Extremely poor technical service. Chimney was purchased in october 2020 and it spoilt in Jan 2021, hardly 3 months o[censored]sage. Complaint was raised on 23rd of jan and still no response from this horrible company. Sick and tired of calling them everyday, same excuses everyday. If a repair doesnt happen anytime soon, I hope i can return it and get a refund.
