I have Maruti Ertiga car (diesel variant, VDI model). I had filled diesel from your retail outlet (Srinandi corner, HPCL Valmiki-Hunsur Road, Mysore) on 18th January 2017 after my car showed the indication of "low fuel". Attached herewith the receipt from Srinandi corner (clearly showing my vehicle regn. no.).

They had filled diesel full tank and the volume in the indicator showed 52.67 liters. The tank capacity of my car is 45 liters with some fuel left in my tank. Normally after I fill my tank after the "low-fuel" indication in my car I could fill only to the maximum of 38 liters (top-up and not auto-cut-off). Also attached herewith the diesel which I had filled in BPCL fuel station on 23rd Jan 2017 after my car showed "low-fuel indication". I could fill oly 37.8 liters (top-up).

First, when the tank capacity of the vehicle is maximum of 45 liters and with some fuel left in my tank how could your retain outlet can fill 52.67 liters?

When I talked to the owner of the fuel station he told that the tank with 45 liters capacity can fill 10 liters more. He also asked me to remove the tank from the fuel and he will prove it correct.
No logical person can do this..The tank capacity of 45 liters cannot fill 53 liters.
Also, for the past four years I could not fill more than 38 liters after the "low -fuel" indication in my car.

You retail outlet had cheated me. Therefore, I request you to take stringent action against your retail outlet and reimburse my money (62.99 x 15 = Rs. 945).
If I didn't get any response from you I wish to take legal action (consumer complaint)

I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE COMPLAINT WITH REGN. No. 16048504.

Attached herewith the receipt from your retain outlet as well as that from BPCL outlet. Also, attached herewith my RC book showing that my car is – Maruti Ertiga Diesel VDI model.

    Booking for refilling done vide bkg no. 561007 my connection No. 101279 for shaheed Balwan Gas Agency IVR Says cleared upto Dec.12, 2016, when will I got delivery. While asking IVR always plays such status since last 2 days.
    whether any other process for booking of gas is adopted by gas agency or process already followed. In One side India is going to be digitizing and cashless in other hand BHARAT PETROLIUM Server for Refilling / Leackage complaint still not working properly.

    However refilling is provided 05/2/2017 after going to gas agency repeatively 2 times, but answer was only that when we receive gas we will provide. However Stock of gas cylenders was in store.

    Surprise visits by gas agency and inspector food supply sampla was done in some small tea shop and about 9 domestic cylenders were captured as per news paper first week of feb. to save gas agency corruption.

      I am a customer of HP gas.recently moved into a new house and wish to change the address. Though I have been to the agency twice and submitted the details they dint change the address and whenever I book the gas, it's getting cancelled. And the gas agency people are not even answering the calls.dont know how can they be so reckless. I wasted lot of my time but unable to change the address. So pl do take necessary action soon.                       HPCL gas agency: Abishek gas agency, Bangalore - 38, consumer no; 604731

                      EVERY TIME THE DELIVERY BOY DEMANDING EXCESS AMOUNT. HE WILL DEMAND RUPEES 40 TO 50 MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PRICE PRINTED ON THE BILL. I HAD GIVEN ORAL COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER ABHISHEK GAS AGENCIES ONE MONTH BACK. HE HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION IN THIS MATTER. THE DELIVERY BOY NAME IS MR. HONNAIAH IS ALWAYS DEMANDING THE MONEY AND ALL THETIMES HE WILL TELL WITH OUT THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF Rs.40 to 50 he will not deliver the gas cylinder. Today at 4pm he deliverd the cylinder and demanded Rs. 640 insted of Rs. 597/- . i paid only Rs.600 today . He demanded excess amount with loud voice with abused words. immediately my son reported to the Abhishek GAs Agencies personally at 4.45 PM on 19th january 2017, . I request the HP company to investigate the matter. i having doubt that the company not paying the salary to delivery boys. Last month when i visited the Abhishek gas agencies for oral complaint several general public also given lot of complaint against the delivery boy. i am fed up with arrogance behavior of the delivery boy I request the HP company to change the delivery boy and they should not collect excess amount other than the printed price in the bill.
                      May be the gas agency is directly involved in demanding and charging the excess payment of domestic gas cylinder.
                      i already registered my complaint in HPCL website. No one is bothered to look into the matter.
                      what is the use of giving complaint in on-line. Better to close the online registration of complaint by HPCL company.

                        We have received Gas refill bottle which has badly corroded and we were refused to receive, the delivery boy by forcefully dropped and left what I do recommend to the company to scarp such bottles to avoid incident/accident and required periodically pass through integrity inspection
                        and the next inspection due date to shall be printed on bottle and visible to consumer
                        also we found most of the time of bottle nipple O ring is...

                            Once I login to my online hp gas account i can't able to book my refill gas because it's saying that below error message. Any specific reason why my account is not active under online. But still i can able to book through mobile by calling customer care number. I don't understand why it is not working online through my hp account. Please respond me by email or my registered email 'itishree.[protected]@aol.in'

                              Sir, I am a consumer of HP Gas, Agency Dhar and Sons, my Consumer number 622165, on 12/01/17, I have made online payment of Rs. 615/- towards booking of gas cylinder but on next day when the delivery boy come to deliver the cylinder, he asked me for payment, I told him that I have already paid the amount through online with transaction number INVC914d93908 but he told me payment not received by their end. Finally due to need of gas cylinder, I had to paid once again the same amount in cash. When I contacted payment gateway which is citruspay, they reapplied me the transaction for RS. 615/- was successful and same was credited on 12/01/17 to the payee. Now I request you to solve this problem then I get refund of access payment. A screenshot of reply from citruspay is enclosed.

                                    before about 2 & half years subsidy sent by you into my State bank of Bikaner & Jaipur / State bank of India saving a/c further due to air tel mob. no. air tel co. taken my subsidy into there air tel bank a/c for this news also in daily news papers & authority refuse to take subsidy by air tel bank propeganda in the media.
                                    to get subsidy from air tel bank I suffer many problems & facing problems I close my air tel bank a/c for subsidy.
                                    now I want my subsidy into my sbi saving a/c as usual before.for this I submit my necessary doc into my sbi branch.
                                    My Aadhar card, hp gas consumer no. & bank a/c already registered on your record.
                                    but I could received my subsidy from you.
                                    pl do needful action & oblige me as soon as possible
