I booked cylendre for home delivery on 10 days ago but not deliver. To cylendre whenever i make phone call non responding call. Continuing rings but not received there sides. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp gas agency shahapur asangaun shree ganesh hp gas agency..

Today dated may 6th, 2019 5.36 am at hp petrol bunk very near to secunderabad railway station, beside alfa hotel. I asked to fill 300 rupees petrol. The guy filled 101.35 and later he continued to fill without clearing it to zero and filled up to 203.45. I was charged only 300. And i asked bills any how they surprisingly convinced me but there was a cheat and i was not charged fully and my fuel tank shows less in fuel meter. They filled some numbers and billed some numbers. The timings of fuel machines gave bills and the card swiping machines timings are also different at different places on the same bills. You can see in the attached pic. If this site is really working and if it is for people. Take action and save people's money. 100 rupees is not a big deal to me, but like this if they are cheating they will continue the same and do more like this. As this bunk is very near to railways station many people coming to the bunk will be in a hurry and a lot of queue for fuel fillings. After coming home only the people were realised how they were cheated.

I hope this is not left apart and will be taken action asap.

I have filled the petrol on[protected], from the hp petrol pump-tingre petroleum which is in bhosari - pune maharashtra.

The guy who filled the petrol has cheated by saying see there some thing is in your bile like that, i have not noticed but later i found that he was not filled the petrol as per the amount i have paid.

Please check petrol pump as regular cheating is going on.
It was happen while filling premium petrol.

There is no proper response from this bunk.
Since it's located on saidapet road near propel gas bunk.. They are properly not responding. Kindly take necessary action since it may get forwarded to petroleum ministries of corporations flashing on local. Channels also. Since it's service industry they saying wait for.10mins shift change. Gping. On if. U. Wish. Wait or get. Lost. Request to close the bunk or transfer to some other branded outlets.

[HPCL] — booked cylinder online on 22/04/19 booking number is 529219. citrus pay payment was done for cash memo through company provided link.
Company has sent message that gas cylinder has been delivered. On 25/4/2019.
Complaint has been done on centralised phone number on 25/4/2019 and 30/4/2019. Multiple attempts to call gas agency has not helped, as the phone numbers are never answered.

Resolution either cylinder be delivered or money is credited back.

This is the petrpol bunk i have visited today morning around 11:30 am i asked them to fill the petrol in a bottle which was carryed by me but they refused to fill in the bottle i ask the reason why they said silly reason that due to summer we dont fill the petrol in bottles. So i went to another hp petrol bunk by auto and filled the fuel in bottle itself why my question is why the particular petrol bunk dont want to fill in bottles i need an explanation about it my mobile number [protected] hoping a valuble reply from you

This is to bring your kind attention, that this petrol pump is running all types of scam and cheating customers.
It has happened many times to me, and i warned them that i will register a complaint about it.

A — they are cheating with quantity of petrol.
B — many times i asked them to put it in automatic mode, but they refuse to do that. They always want to do in the manual.
C — frustrated with the behavior also.

Please look into this matter.

I have done work at one petrol pump ku petrol pump (Near bharuch) under contract of kanishka construction owner name mitesh bhatt and place ahmedabad. Now this party is not given of amount which i have work at site. I have many complaint zonal office vadodara region hpcl but they didn't have any support. Just because of this kanishka construction is strong connection with hpcl officer so that they didn't support me. I have given written mail and application but they didn't given any feedback and they didn't take any action against this vendor. I have small vendor but i have hard work. My complaint didn't recognize because i am small person.
Arvind govil rgm (Now transfer), mr. Karuna, mr rahul palani,, mr rushikesh pawar, i have told my all matter this persons by meet, many calls but they didn't take any action. This vendor fraud gstn bill of cement and other material and steal gst tax. If hpcl take any action against i am sure this vendor make many fake bill in cement and other item. And also they are doing many thing at site which is wrong but no one take any action. And its require one audit which work done by kanishka construction, i am against this corruption. If my this application is not consider i will sent one draft to pmo soon against this vendor how they steal gst in government company but no one take action against this vendor. As per my opinion this vendor is black list from hpcl and how people support corruption and not support small vendor by officer and also make fake gst bill. I am awaiting your feedback.

Hi,

I am hp gas customer, having customer number 650539 registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder on 22nd april may at 12 pm.

During this process rs. 697.50 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. I had paid through upi. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my account after that i got the message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...And the home deliver is very rude .he has no manners to talk with a person and espically with a woman .I am tried from this poor management of hp gas.please kindly take action on it as soon as possible .

My hp gas cosumer no. Is 608797. My old addess was 'dhanvantari flat no.6, mumbai port trust hospital campus, wadala east, mumbai - 400037. Now i have shifted to 'lodha estrella building, wing-b, flat-0203, new cuffpared, mumbai - 400022'. You are requested to register my new address and direct the new gas cylinder supplying agent covering my new address area so that hence forth i can get the gas cylinder from him. Balaji gas agency has started pushing some card for delivery purpose and they are charging rs-20/-. When i denied to buy it they stopped providing service even after booking cylinder they denied to provide gas cylinder.
This is very bad about the agency. I think if you have applied any process to improve your performance then why they are taking charges from customer. Why should we install there app in our mobile. This is ridiculous

Ganesh petrol pump in bhopal located at ayodhya bypass road.in front of laxmi vihar/vindya hospital. When i took the petrol pump then they did not show the zero reading and started putting the petrol in my vehicle. When i objected they said it is not our job to show zero. I even found the petrol to be less than normal. When i asked for complaint book they did not give any. Instead they said u can do whatever u want.

I am a hp gas customer from 2017. From the very beginning only my kyc details were submitted. But my subsidy was not getting credited. Suddenly from last 2 months it started getting credited. But the previous ones are still showing pending in hp website from 14/7/2017 till 24/10/2018. Please help me to get the money credited to my account at the earliest.

I have obtained new hp gas connection on 12.12.2018 my connection number being 621182 while my lpg id number is[protected]. Till date no subsidy amount was credited into my account. I have made contact with the gas distributor agency but they have not done anything. I am a poor female and have no other way but to depend upon you to solve this problem.

I have booked cylinder from myhpgas portal on[protected] and paid amount through online, amount is deducted from my account and transaction was successful. But dealer saying that transaction is failed so he cant delivery cylinder.
