As per HDFC bank, Digital UPI payment / Funds transfer was done successfully to the SBI account #[protected], As per VIMAL Enterprises they have not received payment, Can you please help me to refund amount or help me to settle amount while booking HP GAS Cylinder. Every time i raised complain they closed instead helping me. Kindly share me escalation matrix where my payment issue can be resolved. I have again attached all relevant transaction details.

Please note that my consumer no. : 118334 and Bajaj gas Agency Pusad Dist Yavatmal (Maharashtra)

Please note that i had submitted my adhar copy to my agency very long back. And everything was fair and well but to my eyes after one and half year I saw the subsidy is not credit to my account initially they were telling me the subsidy amount is on hold. After few months they told me, my adhar was not linked with the bank. However, i submitted immediately my adhar copy to bank twice and also received confirmation from them my adhar was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later every month i was following up with them every time same reason adhar was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from there to link my adhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said However, later after their suggestion i again KYC the opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and has done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get my entire subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

My alto fuel tank was totally empty, i asked one employe to fill petrol of rs.2000. He started filling petrol. I was watching meter & suddenly other guy came and ask for card as i wanted to pay with card. So, after taking card instead of coming and standing near by me he stands behind petrol fuel station and asked me to come and enter pin. At that time fuel has completed of rs.500+ and then i went to him and enter my pin for payment. And came back quickly, and what i saw on display only rs. 2000 figure. No quantity of petrol i seen there. I ask them what is that.. Where is the quantity of liters gone. That guy told me there may be setting inside to refule other vehicles after yours. I asked him again and again how much liters you filled. He told me it was 26.55 litters.
And when i saw my car's petrol meter it should be near about full but it was only showing little bit more than half tank.
I argued with him and in the next minute he filled 5 litter of petrol again. Also he said "sorry sir we will not do this again. This will not happen next time you visit." please look review of customers on google.

I have booked online for gas cylinder on 22nd november 2018. My consumer no is 600455. Even after one month i have not received my cylinder.in-spite of my several phone contacts the agent is not giving me proper reply. This agent is not bothered about complaints. I wanted to know why this agent m/s. Subhashini hp gas agencies is showing lackluster attitude to its customers

It is 10 days over but i haven't got the cylinder. I went to agency office only to know that gas cylinders are out of stock. But now when in stock delivery person is postponing my refill.
Earlier also i have bad experience of this agency regarding service.
I am thinking of shifting to other gas company like indane or bharat gas

I am not getting the subsidy, due to opted out showing in my account at HP website. i need the subsidy hence please provide me the subsidy. my distributor was also telling that my aadhar is alredy link to my bank account and bank (SBI) also confirm that account is link to LPG subsidy but i do not know why it is still showing that subsidy is opting out.
Please make it correct, i need the subsidy.
Please also provide me the all previous subsidies opted out.

Sir my name is jayendra kant rao. I linked my bank account with aadhar number to npci. I checked on uidai there is my aadhar showing active on uidai server. But my gas subsidy not credited in my account. Due to multiple connection showing with my aadhar while i had surrender my old hp gas connection on date[protected] and i take new hp gas connection on date[protected]m so i have no multiple connection with my aadhar. Kindly revert my pending subsidies in my account. I shall be highly obliged to act of your kindness.

On oct 14th 2018, i have refueled my skoda at the hpcl petrol bunk. Enroute to hyd, the vehicle vibrated and engine lights flashed and the car came to an abrupt stop. I called up skoda around 8 :00pm and they proposed to bring it to the nearest dealer in vijayawada.

The next day skoda service confirmed adulation in diesel and drained out fuel and had to check couple injectors which are impacted.

Pls find attached a detailed report from skoda. I do have a sample of the diesel if you wish to further enquire.

I talked to the bunk owners the next day and to my utter belief, they were rude and demanded to complain anywhere necessary.

I would appreciate scrutiny over the bunk so that no one else will be impacted like me.

Hi im madhukar bendale 74 yrs old consumer no 668074 was staying in kalyan west and now im transferd tp panvel so i want to transfer my hp gas connection also but indradeep gas avency kalyan west toldme my hp gas connection is blocked. Unnecessarily without any reason and i'm using only hp gas connection since so many yrs
And now they taking time to unblock my gas connection and i'm facing very difficulties for cylinder

Last time at the time of delivery he was demanded money even though we gave extra money. This time he did not delivery the cylinder showing the cause of address changed. There is no such kind of changing the address only because of extra money he did not delivery the cylinder. And agency people (Mm enterprises) also not solving the issue even after making so many calls to them. Delivery boy is behaving very rudely for not giving extra money what he expecting.

I had my aadhar linked to 2 accounts,
Which is why my gas connection was deactivated.
Now i need to activate it as i have unlinked the aadhar of the other account.
I contacted the gas agency they are not supporting me.
I have a document of the other account which clearly shows that the subsidy was coming to my account and now goes my brother's account.

Is that not enough of proof
Please help ne for the same.

My name is a v hariya i am ordered cylinder on 8th december order ref no [protected] order no 312793 & cash memo no 1089730 dated 09.12.2018 distributor name swapnashilp gas agency is issue cash memo on 9th dec as per my order but till date not delvered my gas, i think they sold my gas cylinder sold in black to other person. I have called many time they are not give proper answer, i have 60 yeay old & not able to cook without gas cylinder, as per hp site they wrote "as per current delivery rate expected date of delivery of your refill booking will be within next 2 working days." but we not getting any feed back

I have linked my aadhar card to bank as well as to hp gas agency individually but still not getting subsidy and not linked to npci. Please advise.
