Hi, this is naveen from Gokak, Belgaum Dist, Karnataka State, I am resident of Gokak town, from past 45 days their is no supply of petrol & Diesel from HP petroleum limited bunk, RajaRajeshwari Petroleum Limited Gokak Sankeshwar Road Gokak, Belgaum Dist, Karnataka.
Kindly treat this as major issue and kindly contact the dealer at RajaRajeshwari Petroleum at Gokak and plz made arrangements for supplying of Petrol & Diesel as soon as possible

Change OPT out of subsidy to subsidies Dear sir, sorry!!! Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option", It has been activated. Kindly deactivate this from my HP consumer number 629806 as soon as possible. Please help me on this. Booked cylinder online on 29 May 2019, Amount paid 714, cylinder not yet delivered and also same record deleted from website in consumer console.

I have booked refill online and paid online 714 Rupees with booking reference number - order no: [protected].
This record is deleted from website of myHPGAS in customer console.
And also the cylinder is not yet delivered.
Below details are received along bank transaction in mail from HP and also same details received as SMS.
And also delivery says, that he called me, dont know update on this order.
Why cant he call second time or why cant he come to door step and check the customer available or not.
Please take necessary action and resolve this issue.

I am not receiving gas subsidy in my SBI account. And my Consumer Number is 639622 and my mobile number is active with HP GAS AGENCY IS

Showing the payment on hold..
And I asked to ho gas agency then they called showing Duplicate Bank Account..
They suggested me go to the your home SBI branch and first delink adhaar card from your account and then relink after 4 days..
And I done that procedure...

I have already updated kyc in bank as well as with the distributor multiple times, but still the subsidy doesn't gets transferred to my account and instead i always see that the subsidy is lapsed with status "subsidy lapsed (Mopng)".

Kindly assist in getting the subsidy transferred into my account

I made a transaction on 17may2019 by sbiepay gateway for hpcl through icici upi.
Amount of 722.50 was deducted from account & transaction failed, gas not booked.
Yet amount not refunded
When i called to hpcl they unable to track my transaction.

Sir, i am manish kumar. I did transaction at date 30 march 2019 to buy oil of amount 400 at keelkar service station rohini sector 10 delhi 85 by phonepe having transaction id p1903301105043591060219. But petrol pump deny to receive this amount. So they did not provide any service. Then after i contact to phonepe they say that this amount has been credited to merchant account at 2 april. Phonepe mail me that amount has been credited to merchant bank. At 7 april i again meet merchant they again deny to receive amount.
Please cashback my amount 400.

I tried 8 times since last 2 days, however every time getting error while redirecting to payment page "https://epay.hpcl.co.in/epay/srequest.jsp".

Error: "it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as rc4 (Link for the details), which is not considered secure."

I tried to book it through call and sms, however hp agency refused to deliver cylinder as they need payment to be done.

But how can i make payment??? If your site is not working.
I'm in office and cannot take off just for filling the cylinder and make payment doorstep.

I received current subsidy on 08/05/2019. About previous subsidies concern hp gas authorities had promised on chat that previous subsidies i will get within 15 days. But till today i did not get previous subsidies. Chat took place on 18/04/2019. I am to request to kindly arrange my previous subsidies in my bank account.

For last more than month the Tyre air filling service at Mumbai Malad west, Charkop Naka Petrol Pump, kept closed, giving various reasons. Many time air service not working saying compressor not working. Today the staff was behaving arrogantly saying " Tumko Jo Karne ka hai woh karo" This is totally disgusting & not expected from Hindustan Petroleum.

मैने एचपी गैस का नया कनेक्शन 15मई को 7200/- कैशभुगतान करके लिया जिस्का अभी तक मुझे कोई पासबुकनही मिला है, लेकिन डिलीवरी टीम गैस बॉटल ऐण्ड गैस स्टोव घर से दूर सडक पर छोड कर चले गये क्यो? स्टोव दुसरे दिन से कां नही कर रहा है, सिकायत करने पर डिलीवरी टीम supervisor विजय ने कहा स्टीव ऑफ़िस मे लेकर आओ, ऐसा क्यूँ? घर तक का सर्विस चार्ज लेकर भी सर्विस नही दी जारही है क्यूँ?गैस बटाला घर से बाहर सडक पर ही छोडकर चले जाना और पैसा भी ज्यदा लेना कहा की दादागीरी है।मुझे जल्द से जल्द जवाब चाहिए ।

Today i have charged extra rs 23/ for hp gas cylinder as in the original slip it has mentioned that the charge of the cylinder is rs 768/ why it has charged 800 when i had enquired about it the delivery executive told me he is charging extra money for delivery if the company is charging extra they can make a slip 800 why they it 768 pls help me regarding this....

Sir,
I am a senior citizen customer since last 40 years, during last 3 consignment is is noticed that
I have consumed i cylinder in 20 to 22 days only.
My family members are 2 heads only as such, i consume 1 cylinder in two months which may please be confirmed from your records.
During last 3 consignments i am receiving less gas by weight which i have complaint vide mo. No.[protected] who replied and advised me to weight the gas when it is delivered.
To day 0n 15/05/2019 at about 9 am the delivery boy came to supply my gas, when i have told him to
Weight the gas he refused and insulted me and told if i am to weight i will supply your gas on the road and not enter your house and you are to take it to inside though he collects ra.20.00 extra for delivery

In this condition, please note that my age is 74 years i have been pressurized by the delivery boy to
Receive the gas without weight, ultimately refused to supply.
Please look into the matter so that gas supply is made properly.

My cylinder will never get delivered till I call and ask them. This is my 3rd time experience. They are not delivering my cylinder even aftet 15days of booking. Usually their numbers are always busy or no one will receive it. And when I call to check with them she was extremely rude. Front desk lady doesn't even know how to handle customers. Very pathetic experience. Today she angrily shouted at me though I was talking to her very politely. I don't understand what kind of front desk people these guys hire. They've absolutely no sense about how to handle the customer.

Hello i'm veena and i lost my phone recently and hence i'm currently using a new phone with another mobile number. I would like to change the registred mobile number, can you please check it out as soon as possible because i need to book a new cylinder too and i'm short on time. I'm extremely busy with work to come to the office and change due to my work and hence i'm trying this method hope it will be done by saturday 11 may orelse it would b difficult with no gas in our home.

I am not getting my LPG SUBSIDY in my bank account, when I checked my LPG account by logging in HPCL website it's showing that You have voluntarily Opted Out of Subsidy. While I have not done anything. Please do the needful and cancel this. I want my LPG SUBSIDY in my bank account as I am a middle class person. My HPGAS Consumer No is- 636147.

The employees of the this petrol pump are very aggressive and non cooperative type with the customers. I have purchased the petrol of rs 200/- from this petrol pump the the employee of the petrol pump. When they start to pour the petrol in vehicle's tank they start distracting the attention of customer so that the customer could not see the zero in meter. It was happened with me on monday morning when i have swapped my card for rs 200/- before pouring the petrol but when he start to pouring the petrol other employee came and arguing with me and asking to swap my card again meanwhile the other employee started to pouring the petrol without showing me zero in meter and it was confirmed to me that earlier customer who purchased the petrol for rs 70/- in bottle was counted in my quantity of petrol. I was in hurry to reach in office and because of that i could not raise the complaint and they were also looking very aggressive in nature. I have not any documentary evidence of the same but i am sure it was happened with other people also.
Pleas look in to the matter and do needful so that the such kind of grievances would not raise.

I am urmila singh as a consumer of hp gas. From starting i am not getting any subsidy. My distributor told me that i opted for give up subsidy. I never do this. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.
