I have never applied for credit card nor the signature. But only thing i have availed only loan from kotak bank and many times i have received phone calls from kotak bank in regarding of credit card i simply rejected the credit card offer. I have not signed any document pertaining for credit card application. I have not provided my id proof/pan for credit card purpose. Identity theft has occurred with kotak data base.
Even though without my request they simply dispatched credit card to my residence. Within the same day a phone call received from bank and saying this is free gift for you without any charges occur in your credit card from received date onwards i never opened still it is lying in my home.
But recently i have applied loan from sbi they simply rejected my application due to cibil score this is all from kotak credit card people sent not paying charges for that. How they can send details when it is free of charges and beyond i have simply rejected.

In this regard i kindly request you to solve this issue and see the my cibil score must as usually before kotak credit card.

Gas subsidy of my lpg connection mentioned was regularly being deposited in my bank account connected with this gas connection through documents submitted by me to gas agency. For above referred subjected period, the subsidy for supplied gas cylinders was not deposited.
I request you to get me the subsidy of the above mentioned period.

Sir i have been opened my account on your online hp consumer portal. But at that time mistakenly i uploaded my wrong email i'd due to above said mistake i am unable to log in to the consumer portal. I have filled petrol many times from ulhasnagar 3 section 17 petrol pump near durby hotel... Today i filled petrol of inr 230 and when i asked for card swipe one of the worker who fill petrol in vehicle was asked to deduct 300... I asked took 230 petrol only 2.87 lit. But he was very arrogant and rude to me and was abusing saying manager to deduct 300 but after i shouted ans asked call person who filled the petrol but they were not listening to me... I asked i will complain about this they told we don't care. I asked not to do this again but he did not listened anything...
This happen twice either they give less petrol by continuing same meter reading or they try to deduct moreally money even manager sitting in cabin also involved with that worker. Kindly do the needful for improvement.

I never opted out of subsidy. However, when i logged into the myhpgas app for the first time, it said "thank you for opting out". That has been over a year ago and since then i have been trying to get myself opted in for subsidy but to no avail.

I even contacted my distributor who are absolutely not helpful and they tell me that nothing could be done.

I have half a mind to cancel my connection and apply for a new one with a different company like indane.

Hi team,

Please note that my consumer no. : 617523 and shivashakti gas,[protected].

Please note that i had submitted my adhar copy to agency very long back. Initially they were telling me the subsidy amount is on hold. After few months they told me, my adhar was not linked with the bank. However, i submitted immediately my adhar copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my adhar was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later everymonth i was following up with them every time same reason adhar was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my adhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since it was joint account and was not primary holder, would not get the amount credited. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

My consumer no is: 614596. We connect our new cylinder a week before, which was delivered 15 days ago. Yesterday there was a leakage in that cylinder. We disconnected that cyclinder yesterday afternoon and when we check last night, there was a huge pressure coming out of that white lid.. And we contact a staff who was working in srinithi agencies.. He visited our home last night, and he said that he will take away the cyclinder by today morning. No reply till now. We called for 3 times and there was no response.. See this s an serious issue... And there was no response from that agency till now... That cylinder is still in our terrace

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my SBI bank account. When can receive failed transaction amount.
Failed amount is rs.749 inr and was made payment by State Bank of India

Dear team,
I'm very first time seen this service i never seen this kind of worst service.. I have taken new connection i have paid money a week ago but after a week service guy has come to home and he is very very urgent and he is talking like very bad.. Every one in every where, we are expecting some use full service for our money but in this slv enterprises service guy not given service. I have purchased single gas with all accessories but if i asking to fit to service guy he is not supported so still we are not using gas connection we want to go some other services please help me...

Hi sir my name is jalaj I have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the NPCI status is still inactive. HP Gas portal show link with adhaar but not link with bank as per NPCI.
