[Resolved] Hindustan Times — No Response from Customer Care - Feels Cheated by HT Media

I subscribed and paid Rs. 999 for daily delivery of newspaper at door-step but their website delivery-details page is poorly coded so my phone browser was hanged and closed. I sent them an email to their customer support, advertising, business contacts but till now I did not receive any response.

Issue Resolved. Please add some improvement such as provide Area Manager/Vendor contact number to user after they subscribe to HT news paper.

Hindustan Times customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by chandraprakash22 HT Media is fraud. Still they did not resolve my issue.

Customer service is dead. Govt should flap them 20 crores fine each year for dead customer service.

I am the HT reader for the last 25 years and my complaint is that I have not received my gift along with coupons. Your staff is adamant that their data is showing the gift is delivered. Can you cross check with your vendor BSA courier where did they deliver and who has received the gift. If my problem get resolved its good otherwise you may have lose a reader.
