With the above subject my self mukesh pawar complaint against the your company's retail center o[censored]ntwadi nashik.
My self visited on 18 feb at around 9.15 pm for refiling of petrol in my bike. I had given rs 500 rs to mr koli for filling of pterol of rs 300. But mr koli didn't give my remaining rs 200. Now he denise for refund. So i had filed against mr koli and the refilling station.
I will also file the said complaint in petroleum ministry.

Hi sir my mother name is nanhi i have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the npci status is still inactive. I have bank account in bank : punjab national bank, account number : [protected] ifsc code : punb0024800 adhaar number :[protected][?. So please update my account in npci. I have not received my gas subsidy.

Sir, i am a consumer of hp gas, agency little gas company mysore, my consumer number 648856, on 19/02/20, i have made online payment of rs. 866/- towards booking of gas cylinder but on next day when the delivery boy come to deliver the cylinder, he asked me for payment, told him that, already paid the amount through online but he told me payment not received by their end. Finally due to need of gas cylinder, the amount rs.866/- paid once again the same amount in cash. When i contacted payment gateway which is citruspay, they reapplied me the transaction for rs. 866/- was successful and same was credited on 19/02/20 to the payee. Now i request you to solve this problem then i get refund of access payment.

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 608692, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder today on 21st feb at 7.55 pm.

During this process rs. 830 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

Hi, in google it is showing 24 hrs service... But before 11pm also they don't even responding properly... Tomorrow shivarathri... There are so many vehicles to fill fuel... But staff behavior is not good...in general days don't know but in some special days it's better to serve... Even they closed according to their low demand on this route... There's a shop near where i live who steal lpg gas on daily basis and store a large amount of cylinders illegally. They steal 2kg of gas and then return the cylinders back to the agency. He stores large amount of cylinders in different places. Many other people are involved in this fraud. Gas agency supplier, distributor. Its highly risky to store 50 cylinders in an open space as he does in his house.

I have a working child of rs. 520 / - paid. And i pay rs. 220 / - paid disel but he paid me rs. 300 / - he did not return it and put it in his pocket... And not only that, but after i took it there, the manager told me that the working hours of those workers were 3:30 pm, but you should come to 3:30 pm.... 1- first i had booked gas on 2-feb-2020 but you canceled it (Booking no 508309)
2- secondly again i booked on 7-feb again u canceled (Booking no 515453)
3-again i book on 12-feb (Booking no 519067) but till date not received.

And in between gas price increased by rs 200/-.

Now let me know why you had canceled by booking and not price is increased who is responsible to pay excess amount.

A cylinder is delivered 17.12.2019 and the same is exhausted by 22.12.2019. When i inquired, it came to know that the cylinder was filled with water. On informing the same to the concern agency i. E. M/s ramachandra subudhi, scs college road, puri, odisha, the owner of the agency told that it has been moisture and pay for 4 kg and take a new cylinder. The agency is intentionally filling water in the cylinder and cheated the consumer. Hence,...

It has been claimed in the messages sent by vm-hpclis that the delivery man tried delivery at my address on[protected] &[protected] but the house was locked. Deliveryman’s claims are not true, as we were at home all day long on[protected] and also on[protected] except from 10-30 am to 1-00 pm.in this regard i made online complaint on[protected]. But no action appears to have taken by the concerned authority till date. Please take remedial measure against such untrue claims of the delivery man inaction of the authority.

Water supplied in my lpg cylinder. I want compansation from dealer.
This time my gas overs within 20 days while usually my gas overs in 40-45 days so i doubted and compared this cylinder with other empty cylinder and found that this cylinder has water in it. So i booked another cylinder and showed this cylinder to deliveryman who also confirms water in cylinder. I had lodged a complaint in hpcl online portal my complaint no. Cas-191480-s8z1k2 but they were not taking this seriously and closed my complaint stating that dealer notified but nothing happens from dealer side. It means hpcl customercare has given full freedom to the dealer. While dealer not even contacted me. Please understand it is the case of lpg theft. I want my money for water supplied to me. My lpg connection no. 506008 dealer code 19615500 alok allied agencies seoni (Mp) please help me.

Today evening i along with my family went to hp petrol pump, kismatpur road, bandlaguda jagir, hyderabad-500086 to fill fuel in my honda activa. I filled petrol of rs.280/-. I paid rs.500/- to hp petrol pump staff and asked him to return the remaining amount. The petrol pump boy who filled fuel had no change, so he went to other staff and brought change. He returned me rs. 20/-. I told him that he should return me the remaining amount rs220/-....

Today evening i went to hp petrol pump, kismatpur road, bandlaguda jagir, hyderabad-500086. After filling the fuel of rs.280/-, i paid rs. 500. The fuel filling boy had no change. He went brought changed and returned me rs.20. I asked him to return me my remaining amount of rs.220/-. After which he made false aligation that he returned me rs.200/- earlier. He argued a lot with me. I asked him let's verify cctv footage. From cctv footage it was cleared that he hadn't returned me rs.200/-. After that i asked the petrol pump manager to give me complaint registered. He told me you have no right to put your complaint. I told him as a consumer i have every right to put complaint. After that he gave me complaint register which seems not in organized way. I wrote my complain. After putting complain he told me that nothing will happen in this complain. I told him i want to take the snap of the complaint he replied if he will take my snap then he will allow me to take the snap of the complaint. He took my snap from him mobile phone and threaten me in a rude manner. Such behavior by petrol pump people towards consumer is not good.

Dear team, today evening i went for filling petrol in my byke at davanagere pb road, opposite pooja hotel petrol pump. Unfortunately on the way fuel was empty thats why i tow the byke around 1 km. I didn't carry the cash. I am trying to pay through phone pay application. Petrol pump employee told me we are not accepting digital payments after 8.30pm. So that's why i went for indian petrol bunk and filled the fuel.

Employee told that our owner has advised that, don't accept any digital payments after 8.30 night. If someone will come urgently without cash may be he/she will get suffering.

Request for hindustan petroleum management, kindly look into the matter and try to give a good service till the petrol pumps closed.

My connection is blocked by distributor (Refill not booked for 365 days due to my wife went to her native for delivery)

For that i have submitted my requesting letter with clear details to the distributor on dated.[protected] but still my account is in blocked condition

So please suggest me how many years i have to wait for reactivate my account

DEAR SIR MY REFUEL CARD REGISTERED NO [protected]

My consumer no. Is 605768 and gas agency is sn hp gas. I booked for cylinder refill on13th jan 2020 via phonepe but did not get the refill till now. Everyday i am calling the gas agency and they say it will be delivered but nothing is done. Also the delivery man demands extra money. Need to take action on this agency as many people are facing issues like this.
