I filled Diesel in my car and asked the attendant to check my tyre pressure. He guided me to the air pump attendant who just arrived there.

As soon as I parked my car, the air pump shouted at me that the pump is closed. It was around 10 A.M (Today 16 Jan 2022).

It was when I took the grievance cell number and began filing the number that other attendants approached me and got the tyre checked. However, In the meantime, the air pump attendant scratched my car badly with his scooty key.

I would request HP to look into the matter and reimburse me Rs.10, 000/- to get the car denting and painting done.

Also request you to provide me CCTV footage.

I also called the HP sales Manager on [protected] Rachit Srivastava but he did not answer initially and later when I dialled again I was told that this is a wrong number. Please check the Grievance Board at the pump also

On 11/01/2022 around 9PM O' clock, I went to the Sunahari Hindustan petroleum pump owner name is Mr.Rashid khan for fill the petrol in my activa, where I
was filled the petrol of 110 Rs with a note of 500 Rs to the sales man who were name an Anil resident of Naagar Agra after which the sales man name of Anil return me 90 Rs and told me you have given 200 Rs note here that was not right for me.
After which I told them all that I have given you a 500 note if you say you can check the camera on the petrol pump After which all the staff who were present abused me and told me that you did what you want to do we will not show you the camera And after that all staff struck me together because of which blood came out of my lips and my tshirt got torn and my throat had a gold chain which snatched me from the petrol pump staff..

I just want to know whether Hindustan petroleum and relative officers allows such a dealer to run the petrol pump where his sales man do the beating and looting with the customer who coming in the night.
What happened to me today but I don't know how many customer's would have been on here with looting and beating before me..
In my consumer court, it will be urged that this incident may have happened to me today or may happen with someone else or with any consumer court officer tomorrow...Where there is no need of such robbers in the society at all which act like the devil who forgets the human being.
Its humble Request from my side to the consumer court to take action as soon as possible considering the incident that has happened to me so that it will never repeat again with any one innocent person.

I, Ram Kumar Singh, a reputed consumer of your reputed company have written to you in order to request you to unblock my consumer no. 608323 which has been blocked due to unknown reasons. Please unblock it as soon as possible.

Maintenance of toilets is very bad on the highways. One of the ladies washroom is locked and the manager dint even open it even after several requests. Very bad attitude and Maintenance

HP gas connection consumer No- 600654(Shanthi Nayak) Udupi(siddi shesha shakthi agency). Last week gas got leaked due to loose coonection regulator pressing nab ...so it started leakage... The rep. of agency told that free regulator replacement if there is any issue with regulator Pressing nab ... Same issue was found but after replacement now they are telling that it is 200 rs chargeable.
Kindly clarify the issue and revert me back.

Dear Team,

This is to let you that I have made a payment via phone pay and that was successfully completed. The petrol pump person is saying that the payment is not yet done. When I show him the transition successful details he shouted at me and started abusing me.

My LPG gas delivery is showing subsidized but the amount showing is zero with a remark as "Subsidy Lapsed (MOPNG)". My bank details are already available with HP gas site but they have not provided subsidy for a subsidized LPG cylinder. Please help to get my applicable subsidy. Order number for the HP Gas cylinder is 421114.

As I'm resinding in a village, the petrol bunk near my village won't help when there's an emergency... As I forgot to fill my tank my vehicle stopped by 5am.. I requested the nearby petrol bunk, they said should wait until 6am... But they can't understand my emergency... I begged them... But they didn't responded to me...

I had bought 50 shares of HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) in 1995 and then another 100 in 1999. I have not received any dividend since that time. I later moved to a new address and I sent across the updated address. There has been no response from HPCL to update the changed communication details.
I have sent email as well to linkintime but there has not been any action taken.
Please help to get the communication details updated and issue me the deposited dividend.

Gas cylinder booked by mistake will provide the screenshot with necessary details. Please cancel it and revert my money to paytm as I booked through it.

I have been raising case and called LPG support number for zillion times but no result.

Series of events:

9-Dec-2021 : Booked LPG refill through HPPAY app and paid using Paytm. Payment from Paytm was sent but HPPAY app says pending. [Screenshot in the trailing email chain].
13-Dec-2021 : Raised ticket reference number REF00095092 from HPPAY app, NO action taken from HPPAY people. [Event 1 of consumer harassment]
16-Dec-2021 : Raised another ticket reference number REF00095640 from HPPAY app, NO action taken from HPPAY people. [Event 2 of consumer harassment]
21-Dec-2021 : Started this mail thread in hope of some traction from HP gas as these frauds are sitting on my money for more than 11 days. No [censored]ing action has been taken in 11 days and when I raised concern then some GENIUS asked for proof of transaction. Even after providing the proof, no action yet. If you guys are not capable enough to handle these technicalities why don't you stick to 18th century booking system. Everyone is going digital does not meant you have to as well if you are incapable GENIUS.
27-Dec-2021 : Raised case from HPPAY grievance section Reference No CAS-694136-W4R2N1  dated[protected]:04, no action.
28-Dec-2021 : Raised case from HPPAY grievance section Reference No CAS-694913-B4G7L5  dated[protected]:23, case closed without any action.

My question is How long will HPCL guys take?

There is a petrol pump in janta nagar chowk, jaimal road, ludhiana in the name of BHAVIKA HP PETROL PUMP. Highly flammable goods which are banned under petrol pump act has been placed along with petrol pump. There is a high chance of fire which will not only result in financial loss but also loss to life in the janta nagar area. From the reputed Company like HPCL, I expect proper action will be taken.

There is patrol pump at vayu vihar road agra. They dono show the diesel density.
Please do the necessary action please there against.

मे 25 दिसम्बर 2021 सुबह 11 बजे आम्रपाली पेट्रोल पपं बिबवेवाडी पुणे 37 पर मेने मेरी स्कुटर मे 230 रुपये का पेट्रोल भरवाया ओर एच डी एफ सी के डेबिट कार्ड के जरिये पेमेंट करदी मगर वहा के स्टाफ ने कार्ड स्वेप मशिन पर 230 की बजाये 530 रुपये की अमाउंट डालकर कार्ड स्व्हेप कारवाया और कहा मशीन मे कागज खतम होणे की वजहसे प्रिंट नही मिलेगी ओर जब मेरे अकाउंट से ज्यादा अमाउंट कटने का मेसेज बॅंक से मिला तो में तुरंत पेट्रोल पपं के मॅनेजमेंट से शिकायत करणे पोहचा तो उनोने अपने स्टाफ की साईड लेते हुवे मुझे ओर मेरी बिवी को गलत सलत बाते सुनाई आपसे अनुरोध हे कृपया आप उस पेट्रोल पपं पर होणे वाली गडबडी पर रोक लाते हुवे कडक शासन करे

I want to say that yesterday I went to get it removed at night, then I had filled the diesel of eighteen hundred there and if 20 liters comes, then according to that my car is still lying in reserve. also Showing kms range in dailer of 60 km.
I stayed there for 15 minutes and thought I would wait for a while. Maybe the one who means the thorn will be rise,
The fuel indicator did not come up. It's showing my readings as they were before, and what was there yesterday is stuck at the same place. And it's not like my fuel indicator on the car is lying off because previous reading showing good.
So then when I talked to the company people there, they told me whether or not we have already put it. Your car is in reserve. According to him, this is happening.
In 1800 RS comes with 20 liters of diesel, then according to that the car can come out of the reserve comfortably.
For that, I want to get this complaint filed
That this should not happen to other people also

Hello. I purchased petrol for the amount of ₹720.88 for my 2 wheeler WB24AF4738. Upon payment through G-Pay i demanded the Receipt. And i was told I needed to inform them before refueling that I required a receipt for the purchase. Since when did a bill/receipt for purchase of fuel became optional? Why wasn't the bill generated in the first place? Why do I need to inform before refueling regarding the requirement of bill for my purchase? And when I asked for a handwritten bill atleast, i was denied that as well.

Also I have a HP payback card since a long time ago. Payback No. [protected]. When I produced my card and demanded it to be swiped for the payback points, I got told that they are not accepting payback cards anymore and I would receive payback pts. only if the payment is made through Hp payback app. If that is so, why was the same not informed to me through sms/mail on my registered phone# or email id?

The incident occured at Trinayani Fuel Station HPCL, Address: Village Dopere PO, Bandipur PS, Khardaha, Kolkata, West Bengal 700119.

The petrol pump at Lalbaug, Mumbai tries to cheat its customers. I have personally encountered it multiple times.
they pretend to not to hear the correct amount & then distract you. like if you ask them to fill in petrol for Rs. 500, then will 1st fill in for 100 or so & then another person will distract you & the first person will without resetting startr filling the petrol.
At the end, they will claim they had 'reset' the value & that we should pay them 600 instead of 500. (The extra 100 goes in their pocket)

the air service also is not working since the last 3-4 years.
