Hi sir, my name is sachin rahate. I have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account and i have confirmed in bank as well as on website o[censored]idai, it shows aadhar is linked but the status of aadhar linking in hp gas agency database is adhar is not registered in bank. Thats why i am not eligible for gas subsidy. My hp consumer number is 667628. I have bank account in bank :axis bank, so please guide me what should i do.
Here, in the attachment, i am giving aadhar status in bank.
Kindly requesting you solve the problem as soon as possible.

        Agency details - hp gas - shri lalji gas service,
        Shop no. 10, shatrunjay giri bldg, ashok nagar, kandivali east, mumbai 400 101.

        Experience is getting worst day by day as the delivery of gas cylinder is not don't by the agency

        Worst service ever.

        Even after booking the gas and receiving the confirmation message, gas is not delivered for several days and goes up to 20 - 30 days waiting to receive the gas cylinder.
        Always we have to call the agency and ask for the cylinder to get delivered, where they say that it would be delivered to us the next day but don't get it. Calling the agency again again is becoming a problem when we have a confirmation on gas booking.

        When after this efforts the delivery boy deliers the cylinder but don't give a receipt of the bill even after asking for it.

        Getting gas is a trouble now.

          I'm in jharkhand and have never traveled to jalgaon but couldn't understand the context of this message. This indicates a possible message scam and more issues.

            I'm tanveerahmed siddiqui staying in pune dhanori tingre nagar lane no 14 my complaints again tingre nagar sawant petrol pump i'm fuel petrol 5th october 2018 time 20.31 my bike amount 500rs but after 2 minutes my bike was slow slow stop run i'm going garage and show the vehicle what is the issue he checked and said that your tank petrol mix water thats why bike was runnstop and stop i'm. Going petrol pump and showing the petrol he rudly behaviour with me and using abusing language as well he selling petrol bottle also please i requested you kindly take strictly action against this pune tingre nagar sawant petrol pump.               Duty staff on 5/10/2018 at 3:35pm of Sona Fuel Petrol Pump Sadhaura District Yamunanagar Haryana misbehaved and abused with me for asking my refund due to twice swiped my Debit card.i shown them my pass book but they threaded me and refused to refund.
              That’s the matter of defamation because I’m class 1 officer in Haryana Higher Education Deptt.
              Please do strict action against the concerned duty staff and refund my payment those received by the petrol pump.

                NAME- MANOJ KUMAR SHARMA, CONSUMER NO.-635947, I am a consumer of HP Gas connection. i don't know why, from last 3 times HP GAS is providing Non- subsidized Cylinder to me, which is on market price. I used to contact to distributor- DINESH GAS SERVICE, SULTANPUR but he is saying to contact to customer care. I have contacted to customer care, they are saying to link your aadhar to bank account as well as NPCI. I have thrice updated my Aadhar to my bank and my bank account is also showing in my LPG Connection profile but also HP Gas connection is not providing subsidy to me.

                This is a fraudulent activity done by HPCL. In name of aadhar linking, they provide non-subsidized cylinder to consumer at market price. I got frustrated from HP Gas. Please solve my problem and release my last 3 cylinders subsidy.

                  Aadhar card was submitted to matharu gas agency 1 year back.. And to delivery person also when asked and also via telephone auto machine while booking refilling of cylinder.

                  I have again submitted all the detail to bank and agency..

                  Now when following up with gas agency they are denying the subsidy amount and saying will be given from next re-filling.

                  I dont know how the subsidy can be lapsed for 1 week before refilling also.. It's just they don't want to help consumers

                  Complaint raised with hp no resolution provided..

                  Dec2016 - oct 2018 subsidy has not been added to account.

                  Pls look into the issue.

                          I am ravi sharma and has been a hp gas customer from 2012 till 2015 when i stayed in udaipur, rajasthan. I left udaipur in 2015 and shifted to jharsuguda, odisha for my work. Before moving out, i surrendered my double cylinder hp connection to the local distributor and completed all final formalities. The distributor returned me my deposit amount in cash and due to some system related issue (As they told me that time), they said that i will be getting an online message of the deactivation. Due to urgency to join my new office as early as possible, i had to leave udaipur trusting the distributor.

                          Below are my hp connection details for your reference.

                          I joined my new office in jharsuguda, odisha and took a new indane gas cylinder there. Since then i have been a indane gas customer.

                          Now in august 2018, i was informed by my present distributor that my indane connection has been blocked as my earlier hp connection is still active.

                          I checked my online hp account and i was surprised to see it in still ‘active’ status. I checked the cylinder refill history and i saw one last refill done in april 2016 when i wasn’t there in udaipur (Screenshot attached). I have also got a subsidy of rs 112.37 inr on 18/04/2016 credited into my account (Bank statement also attached along with). I am not sure who did this booking when i was not residing in zawar mines. Since then, there has not been any refill and yet my account is in ‘active’ status.

                          I called my ‘zawar mines’ distributor and they are now not accepting my plea. I even asked them that when my last refill was in april 2016, how come my connection is still in active status and not deactivated? They did not give me any answer and from yesterday they are even not picking up my phone to try and resolve this issue.

                          I am inclined to take this step to make a complaint to you in the hope that you will help me positively and guide me in resolving this issue. I am without any gas connection now and my family is facing issues due to this negligent act of the ‘zawar mines’ distributor.

                          I request you to take steps to get my account deactivated so that my present indane gas connection can be reactivated.

                            Dear sir/mam

                            Iam a hp gas holder with consumer number 619860 (Chetan gas service miraj 416410) i have updated my aadhar number in bank records last 3 years back but till now i didnt got my aadhar subsidy when i inquired about this issue in gas agency they are asking to update aadhar in bank records and i enquir bank and the same has been updated in my bank account., and when i called customer care of toll free [protected] they said npci didnt confirmed your bank details and aadhar has not updated in bank account. And i asked after updating with ncpi it takes six months in mean time if i pay 3 times for gas will my 3 payments amount will get at the same time into my bank account the concerned executive said after aadhar gets enrolled from that time only amount will get credit and they are not even telling the time limit., this is not the proper way they respond and taking money from people and not paying them back is the worst thing., i request you to do the needful and provide my subsidy amount back into my account,

                              We are regular customer of hp we go to fill up petrol or diesel on your hp retail outlet in chandoli near rajgurunagar today we filled diesel in our jeep and requested your employees to fill up air your employees denying to fill up air by saying we only fill up air in two wheelers we requested again but they denied if your dealership employees are doing this purposely that means you exploit your customers purposely this is against the law

                                  I have done the payment on 20-sep-18 pfb message for reference:
                                  Dear customer, txn of inr 809.71 using credit card xx3008 done at citrusp*pushpam on 20-sep-18. Avbl cr lmt:inr 12, 136.64. For dispute, call [protected].

                                  The amount has been debited from my credit card and our merchant did not received the amount. Also bank refused to refund the same amount as amount has been received by hp.

                                  This is not acceptable, required your urgent attention on the same and refund the same amount.

                                    मैंने कल यानी 24 सिंतबर2018 को मंगल सर्विस स्टेशन हरिद्वार रोड लालतप्पड़, देहरादून में डीजल भरवाने के बाद पंप कर्मचारी से गाड़ी के टायर में हवा चेकिंग के लिए कहा तो कर्मचारी द्वारा अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया। इन कर्मचारियों की शिकायत मैंने स्टेशन मैनेजर श्री सुदर्शन जी से करनी चाही तो मैनेजर साहब भी अपने कैबिन में अपनी कुर्सी पर बैठे और टेवल पर पैर रखकर सोते हुए पाये गए। उन्हें जगाने के बाद शिकायत की तो उन्होंने भी अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया। क्या यही हमारे हिन्दुस्तान की सभ्यता रह गई है या फिर हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम लिमिटेड कंपनी में ऐसे कर्मचारी रखते हैं जिन्हें बात करने सभ्यता नहीं हो।मेरी कंपनी से यही अनुरोध है कि ऐसे मैनेजर और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाय।धन्यवाद

                                      I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency..
