Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Booking of LPG done via Airtel Thanks App but distributor have not received booking | |||
I have done booking via Airtel Thanks App on my registered mobile number and made pre-payment via it (Screen short attached) on 17 Feb, 2020 of RS 773.50 transactionid #FT[protected] I have received booking number from HPCLIS on my mobile number after booking also (screenshot attached) Booking Number - [protected]. Made complain also online complaint number CAS-510797-L8X5X6. The distributor (Vidya Krupa Gas Agency) have said that they have not received any booking from my registered mobile number [protected] nor my consumer number 739700 There is No filled cylinder left with me and I am not getting a refill. As facing lot of problem in cooking food. I have called many a times on consumer number also but HP are giving irreverent answer like No bank details, fact is screenshot is attached.
