It is requested that I have a HPCL Drive Truck Plus card in which I did a recharge of Rs 50000/- on 12/08/2022, the transaction failed and the payment was deducted from my account.
I had called your customer care number but till today the payment is not credited back to my bank account.
Please transfer my payment to me as soon as possible. My Truck is parked and there is no fuel in it due to which I am incurring loss of rent every day.
For this problem, I had also lodged a complaint by in HPCL calling your customer care whose ticket number is[protected].
