Dear Team,
I am a HP gas customer, with consumer number 602177, tried booking a gas cylinder on 15 Sep 2020.

During this process Rs. 654.76 was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. I raised complaints CAS-407860-Z6C1V6, CAS-407842-Y4Q3T3 in HP portal but still the issue is neither addressed nor money is refunded.

Kindly look into this issue.

      Dear sir,
      Yeaterday on dated 11/09/2020, at the rambhagh service station i have fill of rs.500/- power petrol 5.390 ltr in my bike no. Rj 14 by 0374 at the time of 12:18:01 pm. And today dated 12/009/2020 my bike stopped and not start, then i go to machenic and checked, and i have shoked tpo know no fuel in bike else water, all 5.390 ltr water in my bike fuel tank.
      So a want to file a froudmental complant against hp petrol pump rambagh service station.

        I have registered for the new lpg connection with hp gas on 29aug2020. But not yet received the cylinder till now.
        When i call the representative, they keep on registering the complaint and resolution made like "i need to reach the gas dealer with photo and other address proof"

        When i reach the dealer, they were saying "no notification recevied". I have raised the complaint to hp gas again. But same response "need to reach the gas dealer with photo and other address proof"

        The below were the list of complaint number raised from my end.
        1. Cas-396906-w7y9x7
        2. Cas-402241-v9l8h7.
        3. Cas-402470-d7h9z9.

        But every time the same response. I need my refund back from the hpgas on new lpg registeration.

          One of the petrol pump less then 100 rupees petrol was not filling he said petrol will be filled minimum 100 rupees what is this rules
          Petrol rate is 85 I was asked to fill 1 liter in petrol pump service boy said minimum 100 rupees petrol will be filled less then 100 we will not fill go and complant any one

            Sir, my name is rajiv bhuvanagiri. I'm from kavali. Today i went to gurram's petrol bunk near bhashyam school to petrol filling to my scooter. I said 50rs petrol to fill in. But there a lady who filled up for 49.90paise only. I asked her and the owner also. At that time he acts by scolding her infrnot of me. I have a doubt that they are cheating people by using latest chips. Please take action against that petrol bunk. Thanking you sir

              Hi,

              Consumer No: 681631
              Agency: Maruthi gas co., HSR Sec-6, Bangalore

              The gas delivering services of HSR Sec branch is very poor. Whenever we book a gas refill it takes minimum of 7-8 days for them to deliver the gas. When we'll call the delivery man he will say he's gonna come and deliver but he never shows up.

              The agency is also not proactive in looking into the matter, i called the manager and their office nobody seems responsive. Every time we book a refill cylinder we have to manage our cooking and wait for 7-8 days and have to followup daily and plea the delivery guy to come and drop the cylinder.

              Can somebody please look into this issue.

                I gautam j jain consumer no 606302 gas consumer of hpcl dealer petroleum emplyoyee co op ser soc ltd dealer code 956780. Since last 12 months i am requesting the dealer for unblocking my gas no so that i can book my cylinder online but in vain. I contacted the sales officer but they did not do the needful. I submitted required documents 3 times still my no is not unblocked.

                    Sir, i am customer of Sri Prasad Gas company, code 19579340, Rajhmahendravaram, east godavari dist, AP, 533101. My consumer number ia76739 and i have booked on line gas refill vide bkng no 574675 on 09.08.2020 and cash memo generated vide no 151191 on the same date, since then i was getting message that as your home is locked refill could not be delivered. For this i made inquiry with gas agency and to my astonishment they told that your refill request is not on record and they booked my request over telephone on 21.08.2020. till the date gas not delivered nor agency office telephone is working.
                    kindly see that my complaint resolved immediately.

                        I an a regular customer of mallick petrol pump at narendrapur, kolkata 700103. For the last few weeks or so it is observed that the air pressure machine is not put into operation at any point of time stating that there is no people to operate and they are turning down the customers.. It is absolutely unjust to keep a machine in the petrol pump without any service to the customers and i would like to suggest that there should be strict instruction to the owner of the pump to operate the air pressure machine on regular basis.

                            Money not refunded

                            I had booked hp gas cylinder on 4.08.2020 and made online payment through gpay. Amount rs 621 was deducted from my account and transaction was successful in gpay but still it showing payment status as pending on hp gas app. Payment made through gpay transaction id[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation nor amount refunded to my account from hp gas. Transaction id in hp gas is [protected]....

                            I put petroleum for rs. 200 at hp petroleum bunk at pvg petroleum bunk at samundipuram tirupur and the qty found less than 2.3 lts. Regularly i am using hp bunks and it is never happened to me. The bill details are attached here with for your ready ref. Please check and take action and let me know the details action taken.

                                  This is complaint against MORESHWAR HP GAS AGENCY, Pune having Distributor code as:12545800

                                  Staff is very rude and abusive to customers, they think like they are the owner of whole HP organizatioon and services are also pethetic, why I am saying I tell you,

                                  I order my gas refill from there and they came to my society but even after they didn't deliver to address and not even called on registered number and they cancelled my order without any sort of intimation via mail, call.

                                  When I called back they started arguing that why didnt you call us earlier and asked me to now place new order and make new payment despite I did already.even after new order refill gas didnt come even after 3 days, after continuous follow up till 1.5 weeks some how they deliver gas cylinder.

                                  I will now disconnect my connection and will go ahead with new distributor.
