Respected sir
I am one of the consumer of hp gas in gujrat, vyara, tapi.There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create online account.So I created online account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.There is a message to me it follows as

We have sent you the activation mail on email id [protected]@hotmail.com.
Click send button to resend the activation mail.
But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.

        My customer ID-675483 i book HP Gas cylinder on 20.2.2016 & i received r.no.589723 on 20.2.2016 after few days i again i complain for cylinder then i received Del.receipt no.170608 dr.2.3.2016 then also i not recd. cylinder still 4.3.2016 its very disturbing my all work bcoz of late delivery sir please look in to matter i m from pune.

              Dear Sir, I have applied online for new gas connection as on 07/02/2016 & my registration number is [protected]. So the problem is, i belongs to a very normal family & not have enough money to buy new stove, lighter, tea etc. Because i have already a stove & the grocery items. So this things can't be so useful for me. But the delar of gas agency (Meera Gas Agency) which i chose for new connection is forcing me to buy all this things along with the gas connection & they are saying if you are not buying this things we are unable to give a connection. We can't help you anymore alteast you have pay our commission of following products which we are giving you along with new gas connection. Like Tea ( चायपत्ती), stove, lighter etc. So you tell me, is there is a rule if customer is not buying such things than you denied his application? In fact i have see the rules & regulations on HPCL website they already mentioned that customer is not bounded to buy stove from the delar, he has complete liberty to buy from any sources. But they are forcing me to pay than the whole amount (5290₹) of single cylinder. But according to the government rates they can't charge more than 1450₹ for a single cylinder as well they not force the customer to buy new cylinder. I am attaching the eSv copy on it to show the actual cost of government. But Now lost my patience & going to file a F.I.R. in consumer Court against dealer if they are not behaving like a good businessman. So now this is time of delar, he has to decide what are they doing for me in terms of this kind of shameless business sense.

                    I am an HP gas consumer having my number 632181 getting supplies from Tejal Enterprises Nerul. I get subsidized cylinder for which I have submitted necessary details and was getting subsidy up to 16-11-15. When I ordered for cylinder in the month of January 16 I made online payment at the time of booking cylinder but the delivery boy while delivering cylinder insisted for payment. without any other option I made payment and lodged a complaint . The amount collected has been refunded on the next day. However they have not credited my subsidy. My complaints simply not entertained. When checked on longing to the site I find a massage thanking me for forgoing the subsidy. I DID NOT OPTED TO FORGO THE SUBSIDY. If any consumer wants to opt out of the subsidy it should be categorical and I did not excise any such option. This is just a type of cheating the consumer

                          I am the loyal consumer of HPCL
                          My Gas Agency is THE NARACORP CONSUMER CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, Landline no.[protected]

                          My complaint is about non-delivery of HP Gas by our Gas Agency
                          I have been visiting the HP Gas Agency office daily for enquiring of my release of cylinder but the person who are responsible for supply of Gas are not responding to me properly
                          My Gas is cleared by them to another person & I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED THE SUBSIDY ON 19.01.2016.
                          I am AGED WIDOW LADY residing alone in home, i have to travelling by public transport to reach at Gas Station.
                          Till date i had spent more than 500 Rs on transport.
                          I had visited there atleast 7-10 time but they are not responding me.
                          Further i want to tell that this is general problem which everyone is facing is our locality.

                          Kindly look at the above matter & do the needful

                            I am a customer of Hp LPG Gas and my Gas Agency is Jai Ambet Gas Seva (Sahibabad) and the Consumer Number is 619442. My complaint is about the delivery o[censored]nderweight cylinders and all the time the delivery man comes with a cylinder which not contains a proper gas amount of 14 kg. I also complain on web portal of HP (complain no.[protected]and my father receive the call and they are not aware about the issue that why they ask to call back, and when i called that number that person said that what you think if you raised a complaint of the Hp Portal and said that whatever is your complaint, finally you received the cylinder or not. This type of language that person used on the call. So please help me in this concern.

                                        I am cons.no 618411 of shivaji gas agency at NILANGA LATUR DISTRICT. SIR I BOOKED FOR REFILLING ON19 .12.15 booking no 508754 recpt no.163604 dt 19.12.15 not delivered. i am a senior citizen at aurad sh. under shivaji gas agency nilanga.i complained previously also about expliotation by said agency thru his unauthorised agent at aurad sh. such as extracting extra amount. refusing to give recpt.. when complained to shivaji gas agency at nilanga., they simlly ignore complaint. there is no transperancy at .cons.are being exploited openly. i wonder how yhis not monitored. you may send out come of this enquiry to mail pv.[protected]@gmail.com. 0r [protected]
