I have seen from last 8-9 months... Only single tap was working for refill the fuel (Normal petrol) tank in two wheelers and it was take more 5 min on one wheeler.
Another tap was working for two wheelers but only power fuel is filling in wheelers.
Hp delear rajeev service station, near zoo, nd-03, delear person told that company engineer not come for repairing this tap.
I know delear is not doing anything for change or repair this tap.
I am continue fill the petrol in my bike from last 1 year in morning around 8:30 to 9 am from this petrol pump.
So please it is requested to change or repair that tap for save our time.

Hi, i have purchased new hp gas connection in august-2017 from ratan gas agency, baner. Today i tried couple of times to connect another hp cylinder to regulator as earlier hp cylinder got exhausted. But, no success. I'm unable to connect cylinder to regulator. Look like their are some issues in regulator or in cylinder port. Need you immediate intervention.

I did not get home delivery service from my hp gas distributor (M/s jagat ram and sons) and also i had already discuss this matter to distributor but he refuse to deliver it at my home.
Kindly resolve issue, as i am working in cooperate and i don't have enough time to go at distributor place to refill my cylinder. I need home delivery.

On sunday afternoon, i had sent my toyota fortuner dl1cq2061, with my driver to hindustan petroleum punjabi bagh west near shivaji prk metro, i have my fuel receipt of 3700 for diesel instead my car was found with kerosene and water when the car had stopped working i had to tow it to galaxy automobiles, i have the sample and rest of the fuel with me and ensure me a proper reply as soon as possible because otherwise i would stricter actions because my car is at the workshop and its harming my business everyday!

The staffs are always delaying for billing and billing. If we complaint they replies "we will work such manner only, if need fill from us otherwise leave from this place".

Worth 330rs. But why you guys charged me extra 11.80rs?

Now only we are paying more to petrol why extra??? Why you guys are excepting cash without any additional charges???

I want to registre a complaint against kailash gas service sirsa and kasuli gas service sirsa. They both doing a very big corruption today and becoming customers and company fool. They have about 6000 fake gas connection today whose real coustomer doesn't exist and sales officer is also involved in their corruption and i have so many proofs to prove it. So plz sir i requested to you please take a strict action against them and save public money to go to their pockets. Today morning i reached your dealer m/s madhavlal and brothers, chhindwara and asked normal petrol but they reply only pawar petrol available then i fill-up more then 11 ltr petrol and request him to provide me swipe machine they denied to accept e payment then i asked him to check air then also denied that machine is out of order.

I want complaint register then they not provide us and after lot of discussion they provide me simple complaint register thous photo attached herewith. Vide bill no.2460 dt.21.09.2017 of rs.900/-

As our pm moto is cash less economy and we can't support if such type of network you have run.

Sir, i booked gas vide booking no. 591643 for home delivery on[protected], but not delivered till today. Bills issued whenever i make phone calls lot of times to but the concerned saying as tobe delivered soon. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. I am consumer of hp gas since august 2016 of the distributor “vinayak gas king” (Distributor id[protected], hoshangabad road, bhopal. At the time of gas connection, i got 2 filled cylinder from distributor and each cylinder take approx. 2 months and 3 weeks to get empty. I took 7 cylinders within 1 year, 4 cylinders get empty approx within 1 month. There is only 2 members in my family. I have used indane and hp gas in delhi and mumbai, and average rate of empty each cylinder takes approx 3 months.

I have complained 2 times to distributors and delivery boy, and cylinder is weighted correct approx. 30 kg by the delivery boy but my 4 cylinders get empty approx within 1 month out of 7 cylinders.

Continues i am facing problem within 1 month my gas cylinder is empty in 2 members’ family. Reason behind this, either supply of water filled cylinders or wrong weight machine.

Please do strict action against distributors and all delivery boy and please resolve this issue for me and all hp consumers.

I hope you, you’ll resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir, i had booked cyclinder vide booking no 508079 further cash memo no 1020843 dated 9/9/2017, but the cyclinder is not delivered till date and inspite of repeated calls and requests it is more than 15 days.
