Hindware — No response from Hindware team regarding geyser replacement

I bought a geyser from hindware and now it's tank is leaking and I logged a complaint on 26th Feb 2022 but now it's over a month till now no response from there side, already 3 times technicians came to our house for making the leakage videos and I don't know why they are not processing it further. Even the area incharge and other managers are not picking up my phone now. Please take some actions immediately!
