Updated by palash.polu Hi, I, hp gas customer, having customer number 620770.
Booked HP Gas cylinder online on 02 Jan 2020, amount has been deducted from my account and in in HP gas portal payment status is showing 'SUCCESS' but UTR No. and Settlement Status is not showing. And I was contact to my dealer, the told me till payment was not made to his account.
I have raise a complain but till i did not get any feedback against my complain (Complain No : CAS-164852-W3W6B6).
Now, I am hope less. I not able to refill another cylinder and not deliver the cylinder which was orderd.

Updated by palash.polu My consumer no is customer number 620770. In above, by mistake have mentioned customer number 616302.
Please consider my consumer no as 620770
