Link my mobile no hp gas .

I booked hp gas cylinder one on 6th feb, 2020 and other on 13 th april, 2020. Money has been deducted twice amounting rs 747 and rs 774. But i found on app that the cylinder has not been booked. My consumer no is 620973, under kalyani co-operative stores, dist nadia, west bengal. The office told me that they have not received the amount. Till now i both the amount have not been refunded. I sent them the transaction copy. Please solve immediately.

Hi citrus team i book ho cylinder and make a payment on 29/march/2020 through ezy suvidha aap & make online payment by bhim aap. During error is comes but amount is deducted from my bank account. Ho gas distributor say in his account payment is not done.
Refund money quickly. Refundable amount is 776.50

I have made payment for my hp gas cylinder refill payment of 796 rs via the upi payment phonepay and after the payment is done confirmation not received instead of message displayed as payment failed but money got deducted from account. I would like to know what is the status of the payment, either company should refund my money or confirm the cylinder refill.

Bhangala[protected] please note that i had submitted my adhar copy to agency very long back. Initially they were telling me the subsidy amount is on hold. After few months they told me, my adhar was not linked with the bank. However, i submitted immediately my adhar copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my adhar was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later everymonth i was following up with them every time same reason adhar was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my adhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since it was joint account and was not primary holder, would not get the amount credited. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

I booked 1 gas refill online on 18th march 2020 which was not getting delivered to my house and have written a mail on that, upon that mail received a call from gas agency and they told me to raise another booking as the previous booking amount will be refunded basis that raised another order on 4th april 2020 but neither refund received nor gas cylinder.

I am requesting u my name is gowramma from karnataka state, tumkur district our cylinder connection taken 10 year back in distrubutor jss enterprises chikkanayakanahalli, my old consumer no is 608164, i am recently 9 months back my cylinder connection transfer to sri nanjundeshwara hp gas bukkapatna (Distrubutor code[protected] and my new consumer no is-610450...
Problem is after transfer my cylinder connection i am not received subsidy amount since 9 months already 4 times compliment given to distrubutor but problem is not resolved kindly please check and confirm as soon as possible

I booked gas for home delivery on 27.03.20 but till today 23.04.20 not deliver.
Whenever i try to reach them and call their representative, he asks me to collect it from the agency or some other place which is not near my house. Their office is prasan gas co on hill road bandra... Last month also the same thing happened and when i finally got through the lady said i had to send someone near the bandra fire exchange to exchange the old to the new cylinder.. I am a senior citizen and live alone so i need the cylinder to be delivered to my building please... The empty cylinder and money is lying with the watchman of the building..
