I booked gas cylinder refill lastweek (12th of feb) through hp gas app and
Payment had been done, but in refill history it's not showing any data and
We didnt recieved any confirmation sms. Nor amount has transferred to bank
Account.

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to file a complaint in hp portal. But, i couldn't find a proper reason and don't know what to next, to whom should i contact. So i am posting it here. Kindly help and refund same an amount of rs. 652.61.

My 1st transaction got failed and amount got deducted. Then i tried 2nd-time payment got success. But, i didn't receive failed transaction amount.

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 15th may at 12 pm.

During this process rs. 618 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

Hp gas agency, peerless nagar, shop no. 61, panihati, sodpur is not providing gas in time.
Daily i m calling them for gas, booking no 552867., they are excusing will send today, but today never come since 1 week.

One day i visited their shop, for gas, booking no 552867., they replied same today will send the same. But not yet received.

Please do the needful.

My Adhaar was updated. I re-updated my adhaar number to my account . I am not receiving subsidy since last 2 years.

The status shows as : Subsidy lapsed (mopng)

Prior to September'2016, the subsidy was getting credited to my bank account.

After that I have not received any subsidy . Approx 2 yrs now.

Approx total amount : 2908.33/-

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my credit card. When can i receive the failed transaction amount.
Failed amount is rs.652.61 inr and was paid by citi bank.

Today in afternoon i visited prem service station andrews ganj, new delhi. There i purchased petrol (Speed performance/ extra premium) of rs 310/- inr, petrol price was 77.8 so according to this price i should have to get 3.98 ltrs petrol but they only gave 3.85 ltrs petrol.
Please take a serious action against them as i guess daily they are doing like this and people are not aware of this.

I am having connection of hp gas. Registred by the name of shekhar kumar shroff from raipur (C. G). My consumer number - 607286 from kalyan gas agency (Distributor, new bus stand, pandri).
I am facing problem in login online as i forgot my user id and password. And when i apply to forget password that time my email ([protected]@gmail.com) is displaying invalid. Please help me to reset all my setting and my email address...

I had booked for supply of gas on 2nd may'18 and yet to receive the cylinder. On 5th may'18 over sms i was notified that cash memo no.582414 dtd 5.5.18 was generated and authentication code was intimated. Thereafter every day i plead with the lady who picks up after a prolong wait and says"today we will supply". On 9th may.. Self again requested for urgent supply and again she told will supply and intimating the delivery guy for supply. She has very kindly shared the cell no. Of the del guy. I spoke to him and he said around 5pm will give. On 19th again i called the guy and asked why he did not deliver... He said today positively.. Again around 7 pm i contacted.. Firstly he refused to pick up... And after 10th try.. He picked up and said that area is not in my list. Today i reported the matter again to the lady of the apnabazar and demanded to know why this thing is happening and again she said that it will be supplied today. My consumer no. Is 657392. I have only one cylinder. Please do the needful and request to investigate whether people who booked after me received gas or not or it is done first come first serve basis. Please ask them to provide the list of gas cylinder supplied as per booking or not. If not what steps are being taken by the hp management, may kindly be intimated.

I, Sudipa Chatterjee, Chitra More, Bolpur, Birbhum, West Bengal-731204 have an HP LPG Consumer No. 611883 of M/S Majumdar Gas Domestic Appliance, Bhubandanga, Bolpur, Birbhum West Bengal-731204. The susidy amount used to credited to my State Bank of India, Bolpur branch account where my aadhar No. was linked. But after opening Airtel Payment Bank account, the subsidy amount credited to that airtel account which I did not like. So I made inactive my airtel payment bank account. Now since making inactive of the airtel account (during Dec 2017) the subsidy amount is not credited neither to my SBI Account nor to Airtel Payment bank account. I got several messages that "transfer of lpg subsidy failed with your account --[protected] of airtel payment bank." I visited SBI, Bolpur to update the Aadhar Number but no result. I have opened a new bank account in Allahabad Bank with linking my aadhar but still no outcome. Kindly pay your kind attention to this complaint so that the subsidy may be credited to my SBI or Allahabad bank account please. My mobile No. [protected].

R sir. My aadhar no[protected]. Which i link my sbi account no-[protected]. But lpg subsidy can not transferred by hpcl in this account due to this account is not mapped by npci. Why my account is not mapped by npci. Kindly do necessary action and guidance regarding. Is aadhar linking process is wrong. Bank show me that my accont is linked with aadhar successfully.

I have booked gas cylinders on 21.04.18 and booking id is 530606... And today is 02.05.18 and still didn't receive any update when the gas will be delivered. This is too disgusting whenever u call them, they replied we don't know when the gas will be delivered.. This is a kind of harassing local people. The concerned person should look into this matter and if he can't resolve then he/she should resigned from his designation so that we cannot suffer more in future.
