My booking consumer no 716545 agency prakash gas agency, tirur, malappuram.

On 20th sept 2018 i paid rs 843.83 for booking a gas refill. The 1st transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my sbi credit card. The 2nd transaction was successful for which i received the refill.

Requesting you to refund rs 843.83 for the failed transaction.

From several years this JAYASREE Petrol bunk & also near Chandana Bro's HP petrol bunks is available in the heart of Kurnool city.

It remains same no minimum requirements to customers like Air, water, etc.,
