Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — demanding rs. 300 for nitrogen air at petrol pump after filling full tank of my car

Dear sir/madam,
I was travelling out of mumbai and when i was crossing dombivili (East), i filled my maruti ciaz with full tank of petrol at hp petrol pump located at
"h. P. Katai, shil-kalyan road, village katai, taluk kalyan, district thane" dealer name: "sai petroleum." when after filing the petrol, i asked them to fill nitrogen air in my car, the person at the petrol pump demanded rs. 300 for the same.
This is against your company rules, when the air at your petrol pump is available for free.
There is another petrol pump just a kilometer ahead from the above petrol pump (Going towards kalyan), and there also they are charging rs. 50 for filling nitrogen air.
Please reply what action will you take against these erring petrol pumps.
