पास ले

जाऊंगा। कृपया जल्द से जल्द जरूरतमंदों की मदद करें।

My name arumugam, i fill petrol on 25/09/19 morning 08:10am in that day petrol price was 77.06 rupees only but in that petrol bunk named "aruna brothers hp petroleum", in "kilpauk chennai" they increased price and filled petrol for me as "80 rupees/per liter", i filled four liter petrol they collected "320 rupees". The actual price was "308.24" only, they cheated "12 rupees".
Please neccesary action immediately.

In our place hamiltonganj illegal place of opening showroom rajesh hp gas agency. Please inquired into this matter in one two showroom in hamiltonganj. Whis is his main showroom because one area 2 showroom your company also allow. Mr. Suraj saha officer of hp gas executive he also inquired this matter but he is no action taken this matter. Because he is involved his local relative in this gas agency for work. Please inquired this matter why a officer getting his benefit to his family for public interest.

I visited the hp petrol pump in manickpur (Vasai-west) on 20 sept 2019 at around 1726 hours, i asked for petrol of rs 100/- at which time the power supply went off some 3 times, during which the fuel supply also stopped and finally i was given some 1.13 litres of petrol in my bike. For which i paid rs.100/- through my debit card. Again i visited the same petrol pump on 21.9.2019 in the afternoon, and asked for rs. 100/ petrol in my bike, i was given 1.27 litres of petrol for same amount of money which i was given 1.13 litres the previous day, when i asked the attendant there when i showed the previous days card payment reciept as proof, he was not in a position to explain the discrepancy, he was fumbling for an answer,, i feel the dispensing machines are faulty there, so please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

I have filled diesel in my car on 14/09/2019 evening at mangatram petrol pump located at lbs marg bhandup west, mumbai-40078.
The next day onwards i could face starting problem to my car and i had to call the mechanic. After checking the vehicle he could realize that the diesel which filled was contaminated by mixing up water.
The day while the filling was carried out, it was heavy rain and small water logging were seen at the premises of the the petrol pump. I assume the the water might have gone in side their storage tank which caused to mix up of the water with fuel. After causing damage to my car by this, i have contacted the petrol pump with the bill, but they were not willing hear what i was trying to say.
So i here by request you to look in to this matter to find where the mistake have been occurred and i wanted to know they are intentionally cheating the customers.
If you are not giving any reply, i will not rely for any service of hp in future and also i will try to spread this through social media.

I have ordered to fill rs.1000.00 petrol for my car at hp petrol pump, drive in fuels, junwani, bhilai, chhattisgarh on 21.09.2109 around 9.20pm, but petrol filled was less than the request amount.
I noticed it when i saw my car fuel meter, it was still showing low fuel.
Kindly resolve my issue.

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform that today i had gone for filling petrol worth rs.200/- in my acitva scooter at your hp petrol pump, opp ram mantra mandir, talaja road, bhavnagar-364001. As i was not having any other inr notes, i requested to fill petrol of rs.200/- against coins of 2rs worth 200/-, but they denied me upfront and not accepted coins from me due to reason 2 rs coins are not acceptable. I told that he can't deny to accept any legal tender coin but arrogantly denied me to accept the same.

I am going to complaint against your hp pump at mamlatdar office as well as rbi too for this.

I have paid the money online during the month of may 2019, but the amount was not adjusted towards gas cylinder nor refunded amount even after 5 months. I have submitted through the login website
2 communication regarding the lesser subsidy transferred. No reply till now. I am herewith attaching two screenshot, one showing the price at the date refill booked showing rs 546.50, and the other one showing the price i paid on delivery rs.562.00, presumely the subsidy transferred was according to the price shown at the time of booking and not according to the actual amount paid. There's difference of rs.15.50, between these two attachment. Thus i was deprived of this difference payment by way of your providing subsidy by considering the price quoted on the booked date, and should have been considered the price paid on the delivery date amount charged. Please consider paying the difference to the credit of my bank, please take up the matter will the agency if the wrong doing is on account of their reasons.

Hi my name is geogu jose, resident from bangalore and a regular customer of hp. I was traveling from kerala to bangalore and i filled my volkswagen vento deisel for 1000 rupees from krishna fuels alathur, pazhayannur road, kerala 678541, an outlet of hp. After few hours of travel we experienced a jerking and pulled by. After contacting the service centre we realized it was an engine malfunction. We managed to reach the nearest volkswagen service center. After the diagnosis we were told that one of the fuel injectors were failed due to contaminated diesel (Either kerosene or water mixed along with deisel). Rectification of this cost us 25 thousand rupees. This lost our faith in hp. Please do look into this issue. Malfunctions like this will effect your reputation. Please give us a reponse as soon as possible. Or we would go legally.

I dosen't giveup my LPG gas subsidy but can't received till now. i go many time to gas agency office, but nobody help me since long time.

I paid the amount rs.594.50 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payments.

I also contacted the toll free complaint no. But even they couldn't resolve it and said to recall again. Do you think that it's so easy to recall the toll free when contacting to your representative is so cumbersome due to such a bad service

I had surrender my gas connection in 2015 but still it is open at gas agency end giving refill cylinder to some one in my name.

I am facing difficulty in my current location... Nagpur. I am not getting cylinder at nagpur as it is showing open at raipur.

Earlier I used to make Online payments for HP Gas booking but never experienced these type of issues. This time I booked online Gas I received a text message having link to make online payment of ₹682.40 for HP Gas booking two days later I received again a text message of Cash memo of ₹686.50 but at the time of delivery they asked that they didn't receive any online payment of ₹682.40 for Gas booking. Please look inti this matter.

I try to swap my petrol card number [protected] in pkc nair and co north fort gate tripunithara ernakulam on 4th september 19 at 12. 07 pm and the card was not working. After filling the petrol-only i came to know that the swapping machine was not working. I was not having enough money too. Why the machine is not working? Why there is no additional machine? Is there any internet problem? How is responsible for this?
