Hp petrol pump dealer has made some alteration in pump. Today i bought petrol of rs. 1200 that is around 15 liters. I checked 0 as well as 1200 on pump reading. But later i found that fuel indicator was showing less fuel in my car. Also after that my car run only 130 kms, where it should have ran up to at least 220 kms. Also as i filled petrol in very early morning i couldn't listen the voice of petrol flowing through pump to tank for initial rs. 378 but after that suddenly i started listening voice of petrol. The name and address of dealer is as follows.
This is not the first time. Please take strict action on this.

I am from sivagiri Tenkasi dist here in hp petrol station they are not providing petrol less than 100rs and they are saying the management gave the order to them the station worker told me like that and also they are behaving very rudely so please take necessary action or I will go to court for this problem so please take necessary action petrol station agency is S.S AGENCIES

LPG subsidy is not credited to my bank account and last 8 transactions amounting to rs.1492/- are failed. Reason given is 'Adhaar status inactive in NPCI. Kindly activate my adhaar status in NPCI and credit my LPB subsidy.

Today morning i was at Gawade petrol pump at 7:12 am and ask to fill fuel of 400 rs. and the other guy at fuel station ask for mobile details for hp feedback system in this process i was diverted from the filled fuel reading and got the bill of 400 rs. but later i received the thanking msg from Hp of filling fuel of 100 rs.
this seems to be robery at the station find attached bill receipt and the msg from HP
Need some immediate action on this..

I have initiated rs. 2000/- payment at home petrol pump on dated 28/01/2020 as per offer with pay code (Screen shot attached) so i would be provided by 100/- cash back as per offer. But when i talked on customer care they are saying that my this transaction is not reflecting on there computer with pay code. So as a proof i am attaching here screen shot if pay code generation of that day and payment there after with pay code.
With the request that please help me with the problem and provide me with my cash back of rupees 100/-

I have redeemed three time my pay back point dated[protected] at sood & co faizabad up for fuel of my truck. Two time success but third time my 40000 pay back point (Ten thousand rupee) redeemed. But due to network error transaction not successful but point debited from my pay back account. There is no refund my pay back point till date/time o[censored]nsuccessful transation.

About above petole bunk in karnataka state shimoga distic they were refusing to accept digital payment and also made 200 compalsary for card no petrole bunks made rules like this and also manager come to hit me and arguing with him it's very disgusting i requst to take action on then... Hi, we are being charged 1 or 1.5% extra on petrol pumps while paying through card transaction. While the petrol was put for rs 332.42 please see receipts and msg while in the bank statement petrol pump charged 344.22.

I have seen this happening with all the cards while refilling at petrol pumps.
Why these is being charged extra and provide an explanation.

Today i have booked and paid rs 704.5, for a gas cylinder.
Payment done by debit card, through hprefuel app.
Confirmation of booking not received from hprefuel server.
After wasting 3 hours with customer care, finally they issue me complain number as 450699. My consumer number is 646565.
I have to book cylinder asap, but they said first settle your refund issue, and then book cylinder.
Finally i book cylinder by online number, which i have used previous.
These servers of government companies have often have issue and held our payment and harassing unnessary. Refund my money asap.

I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but till today[protected] not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says that the cylinder is already delivered, but, I don't get the gas cylinder yet. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 966170

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302.
Booked hp gas cylinder online on 02 jan 2020, amount has been deducted from my account and in in hp gas portal payment status is showing 'success' but utr no. And settlement status is not showing. And i was contact to my dealer, the told me till payment was not made to his account.

I have raise a complain but till i did not get any feedback against my complain (Complain no : cas-164852-w3w6b6).

Now, i am hope less. I not able to refill another cylinder and not deliver the cylinder which was orderd.

Our hp gas cylinder bursted all of a sudden. It was found that the pressure of gas cylinder had variation.. We had a lot of loss including kitchen utensils etc.. The gas agency was inadequate in taking proper action against the issue.. Our life was saved luckily.. We need proper compensation for the loss.. The deepthi gas agency didnot take any action against our issue.. Plz do needed..

Hpcl has started inspection of domestic gas connections without prior intimation from either the government nor the company. An inspection person randomly turns up to the door and charges rs236/- (As per their calculation) for an "inspection" which includes no formal report, just a text message sent later saying - "inspection is completed and not satisfactory".
This is another way of spinning money from consumers. The inspection should...

I am having hp gas connection consumer number 105189 at kaler hp gas agency. My aadhar was not linking to this connection, always rejected having error duplicate aadhar. I was trying to link since apr 2019. Now it is linked to this connection, i do not know what was wrong with my termination voucher (Tv) or with this gas account. Till now 4 cylinders subsidy lapsed. Pl re credit lapsed subsidy to my bank account linked with this gas connection.

This is regarding payment not reflecting for dealer even after successful completion of payment through online.

On 11/12/2019 i booked gas using hp gas official app and paid from phone pay using upi.
Money successfully debited and sent to hp gas. But in hp gas website it is showing failed transaction. I had called to customer care of they told contact to your bank. It is been 11 days but i did not get any resolution from then or my money back to my account.

My consumer id is 526339, i have experienced very pathetic services from hp gas - saraswati gas agency - sanganer, jaipur, hp gas provide agency to uneducated and unprofessional people, whenever you book any refill they will never provide you on time and last you have to collect yourself, you have to keep calling them on daily basis 8-10 times, and they will treat you like you are buying gold in very less price. Its been 15 days since refill is not came, the guy keep saying he'll deliver tomorrow.. And tomorrow... And tomorrow... After all getting irritated you have to collect your refill yourself... Such unprofessional agency is saraswati agency on sanganer road jaipur. They dont have any capacity to deliver gas, and they keep taking bookings. Request you to please ban such kind of agencies for their unprofessional attitude or shut your hp gas if you are not capable of that. We are paying hard earned money, not buying in free of cost

Hi i had old gas connection of oct 2014 with consumer no.619226 at fursungi pune i had applied to transfer to nagpur but it was not activated in nagpur now am back in pune and looking to renew the connection back with name change also earlier it was mrunmayee zubin jha now need to be coreected as mrunmayee sathe i want to renew coneection for yamunagar nidgi pune area kindly help with the procedure of renewal.

It's not delivered to me but it's while online check my booking status it's telling already delivered on 09 Dec 2019. But I didn't got my gas cylinder actually today only I am booking the gas cylinder. This is happening to me second time ..
Please look into the matter as soon as possible possible...
