Hi, My online payment for a new gas connection through phonepe (Upi) failed but amount of 2232.5 has been deducted and no refund from hp gas yet. I have tried contacting the customer support multiple times but have been dismissed with no appropriate resolution. The website showed that it's waiting for response from the transaction attempt but then it's asking to pay again. The money went through and i have confirmed the same with phonepe. Transaction details Amount - rs 2232.5 Date. - 7th dec, 2019. 3 am Name - sanjay deb Registration reference no. - [protected] Paid to - sbiepay. [protected]@sbi (Upi ref no[protected] Paid from - [protected]@ybl Payment mode - upi The distributor is denying payment. Atleast I want the transaction log for the time to verify. Still waiting for my gas to be delivered which is cleared on 25th of November. In spite of several calls. Delivery person is least bothered.
