I purchased LPG cylinder of hpcl and when took its weight i found almost 500 gram less gas in it.returning that i took weight other cylinders but same thing happened with other cylinders. I complained orally to the dealer .But refusing to be responsible, he told me to complain against the company.besides that, i also found a outdated cylinder which expiry date was B17 means june 2017 but though it had been kept for selling there.so my concern is who will be responsible for our loss and any accident if take place then who will come forward accepting their fault.besides this, most of rural people don't know all about this.if anything happened then they themself would be found responsible for their ignorance, which is not true.please help us all in this matter.

I have face very bad experience @ your HP Frencisee petrolpump .. Your staff don't know how to talk to custmor .. I filed petrol At Nadiad city G.M.Patel & sons and the staff are very bad talking with customers & I have complaind to owner but he niglate our complain & he is not proper talk with us so please do the needfull & take action which I have raised ..

EVen after repeated calls and visits to the HP Centre, I have not received my subsidy. On the website and when I visit the office trey confirm that I have submitted all relevant details and also have not opted out of subsidy. But on their website when I raise a complaint I get a response I have opted out of subsidy. I wonder where they get their details from . Where is the record maintained. I wonder why I do not receive my sibsidy. I have booked 6 cylinders over the last 16 months but have never received a subsidy and nor do they respond with a solution. Everytime I call or visit I am asked to wait. In my profile on HP Wensite I can seem y PnB details linked and can see my adhar linked but still I never receive subsidy

Sir, i have been opened my account on your online hp consumer portal. But at that time mistakenly i uploaded my wrong email i. E. [protected]@gmail.com instead of my correct email id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com. Due to above said my mistake i am unable to log in to the consumer portal. Therefore kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. On 24th june'2017, i went to hindustan petroleum pump (Details below) and filled petrol for rs 500 which ideally should have got me 7.24 ltrs of petrol since petrol in bangalore is about 69 rs/ltr. To my surprise i have been looted for about 210 rs, the petrol they have filled is not more than 4 ltrs. Right after 40 km's which is the average per ltr of my bike i had to switch to reserve. My reserve capacity is approx 3.25 ltrs (Avenger 220 street). They have looted me for a whopping 3+ ltrs of petrol. And the tactics were nice, he diverted my attention by speaking kannada, to which i told him that i dont understand, but he continued to speak in kannada. Worst experience. Requesting people who read this not to visit below petrol pump

They con people.. Hp petrol pump in medical square, untkhana they fool people.. They charge more money by coning them for not providing exact petrol as per money.. Kindly punish them or seize them.. Its a humble req to take a strict action against them.. We want a strict action to be taken or else we will complaint it to police station.. Hp is a very reputated name and behind this name you are fooling people.. From now onwards its a big risk for filling our vehicles through your company..

This is being a repeated issue for me to drop down a complaint regarding delay in gas delivery from sujatha gas agencies[protected]

I am consumer of hp gas with consumer no 723648. I have booked a refill on 31st may 2017 vied booking number 596578 and i have received cash memo through message vied no 1076198 on 1st june 2017. I am very sorry to say that this is the third time i am writing a complaint against the gas distribution agency sujatha gas agency.
In spite of calling them for several times they repeatedly they are telling same thing that the gas will be delivered to you by today and we wait for the gas for the whole day but the gas is not delivered by the end of the say and the same thing continues everyday. It has been 5 days since the distributor is saying the same thing. It is not possible for us to wait for the gas whole day when they are giving an assurance that the gas will be delivered in that day.
I hope that my complaint is being taken into consideration and i hope that the gas gets delivered to my address on time because the reputation of the esteemed company gets demoralized due to the ill functioning of the services provided by the agency

First thing first - i have given up subsidy on my gas cylinder as a responsible citizen and the treatment i get from you and your dealer is depressing.

I booked the first refill request on 12th may 2017 over hp call center with booking no 506056 : cash memo 190600 but the gas cylinder was never delivered.

The after few days realizing that something would have gone wrong booked again on 17th may 2017 booking no 508725 ; cash memo 1093629 and the gas cylinder was not delivered

Therefore, i booked the cylinder again on 29th may 2017 with booking id 514841 on 29th with cash memo 1000736 on 30th may again to my surprise the refill cylinder never got delivered

I got msg that the request got cancelled and asked me to book again so i tried my luck again and booked on 4th june 2017 booking no : 517698 for which i got the cash memo 1004760 on 5th june 2017.

Knowing what happen on all previous request i visited the truck place where the gas cylinder are kept for local delivery at aecs layout near water tank and request the delivery boy vinod to deliver the gas on 6th june 2017 - vinod said he will deliver and he did not deliver, so i went to the the delivery place again on 8th june 2017 and surprisingly the delivery boy visited my apartment at the gate when i returned - he confirmed that he will deliver the gas to my apartment - and to my surprise he did not deliver even today... His no not reachable - murali enterprise no not reachable/ always busy

God only help us with these kind of draconian enterprise and chain of people who are there to provide service is becoming irresponsible!!!

If anyone from the company is reading this note - please take action - i plan to visit the location with empty gas cylinder and get it replaced myself hopefully this approach works...

Thought of writing this note with proof so that some one - anyone take action on the people who are responsible for the miss and dissatisfaction!!


517698 on 2nd june

My aadhar no.[protected], sbi bank a/c -[protected]. I have already linked my bank a/c with aadhar dated on 11/05/2017. But when i checked in hp gas a/c it shows that ur aadhar not submitted as per npci. I asked bank staff 3 times they also told me that ur aadhar already linked. They mentioned the date also. My subsidy also not received dated from 14/10/2016 to 25/04/2017. Thats why i am submitting a complaint. Plz take quick action on it sir.

Wo hava pur sakta tha. Lekin usne air nahi puri. Aur khada hoke mana karke chala gaya..
2 baar aesa hua hai mese sath..
Last 2-april-2017 ko aesa kiya tha.
Aur aaj bhi aesa kiya..

Patel petrol Bunk, who claims to be authorized dealer of HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation LTD) is providing very poor quality of petrol to its customers. Patel petrol bunk is located near NTPC Mouda gate-1

On insisting to show the quality meter, he skips the word saying that he doesn't have any and its customer's will whether to buy petrol or not.

Continuous use of petrol from this station has made my bike's engine to stop indefinitely while running. This problem is faced by many local people here but none of them have the knowledge of the procedure to complain.

So, I request you to look into this issue and take proper action.

I have lost my HP gas bond or paper which they give when we take a connection. I have the gas card and pass book with me. I need to apply for additional gas booking for which the dealers are asking me for bond paper.
