We noticed leakage from our gas cylinder two week back and registered telephonic complaint on one hp telephone number. No one bothered to respond for two week. We then contacted gas agency and a technician visited my house and advised that regulator is to be replaced as it is very old.
Now, agency says first who will replace it? We didn't know the answer, then he says regulator can't go defective? Next he says come to my shop, i will check it and exchange it if it is faulty.
Is hp playing with life of its customers with such a casual approach to serious customer complaint like gas leakage or exploiting citizens as monopolist?
My consumer number is 612842, i stay in vijaynagar, bangalore, name of gas agency is krishna gas agency.

        I thought of taking petrol in the nearby petrol pump i asked him to fill petrol of 100rs instead of that he filled deisel in it some km after driving my bike got stopped and after getting it checked i came to know that my bike engine was damaged and it will cost 50, 000rs to repair it.           My gas agency is sujatha gas agency, dealer code 14648900. The service of refill cylinders are very very poor. I have booked 20 days back. So for no response despite my repeated reminders. Phone calls are not attended. Every month we are facing the same problem. Please do necessary steps for the regularisation of the service, in the alternative my gas supply may be transferred to some other gas service of nearest jurisdiction.

              Subsidy should be lying with STATE BANK OF INDIA since there is no such account with the bank or it should have been received back by HPCL. please check up and give credit to the Account with CANARA BANK particulars of which were given in my complaint. complaint ID 2204179

                I booked refill at hp-any time and the booking confirmed no.571285 on[protected], via an sms to my mob.
                On 11th i recd. A message saying hpgas delivered cash memo 1197494.
                The cylinder was not delivered.
                I contacted distributor and i was told the cylinder was delivered on 10th itself and my servant woman has taken delivery. When i contested this, she told that it will be delivered tomorrow (12th jan).
                Obviously the delivery man has done some wrong which the lady did not reveal.
                This is the first occasion in my case, such a fraud has been committed by your distributor.

Since march 2013 i haven't got any subsidy. Due to my father cancer treatment i was always away from my family. Whenever i placed a complain they say next month it will be resolved but still now never resolved. Every document including bank account, aadhar link is upto date. Lastly i transferred my account to annapurna hp gas agency, patrapada bbsr.
                  I request u to look into this type scandel if possible please clear my arrears. Your help is highly needed.

                      I have not received gas subsidy after december 2016 in my account till date, my consumer number is 620205 with the name of rekha manoharlal rohra. Please look into this matter and please let me know what is the possible solution of it.                                   I have applied online application for registration of new petrol pump dealer chayan registration on 17.12.2018. Thiruvarur, nagapattinam districts are affected by gaja cyclone. My online application is not registered due to non availability of net connection server. Further last date of receiving application is 24.12.2018 as per the paper publications issued by your company. But without general public knowledge and myself on 25.12.2018 being a christmas holiday last date of receiving application has been extended. But my server is not reached your hindustan petroleum corporation site. Hence i request you 2 weeks time may be extended to file application through online. My request may be consider and so many people in my area is not aware the last date of filing application due to cyclone disturbances.

                                  In last 6months we have received 3rd leaked cylinder from HP. not sure what quality check HP is implemented for verification and dispatch cylinder.
                                  Ho Consumer 668071, leakage complaint 69012. Suspect some kind of scam behind this need to verify. We pore 3-4 droos of water and observed bubbles in contact HP has no worries about consumer life.

                                    As per HDFC bank, Digital UPI payment / Funds transfer was done successfully to the SBI account #[protected], As per VIMAL Enterprises they have not received payment, Can you please help me to refund amount or help me to settle amount while booking HP GAS Cylinder. Every time i raised complain they closed instead helping me. Kindly share me escalation matrix where my payment issue can be resolved. I have again attached all relevant transaction details.
