go do the complaint where ever u want. Now I want reply wthin week other wise my brother is in Zee News and I will make the vedio of public harassment as well as the behavior of your staff. if required i will do the compaints in media daily as my real brother is in media .

              this is amit, i am a resident of kalina, mumbai. I want to take a new HP gas connection but when enquired from HP gas dealers they are telling that along with the gas I have to take their chulha also as it comes in HP gas package but as I have my own chulha also which is working perfectly fine, then in that case why should i purchase their chulha. This is totaly unfare act. There should be no binding on comsumer to buy their chulha as we might have different choice also. And i think this is not legaly right. kindly do the need ful.               I have booked for cylinder refill on 27th June 2011. I was told that it will be deliver within 15 day as there is delay in delivery. After 15 days again I followed up with them as the 2nd cylinder is also empty now and I was told that it will take 2 more days. Daily I m following up and I am being told that it will be delivered tomorrow but still I am not able to get the delivery. Agency says, we are not getting cylinders from company itselt but they are selling the cylinders in black by taking more money without booking as I have over heard.

                Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 607419 and the dealers name & tel no is New Sawhney Gas Delhi , tel no is 22526366.I had booked the gas on 27/11/07 on the general booking number 1716 and booking number was 23. I have yet to receive the delivery.
                I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. Even the complaint number of HP 22408306 is also not responding.
                Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.

                HP LPG — Non delivery of refilling cylinder for longer period

                I booked LPG cylinder for refilling at HP distributor point in Haldwani on 30.10.2007. But till today (28.12.2007) they have not supplied the gas. Inspite of my reminders in person & over phone for many times, they ignore to supply. My family in trouble to run day to day activities with out the gas refilled.

                I stay at fat No.1, ground floor, Brij Kutir Apts, 68-A, Napeansea Road, Mumbai-400006; this is less than a kilometer distance from the dealer's office. I have been booking for gas since last one month and reminding over telephone every 3-4 days. Every time I am getting reply "gas will be delivered within next two three days"; or "your door was locked and therefore book again"
                This is really very funny that they will never tell the approximate time of delivery nor they telephone before delivery. It is quite painful to cope up with this type of delivery system.

                I have facing the issue of not getting the HP Gas cylinder in time from last 1 year. I stay in hadapsar and never get the delivery in time. It takes min 15days to deliver. Yashoda gas agency is the worst class service provider of HP in hadapsar and their ppl demand for more money as well when they deliver the cyilider.
                Also they never weigh the cylinder rather they never carry the weighing machine with them.
                To book for another number they dont allow the person to book till next 15days.They talk about the rule of not accepting next request before 15days but are they following the part of delivery within time? If they are not delivering in time they should not harrash customers by not allowing to book.

                We are having LPG connection for last 5 years with HP Gas Local Dealer Named Vidyanagar Gas Company. Shop.No.29, APHB Colony, OU Road, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad - PIN: 500044 (AP) RC.No. Sec/09/01/[protected] and our Consumer No.631437.
                and their Ph.No.27620139, 27636807 & 27617722.

                We have booked for refill Cylinder on 30th January-2008 vide booking No.26936. They told that, we will receive within 7 days.
                After a week when we are reminding them and they are telling today it self we are sending.

                Please note that, we are not having double Cylinder.

                But till date we have not received Refill Cylinder.

                We are loosing more money for Phone charges for calling them. We are also facing lot of problems.

                Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action on the dealer and direct them to release the refill cylinder immediately.

                I am a consumer of your HP LPG GAS Sercice having Consumer No. 615906 under your dealer 'KANCHAN FLAME' Shop No. 8, VIP Enclave, VIP Road, Kolkata - 700 059, West Bengal. The dealer has BSNL tele-communication No. 2500 6602. It is a painfull express my utter disatisfaction towards LPG domestic refilling service rendering by your above referred dealer. Almost every month refilling services are too delay and thus causing serious domestic disturbances. On getting assurance from the dealer that the problem would be mitigated if an additional cylinder issue service is sought and accordingly the same was done with extra cost burden.

                But the result is utter disgusting as excessive delay in refilling is causing no benifit with additional cylinder. As for example the LPG cylinder last booked on 23.03.07(Book No. 23)against last receipt LPG cylinder on 19.03.08. But till date I have not received any LPG filled cylinder. In the mean time my 2nd cylinder exhausted on 12.04.08. Till date no assurance for immediate supply of filled LPG cylinder has been received from the dealer inspite of repeated interactions. So, at the moment I am holding 2 (Two)empty cylinders.

                Hope some redressal actions are to be taken immediately at your end to mitigate such troubles towards this consumer customer in future.

                I went to East End Service Station (Opp: to TOMS SUPER MARKET) Frazer Town, Bangalore. The boys who were working there is very rude. I asked to 40 ml. oil and Rs.100/- petrol. They brought one unsealed packet of oil and in that packet hardly 20ml oil is not there. When I asked them we don't have stock and if you want you fill it. For my surprise I get down from the vehicle and I personally checked 1 box put near to the filling pump in that lot of packets lying in that box. When I questioned them, they told, this is our pump, we can do as we wish.
                I want to know this is the way HP people give training to their service providers? You can check shell petrol pump, how they are co-operating with customers!!!
                Kindly take necessary actions against them.

                I booked gas for home delivery 2 months back but till yesterday not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Whenever I went personally to Agency, they are behaving like they don't need the customers. I went upto 8-10 times due to delivery delay, but they are making us fool by saying tomorrow it will delivered.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. More than 80% of customers are facing same problems.

                This complaint is regarding the petrol pump in the Naraina Industrial Area petrol pump (opp loha mandi) regarding fraudulent practices practiced fearlessly in this outlet. We own a Maruti Baleno and we went to this petrol pump to get out tank fulled. We already had petrol in the tank. Normally the tank gets full in 1900 rupees. But here the meter showed 2300 which is impossible. A cherry on the cake was the callous service extended by the staff members.I, as a consumer, have done my duty and i hope that you'll also perform your duty with the same level of sincerity. To our surprise the 7 days have not passed to the dealer eventhough 23days have passed for the customer. After subsequent enquiries we were given invoice no. 157049 to verify with the delivery dept. But till today 11th sept 2008 the delivery has not been happened.

                is there any responsible officer in HP to control this type of bad service being provided to the customers by the gas dealers.

                hope i would get a reply from a responsible officer of HP.

                IT SEEMS THAT FROM FEW MONTHS THE BOOKING THROUGH IVR (TEL.NO. 1716) IS NOT WORKING AND IT DOES NOT REACHES TO THE RESPECTIVE DEALER FOR DELIVERY. WE HAVE TO BOOK IT AGAIN DIRECTLY IN THE RESPECTIVE DEALERS OFFICE.

                Complaint regarding L.P.Gas Supply by M/S. Anantha Gas Agencies Manjeshwar Kasaragod District Kerala State (distributor code-512150)
                We would like to bring to your kind information that the public is inconvenienced by the following acts of aforesaid gas agencies for proper action.

                1. Grave Irregularities in supplying refilled cylinders booking numbers are not being issued immediately and are being issued after two days of booking.
                2. There are consumers who have not received the refilled cylinders even after two months of booking.
                3. The consumer gets the reply from the owner of the agency that there are more than 10000 connections and they are being supplied with only 5500 cylinders.
                4. Booking numbers does not tally with the delivery of cylinders. Cylinders are being first supplied to the consumers who have money power and muscle power with voice power.
                5. The rate per domestic cylinder is being collected from rupees 360 to 375 rupees for the regular supply even if the rate fixed by the government is rupees 356.00
                6. In order to keep secret irregularities in delivery, bills are not being issued to some of the customers at the time of delivery.
                7. There is difference in the weight of gas cylinders mentioned in the cylinder, no scale is being installed on the delivery van for verification. When enquire they are giving arrogant reply, that i[censored] want you bye.
                8. The telephone of the agencies is always seen engaged during the booking hours. And getting rash reply from them if the lift the receiver.
                9. On enquiry of any information the consumer will get the reply from the agent that we are here for business and not for the prosperity of the customers.
                10. No additional cylinders are being issued even after two years of receiving gas connections. The customer has to some how manage with the single cylinder.
                11. Customers are forced to buy the stove by the dealer while availing new connection.
                12. if anyone asks for details is being threatened of dire consequences

Of booking serial no. 2409.The distributor’s name is Inderraj Aggarwal, panagarh base, p.o arjunpur, Dist-burdwan[W.B.], DISTRIBUTOR CODE-960870, phone no. [protected]. On further calling they did not receive any calls. The retailer, Mr. Agnimitra [mob. no. [protected]] on being called, said that he won’t help me as he was out of station for some of his personal reason. On further request he said that he would help me with the dealer . After some times when I again called him, his mobile was switched off. All this happened on 4.10.2008.on the same day, the dealer said that bookings upto serial no. 2759 have been delivered. As we can observe, my booking no. 2409 had already passed. But no delivery had been made to me.when I asked him, he said that he DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING. Before the aforesaid booking, I had complained 3-4 times to the area sales officer [Mr. Agnimitra ] then only I got the delivery. I need the delivery as I have emergency and I am facing this problem regularly. The area sales officer doesn’t take any action on my complains. And please do reply to me only on [protected] or [protected] and not by email..the last delivery I got was on 18.7 2008.
                now the question which arises is that how do I get this problem solved forever???????????
                I am a long standing consumer of HP LPG cylinders. My cons. no is 612659 and the dealer is Bharti gas, Bibwewadi, pune. Since am a working woman, I have to book my refill on phone. Bharti phones are perpetually busy. If I visit the shop for booking the shop, inspite of the time being 9 a.m., it does not open till 9.30. The staff comes at their own sweet time after 10a.m. If asked for an an explanation one gets rude answer. Can anything be done? can I book my refill by bypassing Bharti whom I have no wish to contact again.
                It is surprising that he dishes out this treatment to consumers in this market driven economy.

I booked for LPG Refill on 21.10.2008 and I was informed that LPG Refill will be delivered within a period of 10 to 12 days from the date of booking. However till date nothing is forthcoming from their end.This type of delay is a regaular feature here.                 I am using services of Hindustan Petroleum from 2003, recently I got transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata. I handed over my two cylinders and Regulator to Lalit Agencies in Vashi Navi Mumbai, they gave me transfer letter and told me it will be done in any HP Gas agency in Kolkata. I handed over the documents to Sushma Gas and Gadget in CK market, Saltlake city Kolkata. Then they told me that we need to verify your credential through Internet, and after verification it will be done by tommorrow. Next day I called up, person picks the phone and told me call after 1:30 p.m. then I called up at 2 p.m. got the answer there was some problem in the Internet we have not done the verification yet, Please call tommorrow. Next day again I called up and person told me we are very busy call at around 1 p.m. I called up 1 p.m got the answer due to "Kolkata Band" we are facing scarcity of the staffs, so pls call tommorrow. I enquired from my friend and he told me tommorrow offices will closed. Then there will be sunday and republic day, it looks like transferring a GAS connection is a never ending story with Hindustan Petroleum.

                My complaint is regarding poor delivery of HP LPG refill and rude behaviour of staff overy the telephone. Sir I am a resident of panchkula and residing here since July 2006. Since the the time we have shifted here, we have been facing issues with delivery of LPG refill. Our dealer is Roop Gas located in sector 20, Panchkula. Whenever you call Roop gas either you will find their number to be busy continuously or they dont pick up the phone. If they pickup the phone they misbehave and dont give the clear picture when you are going to get the delivery. Their delivery serivce is so poor they you have to wait for atleast 1 month for delivery of 1 rfill. We are a family of 5 people and I belive that one does understand that in winter season you can't survive on 1 cylinder for 40 or 45 days. Now your choice is either to put yourself and your family on starving or buy cylinder in black from Roop Gas's own delivery men which is not acceptible to me. I lodged a complaint to HP via reference number 09022444, but, nothing has been done so far. Please tell me what should we do about it.

                HP LPG domestic gas cylinder — Excessive delay in each refill

                Abiding by the procedure book booking after 15 days of a refill, I am made to wait for over 10 days for an LPG cylinder almost for each refill. This was brought to the notice of the concerned officer in the HP domestic LPG customer care section but to no avail.
                I am consumer of hp gas and my consumer no. P00197 and my gas agency is pitambara gas service near jhansi hotel, sadar bazar, jhansi.It is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of earlier booking I am not recieving the gas supply regularly and in time, sometime even after booking I am unable to get the gas supply after two month also, this shows that no consumer rules are followed by the gas agency and unneccessary harashment bieng done to the consumer, if such type of services is carried out by your gas agency I will have to approach the consumer court for the bad services against you and your gas agency for justice and further I will also ask in RTI whether the gas distribution is done as per booking and will also ask the supply made by you to the gas agency and whether the distribution is done as per booking or otherwise because as per consumer right I should get the gas supply regularly and in time.
                Your early and neccessary action in the matter is very much solicited.

                I am Shobhit Khanna, residing at 65/22, Chitwapur Road, Lalkuwan, Lucknow (U.P-226001) & have transferred my old HP connection from Sultanpur to Lucknow (due to my job transfer) into a new HP gas connection in July 2009 from Vijay Gas Service, 278/10, Aishbagh Road, Lucknow an authorized distributor for HP. My Consumer No. is 614094.

                I am in private service (work from 9 am to 7 pm) and don’t not get time to do proper follow ups. I’m writing this with extreme pain that since my association with this distributor he has been troubling my mother & wife in following different ways:

                1. The problem starts at the tele-booking level itself. Since last 1 year their phone is not working properly. Either they don’t pick the phone even after multilple rings or quite frequently they have made such settings on their number that phone from our side gets picked up, our balance gets deducted and no sound/response comes from there. Even after several complaints on this, the problem still persists.

                2. My mother asks for only one refill cylinder in a month. That too requires her to make atleast 10 phone calls to this distributor. All other gas suppliers take the booking after 21days of last booking but M/S VIJAY Gas Service have made their self created norms of booking. They say we don’t follow 21 days, rather we book after 21 days from the date on which the cylinder gets delivered to your home. And what an irony, we again wait for 15-20 more days for getting the delivery of our last booked cylinder refill.

                3. On enquiring on phone, they usually say with huge surprise, “Oh, cylinder has not reached yet, we’ll get it delivered today.” But again sleep on their fake words. Due to the worry of gas being exhausted, my mother has to travel 3 kms to convey that, “Sir, we are waiting for the delivery.” To a live example, we have booked for a refill on 25th Nov 2010 and today being 9th Dec 2010, we have not received the cylinder yet and cooking on stove. Even, I personally have intimated them, that my baby is small, my wife boils her milk-bottles which consumes a lot of gas. Even this has not melted their heart.

                4. They also say, if you have any hurry ask your mother or someone else in your family to go to godown and collect the same. At times we have seen that he possess good stock of refilled cylinders in his godown but still deliberately he does this delay.

                Request your kind intervention in this matter as this distributor is causing such harm to HP’s brand image, we don’t want to indulge into any fight rather we have decided that if things, don’t improve, we’ll hav no option left rather to surrender the connection. Pls help..

                I have booked my HP gas on 27/12/2010 at Divya jyoti Gas Agency Vinod
                Nagar for refilling against my consumer no 603751 and booking no 336511.
                But despite my repeated call i have not got the delivery of gas till today but
                only i am getting the story of shortage of supply from HP.
                Sir can i get the answar that who is responsible for it if agency is not
                responsible to deliver the gas in time.

                HP/LPG Refill — delay in home delivery

                I am a consumer of LPG with Sardar Gas Service, Etah - 207001, consumer No. being 602314, SV No.7446422. I had booked refill on 11.01.2011 for home delivery. I was told that the cylinder will be delivered within a week. Thereafter, I have been constantly visiting/reminding the Sardar Gas Service but to no effect. Every time their answer is ek-do din mey gas aaney wali hai.

                more times. They gives some time on time but some time they are not

                HP Gas- LPG Cylinder- Domestic — Non delivery of LP gas even after one month of booking

                Dear sir,
                I am Prabodh Kher having consumer no -503338 consumer of HP gas from Hindustan Petroleum supplied thru distributor M/s Rup Gas Agency SCO- 288, Sec-20 Panhkula.
                I booked for the supply of filled cylinder almost one month back, till today I haven't received the cylinder, when checked with the agency their reply is that the gas is not being supplied and there is shortage of gas.
                I doubt on this statment, as there is no such news in the daily news paper. I doubt that this agency supplies cylinders to unauthorised users by charging extra amount and harras the regular domestic consumers.
                Request you to kindly look in to the matter and help me get the cylinder at your earliest.

                Mr.Ramu from your H P Petrol Pump, MES Ring Road, Gokula Extension, Mathikere, 560054 is filled diesel instead of petrol in my Maruthi 800, the bunk supervisor is called some mechanic and shot the relay and removed the diesel from the pump and filled the petrol now the car is not starting, Nexus Maruthi service center is saying the ECM is gone
                Such irresponsible worker and Supervision is spoiled the CAR, At least the management should look for option of keeping diesel and petrol separate in the bunk or have some responsible people instead of giving a big burden to the customer.

                an amount of Rs 950/- as security refund of my decesed grand mother consumer no.501008 was adjusted with above amount, so actually I paid rs 5454+950/=RS6404/-.The gas cylinders have not been delivered to me so far despite repeated visits to dealer.
                we are also facing the problem with the HP dealer in Goa with Rajani trading & investments Pvt Ltd Panjim this a all because of government BAD Policy of MONOPOLY because of this the consumer are the sufferer

                we had booked the cylinder 3 weeks ago and whenever we visit this dealer they tell us that it will be delivered the cumming day of delivery but till today there are repeating the same and not responding on the phone we fill that he has extra customers and there stomach are full now.

                what is the solution for this can any one please advice.

                i am really angry on these people.

                  I have had an HP GAS Cylinder Connection in Hyderabad. Because of relocating to Pune recetly, I had to transfer this to Pune (Pimpri). It has been 3 weeks now that I have not been able to receive a cylinder. Shubham Gas Agency is the only agency which caters to delivering HP GAS to my area (Sant Tukaram Nagar) and they are citing a very ridiculous reason since last 3 weeks: "There is no stationary form, hence we cannot give you a Cylinder although we do have Cylinders in store". I had asked them why is it taking so long, this is my fourth week of follow up, they say they are helpless because this is "HP GAS's" responsibility, and not theirs. Is this what HP is doing as a part of its 'Customer Care'?

                  HP Gas — negligence

                  Hi,
                  I am Jyothi and our consumer number is 500811, and our dealer name Hindustan gas company, BHEL, R.C.Puram, Hyderabad-502032.and tel no's. 23024942, 23025134. We have been booking for gas on telephone for many years.
                  cylinder last delivered on[protected] and as told to us recently we booked for gas on[protected] on phone i.e., after 27 days of delivery and they said we will get in 10 days. Till then we were not given any booking number. we have not received gas even after 14 days and also i was unable to contact the gas agency on the phone (the phone will be ringing but no one attends the call and many times it is engaged). And when i went to the agency on[protected] to enquire, they say that we have not booked gas at all. It is almost 40 days after the last delivery and were badly in need of gas.
                  So we requested for immediate delivery of gas. They said they will be sending in 4days as the fault lies with them. Even after that till now we did not receive gas. As no one picked the call I went to the office and now they say tomorrow and I hope that tomorrow comes. The service and behaviour is worse.
                  I wish that you will take necessary action agianst irresponsible persons and I hope atleast this line of complaining works and help us find solution.
                  I request you to take necessary measures to provide better services to the consumers.

                  I am from Urlikanchan and i face a hell amount of problem from my local Agent m/s Natueral Gas Company Pvt LTD.Urlikanchan, Tal Haveli, Pune. I guess he is not capable of handling at all. A Total mis management Agent.
                  I have second cylinder But Agent is not accepting second cylinder refilling booking. He was not gave home delivery for refilling gas also.
                  I wish that you will take necessary action agianst irresponsible persons and I hope atleast this line of complaining works and help us find solution. I request you to take necessary measures to provide better services to the consumers.

                    There is a distributer of HP Gas at Ambala Cantt, named Swatantra Gas. This distributer is doing blackof gas cyllinders, very openely. But, there is no one to stop this. Neither from Administration nor from the vigilance department of HP Gas Company.

                    As a result, genuin consumers are suffering very-very badly. For example, my wife is living at Ambala Cantt, with two small kids, whereas I am at Indore for my job. She booked the gas cyllinder on dtd. 21.11.2007. But till date no cyllinder is received even after several reminders.

                    Last day all the gas cyllinders finished at Ambala home and my wife was come under severe mental pressure, now what to do. She enquired for the cyllinder here and there but no one had spare. There was such a Worst situation that she luke warmed the milk feed for baby by using a candle.

                    These black marketers sold their soul for money and the bad thing is that there is non to control their bad intentions.

Last month I went to dealer office and booked the gas cylinder. They promised me to we will delivered after 1 week. Still I am not get any cylinder. When ever we asked they are saying shortage or some other problems. This is not first time. Everymonth we are facing same problem.

                      I just want to put a question to HP that do you expect individual to go to the centre and book their gas. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 13 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and one is empty and other is on verge of getting over. This service providers are a big failure. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience. Not everybody can put in their complaint in writing. The Agency people say when distribution of cylinders takes place in your area then only your complaint will be attended.

                      The customer service is beyond rating (vvvvvvvvvvv poor) God help.

                      Any (HP) concern who will read this message try to atleast for the sake of our country's name (Hindustan) take immediate action.

                        I am an elderly 83 0ld widowof an army officer. My consumer number is 16549. I had booked a gas cylinder from HP Gas,Alwal. They did not send me a cylinder till date.Their phone is always off the hook.There are rumours that the cylinders are being sold to unauthorised persons.I wish to lodge a strong complaint. I request you to please make them issue a gas cylinder without fail. Everytime I have to beg them to send it and ring them up at least 15 to 20 times before they condescned to send me a cylinder.

                          I stay in pune. The hp petrol pumps stafff is very rude and they never fill petrol to the mark. Today morning I filled petrol from a HP petrol pump on symbiosis road the owner is Mr.iqbal singh with his petrol pumps contact no.[protected].

                          I handed over 200 rs to the staff who was filling in petrol. Without resetting the meter to zero he started filling in petrol without showing me the reading on asking why he didn't show the reading he started abusing me and told me I could do whatever I wanted. Rather than filling petrol for 200 rs he filled for 199.5(no need to mention that he was reluctant to fill in for the entire amount when i spotted this).

                          I strongly urge the government to take immediate action against all such petrol pumps and cancel their license.

                          Lets curb crime. A person remaining silent to crime is a criminal.

                          Hope to see some action on your part.

                            I live is AECS layout,bangalore. Our gas agency is Murali gas agency from marthahalli. we have a difficult time booking for the cylinder. they will never lift the telephone. most of the time the telephone is engaged. if we are lucky we will get through the line. it takes at least 2 weeks to get to them through phone. this is a problem with all the customers of murali gas who live in this area. please help.

                            I have applied for a new H.P. domestic Gas connection at Brij Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-92. Actually, I've suffering a misbehave from most of the staffs of this HP agency. No one is ready to listen me and my problem.

                            I have deposited 150 Rs. for verification on 22 Feb. 2008 at Brij Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-92. After 3-5 days a person was comes at my house and make some pressure. That was clear he is ready to bribe. But my younger brother was not ready to pay anything BRIBERY. The verifier had saying that "i'll put obstacle." When I have make a complaint against the verification person to Mr. Satpal Choudhary at [protected] on 29 Feb. He also favours his staff and threatens me. According to the staff of Brij He is working as Manager for Brij.
                            Beside of this, when I confirm my status of connection there has submitting wrong verification like Choolha poorana hai and others.

                            Can HP take any action against Brij Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar?
                            I am not alone, who has suffering like this. A lot of persons is irritated with the misbehave of Brij Agency. Some of them can be seen here.

                            I govind singh was on rent in the house of Mr.M.R.Roy at C.R.Park (delhi)since 1993 to 1995 and Mr.M.R.Roy has HP gas conection no.604213 from Amit Gas Agency D.D.A flats Kalka ji.In 1995 he has shifted abroad and the conection sold to us when i contacted the said Agency regarding change of add.& Name of previous Owner the Agency Guys suggested me that I can only change the add. but not the owner's name and also insured that in future there will be no problems and since 1975 they started delivering cyllinder on my new Add.C-1036 Sangam Vihar new delhi and Till March 2008 I have no problems regarding delivery from Amit gas Agency.But in March 2008 they transfered my conection from Amit Gas Agency to KAMAKHYA ENTERPRISES A-166 Raju Park Devli Road N.D.62.When I contacted my new Agency they demanded owner ID proof I showed My HP Gas Book to him and requested them to help because I have no Id of MR.M.R.Roy then they told me that my conection is not Legal and I have to apply for a new connection I agreed for new connection and requested them to give me a new connection.They demanded Rs.3135 for new connection included for a Cyllinder, a pipe, a Regulator, a Lighter, a Chulha etc.but i requested them to please issue only a Cyllinder, a Pipe, a Regulator but they refused my request.
                            please help & suggest me ...ASAP..because I am paying Rs.500 for one Cyllinder from market and ...is it fair to asked for Id proof after 13 years .I have my own Add.proof and Id proof.B'cause since 1975 I living at C-1036 Sangam vihar N.D.62

                            I was tring at below mentioned no's to get the contact no of retail person in Hindustan Petroleum but nobody is responding even don't want to talk to the customers. if it will take a lot of time to just talk to the representative of Hindustan Petroleum and afterthat they are not ready to respond even. How can all the customers can feel better services from Hindustan Petroleum?

Our gas agency is Noble Gas Traders Raja Garden..their phone number[protected]..they never pick up the phone...either it remains held up or the rings keeps on going...It really means harassment of the consumer.We in our busy schedules have to keep on trying their number in order to get the refill.                               i live in etah(U.P.).our gas agency is sardar gas service.his service is very poor because his working man suply2/3 part of gas in market and custumers
                              return blank hand in morning from their stores which are located3.5KM from city.
                              my home delievery booking date is 13/11/2007 but i have not got rifill till today.agency and their

                              the acute virtual shortage of HP gas is merely a fuss with its customers. well my consumer ID is 610428,registered by the name of: Mrs Jyotirmayee Dash. i had placed booking order over phone, but i did not receive the gas until after 17 days when i had to go personally to collect one.
                              at your dealer the service and response was quite poor and harsh.
                              the gas remains available under all conditons in the market being sold in black for over a rs 50 more than the actual price . but its illogical to get a gas cylinder from an unauthorised entity when u have put up an authorised dealer for our ease. please look into the matter.
                              we have booked our gas cylinder at sahani gas agency a-51,east krishna nagar delhi 51 dated 7/11/2007 with consumer no. 622166 and booking no. 100342 but till dated 30/11/2007 i have not recieved the delivery.
                              The agency office staff behaves very rudely to the consumers.

VERY VERY WORST Condition HP Gas. Totally failure in customer satisfaction.The agency's behavior is too harsh to customers.                               Hey what is the hell is going on at HP Gas. I am one of the customer of HP Gas of New Mumbai. I got transferred to Hyderabad. So, I transferred my gas connection from New mumbai to secunderabad.

                              The agency person of HP Gas, ALWAL told that, it will take atleat one month to get regulator.

                              What a bull shut is this. after four months also i did'nt get connection. I already a customer of the above said company. It is a bull shut maintenance of the HP Gas company. It is a waste and worst service by the above company. All the agency persons are used to sale their connection in BLACK AND BLACK ONLY.

And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience... That is the future of HP Gas...

                              I am a customer of HP gas under agency with M/S Shivshanti Gas Agency - Dhankwadi, Pune ,Pin 411043 - State Maharashtra ( India), I am very much badly vexed with H P Gas distribution and really feel uncomfortable with Shivshanti gas agency from last 6 years. The booking system is so worst and badly handled by them. The telephone line is busy always and i can't book the gas. After some how booking when I manage to call for delivery these stupid people dont listen any thing & only they say every time that they will deliver it very soon but fact is that their very soon never comes & we really get unnecessary mental torcher. They also dare to say that you go wherever you want & complaint, we are not bothered about your complaint.

                              I have booked the gas on 01-02-08 after your 21 days of rule & today we are on 17-03-08 still after 44 days the agency is not in a position to give me gas or any proper answer. Now I have 2 cylinders and both are empty & I am facing lot many problems. My consumer no is 611964 & my waiting no is 28428 booked on 01-02-08.

                              I know how the govt agency function & how they are least bothered about their customer but still we are trying to weak-up them , leaving all our office work. Some one should be responsible to check/audit their agency records , their work then you can find how much they are doing work as per HP norms.

Divya Jyoti Gas Agency, Shop No. 11 & 12, B Block, Shiv Shakti Complex, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi-110091 Ph. No. 22776547, 32779757 vide booking No. 4818dt. 16.12.2008.
                              After this, the deliveryman has come with the cylinder on dt. 22.12.2008 and I returned the same due to less quantity of gas in the cylinder. After this incidence, I several times personally contacted the distributor but after the 27 days of my booking, my Kitchen is without Cylinder.
                              Sir, I have two kids who are either fasting or don't getting the food on time due to non-delivery of Gas Cylinder.
                              Your goodself is humbly requested to kindly look into the matter personally and take a serious action against the above distributor so that such type of incidence could not be repeated in the future with me or any body in the society. Maine Propriter se baat karvane ke liye kaha to anita nai kaha ki propriter sabse baat karne ke liye nahi hai. hamse baat karo or phone kaat diya. Mujhe Propriter ka Phone number tak nahi diya. Aakhir kya ho gaya hai kya gas ki itni shortage hai ki ek customer ko 8 din gas nahi mil sakti. plz do something hamesha se aise hi ye log meri gas late bhejte hai. or aaj to batmiji ki had ho gayi isliye mai aapko mail kar raha hu. plz meri gas kal lagva dijiye mere ghar mai gas khatam ho gayi hai.

                                We shifted from Gurgaon to Faridabad in July 2007.
                                Till now we needed cylinder three times.
                                Every time I have to remind them several times.
                                During this process either they will not pick up the phone or very rudely the answer is given
                                I have faced such situation here only which is forcing me to lodge complaint against them.
                                I have stayed in Noida,Gurgaon and Bombay but never faced such a condition.

                                I have booked the cylinder on 24/02/2008 for home delivery and till today i.e. 01/03/2008. I have not received any cylinder. It’s been more than 1week now.

                                They were supposed to send it 1 week after the delivery. We have called up the agency they say that there is no helper (worker) to bring the cylinder and they told that they will send it after 4 - 5 day. I[censored] need Urgently come and take the Direct Delivery from the Godown . When we re-called phone they were not receiving the phone properly neither they were answering properly. Then we gone to the ghatla godown & brought the cylinder by Auto Rickshaw. Who gonna pay the Auto Rickshaw Far e Rs.45/-.

                                This is not the first time we are facing this problem. It happened several times but not for this long period. And the service provided by this agency is worst 2 worst.
                                Please take a strict action on this Shreya Gas Agency - they always make mistakes while booking through system. Nonsence people who take the bookings and supply the gas cylinders at their own convenience. This agency is really utter nonsense situated at Malkajgiri, Secunderabad - Andhra Pradesh.


                                Please take a good action on the people who take the bookings.
                                I booked gas for home delivery on 4.11.08 but till today 26.11.08 it is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.                                 HP Gas — Delay of home delivery

                                Dear Sir

                                My consumer number is 700649 in the name of Rajinder Kumar Garg. My dealership name is Bathinda Gas Service, located at Power House Road Bathinda. We already booked pur cylinder on[protected]. Today its been 5th Jan 2009. My mother already called multiple times regarding home delievery. Everytime they told us we will deliever the cylinder at the end of day.

                                From last 2 days we are running out of gas.. I am not sure at this point to whom we have to contact. Finally i decide to complaint regarding delay of cyclinder delievery on behalf of my father.

                                As a customer i feel if the agency's they dont provide the delievery on time why they suppose to say something on phone to customer regarding delievery if they can't deliever on time . In fact no body attends the phone as well as all the time phone lines stays busy.

                                I guess nobody cares about customer's until someone complaints. Please suggest us if there is any other solution so we can get cyclinder as soon as we can.

                                  I went to Hindustan Petroleum Cylinder Gas agent at khar RAJPAL for a new connection, they are insisting that they will give me a gas connection only if I buy their gas stoves with it, I already have a new gas stove, then why should they force me to buy it. I only want the gas cylinder. They say it is a company policy. But refuses to give it in writing. Hindustan Petroleum must take severe action against such erring agents. Because it brings HP in bad light.

                                  I also purchased a connection. I was asked to pay over Rs 5000 and compulsorily take the stove and accessories even though I had already got these in my house. I had to donate my old stove and accessories to my maid. And I did not even get a receipt for the whole amount. They asked me to submit a Leave and License agreement and I found that papers were made in the name of my landlord and not me due to their mistake. They delivered the papers to me one year after I purchased the gas connection and did not even apologise for the mistake in the name, leave alone trying to rectify the error.. In-fact they said - "Why should I apologize". The lady there who seems to be the owner is very rude and has no customer service training or skills. After I complained at the HP website she got my number and called me up and shouted angrily at me because I complained against her on the company HP website. The monopoly of these vendors ensures they do whatever they like and no-one can raise any voice against them. They are spoiling the brand name of HP gas. Moreover when we complain against the distributor on the company's website our number and complaint goes directly to the distributor itself and they start calling and threatening us. This lady asked me to give me her address and name and sounded very angry that I complained against her and refused to accept any of her above mentioned mistakes. What a sad state of affairs!!!

                                    Sir,

                                    I concur with the complaints of 2 other consumers about Murali Enterprises Bangalore - i have been trying to reach them for close to 20 days now and there is absolutely no response to any of the telephone numbers they have.

                                    It is frustrating for a customer to be provided 6 numbers and none work!

                                    I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency , their is only one agency in kasauli distt solan (himachal pradesh . when we go for a gas he "raju" md of this gas agency and his workers say abuse words and charge for each cylinder rs 350.
                                    he supplies cylinder in kasauli, dharampur, kummarhatti, dagshai,sabathu and many more all people are fed of this man "raju'

EVERYTIME WE ARE ASKING, EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 1/2 MONTHS (FROM BOOKING DATE)BUT SAYING NOT HAVING STOCK, BUT THE HP CYLINDERS,WE ARE GETTING ON BLACK BASIS AFTER PAYING RS.500/-HOW IT IS POSSIBLE.
