I tried to book hp gas on Google pay also also done payment but money got deducted from my account but booking had not done .It was showing payment failed but money got debited from my account.I want my money back...

I have hp gas connection having customer number 682505, tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 30th november 2019

During this process rs. 680 amount was debited from my federal bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal the status got updated next day stating payment status as fail.

It has been more than 7 months, even after i raised lot of grievance in hp portal, i was...

I have signed up today successfully and registered in your site using my consumer number, mail id and password.
But after signing up, I could not be able to activate my account as the required link has not yet been received in my email.

I have booked ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on Go air scheduled flight on 29/03/2020. However, due to Covid 19, all flights got cancelled and our PNR was saved for booking at later date till one year.

In 4 Nov 2020 I try to book cylinder through HP gas app. I select UPI payment and wrote googlepay id. The link comes to sbiepay option in googlepay and I made payment through it but cylinder won't booked.
Know bank and googlepay said they gave money to merchant but my hp agency said they won't get any money and cylinder won't booked. I want my money refund so please help me.
