I am having connection of hp gas. Registred by the name of shekhar kumar shroff from raipur (C. G). My consumer number - 607286 from kalyan gas agency (Distributor, new bus stand, pandri).
I am facing problem in login online as i forgot my user id and password. And when i apply to forget password that time my email ([protected]@gmail.com) is displaying invalid. Please help me to reset all my setting and my email address...

I had booked for supply of gas on 2nd may'18 and yet to receive the cylinder. On 5th may'18 over sms i was notified that cash memo no.582414 dtd 5.5.18 was generated and authentication code was intimated. R sir. My aadhar no[protected]. Which i link my sbi account no-[protected]. But lpg subsidy can not transferred by hpcl in this account due to this account is not mapped by npci. Why my account is not mapped by npci. Kindly do necessary action and guidance regarding. Is aadhar linking process is wrong. Bank show me that my accont is linked with aadhar successfully....

I have booked gas cylinders on 21.04.18 and booking id is 530606... And today is 02.05.18 and still didn't receive any update when the gas will be delivered. This is too disgusting whenever u call them, they replied we don't know when the gas will be delivered.. This is a kind of harassing local people. The concerned person should look into this matter and if he can't resolve then he/she should resigned from his designation so that we cannot...

We get our hindustan petroleum gas cylinders delivered from "shreeji gas service, charkop, kandivali (West)". They have provided us a very bad service, low product quality and have charged us higher product prices. The product is not tested properly before delivering it to customers, past 3 times we are getting gas cylinders with leakage problems. The mechanic asks for money whenever there is a leakage issue, in my opinion this service should...

But activation link is not send on my given email address. For going to register refill booking email is not valid shown by ur software. This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. 691998. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. Sir, Myself Mr. Vaibhav Gajbhiye, Consumer no. 623312, from Nagpur had booked a refill on 19th April, 2018 thru the IVR facility. I have not received a refill till date i.e. 27.04.2018. I got a message that my booking has been cancelled with booking no. 549364 on the same day and has asked me to re-book my refill. Line gas-refill booking facility, to this to create account. So i created
Account for booking gas refill, but it is not activated. There is a no
Message to me.

So please rectify my problem as early as possible....

Subsidy amount is in hold due to NPCI linkage, adhar number is submitted in my both bank as well as given in gas distributor, but still amount is in hold, why?
Please least release it as Soon as possible

We are resider of sambalpur, odisha
There is your dealer *dwari fuel* at charbati area near the jail road.
Every time we are being harashed as not getting fuel for card payment.
The dealer says if you want to fill below 100/- (We demand for 50/-) then go through cash payment.

Seriously it has been more than 1 year, i have been facing the same problem of delivering the gas after more than 12 days that too i have to go to the agency and again tell him in words to deliver the gas. What the hell you people are providing service? Either take action against the agency or i will change indian gas from hp.

Ye sale chore hai. Pehale to apko kahemge ki 30 din use karo fir result nahi mila to apke pure pese wapas kar denge. Fir jab result nahi milta hai to fir ye apko ek mothen fir se use karne ko kahenge fir bi result nahi milta hai to ye fir se use karne ko kahenge. Par jab ap unse apne pese wapas karne ko kahenge to ap apse ye kahenge ki apko kisi darmetolist ki report ki copy karke hamare ko mail karo. Or uske baad apko apke pese bi wapas...

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my icici bank account. When can receive failed transaction amount.
Failed amount is rs.647 inr and was made payment by citibank

As the aadhaar number is registered with the hindustan petroleum company
Still from 2015 we have not received the gas subsidy till last month that is february 18

Sir,
Whenever I book a cylinder, they don't deliver the cylinder and I have to go to godown to get it.
This has happened many times and still I am not getting the cylinders at my residence and even at the godown, they don't provide the receipt.As the price of LPG keeps on changing, we never come to know about the price as we don't get the receipt.
