Hi my consumer number is 601663. Yesterday i booked cylinder and have done an online payment of rs 748 and it was deducted from my account but the cylinder was not booked and showing the status as payment failed. Neither i received the amount to my account. Please check and resolve the issue at the earliest. How long would it take to refund the amount back to my account. The transaction took place on[protected]. Till now the refund was not processed. Registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Earlier i raised a complaint but there is no response from the hpcl team.

    Hi, i am hp gas customer [customer number 664417] tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 07th dec 2019 at 2:43 pm

    During this process rs.748 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Payment was made via phonepay and i have not received hp gas confirmation message on booking. It has been more than 4 days but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

      My online payment for a new gas connection through phonepe (Upi) failed but amount of 2232.5 has been deducted and no refund from hp gas yet. I have tried contacting the customer support multiple times but have been dismissed with no appropriate resolution. The website showed that it's waiting for response from the transaction attempt but then it's asking to pay again. The money went through and i have confirmed the same with phonepe.

      Still waiting for my gas to be delivered which is cleared on 25th of November. In spite of several calls. Delivery person is least bothered.

        I was not delivered gas cylinders for the past 2 months despite booking. My bookings were cancelled by them after a long time without any information. So i submitted an application for transfer of my gas connection to indane gas agency. Despite having given an application for transfer, the employee surrendered my connection and also deducted ₹350 from my deposited cash as i could not submit my previous gas regulator. When i told the employee that she had done a mistake regarding my application as it was for transfer but she surrendered my connection then she misbehaved and told me to do whatever i can but now that she has done a mistake it can't be changed. After telling her multiple times to make a transfer paper according to my previous consumer number, she made transfer papers for a new connection due to which instead of ₹1400 i had to submit ₹3345 as the deposit money for new connection. All this took 10 days and i had to visit the gas agency multiple times by taking leave from my work and face the misbehavior of the employee. This mentally and physically harassed me. Kindly look after the matter if this is the right way of transferring my gas connection

            On 5december 2019 some worker was standing in his backyard at night and took my photo while i was walking out of my house door. The worker was of the kovai gas agency gang.
            This photo was taken for black magic or some other photo frame up attempt. To edit and modify photo. The event has been recorded and crime branch are now informed. Intent of photo is defamation via frame up.

            There have been attempts at my life by vehicles on the road. I suspect the eye is on my property at ashokji nagar. Where i live near kovai gas agency. All attempts to sell my property at ashokji nagar, coimbatore have been influenced by those worthless greedy workers and some broker friends of theirs.

            The matter can only be resolved when i succeed in selling my house and moving out. Upon my death the house will go to my relatives or heirs as per written will.

              Dear sir/madam,
              Kindly refer to my hp gas consumer id : 622514
              And the transaction no :[protected]

              I booked a hp gas cylinder on 2 december from my hp gas app through bhim upi (Hsbc bank), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
              The amount of rs. 690.50/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

              More over i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
              Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

              The bank is saying we can't do anything and hp gas consumer care is saying they also not do anything.

              I booked a hp gas cylinder on 1 december 2020 from my hp gas app through Google Pay upi (Axis bank), the payment was made through the Google Pay as third part intermediate for the transaction.
              The amount of rs. 632/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

              More over i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
              Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

                  Hi, i have opted for new connection in hsr layout. I was not informed about taking the regulator as well with all items. Now it has been three days no body has shown up for installation. Every time i call to agency they say they have sent the guy and will be installed in an hour.

                  This is so frustrating, even after having all basic things for cooking i have to order food from outside. This is just increasing my expenses and wasting my time.

                  Could you please send someone and to install the gas and ask them to bring the regulator as well by today. Or take everything back and refund my all money so i can opt to other companies agencies.

                        I went to the hp pump to put petrol in the bike. Asked the salesmen to fill petrol for rs 410. The salesman knowing the huge amount.
                        Another salesman who had filled 90 rupees of petrol in another bike asked for a filling pipe and he started petrol in my bike from 90 rupees. When i told him about this, he tried to avoid saying this, nothing like this: you have not seen it properly. I feel cheated from hp petrol pump. Name of pump: surajmal dalmiya hp pump

                          The approach gravel road to kovai gas agency at ashokji nagar coimbatore is badly damaged. That stretch is gravel only. Hp heavy delivery and load trucks have damaged that gravel road. They keep driving during rains and have made that gravel rd difficult for walkers two wheelers and cars.

                          This is a residential layout and not a commercial. The workers are noisy and intimidating.

                          I have to use that road for my maruti car.

                            The load and delivery trucks have badly damaged the approach roads to ashokji nagar residential layout in coimbatore vilankurichi road.
                            My house is close to the godown of kovai gas agency/company.

                            Being a residential layout they are not supposed to be there. And on top of that they have badly damaged the gravel roads.

                            The other house vehicles are supposed to have better roads. Besides they are very noisy and intimidating in this so called residential layout.

After taking a follow-up with Anjani Gas Agency I have got as usual response that the order will place tomorrow and this delayed is on regular basis. We never receive our cylinder on time. After plenty of follow-ups, I have not received my cooking Gas cylinder. Kindly do the needful.

                              online payment done but gas cylinder not booked

                              I have booked gas cylinder on 25/11/2019 through internet booking on myhpgas.in and made payment through payment portal through upi by using amazon pay upi. My transaction through amazon upi was successful and amount debited from my a/c. Sbi upi reference no is[protected]. I have lodged complaint in hp portal and complaint number is csa-131241-b6w9f6 but no response from their side.

                                The hp gas officer who called me from number[protected]
                                Seemed in hurry to close the complaint without waiting for actuall resolution of issue. Above complaint was closed immediately whereas the the issue hasn't been solved yet.
                                My registration reference no with hpgas is : [protected],

                                I had registered online for new connection on 24 th november, physical documents verification was completed on 25th november however the application hasnt been processed any further for payment in order to release connection yet and there is this tremendous delay even after following up for 4 continuous working days.
                                Visited deistributor multiple times but everytime they tell it will be processed soon.
                                Nobody have any idea why there is so much delay or issue with process?

                                It seems hp is demoting online connection or hp's online process is so bad that its better to take connection offline?

                                I can not take new offline connection as well now as my name has been already been registered in your system.

                                I would like to Thank Mr Kamble Sir ( HP gas Pune office) who called from number 020 2621 3105 and helped me and Amrapali Gas agency (Dealer code 19623100) who coordinated with local distributor to make sure my registration proceesses further and personally giving attention in his busy schedule to resolve my issue as early as possible. Amrapali gas agency also made sure that they help me in best possible way to resolve issue asap and process my new gas connection with HP. Thank you very much to all the staff .                                     I taken 2.580 ltr petrol on dated 24/11/2019, 10 am, from m/s hamara pump, situated at kohadar, meja, allahabad, uttar pradesh, they had charged rs. 340 (Three hundred fourty) for 2.58 ltr petrol.

                                    I requested him to take appropriate price but the salesman appointed at petrol pump named mr vijay tiwari, (Mobile number [protected]) tell me that the cast of 2.58 ltr petrol is rs 340/- and ignore my request also he challenged me that you can go to any foroum and for it.

                                    Please help me in above matter and refund my extra charged money and also take appropriate action against petrol pump distributor.

                                      Payment of rs 200 paid for fuel through paytm at jai mata di fuel centre, deoghar, jharkhand by order id no.[protected], wallet txn id [protected] shown successfully in my device but the centre charged additional cash of rs 200 saying that they did not received the message of payment in their device on 23rd november 2019 at 10:50 am.

                                      I queried with paytm executive regarding this matter. They said that the amount has been paid to jai mata di fuel centre.
