I bought a hindware chimney in sep 2016 and it got it installed by company service center in the same month by paying the charges. Soon after fifteen days it stopped working I lodged a service complaint on sep 26th 2016 and service engineer visited and said some spare parts to be replaced which is not in stock and will take some time to replaced till date no replacement done no repairs done Now i would like to get the replacement of the entire unit. I have purchased Hindware chimney and cooktop before 11 months and it’s rarely used..The cooktop is not working properly, i have been facing this problem since 5 month, and I complained through toll free number, but nobody take any action for my complaint..I feel like i worst my money through buying this Hindware product..Please do the needful
