Dear sir/madam,
I have login problem even i enter correct password telling the password is wrong. If i click forgot password its telling the mail is sent to you but i havent recieve any mail have tried many times my consumer no:602838 and my hp gas login email is [protected]@gmail.com connection from kayal enterprise please help me out!!!
I have remembered my login id and pass word also written in a cnfidential place i have tried to open since 3 days but every time screen displays a message login email is not valid... I have to book an order for gas cylinder but not success finally i have ordered by phone. I am using the hp portal since 5 years and usually pay online which is more convenienc. So i request youb please solve my problem as early as pissible and send a message at my registered email.

    Please note that i (Consumer number : 651070, sri sai krishna gas agency[protected], gachibowli, rangareddy dist, telangana state) have booked by online a gas cylinder for home delivery on 20st july.'2017, wide booking number 551263 and reciept number 1065076 dated 24/07/2017. But till date i have not received the same. You are requested to deliver as earliest.

      I booked cylinder for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver to cylinder when ever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp gas agency.

        Yesterday i visited capital services petrol pump .i told them to fill 520rs petrol but when they fill..tje reading directly from zero to 100in less then a sec.when my car petrol meter doesn't increase i argued them and told them you are doing fraud with coustmer.. They easily fill in 100rs petrol more free..So it means they are doing fraud .To escape from any complaint they fill100rs petrol more free of cost.

            My house is 1 km far away from hp gas agency. But our delivery boys are demanding us to pay more than printed bill by agency. If we are not able to pay they are taking my cylinder to agency and telling report there is no one in that house. Automatically my gas booking cancelling. They are doing like these type of harassment to us. We are all so suffering from gas delivery boys.

                          Initial i did not give aadhar card when my connection was in mahashtra, so i was not getting subsidy.
                          Later i transferred my connection to south delhi gas agency in new delhi and also submitted 2 copies of aadhaarcard, however i am not getting subsidy.

                            I deodad lopes a hp gas holder with consumer number 664596, swapna shilp gas agency virar palghar. I have updated my aadhar number in bank records last week again, but till now i didnt get my aadhar subsidy yet in the bank when i inquired about this issue in gas agency they are asking to update aadhar in hdfc bank records and the same has been updated in my bank account., and when i called customer care of toll free [protected] they said npci didnt confirmed your bank details and aadhar has not updated in bank account. And i asked after updating with ncpi it takes three months in mean time if i pay 3 times for gas will my 3 payments amount will get at the same time into my bank account the concerned executive said after aadhar gets enrolled from that time only amount will get credit and they are not even telling the time limit., this is not the proper way they respond and taking money from people and not paying them back is the worst thing., i request you to do the needful and provide my subsidy amount back into my account,

                              I am a reputed chest physician of rajasthan and is in practice in jaipur. I purchased petrol for rs 1860/- at your outlet named as hpcl comco auto care, ajmer road, jaipur, on july 08, 2017 at 08:57:00 hours, for my car 9245 and paid the amount through my icici credit card xxxx1000. Thereafter i did not happen to use the vehicle for 3 days.
                              On 12th, at about 4.15 pm, when i took a ride on it, on my way from my house to my clinic, everything was smooth for about 1km but thereafter it was a jerky ride for some time and then the engine stopped. I failed to restart it even after several attempts to do so.
                              I called a local mechanic who after some checks said that it was due to clogging of filters.
                              Although i was getting late for my clinic but i was helpless. I called a local crane operator. After about 1hour, it took the vehicle to workshop. It was too late to do anything on the day. After about 2 hours i took a cab to my clinic, many patients had left, others who were sick, were desperate to see me. Perhaps, you can easily understand the mental and physical agony of the under mentioned ……
                              On 13th, the workshop informed me that the petrol, drained out of the tank of my vehicle, is admixed with water. The photograph of the petrol sample is attached.
                              The whole circuit was to be cleansed and the car was restored to order only by evening of 13th. Meanwhile i had to suffer:
                              1. Lot of mental and physical hardship.
                              2. Loss of money in local transport
                              3. Loss of practice
                              4. Crane charges
                              5. Wastages of fuel of rs 1860/-
                              6. Repair charges.
                              Need not to say, i had to suffer all this because of the adulterated petrol at your outlet. I therefore request you to direct/ compensate me of all the losses that i suffered on this account. Failing this, i will be forced to take legal recourse for which you only be responsible

                                  Hp gas has issued mandatory gas checkup every once in two years but here in khopoli they are doing thrice in one year.
                                  Banging doors and asking rudely for compulsory check. We had a mandatory checkup of hp gas.in their website they showed 75 rs for it but in real the hp gas technician charged 200 rs. This was insane and really looting. I need help on this...

                                  Today i had refill the petrol in telangana lingampally hyderabad petrol bunk. At the time of starting only it shows 5 rupees with out petrol started to flow in to the tank. This is known to the petrol bunk employees. They are ignoring and after completion the holder will release with out complete flow in to the tank. Need to take severe actions on it. I have snapshot. If required i will provide that.

                                    1st of all their landline no[protected] no body picks up, have to call 10 times on the mob : [protected] before the lady picks up with a lot of irritation in her voice, and before listening to our query she makes her point example
