Address: SH 35 Banglore road, Kada Agrahara Sarjapur 562125

Today on 22 July filled petrol of Rs. 500 at HP petrol pump outlet Somapura service station, Sarjapur Banglore road 562126, they are changing Rs.109 per litre, however today's price is Rs105 per litre. I have seen previously to they have overcharged. I checked immediately with next outlet of Indian oil and there price was Rs 105 only. An strict action must be taken as they are looting poor customers.

    Delete a wrong online log in id

    When I create an online login account by my mobile number I notice that my mobile number is registered in someone else's gas connection then I add my mobile number to the dealer with my gas connection but now I can't register as a new user account so I request you that Please help me to register my correct account by canceling the login user ID of another person opened with my mobile number.br...

    I have visited to gangyal Jammu bp petrol pump. And they have refused for air stating they don't have air. They always keep refusing. I have tried many times. Even when I ask for suggestion/complaint book they did not provided.

            Whenever i get a gas cylinder the delivery boy demanding more money and we are just within 0.3 km away. If we oppose to pay the extra money he is rude and is taking the cylinder along with him and next time onwards he is not delivering the cylinder but we got the delivery success message. He sells the cylinder in the black market and making us to struggle. Please help us. This might seems a small amount but everybody should be responsible and honest to their professions. We people bribing according to our availability but expecting others to be honest. Please help us and save our nation.

              I got a gas cylinder from HP two days back which is having sand inside. When I shake the cylinder, there is a sound of sand inside. Pl take necessary action to replace the cylinder.

                  We would like to inform you that i visit in last Sunday 11-July-2021 Morning approx. 7:00AM in Himachal HP Petrol pump name is M/S Kartar Filling Station and my car Hyundai Grand i-10 Diesel Car, But HP Kartar Filling Pump employee put the petrol in my car and car is Diesel already mentioned on Lid.
                  Sunday my car stop in on road near hoshiyapur and near by mechanic told him car engine not started cause injector are blocked.
                  these matter purposes i already call on Kartar Filling Pump but till dated they has not responding.
                  and approx 12Litre mix fuel are waist and injector repairing charges is approx 12, 000 and hoshiyarpur to ASR my residence another car rent also add.
                  So HP team we requested to you please resolve the matter ASAP.

                    I have filled petrol with rupees 300, and try to scan and pay via Google pay but the first time payment won't complete because of the network issue, I scan second time and paid successfully, not I checked my transaction it is credited 2 times, please help me to refund the extra amount.

                          Its been more than 8 days, we didn't get any update on that. We called Agency 100 time but no response from them. Now we wanted to cancel the old booking so that we can change our distributor but also couldn't do it as one booking is still pending.

                          Called toll free number as well to get some solution that how to cancel old booking but didn't get any solution.

                          Worst service and website experience for this HP gas connection and booking.

                          Request you to please cancel old booking for Gas cylinder and tell me how to change distributor ?

                                Respected sir. I already complaint in complaint management system 12 times. No response . Regional manager madurai and sales officer supporting dealer only. But in this retail outlet tanks some Water and mixing Pertrol and Diesel in tanks . Ni free air. In bathroom side matchboxs fire on near dealer rooms. And Dealer husband comes with roudisam spoils our own land dignity. I am a land owner. So please close or change the new dealer. It's best for hpcl. No response to customers also . No measurement in dispenser. No good quality and quantity. And no staffs response to customers. No proper Billing. No proper way to entering. No drive ways smooth entry. Near transformer electrical board short circuit sparking near tanks in fire. No proper fire extinguisher. to off fire . In many of complaint in this retail outlet. So please verify and closed the retail outlet.

                                  I am regular customer of hp petrol pump, near my resedence 6 month ago a new company operated petrol pump has started, at that time their service is good, but slowly their service bad and more bad. After 9 pm they closed all filling marine only one is working and on that filling point long quie more than 20 customer all time, and other staff are gossiping or watching phone, even today I noticed displayed price is 96.17 but in filling point price is 96.50. is this a company operated petrol station looting their customers,
