Reporting for rash driving, - MH 12 SX 8034, the tanker hit us in slow moving city taffic, it seems as if it was purposefully done, the tanker hit us from behind, there has been damages to our car. Your rash driving no mentioned behind the tanker[protected] says not in existence. The accident happened in pune, near swargate army cantonement

I have booked for HP gas cylinder on 21.08.2021 Via. HP Gas app UPI Payment. UPI payment was successful but Booking not confirmed. Amount not refunded. I had to book via offline payment and paid the bill once again.

Please look into this.. I have attached the bill details.

I booked a hp gas cylinder on 23 August 2021 from myhpgas.in portal through hdfc bank credit card, the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
The amount of rs. 887.26/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side. Also i didn't receive any booking id after a successful completion of payment.

Moreover i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.

As per your customer support response i discussed and review my transaction with my bank (Hdfc bank), he told me my both transaction is completed successfully at bank end.

Kindly look into the matter personally, so that I can get my HP cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

Aaj morning 11.10 am main apni car mp20 cf 1054 main sumeru hp petrol pump, near bargi Hill's, tilwaraghat road, jabalpur 482003 main petrol bharane ke liye gaya tha jaha par meri car kaphi der tak khadi rahi par worker ne petrol nahi dala mere dawara kai baar use petrol dalne ke liye kaha gaya kintu usne mere baat ko unsuna kar diya jiski complain ke liye main waha ke in-charge ke pass gaya tha jo present nahi the waha par upasthit anay worker ko sikayat ki to uske dawara mujhse vaad-vivaad karne laga jiske karan main bina petrol bharwaye apni car lekar chhala gaya. Jiski inquiry waha par lage cctv footage se ki ja sakti hain
Pls relative worker par karyawahi karne ka kasht kare

I have booked a cylinder on 9 August from H.P Gas. On 10 August I received a message from the company that the cylinder has been delivered & I need to pay an amount of Rs. 853/- only. I called the agency that the cylinder has not been delivered but I got the delivery message. The agency told that it was because my bill has been generated & that the cylinder would be delivered in a few days.

On 17 August the cylinder was delivered but they charged me Rs. 880/- for the same. They had generated a new bill for a completed order just to extort more money using unfair trade practices. If the bill has been already generated then why the need to generate a new bill. And if the procedure is to generate a bill on the same day of delivery then why generate it earlier.

This is not the first time such a thing has happened & that's why I have raised this grievance. They deliberately delay the time of delivery so as to find excuses to extort more money for an already completed transaction. Such acts do come under unfair trade practices but due to the smaller monetary value people don't take the pain to pursue further & thus such agencies make huge profits by extorting small amounts from several people.

This causes more burden on the people with limited income but have to pay such high prices when even the subsidy is also being wrongfully denied.

I have seen this at Khan Petrol pump - Vasai - Maharashtra, the manager allowed Press vehicle to fill the CNG without being in queue.

When I went a complained to owner, the owner shouted at me rather then making the things proper.

There was a lady from Press, who was making more noise to cover the complaint.

This is not at all acceptable, please take necessary actions.

Cheaters, Fraud, whatever you call they are. Incident happened twice:

Me:Asks him to fill for 200 Rs( I made sure he heard it well)

That guy: Fills up for 50Rs and then looks at me

Me: I asked for 200Rs( shouting at him He: 200 ah? (asks me like a innocent, like many fills up for 50Rs these days with the petrol price hike) and again fills up to 150 (which we should think as extra, but that guy continues filling from 50Rs to 150Rs and then he stops, he says 1st I put for 50Rs, and now for 150Rs, so that 50Rs he gains). I don't know how much they would have gained for filling up cars!

Sir i went to one one of your outlet near Lakkundi of Gadag district, karnataka state. The reading of petrol pump is starting from 6rs I observed it before also, I asked them about the same but they are replying that machine is fast how silly is that. Please do needful because we have trust on hp.

I have purchased fuel from Sri Ram Krishna H P, Bariyawa Alapur PBH, , Pratapgarh, Uttarpradesh, Invoice no 442396 dt 12/07/2021 time 11:20:40, volume 29.22 Ltr, Value 2994.46 paid through SBI Debit Card, But till now not yet get refund of Fuel Surcharge

Gas agency - basaveswar gas enterprise khanapur

As I paid full amount online they are asking 25/- as extra charges from each consumer..

Is it legal?

If one refuse to give the extra charges they are not providing the gas?

What is the solution on this?

I made an online payment through MY HP GAS application for booking LPG cylinder. Amount got deducted but booking was not made. I tried reaching out customer care of HP but no one addressed the complaint. It's been 3days and no update is given by HPCL

My bike got dried the nearest bunk around me is hp coco agency the dealer name is Ravichendran, I just asked one of is employee to fill the petrol in my bike but he said the is closed so come back in the morning, what kind of service is that, so I walked pushing my bike to another bunk and they fill the in my bike, Is that the HP petrol agencies are running for just 12hours or 24 hours, but I saw it in a board that the bunk timing is 24 hours, so please kindly take necessary action against the bunk which is located in Tamil Nadu, tirupur district.

At the Maduravoyal HP bunk they forced me to go to another station when I was close to one already. The boy at that particular station started so called administering the fuel when my back was turned without intimating the Zero. When I questioned he retorted very rudely and was supported by his colleagues. My vehicle’s fuel gauge did not budge even after pouring fuel for INR 1000. When I questioned that they got aggressive. I spoke to the bunks manager and he said that the bill shows the fuel has been delivered but my vehicle does not register this. This incident took place on 29th July at 11.00 am. I am sure that there is a scam going on and would like HP corporation to look into it for the great reputation they otherwise have. I will definitely not recommend this particular bunk to anyone.

I filled up petrol from HP pump station situated in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. My bike was not running properly. I went to the mechanic and then found water in the petrol. Please take strict action against the petrol pump.

Employees are very bad talking very bad and nonsense Guys... manager also...very non responsible...

Air Compressor/infliator install at HP petrol pump (Infront of Guna Bus Stand) is never found in working condition. I visit this petrol pump twice in a week and their tyre compressor is dead.
Below are excuses given by petrol pump employees and manager.
1. No Electricity
2. Boy responsible for filling air is absent today.
3. Machine is faulty, we will get it repaired soon.
These are top 3 reason given to me.

HP Petrol Pump Isarwadi Paithan Aurangabad Road On 20th July 2021 at 10:00 am when I went to put petrol in my car, I was mentally disturbed by the following staff and manager
1 First I was refused for digital payment I was told that the debit card would not work, for proof you can watch the CCTV footage of Yaveli
2 There was no complaint booklet of any kind
3 There were only two toilets, one for the disabled and one for the general public, because they were both locked and locked.

4 There was no water in the drinking water tank and the water tank was in a very dirty condition.
5 You can see in the photo that the sleeping clothes on the fire equipment are covered with sand
6 One person did not have an ID card,
7 There was no air filling facility

I used to fill the tank of my vehicle from the petrol pump, G.S. Service Station, Chandannagar, G.T. Road, Hooghly, West Bengal, over years. But recently I got smell of kerosene from the vehicle (driven in petrol) while on parking. Some noisy sounds arouse in engine during this period and for which I have to go to the service centre. Therefore, it has become questionable whether petrol mixed with kerosene is being dispensed in this pump regularly. Dispensing petrol mixed with kerosene to a customer is an offence which may be dealt legally. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
