Hindware — defective cracked toilet delivered by hindware dealer

I'm resident of pune who purchased star s toilet from hindware listed dealer m rajendrakumar & company (Mangalwar peth) on 27th july friday 2018. The dealer delivered the toilet without box or packaging and left my premises. After 2 days when we wanted to fit the toilet there was a crack on the upper side which we noticed but the dealer blamed us for not checking the delivery and accepting it. We are at no fault as we trusted the dealer since he was listed by the company. But today the company and the dealer have neglected the issue and asked me to buy a new toilet since they cannot replace it now. Complaint number ag045537. I suggest you all to buy the sanitaryware and check it atleast 3 times after deliver before their person leaves your premises. Now i am bearing a loss of rs3600 which is considerable for a common man like me.
