सर मैं आज दिनांक 11.09.19 को समय शाम को लगभग 3.00 बजे hpcl के पेट्रोल पंप लाइसेंस न0 p/cc/up/14/[protected] जिसकी डीलर पुष्पा पाडेय हैं के पेट्रोल पंप पर रु0 100/- का पेट्रोल डालने को बोला मेरे पेट्रोल लेने से पहले एक आदमी रू0 50 का पेट्रोल लिया था उसके बाद बिना मीटर को 0 पर किए तेजी से मेरे सकूटी मे डालने लगा मै बोला भी कि मीटर को 0 पर नहीं. किए लेकिन मेरी बात नही सुना जब मैंने मशीन से जो रसीद निकलती हैं कि मांग की तो उसके द्वारा खराब है बोला गया और जब कम्पलेन बुक की मांग तो मना कर दिया और बहाना बनाने लगे कि पता नहीं कहा रखा गया हैं मिल नही रहा।

I have booked the hp gas for refill on 26/07/2019 and message received http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill hence i made payment on 27/07/2019 of rs 640.28 /-via sbi debit card xxxx9187 by the same link, the amount rs 640.28 is debited from sbi account. But on same day deliver boy deliver the cylinder for rs 639/- by cash on delivery i. E cash is paid to delivery boy. Hence trace where is my payment of rs 640.28, please trace and return to my bank account. Rs 640.28 also i book the complaint to to hp gas vide cas 31043-c4j4n6 but the complaint is not resolved. Pl do needful earliest.

I am a domestic consumer of lpg. My consumer no. 507995. I belongs to rohtak district. My address is 206/35, aggarsain colony naya parao, rohtak. Yesterday on dated 7/8/2019, employees of ajit gas service visited my home & inspected my connection of lpg. They charged rs. 177/- as service/visiting charges. Please let me know either the above mention dealer is authorised by co. To charge such type of fees for inspection only....

I have submitted aadhar card and rent deed at the time of taking hp gas connection even than my subsidy was not transferred as gas agency not updated my data (Aadhar no. And bank account details in system of hp). After non receipt of subsidy he start saying consumer has to update all the no. By himself.
Please transfer back my subsidy for order no. [protected] dated 07.09.2018 9:26:01 am, cash memo no. 197288 dated 07.09.2018 amounting to rs. 847.497 with subsidy of rs. 344.78.

In our hamiltonganj area hindusthan petroleum company kathalbari hp gramin gas vitarak break their rules and regulations of gas agency in 15 km boundary wall. Our local padmini indane service are directly effected for this rules break. I requested to you please proper investigate this matter for gas distribution rules maintain. Please sir solv this issue

My son went to fill petrol from your outlet at city station road outlet named yashin automobiles. After filling petrol of rs. 250 in my scooty payment was made through credit card. Unfortunately receipt not printed. The person present denied for payment and he again debited rs 250. My cellphone was at my residence. My son came to home and again went there to see them that the amt was debited twice. Please refund me rs 250 or give me petrol. They denied ever to see sms. My son came to home with a bad impression about the outlet and also the company. They insisted only to come tomorrow at 10 am then only their age will see records and will decide about refund. I am local resident of it happens to any other who is not local how he will get the refund. Tomorrow i have to go to beg my money. I want to know only from the hp is it this your costumer delite?. I am an officer in lic and never thought of such behaviour. Please respond.

On 30th july fill the desil in my car amount of rs1000 but the desil mixed with water at petrol bunk after somentime my car damaged due to water mixed disel so kindly arrange the damage charges and arrange cab for me for thease days
At the same time the local management given a assuranse as you give the vehicle to mechanic i will pay to them but the pronlem not solved till now

Hp is a reputed company of india govt. Today i went a dealer of hp petrol near station chowk durg, radha kisan wallabhdas. First of all they don't have complain book. Jab unke aadmi ne petrol dal diya, maine bola bhai ye speed ku dala, wo kehta hai aapko padhna nahi aata kya. And when i asked for complain book manager said we don't have such type of service. I hope hp should take care of it. Before putting they should ask customers. And don't misbehave with customers, as it effects company reputation.

Sir, myself prabhu t working in one of a government defence service would like to register few complaint regarding one of your hp (Hindustan petroleum gas) agency namely adoc nina's gas service agency in antophill, mumbai, maharashtra
Sir, on 05.08 19 i went to the above said agency and gave all the required documents for connection of one (1) gas to my house address at wadala east.. The lady executive in the front office told that the amount to be paid for one gas connection is 6000/rs and for 02 (Two) gas connection is 8000/- rs.. So i asked the charges for the connection, in which i came to know the amount includes a gas stove which cost about (2200/-rs).. So i told the executive that already i have a gas stove in my home which i bought it bfore few years and it is working good.. The lady executive replied that it is compulsory to buy the gas stove from the shop nor else she says that i should produce a gst bill of the gas stove which i have in my home.. I replied that when i bought the gas stove there was no gst. So i could not bring the bill.. During the conversation i found a notice board in the above said agency stating that it is not obligatory to buy gas stove for. New connection.. On asking explanation for this notice.. I jitendra suware, tried to book the cylinder by choosing online payment option in my online account with my hp gas portal, i provided my credit card details and paid the amount. While booking hp gas, amount got deducted from my bank account. But refill was not booked, no message or no booking confirmation received.

I am sunil khamgaonkar from maharashtra. My hp gas agency is ishwarlal mohanlal parikh panvel. My hp gas consumer no is 665985. I have booked refill for cylinder on 27th july 2019 but till date i didn't received cylinder. I inquire about this in agency but they are not responding. I also goes physically to check what is actually problem but they only saying that you will get dilevery as soon as possible.
So its my request to you please guide me regarding thia issue. And also please take strict action against the agency holder.

Pathetic delivery service, everytime for delivery of cylinder, delivery person takes 50-100 rupees extra, they will never gives change back, talk rudely continuously especially person with mobile no [protected]

Myself varun sahay by profession i am a business person... And in a emergency i was at your petrol pump company pump station at kolar bhopal branch there was only one person available who only sale power petrol that was 3 to 4 rs high value petrol... There is no one filling in my car simple petrol.. Or he said. Not available sorry...
Its rediculs. Are... Witch kind of marketing high profit cheapness i am really worry about a normal person how spend maximum expence of fuel..
It's really really disgraceful... Service pls stop your cheapness..

My registered mobile number is [protected], my booking number for gas cylinder was 545884 and gas was delivered today by ajit enterprises hyderabad. Upon receipt of the gas an invoice of rs690/- was produced by the driver for which i was paying the same, but the driver refused to take and demanded rs750/-.. Upon inquiry he is saying delivery charges extra which is not mentioned on the invoice.. This has become regular practice of the drivers to demand extra, if not paid, they r making a scene in front of our homes. Kindly look into the matter.

This agency is doing black marketing of LPG cylinders, consumers are not
getting refill in time. Need strict action this distributor. Gas distribution agency is doing black marketing of LPG cylinders delivery to consumers is not given in time. Need investigation and strict action against this agency. Kindly take note of this and give warning to agency for improvement in service.

Yesterday i went to hp petrol pump - bhardwaj hp centre, hoshiarpur for filling up fuel in my car and i noticed that air in my car tyres was not up to the mark as it could be seen. I asked the man, who was filling the petrol, that i want to get air filled in my car's tyres but he replied that they are not having 'air system' at their petrol pump.
So, through this complaint i want to bring to notice that the laws which are made by government, goes in vain. So, steict action should be taken against them and 'air' should be installed at this petrol pump.

I am going to ubi bank for linked my account with aadhar card.
After that i am going aadhunik gas agency at kota in rajasthan. He said i have not credit your subsidy in your account your account not linked with aadhar card before booking.

Just now my vehicle loaded a petrol in ur branch, name mentioned was sree ssv petroleum corporation. Actually my vehicle petrol capacity mentioned 5.30 but they filled extra 0.36. They given the bill also and mentioned 5.66. How my engine was filled extra. Tell me the solution otherwise i will suit a case against hp company. Under " the petroleum act, 1934 (30 of 193)

This has happened two times to me. First time i have filled petrol for 300 in my motorcycle he hasn't showed zero before filling and filled 300 from the previously filled quantity. I have asked to fill completely and he refused and argued that it is correct.
The second time i have seen that this is not for me it is for all the customers.
They cheat customers like as below.
First person will be holding the pump, the second one will wait till customer opens the tank, person holding pump will ask for how much to fill, then second will start asking questions cash, card, if we give cash or card they will never let us see where they have started filling fuel. After final amount they will say it is filled.
I have caught this cheating with other customers and asked the manager about this. He refused and said this is not happening.
We can do anything about this, they have asked everyone to leave their premises pushing away the customers.
