Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — petrol pump person doing double transactions of debit cards transactions

I made a transaction of 500 on 17th march 2019, the person made double transation of 500, after 15 days when i knew there was no credit back, i went to the vendor, he said it was our mistake. They called me again at 10pm the same night, at 10 when i reached the petrol pump they kept me waiting for half and hour saying that mr. Chobey was not at work. The question is not about 500 rupees, its about a customer's trust. I was waiting for 45 mins to recovery my own money. I am a transporter having 300 trucks in my group, will never recommend to fill petrol from your petrol pump.
