This is to notify that we have been a regular customer of your petrol pump and use cng as a means to drive our car. The welcome petrol pump under you does not have availability of cng at all, the ngv is also not in a working condition, there isn't any one to inform that such inconvience is there. On asking mr. Bhanu jain the owner of the petrol we received a reply that the non availability exists since 12.07.2016 and he has filed a complain for the same however the corporation has not taken any specific steps also, he informed that the ngv is not available in the market itself. Kindly solve this problem so that we as a customer would not feel inconvinient.

The attendants on the pump are continuosly involved in cheating. Wrong filling of petrol, cheating by means of different means.Incident reported to the incharge present on many occassions. But it seems that he is also a part of it. The matter may be investigated urgently.
On 17 july 2016 at 1945 hrs, asked to fill the petrol of rs 2000, meanwhile attendant asked for debit card pin. While u/s was registering the pin, suddenly attendant stopped the petrol filling and informed that tank of the car is full. Luckily i could see the the meter of the petrol was on rs 1681. Immediately attendant changed the meter reading to zero and asked for rs 2000. But since i could see the actual reading, insisted to change the debit card for rs 1681.
Due to attentiveness, i could save my money, otherwise these cheaters would have looted me. Forward for strict action against the culprits. These arttendants are more harmful than a terrorist.

Dear CC forum, I am using HP domestic gas cylinder 14.2 Kg. I have re-seeded my subsidy in new bank account. Since then subsidy is not coming in my bank account. I had lodged many complaints on myhpgas.in . But no officer or concerned person taken any action. I am facing this problem since last 1 year. I had losen too much money. Please do needful.
Initially i had account in IndusInd Bank and thereafter in PNB bank.

My request lodged in www.myhpgas.in automatically shows closed.

My LPG Gas distributor is M/s SEN GAS SERVICE, PANDAV NAGAR, GHAZIABAD.

I need your extreme help.

Every time we call up the common number to book cylinder online we are told that we have to submit certain details to the dealer like adhar card and fill a form. I have done the same 3 time at badal gas agency our dealer in vashi and again this time when i have called for booking i am told i cannot book a cylinder because i have not provided details. Please help me i am a working women and cannot always keep going to the dealer for getting cylinder.

Today Morning I had filled petrol to my Alto car in your Ayanavarm HP Petrol Station, I have asked to fill petrol for Rs. 1000 and the meter stopped at Rs.321
I have noticed the same and asked them that I have asked for Rs.1000 and the money also paid. Subsequently near by another person who is working in that station had asked that your Rs.1000 note have some damage and he had diverted me, In that same time that petrol filling person had not shown me the meter reading to zero and he started filling the petrol and Stopped at Rs. 700 and told me that your petrol filled. This has happened so many times in that bunk and today they have cheated me of Rs. 300. Since I am also working in an Oil company these things really frustrated us and the facilities also not good in that bunk. Hence requesting HP for your kind intervention in this issue and Please Act.

I have not getting my gas subsidy even after delivery of gas cylinder.

On 6th may 2016 i filled my car tank with 39.47 ltr petrol against payment of rs.2593.18 by citi bank credit card at your lake auto service, 99, dr. M. Saha sarani, kolkata 700029 vide bill no.33684. However the bill raised by the bank amounts to rs.2667.41 which is excess of the actual payment. On inquiry it appears that the pump station swiped the card on hdfc machine instead of citibank and therefore the extra charge was to give. When contacted manager pointed to my fault. Is it not the responsibility of the station to inform the customer about correct mode of payment? I demand from your dealer a return of rs.73.23 for the cause for which only they are responsible.

Today at 11.57 am I got my tank fiiled with 15.27 ltrs of petrol from Suraj Auto, NH-8, Sec-15, Gurgaon vide invoice no. 17527. Petrol 15.27 ltrs should have been enough for at least 180 km but the range as per meter in my car has gone up only by 140 km. It means 3 ltrs of petrol is short supplied. Please take necessary action. I have Honda City car and every time when I by petrol worth Rs.1000.00 the range is going up by 180~ 190 km.

I am a bank manager of public sectors bank . I was previously posted at kolkata now I am transfered to katwa as regular basis ., so that I transferred my gas kolkata to katwa. Now I last three days going I am going to their office but they are said we have no connection. What I can do if they have no Internet connection. My consumer no is 636641.

I have Hindustan Petroleum Gas Connectio with Singla Gas Agency Panchkula (Haryana) Consumer No. 502555 which is in my name. I am a Retired Haryana Govt. employee and never Gave up subsidy on LPG. The LPG supplied on[protected], the subsidy of the same has not been refunded in my account.
Please check and if by oversight the subsidy has been put under gave up may please be withdrawn and the subsidy be refunded in my account.I have sent a complaint and the complaint No. is16025940 a few days back.

For the last few months I receive the SMS but not the cylinder, I filed the complin at HP gas site after that I received the cylinder, but the same continues.yesterday I booked a cylinder for which I received the msg but not the cylinder and the delievery guy never call me I don't know what sort of problem they have and why the hell they hire such men

I went to HP petrol pump. I was having already 2 points marked in the indicator of Petrol. There are total 6-8 indicator.


I can assume it has 2-3 litres of petrol. My bike was not in reserver also.

First i ask him to full my tank but he denied. When i asked him to fill it full then he did so. Even though he left from top 10% so to prevent that it is not full .

The petrol written in metre was 12.6 Litre and price coming was 830 INR . I have the bill also with me.

Then i asked him what is the capacity he told me 15 litre. Then i checked in google and website also. My bike is passion pro.

Fuel Tank Capacity 12.5 litres, 1 litre (Usable Reserve)

I found 12.5 is the full capacity. Now u tell me if 12.5 is full capacity and my bike is not in reserve then how come 12.6 will come. I called manager and tell him scenario. he told me to give 100 Rs less. I said no and i also tell i will tell to higher level.
Then i asked for bill and paid online with debit card.

Hp gas booked on 25.03.2016 & booking no. is 314012 and at the time of booking status shows as it will be delivered by 2-days, on next day it shows as it will be delivered within 3-days.

As we not get our ordered cylinder and on inquiring on phone they inform us that your booking has cancelled due to new rule of April-2016.

While online it shows has delivered via cash memo no. 182853 dt. 29.03.2016 . Which is till date not delivered cylinder to us? Please look into the matter as we have a single cylinder. And how can they adjust this none delivered cylinder in subsidy transferred too.

To Get Refill of the Cylinder They Simply Replied As You Must Do Further Book Otherwise You Are Not Eligible For Delivery

And online complaint system is not working as after drafting and submitting complain it just shows as this page can't reach than how problem will be solved

Now how to solve the problem, as without delivery of gas cylinder how can they use our subsidy as used and we are in trouble. this kind of incidence is second time we face (2-3 years back also they did same way)

Dear sir i used to have aadhaar updated with hdfc bank previously which was closed on 16.02.2016, thereafter i submitted my aadhaar to my new bank account. Then i made a request for gas refilling which was delivered but since then iam waiting for subsdity which is on hold. I approached to my bank for updating the same, they showed me my account linked with my aadhaar. I contacted my hp gas company officials they informed me this is not a...

I booked hp gas on 9th of march, they cancelled my booking on 17th, again i booked on 18th of march, they again cancelled my booking on 28th.

I again booked today 28th march.

Facing huge problem due to this... More than 20 days without cooking gas is tough for a family... Currently using small cylinder for cooking purpose. Why this agencies are not taking there responsibility ?

I also registered a complaint reference no. 15283156 dated 18/03/2016 on hp gas, they closed the complaint without any resolution, even they didn't called or asked or get in touch before closing complaint.

How can they do such ?
