While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my sbi bank account.
Failed amount is rs. 1030.50 inr and was made payment by sbi account via BHIM app

Non delivery of gas cylender after booking
My consumer no to gas is 615969 at santoshi mata hp gas enterprises, jagadgirigutta, hyderabad
I booked gas for home delivery 09 days back but till today 30.10.18 not deliver. Whenever i make whats app to their representative, not responding properly and giving replay, i am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. Whenever i book a gas cylinder my subsidy amount is being kept on hold and when i raised a complaint against gas distributor they said we cannot help you with this. My adhaar is linked with both hp gas and registered bank account.

Please note that my consumer no. : 618894and royal gas agency jalna maharashtra

Please note that i had submitted my adhar copy to agency very long back. Initially they were telling me the subsidy amount is on hold. After few months they told me, my adhar was not linked with the bank. However, i submitted immediately my adhar copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my adhar was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later everymonth i was following up with them every time same reason adhar was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my adhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since it was joint account and was not primary holder, would not get the amount credited. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

My consumer no is 655016, my lpg id is [protected], aadhar no[protected], icici bank ac no[protected], distributor name shri ganapati zilla k. A. S. S. S. S. Ltd, distributor code 19559000. The subsidy amount of 304.30 is yet not deposited; order date 26/09/2018, order no 336185 order ref no:[protected].
My aadhar is linked with lpg and also updated with icici bank account dated on 22/10/2018. On login with hp gas, transfer status displayed message payment on hold.

My aadhar card is linked with bank account but not shown in gas agency.. I have not received my subsidy since last one year yesterday i got subsidy of just one month. But reaming lapsed subsidy is not received what is the procedure to get my lapsed subsidy back in my account.

On 20th sept 2018 i paid rs 843.83 for booking a gas refill. The 1st transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my sbi credit card. The 2nd transaction was successful for which i received the refill.

Requesting you to refund rs 843.83 for the failed transaction.

Today i got the same message from ad-hpclis. Location was aishi ran batra in new delhi petrol pump..
Why it is happening??? If it is done by you then why??? If it is not done by you, then y u message me in fraudulent manner???

Sir it's been more than 1 year i gave up gas subsidy : (Consumer no : 687229
Consumer name :m. Sreeram kumar distributor code : 15151800
Distributor name :ratna agencies). My aadhar number was already linked with my gas account. Now due to financial crisis, i would like to get back my gas subsidy. Could you please help me by deactivating my current gas subsidy option and by providing the subsidy. Because currently i need this very desperately requesting this.

Sir my hp Gas account is blocked since May 2018 my Consumer number is 612194 from Jammu and Kashmir. I had not received gas for few months before May 2018 and my account was blocked instantly. Due this problem i am not able to book my refill order online or offline.
I hope my problem will be resolved on priorty basis.
