Kal sam ko pe petrol bharane ke liye gaya to vaha bataya ki vo sift power petrol hi bharte hu
Unke pas sada petrol bhi tha fir bhi vo power petrol hi bhar rahe thi or jab meri wife ne bataya to unhone rudly bat ki hamare sath or

Aap plz company se bat kro or unko kaho ki sada petrol bhi bhare or lakdi ke sath sahi se bat kre plz

but refill was denied to me that i have to pay in cash again

i have not got refund of my online payment till date in spite of several reminders on telephone to the agency

@97 rs of petrol price

As today 15.04.2021 in between 11A.M to 11.20 AM have reached to fill fuel in my scooty there is few rush and persons are mismanaged thats is why am unable to see the fuel meter at starting.
I am asked for feul of rupees 160/- person fill the fuel after few minutes, due to some circumstances i did not see the feul meter.
I am in doubt because fuel meter of my scooty is showing as much fuel as i expect in 160/-.
Again i came back to that petrol pump and asked to fill the fuel of same amount, same person fill again but this time fuel meter showing me higher than previously filled.
Then i have reached to the manager and asked to give me any slip or anything else so that i can cross verify my doubt. But he told me that there is no meter camera and not anything else so that i could cross verify your doubt.
Please look into the matter as i am confirm that person is stealing hard money of the public.
Hope you will take some harden decision for curtain these types of bad acts.

Sir I am a very sivasankar petroleum singupuram srikakulam dist AP customer code 15963040 I didn't login in HPCL sales portal last seven days it is very important to audit purpose pls rectify it ph no [protected]...

I applied for a new DBC connection online (Ref: [protected] ) and visited the distributor office - SHANTHI AGENCIES[protected] at Bommasandra, Bangalore to submit documents. The manager forced to buy extra goodies - a trolley, apron, lighter, and stove. I have all these including the HP regulator and pipe. I showed the pic of my new stove with ISI seal and told me I have all these and I do not need them. He said it is compulsory to buy the extras - I agreed to buy just the regulator and pipe and refused to buy other items. He then refused to give a new connection if I don't buy the apron, lighter, and trolley or at least stove as he was directed by the company to sell all of them together.

Such pathetic customer service. Why do I'm being forced to buy such extra goodies? He's ready to let go of a new customer just for an apron, lighter, trolley. HE said they won't get much commission in just selling cylinders+regulators and he must sell these extra to get some profit. He can open another shop to sell them, why are they forcing the customers to buy these.

Please take appropriate action against the distributor and the manager for such behaviour, forcing customer to buy other goodies and refusing to give connection if we don’t buy the extras.

Today I have refilled my car with petrol at Verma Oil Corporation HPCL NH8 Gurgaon, where the density of petrol was showing 0.005kg/m cube which should be greater than 748

I have attached the petrol pump bill in which it is clearly mentioned that they are filling the petrol of very lower density

Air is available but they are not providing to custumer

A person whose name is Satish radhuni adsare and Pratik Satish adsare and his whole family is illegally filling gas in car) in a recedential area . it is very dangerous and hazardous to all neighborhood people. Also they block the road illegally for the people residing over there. All the equpment and cylinders he is storing in a residential area just exact there .
Please take necessary action to close there illegal activity.

I have booked an HP gas cylinder on[protected] on my consumer number 641371 and paid 871.50 through SBi debit card, which is debited to my account, but Hp gas has not confirmed my order till date.

वरील विषयी अर्ज करण्यात येतो की काल दिनांक 27 मार्च 2021 वार शनिवार सकाळी 10 वाजता मी युवराज आण्णाराव गंगथडे निलंगा जिल्हा लातूर राज्य महाराष्ट्र देशमुख पेट्रोलियम येथे पेट्रोल भरण्यासाठी गेलो असता मी icic credt कार्ड द्वारे 390 रुपयांचे swipe करून पावती घेतली .पण पेट्रोल टाकणाऱ्या मुलाने पूर्वी च्या कस्टमर ने 100 रुपये चे पेट्रोल टाकले होते ते zero न करता 100 रुपयापासून 390 रुपयांपर्यंत पेट्रोल टाकले म्हणजे त्या मुलाने 290 रुपयांचे पेट्रोल दिले मी विचारले तर माझ्यासोबत वाद घातला. तरी अशी ग्राहकांची फसवणूक टाळावी ही विनंती व अशी फसवूनक करणार्यांवर कार्यवाही करावी ही विनंती. आपला ग्राहक
