I haven't received hp gas online booking activation link on my gmail id. [protected]@gmail.com.
I did my registration on 25- jul 2020. If we try to re-register.. It says already registered but can't login.
Because it is not activated.
And there is no alternate way of login or asking to resend activation link..

Dt[protected] till date i am not received. I go to gas exchange, i am asking my gas complaint the wrokers or gas delivery boys are short. Directly go their my gas godown and collect gas cylender. How it is possible sir?

Today on 22-07-20, they delivered hp gas but charged 750 rupees. 95 rupees extra charged. And receipt not given.
They are speaking rudely.

My consumer number is 625643, its been five days since i have booked my gas and i have not heard from anyone, my neighbors booked the same day and they received it on same day but i havent received, so i waited for sometime but its been while since i booked so i called there helpline number[protected] and[protected] i called these numbers more than 50 times but it just keeps ringing and no one answers the call, in this pandmic entire country is helping everyone to stay home but these people are making all the efforts to spoil the situation and making more worst.

I have purchased 5 kg hp gas appu cylinder from rashmi gas service, vila parle west, mumbai in december 2016. The cylinder is partially used and i want to surrender the cylinder. Rashmi gas service has claimed that this cylinder can only be purchased, there is no facility for replacement or surrender tel no - [protected]. They suggested me to approach hp gas dealer. The dealer in juhu, juhu gas service is not taking calls[protected]/26604463, so i spoke to the dealer in andheri, j b nagar - siddhivinayak gas service[protected]/[protected]. They told me they would not be able to return the deposit and i should speak to rashmi gas service only. There is no official documentation for surrendering 5 kg cylinder by hp gas on their website.

I m complaining about Fraud and fake meters reading to show their customers.. Actually aaj dt 23//06/20
Time 04.03 pm 320 ka petrol Dalaya Hai vehicle no mh 49 bb 4829 mein.. Bt Usmein Ek bhi point car meter ka nahi bada or meri car bhi new hai aise nahi hai ki Koi problem hogi.. bt unhone chori kiya hai... Haar baar jab bhi petrol dalta hu to reading upar ati hai Bt aaj Ek bhi point nahi bada mein NE wahi ek image liya hai car reading ka... Pls aap kuch action lijiye.. Kyuki mein ne to Sirf 320 ka hi dala hai Bt or bhi log WAha se dalte hai petrol.. Or ye log unsab k saath chori kar kar rahe hai... Pls urgently action lijiye 3.6 litter petrol dalne k baad bhi Ek bhi point upar nahi aya hai... It's this possible sir ...pls help sir

I have hp gas connection having customer number 682505, tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 30th november 2019

During this process rs. 680 amount was debited from my federal bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal the status got updated next day stating payment status as fail.

It has been more than 7 months, even after i raised lot of grievance in hp portal, i was not getting adequate response/closure and neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

Kindly help me with the refund for the same.

I paid the amount online dated on May 1, the payment was successful but the dealer didn't receive the amount and he took cash saying that this is fake payment service then how can HP send such message every time I book an HP Gas for a refill. Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 602355, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 1st june at 10am

During this process rs. 619 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to upi payment where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.
