My name is Mahua Acharjee, I'm from Kolkata, West Bengal 700060, my HP gas consumer number is 663276, dealer - Deepak Hp Gas Supply & my registered/personal number is [protected]. I'm using Hindustanpetroleum gas, & I've been Harassed with lots of things my agency is doing with me. Very unfortunately this time my gas ended just after booking. I begged to them for delivering the gas fast but they, even after 7 days of booking they're not bringing the gas to me. I've booked my gas on 13th September and requested after 1 day for emergency delivery. I've tried to complain on the toll free number [protected] about 6-7 times but they're not registering my complain. Lastly the putting my call on hold and disconnecting my call from their end. They also not brings weight machine maximum time & because of that I'm seeing my gas is finishing before expected time. I have been also tried to change my agency once before a few months online but because of other agencies not delivering the gas in my pin code (700060), I couldn't changed & registered to my old agency again through KYC.
I can't tell you how much I'm facing the critical situation, & my earnest request to check and resolve my problem very fast (today if possible), I'll be very thankful to you.

I had booked for refill of my consumer gas on 12 December and I immediately got a message confirming my booking on my registered mobile No. [protected]. In this connection it is observed that a lot of mischief is being played to cheat the consumers. In the reply received from my agency SRI VENKATESWARA GAS AGENCY I was also given the OTP 4314 to be revealed on delivery. I tried to contact the Agency several times but my calls were not being attended or was there any response. I had sent messages to one executive by name Ms Aruna Sriramsetty who had volunteered to give her mobile number to be contacted in case of problems, but that also did not work as she was not answering my calls. The staff appear to be callous and very casual while dealing with consumers. Since the time I got my registration done in this gas agency the billi is automatically generated in others name and some are even outstation consumers like Mumbai. I can furnish the details in case there is WhatsApp facility. I had directly talked to the delivery man and he brought me a cylinder the bill was in some others name and the amount shown was Rs.1105/- whereas the amount indicated in the message 0n my mobile was Rs.1052/- I am surprised as to how there can be two different rates for the same cylinder. Moreover, the delivery man was annoyed when I asked him for the bill and he refused to give stating that it was somebody else's bill and he was not able to give me the bill. In view of the above I request you to kindly advise me the following.
1. How the bills can be generated even without making any booking and OTP sent to the consumers who did not make any booking.
2. How can the delivery man give the cylinder in someone else's name without handing over the bill.
3. What is the procedure to take severe action against suh functioning by these agencies.
I would like to mention that I am a senior citizen nearing 70 years old and also a senior Government Officer. Incidentalyl, my father was a senior retired Officer from INDIAN OIL CORPORATION.
I request you to kindly initiate necessary action and please keep me informed of the action and I also want to know the powers of the delivery man who has the audacity to threaten me that he will not deliver. I feel it is a close newt work of the employees in unison to cheat the consumers. In case it is not possible to solve the problems I may be constrained to approach the legal system
