Hp gas booked on 25.03.2016 & booking no. is 314012 and at the time of booking status shows as it will be delivered by 2-days, on next day it shows as it will be delivered within 3-days.
As we not get our ordered cylinder and on inquiring on phone they inform us that your booking has cancelled due to new rule of April-2016.
While online it shows has delivered via cash memo no. 182853 dt. 29.03.2016 . Which is till date not delivered cylinder to us? Please look into the matter as we have a single cylinder. And how can they adjust this none delivered cylinder in subsidy transferred too.
To Get Refill of the Cylinder They Simply Replied As You Must Do Further Book Otherwise You Are Not Eligible For Delivery
And online complaint system is not working as after drafting and submitting complain it just shows as this page can't reach than how problem will be solved

Now how to solve the problem, as without delivery of gas cylinder how can they use our subsidy as used and we are in trouble. this kind of incidence is second time we face (2-3 years back also they did same way)
