Sir/ Madam,

My name is JOHN M SAJU and I am a resident in Kalady, Ernakulam district kerala.

Through this letter, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 28/10/2021.I visited your petrol pump for the refilling of fuel around 1.30pm in THELACKADAN FUELS in kottamom. Before refilling the diesel l stopped my car near the air filing area to fill the air, However no one came to their I waited for almost 10 min there. At that time there were 4 staffs and only 2 vehicle, In which 2 of them are talking to each other. I asked one them to fill air . They refuse to do that and said that " They will give instructions and I need to operate ". I refused it because I don't have any experience with that machine, and I am also afraid that if anything happens wrong it will cause some troubles and I said them .Afterward I argued them for 10 min while talking them one male staff shouted at me and said that he is not going to fill air and do whatever you can. And also talk to manager and she said that "only customer who filling (buying ) the fuel is applicable for free air ". After arguing with her for 15 minutes she send an female staff to fill the air .

Actually I wait there for more than 40 minutes. When I discuss this with my colleagues they said that they also have similar experience. I shall remind you that it was not the first time they are misbehaving with the customers who came there to fill the air . Iam also attaching an video clip to show the situation.I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your renowned fueling station. Every time the delivery boy gets 30 to 40 rupees extra more than bill amount while delivering the cylinder.

Even distributor says to pay extra as there is no delivery option for local deliveries.

Kindly clarify.

The petrol pump located at Guntakal by name Devendra petrol pump is not providing online payment facilities kindly look into the same matter informed to Madhu sales officer HPCL yet no action.

I have visited this petrol pump many times, and every time they are playing tricks. I tell them to fill the tank full and they stop the timer at 100 rupees.

After that I again remind them to full the tank, and then the person pretends like he has set the timer to zero but actually he doesn't. They try to ask weird question tso we don't see the machine and meahwhile they play their games.

It is happening every time there. They are looting people.

On dated 12.09.2021 I visited HP auto cate center petrol pump opposite side of The Grand Venice Mall Greater Noida. I asked to full my car tank (petrol) than total bill was 2761.89 paid by me through ATM (Transition No 250972 ). When I asked to check my vehicle Air (Nitrogen already filled in all tires) than they asked me there is no provision to fill nitrogen air as free, nitrogen air will be refill on purchase of Power petrol of 2000/-...

I was asked to put diesel for 700 rupees, after filling fuel indicator not showing, even I was checked after one day also it is not appear, then I come to know I was cheated by that employee .

I have complaint against a Petrol Pump name Shabd Feuls in Tehsil Uklana mandi District Hisar . They not accept My 10rs Coin. Refused To take coins.
I face so much problem that time i have no money instead of these coins but they refused.

The mentioned fuel station not selling normal petrol intentionally when I visits to purchase petrol every time staff and owner intensionally forcing to sell Power petrol even though normal petrol stock available as shows same in stock board same you can observed screen stocks.

Plz take necessary action.

These days almost each of the refill supplied to me is found leaking when we connect it. Every time the person comes and charges 30₹. This is happening since last 6 months. Today the same person told to replace the regulator and charged 150₹ plus 118₹ as service charges. I am supplied HP refills at Roha Raigad 402109 by Real HP Gas agency, my customer no. 609747. I would like to know whether this leakage should happen with each refill and if these charges are authorised by HP services because he didn’t give any receipt and didn’t even give back the old regulator. The person who visited was Bishnoi.

Hi I got a mail from quikr about hp work from home jobs converting pdf to excel data entry jobs.i already mailed them about asking it is genuine or not.they provide me demo nd recent payment proofs. In that standard plan I took nd paid 999rs to them.yesterday they given work to me at 11am.after that they r not responding to my calls nd mails.they given the phone number [protected].it is continuously switched off.

Petrol not supplay in the car today amount of, 1000 car no KA71M0426

No water facilities no frist aid kit, and no air filling pum

Supervisor and worker doing some fraud in fueling and when I asked them they are scolding me and making arguments wilfully.

Please take some action not to repeat the same.

On 26th Jul 2021, I added an amount of Rs 3850 to HP pay application, transaction got failed but that amount is not yet refunded to my ICICI Bank account.
I mailed them and provided every detail of the amount deducted with proper Reference and transection id but after some time they asked for Bank statement and Bank latter by mentioning about refund amount not received - that also I provided them. it's been more than a month but it's not been refunded and now they again asked to provide a bank statement, I called HP customer care 2 times they listen and mute it and after some time disconnect it. they are just postponing time and taking such a long time to revolve this. please help me with this issue.

You are requested to come to Dhundhara gaav and get the pump checked.
