I booked 1 gas refill online on 18th march 2020 which was not getting delivered to my house and have written a mail on that, upon that mail received a call from gas agency and they told me to raise another booking as the previous booking amount will be refunded basis that raised another order on 4th april 2020 but neither refund received nor gas cylinder.

      I am requesting u my name is gowramma from karnataka state, tumkur district our cylinder connection taken 10 year back in distrubutor jss enterprises chikkanayakanahalli, my old consumer no is 608164, i am recently 9 months back my cylinder connection transfer to sri nanjundeshwara hp gas bukkapatna (Distrubutor code[protected] and my new consumer no is-610450...
      Problem is after transfer my cylinder connection i am not received subsidy amount since 9 months already 4 times compliment given to distrubutor but problem is not resolved kindly please check and confirm as soon as possible

          I booked gas for home delivery on 27.03.20 but till today 23.04.20 not deliver.
          Whenever i try to reach them and call their representative, he asks me to collect it from the agency or some other place which is not near my house. I am very sorry to say we are facing many problems due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. My gas agency distributor code is 12545800

            My hp gas booking no is 554939 dated 13/4/2020... My consumer no is 615547.. There has been no delivery of the same and i cannot get thro to their landline no... Their office is prasan gas co on hill road bandra... Last month also the same thing happened and when i finally got through the lady said i had to send someone near the bandra fire exchange to exchange the old to the new cylinder.. I am a senior citizen and live alone so i need the cylinder to be delivered to my building please... The empty cylinder and money is lying with the watchman of the building.. I request u to pl inform the dealer.. Thanks

                  I am ashtami das from purulia (W. B) as a consumer of hp gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy 20 april 2020. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.                               My h p gas booking no 559333, cash memo 1582057 dt 21.03.20 rs 777.00...
                              Since long back after booking gas cylinder is not delivered.
                              I am a senior citizen 68 year old, and no other person in a family to take delivery from patel mall, netivali.
                              I enqired with a person handing over the filled gas cylinder near to patel mall on road. He told that the home delivery is stopped.
                              Will you please look in the matter earliest, to get cylinder.

                                This is to inform that i am a hp lpg gas customer having customer no 614769.
                                On 17/04/2020 i made a payment on hpgas app through bhim upi.in the bhim app it is showing that the payment is approved, but in the hpgas app it is shown as payment failed.
                                So i request to please look into the matter so that i can either get the refill cylinder booking confirmation or get the paid amount back.
                                I am attaching the payment approval screenshot along with it.

                                  Every time hp gas delivery boy forced to give extra charges for their own... And warned me to if subnmitt no book at the time of delivery not delivered the cylender to me... Is it compulsury to note every time in book through delivery boy for online booking... And the delivery boy name was apparao his mobile no was[protected]. Plz take action who was regularly demand extra charges from consumers.

                                      I have booked on line for gas cylinder on 5th april 2020. I understand that gas is getting delivered in a week. Javid gas agency no. Are continuously engaged or not getting lifted. When ever i book through online they are not caring. Only on complaint or phone then only they are immediately supplying. I am hp customer for over 20 years. This is not the case in mumbai or bangalore or hyderabad or vizag. Please remove online booking for javid gas agency. Please let me know whether any gas is delivered booked offline from 5th before my online booking, as i want to lodge a complaint with your chief vigilance officer.

                                        We have anantha gas agency, hp gas in manjeshwara. We have booked almost a month ago. There is no call support from the agency. If we ask the delivery guy he never come to our area. He is supplied gas to a particular area twice in 2 weeks and he never came to our area. Partiality is going on between poor and rich people.. Or delivery guy taking money to supply gas. Or supporting only muslim community. What we can do?
