I have initiated rs. 2000/- payment at home petrol pump on dated 28/01/2020 as per offer with pay code (Screen shot attached) so i would be provided by 100/- cash back as per offer. But when i talked on customer care they are saying that my this transaction is not reflecting on there computer with pay code. So as a proof i am attaching here screen shot if pay code generation of that day and payment there after with pay code.
With the request that please help me with the problem and provide me with my cash back of rupees 100/-

        Hi, we are being charged 1 or 1.5% extra on petrol pumps while paying through card transaction. While the petrol was put for rs 332.42 please see receipts and msg while in the bank statement petrol pump charged 344.22.

        I have seen this happening with all the cards while refilling at petrol pumps.
        Why these is being charged extra and provide an explanation.

          Today i have booked and paid rs 704.5, for a gas cylinder.
          Payment done by debit card, through hprefuel app.
          Confirmation of booking not received from hprefuel server.
          After wasting 3 hours with customer care, finally they issue me complain number as 450699. My consumer number is 646565.
          I have to book cylinder asap, but they said first settle your refund issue, and then book cylinder.
          Finally i book cylinder by online number, which i have used previous.
          These servers of government companies have often have issue and held our payment and harassing unnessary. Refund my money asap.

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says that the cylinder is already delivered, but, I don't get the gas cylinder yet.               Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302.
              Booked hp gas cylinder online on 02 jan 2020, amount has been deducted from my account and in in hp gas portal payment status is showing 'success' but utr no. And settlement status is not showing. And i was contact to my dealer, the told me till payment was not made to his account.

              Hi, I, hp gas customer, having customer number 620770.
              Booked HP Gas cylinder online on 02 Jan 2020, amount has been deducted from my account and in in HP gas portal payment status is showing 'SUCCESS' but UTR No. and Settlement Status is not showing. And I was contact to my dealer, the told me till payment was not made to his account.

                Our hp gas cylinder bursted all of a sudden. It was found that the pressure of gas cylinder had variation.. We had a lot of loss including kitchen utensils etc.. The gas agency was inadequate in taking proper action against the issue.. Our life was saved luckily.. We need proper compensation for the loss.. The deepthi gas agency didnot take any action against our issue.. Plz do needed..

                  Hpcl has started inspection of domestic gas connections without prior intimation from either the government nor the company. An inspection person randomly turns up to the door and charges rs236/- (As per their calculation) for an "inspection" which includes no formal report, just a text message sent later saying - "inspection is completed and not satisfactory".

                  I am having hp gas connection consumer number 105189 at kaler hp gas agency. My aadhar was not linking to this connection, always rejected having error duplicate aadhar. I was trying to link since apr 2019. Now it is linked to this connection, i do not know what was wrong with my termination voucher (Tv) or with this gas account. Till now 4 cylinders subsidy lapsed. Pl re credit lapsed subsidy to my bank account linked with this gas connection.

                        On 11/12/2019 i booked gas using hp gas official app and paid from phone pay using upi.
                        Money successfully debited and sent to hp gas. But in hp gas website it is showing failed transaction. I had called to customer care of they told contact to your bank. It is been 11 days but i did not get any resolution from then or my money back to my account.

                          My consumer id is 526339, i have experienced very pathetic services from hp gas - saraswati gas agency - sanganer, jaipur, hp gas provide agency to uneducated and unprofessional people, whenever you book any refill they will never provide you on time and last you have to collect yourself, you have to keep calling them on daily basis 8-10 times, and they will treat you like you are buying gold in very less price. Its been 15 days since refill is not came, the guy keep saying he'll deliver tomorrow.. And tomorrow... And tomorrow... After all getting irritated you have to collect your refill yourself... Such unprofessional agency is saraswati agency on sanganer road jaipur. They dont have any capacity to deliver gas, and they keep taking bookings. Request you to please ban such kind of agencies for their unprofessional attitude or shut your hp gas if you are not capable of that. We are paying hard earned money, not buying in free of cost

Yesterday i booked cylinder and have done an online payment of rs 748 and it was deducted from my account but the cylinder was not booked and showing the status as payment failed.                                   During this process rs.748 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Payment was made via phonepay and i have not received hp gas confirmation message on booking. It has been more than 4 days but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

                                    My online payment for a new gas connection through phonepe (Upi) failed but amount of 2232.5 has been deducted and no refund from hp gas yet. I have tried contacting the customer support multiple times but have been dismissed with no appropriate resolution. The website showed that it's waiting for response from the transaction attempt but then it's asking to pay again. The money went through and i have confirmed the same with phonepe.

                                    Still waiting for my gas to be delivered which is cleared on 25th of November. In spite of several calls. Delivery person is least bothered.

                                      I was not delivered gas cylinders for the past 2 months despite booking. My bookings were cancelled by them after a long time without any information. So i submitted an application for transfer of my gas connection to indane gas agency. Despite having given an application for transfer, the employee surrendered my connection and also deducted ₹350 from my deposited cash as i could not submit my previous gas regulator. When i told the employee that she had done a mistake regarding my application as it was for transfer but she surrendered my connection then she misbehaved and told me to do whatever i can but now that she has done a mistake it can't be changed. After telling her multiple times to make a transfer paper according to my previous consumer number, she made transfer papers for a new connection due to which instead of ₹1400 i had to submit ₹3345 as the deposit money for new connection. All this took 10 days and i had to visit the gas agency multiple times by taking leave from my work and face the misbehavior of the employee. This mentally and physically harassed me. Kindly look after the matter if this is the right way of transferring my gas connection
