Sir,
I am sudam padha, consumer no.605251, i have already received my subsidy money in my bank account and delivery status show from 28.10.2017, but till date i have not received my gas at my home, this is not a single time, but previously this also happened, but previously i have ignore this type of thing, when continuously i follow the office then they send the gas either not. This show clearly the mis management of gas by agency. Plz take the necessary action about this matter.

My present gas booking no is [protected]. I have some problems to refill gas from this no. My consumer no is 405182. And i want to update my gas refill no to [protected]. I request you to please update my gas refill no. Fast and now please.
