    I have filled petrol many times from ulhasnagar 3 section 17 petrol pump near durby hotel... Today i filled petrol of inr 230 and when i asked for card swipe one of the worker who fill petrol in vehicle was asked to deduct 300... I asked took 230 petrol only 2.87 lit. But he was very arrogant and rude to me and was abusing saying manager to deduct 300 but after i shouted ans asked call person who filled the petrol but they were not listening to me... I asked i will complain about this they told we don't care. I asked not to do this again but he did not listened anything...
    This happen twice either they give less petrol by continuing same meter reading or they try to deduct moreally money even manager sitting in cabin also involved with that worker. Kindly do the needful for improvement.

      I never opted out of subsidy. However, when i logged into the myhpgas app for the first time, it said "thank you for opting out". That has been over a year ago and since then i have been trying to get myself opted in for subsidy but to no avail.

      I even contacted my distributor who are absolutely not helpful and they tell me that nothing could be done.

      I have half a mind to cancel my connection and apply for a new one with a different company like indane.

            Hi team,

            Please note that my consumer no. : 617523 and shivashakti gas,[protected].

            Please note that i had submitted my adhar copy to agency very long back. Initially they were telling me the subsidy amount is on hold. After few months they told me, my adhar was not linked with the bank. However, i submitted immediately my adhar copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my adhar was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later everymonth i was following up with them every time same reason adhar was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my adhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since it was joint account and was not primary holder, would not get the amount credited. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

              My consumer no is: 614596. We connect our new cylinder a week before, which was delivered 15 days ago. Yesterday there was a leakage in that cylinder. We disconnected that cyclinder yesterday afternoon and when we check last night, there was a huge pressure coming out of that white lid.. And we contact a staff who was working in srinithi agencies.. He visited our home last night, and he said that he will take away the cyclinder by today morning. No reply till now. We called for 3 times and there was no response.. See this s an serious issue... And there was no response from that agency till now... That cylinder is still in our terrace

                It is not resolved. Kindly solve my problem
                I filled pertrol at HP authorised pump. Shanti Petroleum Boisar. Maharashtra. After fueling the car stalled on highyway after 5kms. The car was than towed to bmw workshop. After checking they have realised that fuel was diluted with water causing the drivetrain of my car to fail. Total expenses Rs. 80000/-

Its not first time happening. It happens almost time. I complain in gas agency many times but still any action was not taken.. It's my request to rectify this problem as soon as possible...

                                    My consumer no. - 804795, log id-2 [protected], i have submitted a complain. I received cylinder order no. 523739, cash memo no.-1004710 but cylinder is 4kg underweight. I received another message of cylinder. Order no.-527352, cash memo no.- 1004710. This wasn't proceed by me. How can it will be possible. I want to know. Where went my cylinder. Please find it and answer me. This is a corruption way.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I am a consumer of hp gas service and my consumer id is : 656697.

                                      I booked through ivr refill for cylinder with distributor (Sangameshwara)
                                      & later received msg on mobile as mentioned below:

                                      { dear consumer, please click http://t.payu.in/p16fpe to pay hpcl cylinder and avail offers. For queries: [protected]@citruspay.com }

                                      So, used link from message & the amount & details was somewhat similar hence, i paid amount through net banking for cylinder on 18/02/2018 night and received confirmation online as booking amount paid 800.42 rupees successfully.

                                      I missed to take screenshot of the information because, i thought i will get message as well but not received & later was tried to see the webpage is also not showing that as well it always says expired.

                                      To re-confirm if this is fake or genuine visited my gas distributor agency place (Sangameshwara) & shown this all message & explained & they said its all genuine so, now i am tracking back to back gas delivery status & i don't have any prof amount paid so,

                                      Please help with this prof details..

                                        Sir my name is deepak agrawal.. I closed my airtel payment bank account.. And i opend new bank account in sbi before 2 week and update with aadhar no.. But still my bank account status on npci server inactive shown.. I have two bank account both are connected with aadhar. After that my subsidy failed many time because of npci server not connected any bank account.. What i do sir.. My aadhar no.[protected].. And my lpg consumer no.600725 in hp.. Plz check this what is the problem. Sir my mobile no.[protected].. Thanks sir
