I filled up petrol in my celerio car for Rs.3100 on 2.1.2021 at HP petrol pump samvidhan chowk nagpur( pump owner-Navneet shyam sunder Kothari), took the slip and went from there. When I checked entries in my ubi bank mobile app, I was shocked to see that Rs.31000 has been deducted from my account. I would like to bring to your notice that I had been cheated at pokhariput petrol pump, bhubaneshwar, Odisha.It was around 9.20 pm when I visited there, there were 2 guys, one collected money from me and the other was giving petrol.I asked them to give petrol of 1000rs.At first he allowed me to see the 0 mark, then filled for RS 200 and stopped.After I saw him astonishingly he replied that I said 200 RS.Second time when he started filling, I could not see the zero, as my vision was blocked by both guys and they filled it for 800.When I checked the petrol mark in my car.It was less.Moreover I have previously faced similar situation at this petrol pump

This complaint is with regard to the black marketing of LPG gas run by Fayaz Ahmad bhat S/o Abdul Rashid Bhat R/o Sarai bala, Srinagar running the business unit under the name and style M/S Chinar gas agency, opposite Iqbal park Srinagar, kashmir.
Fayaz Ahmad and his brothers are involved in the black marketing as they dump the LPG in their home which is against the safety norms as per factory act and then sell these domestic gas cylinders in the late hours of the day to the street vendors and other people.
HP marketing manager may b directed to freeze the outlet and conduct the stock verification in presence of the complainer so that, things will be brought to light in the interest of the public.

I have lost my consumer book in which gas cylinders entries are made. My consumer no. is 601442. Dealer code is 19643600.

I tried ordering cylinder online through UPI. Money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Will i get a refund of it automatically? So can i book once more and pay again without worrying?

As soon as I entered stopped car near third pumb near toilet, road facing side, then cashier asked me to go to the other side same pumb to the opposite toilet facing, while I was going already one car (Hyndai Venue) was there whose owner went to wash room, cashier misguide, the car owner (Hyundai Venue) while taking vehical hit my cat swift number with full damged,
In front of cashier who told us stop car there in sales area, cashier very arrgant and insulated us. When we asked petrol pumb gun man, to complain to the manager who was in sales room, manager told let them fight and get it settled, we get petrol bunk people not involved and take responsibility, these things happened because of cashier, he told give compliant where ever and which ever authority no body can do any thing to me

23/12/2021, 12 pm to 12:30pm address(anna nagar, thirunageswaram, kumbakonam, tamilnadu. 612204.
I go to fill petrol to my bike,
I ask to fill petrol for 100rs, they cheating me like they set the preset value for 200rs,
Before me one bike they fill for 50rs and they not keep the pipe in pump and they continually fill in my bike 50 to100, and then I ask to conform if the meter running from 0 or 50, they told me it runs from 0, and ask bill from machan (pls check the bill photo i upload)

My customer id.618249. Nethaji Gas Agency, Pudukkottai raised bill No.1373044 dt.20.12.2020 Rs.740-50 till yesterday night gas cylinder not delivered[protected] When asked they said deliveryman on leave and subsequently above bill was cancelled and asked me to book again. I booked againyesterday. So far no information about supply of gas. when I call over phone, not getting responsible answer. AS I have refused to pay extra money their delivery boy demanded, I feel I have been penalised . Take appropriate action and ask them to supply the gas immediately. CT. MyICICI SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO is[protected] & Debit card no [protected].
On 10th December I purchased Petrol of Rs.400/from Modern service station HP DEALER, IT COLLEGE Crossing Lucknow. I made payment through debit card but dealer swapping m/c was not working properly therefore I could make successful pyament on third attempt. Lateron I found that money was debited from a/ c THREE TIMES( ie 400+400+400) while I could get petrol of Rs/ 400 worth only.( pertaing screen shot is being attached for your persual)
Again on 16th December I have again purchased petorl from same dealer for Rs. 400/ and made payment through same Debit card but this time again swapping m/c did not response but Rs. 400/ were debited again . ( pertaing screen shot is being attached for your persual)
Ultimately I have to make cash pyment.
I, immediately personally contacted the Manager of Petrol pump but he told that money has been credited in his account( 400+400+400=1200).
Where money gone?? LOOK INTO MATTER TO RESOLVE

I am geting this SMS [ VK-HPCLIS : OTP for delivery : ****], every now and then .

Why i am getting this SMS on my phone. when i have not done any transaction.

मी आज दि. 7/12/2020 रोजी M/s P G Palika HP Dealers, Panchavati, nashik-3 येथे 3:15 ला माझ्या Hero Splendor ISmart, मध्ये 1000 रुपयाचे पेट्रोल भरले. सदर पेट्रोल कमी मिळाल्याची तक्रार केली असता गाडीतून पेट्रोल कडून मोजले असता ते 10 ली भरले. सदर तक्रार व्यवस्थापक यास तक्रार केली असता सदर चोरीकडे दुर्लक्ष केले. व मला पैशाची ऑफर करण्यात आली. तरी आपण माझ्या तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन सदर पेट्रोल पंप यांची डीलरशीप रद्द करावी.

Petrol delivery /issue machine at M/S Gangwal Service Station Ajmer is not working properly. Behaviour of employees are not good. Petrol not providing after feeding amount or quantity.

Today I visit a Hp petrol pump on malhipur road saharanpur I ask him to fill 100rs petrol he fill rs99.67 I said that this is not proper petrol after it he insulting me his first line was are u illiterate and blind and many types o[censored]nrespected words when I try to take screen shot of the screen he said to me get out from here thats why I don't hv any evidence
