The shri venkateshwara agencies petrol station located at nemilichery on mth road, chennai is not providing air filling services and the managers mr. Manoj kumar and mr. Krishnan of this pump are very reluctant to the request for long time.

Also, they make fun and mockery every time i ask them why they don't maintain it.

Isn't it mandatory to maintain these basic facility and is there any check on this by the oil corporation?

Even the airfilling person are appreciated abundantly and paid in cash too, if maintained...

For HP LPG ID: 2 [protected], subsidy amount for the last 5 refills has not been credited to the bank account.
We have aadhar linked with Kotak bank and later Kotak bank account has been closed and linked my aadhar to SBI account.
Aadhar has been linked successfully as confirmed by SBI bank manager & we can see the linking status on https://www.onlinesbi.com/ web page also.
But when I checked in https://uidai.gov.in/ portal, my aadhar is still linked up with Kotak Mahindra bank and is in Inactive state.
Can you please help us to make my aadhar active with SBI account.

I have not been credit to my account for past 06 months of connection taken from hp dealer name - m/s virji khimji in talegaon dahade, pune, maharashtra - 410507.
Every time i purchase as cylinder after 24 hrs a message will generate with cannot credit the subsidy incomplete transaction.
Kindly assist as my adhar card is already linked with bank of maharashtra - account no:[protected] and adhar number:[protected] name:shailesh dashrath khedkar.

Worst experience from them, we booked new connection from them last week[protected].They promised us will deliver Monday, still we yet received our cylinder.

Gas not delivered and they always too much delay, hp's process their not working properly.
My consumer 606087 i book my gas cylinder on 06.10.2018 booking number is 504365 and hp informed me booking cleared till 03 oct 2018
I received message hp gas is hpgas bookingno 504365 cashmemo 1054973 dt 10.10.18 rs.871.50, is generated. Ezygas authentication code is 5968.

Till date means 13 oct. 18 i can't received the gas.
I call gas agency to supply my cylinder again and again they didnt notice to my phone not given well treat
And deliveryboy he demanding rs 10 extra to serve cylinder.

Hi sir my name is MD.RAHUP MD.DASTGIR i have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the npci status is still inactive. So please update my account in npci.

My gas connection is blocked due to having double connection. But i need urgent gas cylinder. I am to much busy due my brother in law is hospitalised for heart surgery.
I am senior citizen and planned to transfer one connection to my son's name. As soon as i will be free i will transfer one connection. But time being unblock my connection.

I have two bank account. One in sbi & second in kotak. The hpcl transfer my subsidy to kotak bank but i want my subsidy in my sbi bank so i went to the kotak bank & close account. As well as i went to the sbi & link my account for lpg subsidy. But still my subsidy is not coming in my sbi account. So i called hpcl they told me your aadhar number is inactive in ncpi.
What should is do sir?
Please help me out.

Hi all,

Consumer# : 624942
5th oct booked refill.

As per the govt saying we are supposed to get gas within 24-48hrs if am wrong correct me.! In this m m enterprises hsr layout whenever we book gas not even a single time we received the gas on time and if we call m m enterprises they say they are sending today and now its almost 8th day till now not received cylinder and this is the first worst agency i experienced with very bad response and always saying lies to customers.

When ever the delivery boy comes he asks for 60/- to 100/- extra

Hope this will be taken seriously..! And make sense of complaining.

R/sir, madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention that i realised the amount of petrol filled hp petrol bunk at nagole /uppal, hyderabad, telangana. As i filled petrol of rs.550/- on 8.10.2018 in this pump in emergency as i was running out of fuel. I'm regular customer at bpcl pump, nagole, hyderabad. For same amount i do get 5 columns of petrol indicator in my car whereas in this case only three columns of petrol indicator was shown. Hence i suspect there is tampering in meter reading for filling of petrol for amount of rs, 500/-. This may please be looked into and request do needful in curbing fleecing of innocent customer

I live in a different state and not visited Nagpur ever. I am getting these messages repeatedly. Can you please check why I am getting these messages???

I update my bank account with aadhar number 3 time in 7 month. But hp gas subsidy not credit in my account. My bank of india account closed approx 1 year. After that i update my pnb account 3 time update. But till now subsidy not credit in pnb account. Hp gas agency says that contact with your bank & bank says that contact your gas agency.

As per your hp refuel apps, i recharged rs.1000/= on 16/09/2018 and i purchased 10 liters petrol through your apps but i have not received any kind of credit from your end till date.Please solve the matter as early as possible.

I have been opened my account on your online h p consumer portal.
But at tat time mistakenly i could not activate the email. Now i tried to login the account. I am instructed to click on my activation email. I searched for it in inbox, thrash, spam everywhere, but could not found it. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com due to above said mistake i am unable to login to the consumer portal. Therefore kindly solve my problem as soon as possible by sending the activation email.

Today @08:00 hrs, visited Sing Automobile, CA Road, Nagpur for refill petrol in my scooty, ask to fill of 50 rupees but he has deliver the petrol of 49.87. Ask and insisted why you short fill then he misbehave with me. Kindly treat this matter and take action to stop looting citizens.
