Fuel filing cheated

Hello!

This is Lalita Verma, from Nagpur. I received IndusInd bank voucher for 50/- rupees. I went to the person and asked him do they accept vouchers and he said yes. Then he gave me a print from machine for rupees 50/-.

I took it to a person fueling the vehicles. He took the receipt and filled my activa scooter. I noticed he started from point 35 and it was done. I told him he didnt set zero and did started...

Dear Team

we fill diesel SAI PETROLEUM DHUMA MADHYAPRADESH
of Rs 1500 but meter start diesel start after Rs 500 meter runs, employee are so ruthless and same as owner of the pump, we travelled with family with kids and Owned said you have to wait 4 to 5 hours to sort out.

When asked bill with car no they are not ready to give

    I am Vinay Wadkar, want to submit complaint against HP Petrol Pump, Tingre Nagar, Pune, ...paid Rs 2000/- for petrol dt 21/02/2020, 7.15 am, and petrol pump person filled petrol of Rs1491/-, machine set with timer, and stop while filling petrol, when complaint raised with staff and ask for printed bill, he said meter is faulty not able to give receipt, when he started machine on its shows amt Rs1491/-, while I paid Rs 2000/- ...person filled petrol Rs 509, after my complaints...this petrol pump is very dangerous and cheating is common here, take strict action, this is 2nd incident with me. Last time I have not registered my complaint, but now I will not keep quite. Attaching paid bill, and snap of machine..I have photos in my phone, if no action taken I will share on social sites.

      HP petrol pump in trichy near udaiyanpatti railway gate, trichy is not accepting debit card for filling 1 litre petrol. He is arguing for more than 100 rupees only we will accept. If this is the rule than ignore, if not consider this as complaint.

          Swiped Rs 100 more through credit card & not issued customer copy

          filled Rs 250/- petrol at HP petrol bunk near bank of India Gokul Road Hubli on 17th feb 2021 @21:53pm and handed over HDFC bank credit card to swipe whereas drawn Rs 350/-insted Rs 250/-

          kindly address this issue

            My brother developed serious health issues at 10:30 pm on 14/02/2021 and was rushed to hospital and I was driving the car in which the patient was and on reaching to HP petrol pump magam budgam kashmir and I was not provide petrol as the employees in charge least bothered to come out despite hornes blowed by me and also knocked the doors of office of respective petrol station as I was having less fuel/petrol in my car tanky and the life of my brother was at stake subject to medical care/treatment.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is regarding todays journey to Balaji and on the way we took halt at HP petroleum in Karnataka Jurisdiction. Where first of all the HP dealer representative refused to accept Credit/Debit Card and Insisted for Cash . Approx. Rs3100 had been paid against the petrol which has been refilled in New Swift Car . Post filling the petrol vehicle hardly moved for 1.5km from petrol pump and Engine stooped. As for 2.5 hrs we halted on the road to get Maruti Suzuki team to come and attend the complaint where we found 100% water in our tank, as per fitter instead of Fuel water has been refilled .

                  Need your intervention and action on same .Enclosed Pics for your reference .

                    Frequently I am getting false messages that I am fuelling HSD at multiple location in India and I would like to known the exact reason and how to prevent the such things.

                    Sample messages:

                      Yesterday I filled Petrol for my vehicle and requested to fill air. But they have not done for me. Eventhough sufficient staff were available freely, they refused to do so and not responded properly. This is a big problem for me to go very long distance. Kindly take necessary action and instruct them to provide good service for the customer.

                        When arrived to fill petrol at Hindustan Petroleum, 77, Bengaluru - Tirupati Hwy, Kadiranapalya, Dooravani Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016

                        Noticed that non of the employee's were wearing a mask and when I ask the HPO staff to wear the mask I was told that Covid is over and the mask was not needed here.

                        Requesting the prestigious HPCL to be a pioneer in boosting the drive for hygiene and promote mask utilization by action to be caution as 100's o[censored]sers visit their station on a daily base.

                            A person deputed from the HP gas supplier, manjunatha enterprises jp nagar bangalore conducted safety check of the gas connection on 21st jan and collected Rs.236 as charges.
                            My query is why in the first place HP has to conduct this check on payment and cannot do the same for free.
                            The person deputed practically did nothing except inspect the cylinder and stove and declare that everything is in order.the whole exercise took only 5 mins to finish the check and the writing of the bill for Rs.236 took a longer time. Is this authorised by hp and if so what purpose is served.there is already a provision to call the hp authorised person for any emergency.

                              Got below message on my mobile number but I am not booked anything
                              "Dear Customer, our delivery man tried delivery at your address but failed due to Not booked. Delivery will be attempted again."

                                  I filled my tank full at hpcl ssb petrol pump satara on wai highway and proceeded for air checkup since I had traveled long distance but the personal who checked air fooled me by saying my tyre was punctured for 13 to 14 punctures and spoiled my new tyre which was purchased just 6 months back .
                                  Being at a reputed petrol pump I didn't expect this cheating happening to me which definitely roadside air checkers would do
                                  But I checked air only because I was at hpcl petrol pump where I always fill up my fuel
                                  Look into the matter and do the needful
                                  Awaiting compensation from your end
