Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly refer enclosed documents; We are not getting subsidy on HP Gas cylinders since last three transactions from HP A/C No 515485 to submitted SBI a/c no [protected]. We have approach to HP GAS Agency Ladwa but they said that we have released subsidy agaisnt each transaction in another Bank UNION BANK but we have tried to convey that we have no a/c in UNION BANK. Hence no result found. The above HP a/c is on the name of Sh. Mam chand ([protected])-Village dhanani, PO lakhmari, Disst K.K.R.. Kindly look into the matter & help us.       I have to give a brief history about the complaint
      My father (Shri g.D. Sahasrabudhe) shifted to mulund in 1977 and applied for hp lpg gas connection. Since then we have this connection at the same address. I myself who is son of shri g.D. Sahasrabudhe got married afterwards had two daughters madhura and sayali who are also now married and staying elsewhere. I also have another flat elsewhere now. My father expired some years back. However it did not occur to my mother (Who is above 85 years old now ) to change the ownership name in the books to her name neither did it occur to us. Since last few years either my daughters or myself are taking care of all the utility bills or any complaints thereof. Hence the email id registered is also in my daughter’s name sayali.[protected]@gmail.com. The phone no [protected] is registered in your records is in my name.
      After i tried to book the gas from my mobile it could not be registered and i have already lodged a complaint about this without any reply. I had therefore approached trimurti gas the agency which delivers gas to us. They gave me pahal form to fill up and informed me only after that form is accepted the cylinder booking will be done. I filled up the form, attached all the documents including the death certificate of my father. The counter staff told me to meet the owner since it was a case of ownership name change. I met the owner and told him about this all and that we have all the adhar (My mother and myself) cards required. He started shouting why have you not changed the ownership till date. We accepted our mistake and requested him to tell us whatever papers are required which we will submit. He informed us to bring ration card and original gas booking papers. I searched for the same at my house but i could not trace any of the original papers since gas booking papers are more than 35 years old and ration card we have not used atleast in last 10 years. But i could find xerox copy of ration card in xerox copies of many the of other originals preserved. I handed over the same to the agency owner/manager telling all the above facts. Upon going through he informed me that i should remove the name of my father from ration card and get the duplicate ration card with name removed and then only he would consider booking of cylinder. I informed him that i can not do this since ration card is no more a considered valid document now and i do not want to go to ration office and carry out all this which will take lot of time. If he is not going to deliver the lpg refill until that it is not fair to my mother. Upon this he blatantly told me that he will not do anything unless ration card with my father’s name removed is shown to him. I was horrified by his rudeness and behavior. I would prefer to submit all or any of the forms directly to you on net or through courier.
      My only hope is that you will intervene and give justice to my mother. I am ready to submit any papers like election card, adhar card, bank documents, passport, pan card etc . May i expect positive reply from you early.

        Hello sir/ma'am, I have apply for new connection on[protected], delhi gujrat agencies. But i did not get connection, They are forcing to purchase gas stove and other things from agency with new connection, they says other wise we will not give new connection. They are not giving any clarification for pay Rs 8000 for new connection they are beg 8000 for new connection, many times i have make call for agency but they are not responding they are talking every time you have to pay Rs.8000 otherwise we will not give connection i have also pay 250 registration +150 inspection charge. I am so frustrate for the agency behave. Please resolve my problem.

            I have applied for a new connection on Saturday 03-July-15 at Vardayini Gas Agency, Bavdhan. When I came for enquiry I was told I’ll get the connection on the same day. Next time when I submitted all the documents I was assured that I’ll get the connection within 2 days by Monday 05-July as there is some change in process which takes 2 days. On Tuesday 06-July when I called I was told that I’ll get this within next 2-3 days again for the reason of some change in process. Today when I called they again postponed the delivery date to somewhere around 14th July. For a new connection I think it should not take more than 3 days. But 12+ days for the same thing isn’t acceptable at all.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, Today I have visited Lingaraj Agency Gas agency for re connection of my gas, which is transfer from Indore to Bhubaneswar. Consumer No-640439 Gas agency charge 2950/ for re connection. i.e. refund amount-1600/ from Indore, gas refiling-650/, processing charge-100 and Other Equipment-600/ I have deny to pay 600/ such amount than staff told discuss with our proprietor. Gas agency front office staff deny for connection if such amount not paid. Kindly look in to the matter agency staff forcibly to purchase that equipment. Recently I was purchased pipe and lighter from that agency which is 2 month later. Lingaraj gas agency distance from my house only 500 meters. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I got my last cylinder on 08.06.15 with bank subsidy, when asking for a permission for getting double cylinder connection from hp gas distributor, he always say that now double cylinder not available.                           Sir, My consumer no. is 663369. My service centre is darshan Gas Service. I have booked my gas more than 10 days ago. My neighbor had booked the gas after me and she has received her gas within 2 days. Its more than 10 days and I have not received my cylinder. Anand HP Gas Service which is located at Baltikuri always has a busy phone. The IVR and computer system is always down and not working. Even if I call them on the given number they say that their system is currently down. Due to this I have visited the service center which is very far from my house and booked my cylinder. Even after booking I visited the center to check if my cylinder was in process. They told me the cylinder will be coming to my house in another day or two but I have not yet received my cylinder. I am feeling very exasperated and harassed since after repeated phone calls and visits the service people at Anand Gas Service do not understand my predicament. They are not doing anything to give a better service. I have an ailing mother and a small kid and I am unable to run around for the cylinder.

                              Refill booking(Code: 558283) was done on 28/05/2015, which was supposed to be delivered by 5/06/2015 with Cash Memo: 149324. The following was undelivered and got cancelled. I did enquire about the same with Swamiji Enterprise- Kolkata. They could not provide any justified reason. Again I did refill booking(Code: 567768) was done on 13/06/2015 with Cash Memo number: 155360 was undelivered and got cancelled.

                                HP Gas (Con. No. 603134) received a fillup Gas Cylinder on 12.05.15, but after 10 day during Cyl. changing it was found Gas was 1/3 rd. Same informed to dealer and delivery Man. No action was takek, again after days it was found totally empty. What is to be done and what action is to be taken. Yours' Aditi Sinha Roy

                                  have own my house at vatika India next sec 82 gurgaon n today iI submit transfer letter of bhart gas service (termination no: [protected] dated:06.06.15 consumer no :6724) to manesar hp gas service& ask them to register my transfer request from bharat to hp gas service. Despite of helping me out the branch mgr told me that we will not register your request n threatened me that jo chahe kar le main nahi karoonga Also told me that jaha se aaya hai wahi chala ja mere ghar mein aaya hai tujhe path nahi kya. I was a happy customer of bpcl since 2003 but it had never happened with me so far like this. Is this the response we get from hpcl wow great salute to the team of hpcl.I have only one option that switch to bpcl. I request you to look into the matter and resolve at earliest as it was very bad experience ever that I ever received from anyone

                                    This is going on for quite a few months at the Vishrantwadi chowk, Pune Maharashtra India HP petrol pump.If you tell the person to fill petrol of Rs-1000 or 2000 he will only fill for Rs-200 and will tell'You told me to fill petrol of Rs-200/ only and the other colleagues will support, then when you tell him to fill for the remaining amount they will only fill Rs-800 or Rs-1800 saying he has already filled Rs-200 petrol but very smartly he will not take the meter to zero but continue form the earlier amount i, e Rs-200 hence the customer loses on Rs-200 petrol every-time. If you point their mistake the people become very aggressive and are ready to fight with you.This is going on for quite a few months. Have complained to the manager of the petrol pump but things have got worst after that. WILL THE MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
